A multi‐stage fiber spreading process for the preparation of high‐performance continuous aramid fiber reinforced nylon 12 (CAF/PA12) composites was proposed in this paper. The effects of spreading rod crown radius, spreading rod axis height and traction speed on fiber impregnation effect and filaments properties were investigated. The fiber volume fraction of the prepared filament was approximately 30%. And the maximum tensile strength and modulus of the filaments were 839.89 MPa and 41.35 GPa, which were 34.36% and 34.30% higher than unspreading filaments, respectively. The influences of printing process parameters such as printing temperature, the combination of layer thickness and printing spacing on the transverse tensile properties of the specimens were studied. Printed specimens reached a transverse tensile strength and tensile modulus of 13.988 MPa and 1.293 GPa, respectively. The influences on low velocity impact properties of the specimens were also investigated in terms of impact energy and printing stacking sequences. Results revealed that the impact threshold energy of orthotropic ([0/90/0/90]2) specimens was 50 J. Quasi‐isotropic ([0/45/90/−45]2) specimens exhibited the superior impact resistance with an impact load of 4.939 kN. Macro‐ and micro‐matrix crack, surface buckling, fiber fracture and delamination were the main failure modes of the specimens. Suitably modified sesbania gum as a biodegradable functional biomaterials was very attractive in many applications. Therefore, a combination of cross‐linking, carboxymethylation, and oxidation was chosen to modify sesbania gum (SG) to expand its use. The experimental results indicated that cross‐linking could be completed not only on SG particles, but also between different SG particles. The cross‐linking decreased the number of surface hydroxyl groups on SG. The sedimentation volume decreased with the increase of phosphorus content of cross‐linked sesbania gum (CLSG). The structure of SG particles was severely disrupted by carboxymethylation and oxidation, while the structure was less affected by cross‐linking. The viscosities of SG and modified SG paste in acidic medium were less than those in neutral medium, while their viscosities in alkaline medium were more than those in neutral medium. Cross‐linking, carboxymethylation, and oxidation could ameliorate the retrogradation of SG, but decrease its swelling power, freeze–thaw stability, acid, and alkaline resistance. The aldehyde groups had good antibacterial activity against Trichoderma harzianum, whereas the carboxymethyl groups and phosphate ester groups showed poor antimicrobial activity against T. harzianum. Approximately 45% of ship delivery delays are due to welding quality. To solve the problematic control of production tempo and process sequence optimization in the welding process, it is urgent to combine the characteristics of the digital twin for dynamic simulation and optimization. Therefore, the capacity evaluation and scheduling optimization for the ship welding production line (WPL) based on the digital twin is proposed. Firstly, to describe the construction method of the digital twin model and digital twin data, a strategy is proposed for the construction of a digital twin ship component WPL model. Based on the fusion mapping of model and data, the construction of the digital twin model for WPL (DTM-WPL) is achieved. Secondly, by using equipment failure rate, processing time and buffer capacity as evaluation indicators, an WPL optimization model based on digital twins is constructed to solve the WPL production sequencing problem. Thirdly, to illustrate the welding quality traceability and prediction process, a DTM-WPL synchronous mapping for quality prediction and adjustment method is proposed. Finally, taking small and medium-sized WPL as the research object, the capacity evaluation and scheduling optimization system of ship components is developed to evaluate the production capacity of ship components. Structured illumination microscopy (SIM) can achieve optical sectioning with high resolution, and have aroused extensive research interest. In SIM, a set of high-contrast illumination patterns are projected onto the sample to modulate the surface height information, and then, a decoding algorithm is applied to the modulated pattern images for high-quality optical sectioning. Applied to samples with large dynamic range of reflectivity, however, SIM may fail to achieve high quality sectioning for accurate surface reconstruction. Herein, an active digital micromirror device (DMD) based illumination method using per-pixel coded strategy is proposed in SIM to realize high-quality measurement for surface with complex reflection characteristics. In this method, the mapping relationship between DMD and the camera is established pixels by pixels, which enables the illumination intensity on the sample surface can be flexibly modulated by DMD pixel-level modulation corresponding to reflectivity distribution of the surface, and allows the camera pixels always to have reasonable exposure intensity for high precision measurement. More importantly, we put forward an adaptive light intensity control algorithm to improves the signal-to-noise ratio of acquired images without compromising modulation depth of pattern and measurement efficiency. Extensive comparative experiments were conducted and demonstrated that the proposed method can retrieve the surface morphology information of micro-scale complex reflectivity surfaces with high accuracy. Since robustness is only maintained on the sliding-mode surface, sliding mode control is inherently non-globally stable. Therefore, reducing the time to reach the sliding mode is crucial for enhancing sliding mode robustness. To improve the performance of conventional super-twisting reaching law (CSTRL) further, we propose a fast-terminal super-twisting reaching law (FTSTRL) designed to improve the quality of sliding mode control. This approach incorporates a terminal term and an exponential term with the CSTRL to ensure rapid convergence. The effectiveness of the designed FTSTRL is validated by comparing it to the CSTRL and a new sliding mode reaching law, demonstrating its superior performance. Finally, integrated square error (ISE), integrated time square error (ITSE), integrated absolute error (IAE), and integrated time absolute error (ITAE) are employed for detailed comparative and quantitative analyses of the simulation results. Effectively detecting catechol (CC) and hydroquinone (HQ) simultaneously is crucial for environmental protection and human health monitoring. In the study presented herein, a novel electrochemical sensor for the sensitive simultaneous detection of CC and HQ was constructed based on an electrochemically reduced graphene oxide (ERGO)-modified multi-walled carbon nanotube paste electrode (MWCNTPE). Scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy and electrochemical techniques were utilized to characterize the sensing interface and investigate the sensing mechanism. Under the optimal detection conditions, the oxidation peak currents of CC and HQ show a good linear relationship with their concentrations in the range of 0.4–400 μM with a detection limit of 0.083 μM for CC and 0.028 μM for HQ (S/N = 3). Moreover, the sensor exhibits good performance and can be applied successfully in the simultaneous detection of CC and HQ in tap water samples and urine samples with satisfactory results, indicating its promising application prospects. In this study, we describe a deep learning (DL)-based workflow for the three-dimensional (3D) geophysical inversion of magnetotelluric (MT) data. We derived a mathematical connection between a 3D resistivity model and the surface-observed electric/magnetic field response by using a fully connected neural network framework (U-Net). Limited by computer hardware functionality, the resistivity models were generated by using a random walk technique to enlarge the generalization coverage of the neural network model, and 15,000 paired datasets were utilized to train and validate it. Grid search was used to select the optimal configuration parameters. With the optimal model framework from the parameter tuning phase, the metrics showed stable convergence during model training/validation. In the test period, the trained model was applied to predict the resistivity distribution by using both the simulated synthetic and the real MT data from the Mount Meager area, British Columbia. The reliability of the model prediction was verified with noised input data from the synthetic model. The calculated results can be used to reconstruct the position and shape trends of bodies with anomalous resistivity, which verifies the stability and performance of the DL-based 3D inversion algorithm and showcases its potential practical applications. DP303c is a HER2-targeted ADC with a cleavable linker-MMAE payload. Previous in vitro studies demonstrated that DP303c showed similar or better antitumor activity than T-DM1 in xenograft models. This was a multicenter, dose escalation and dose expansion phase 1 study in China. Eligible patients were 18-75 years old with HER2-positive advanced solid tumors who were unable to benefit from standard therapy. DP303c was administered intravenously every 3 weeks, with accelerated titration at lower dose of 0.5 mg/kg and 3 + 3 design with dose levels of 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 or 4.0 mg/kg at dose escalation part, followed by the selected dose level at dose expansion part. The primary endpoints were safety and tolerability, as well as identification of recommended phase 2 dose. As of Feb 28, 2023, 94 patients were enrolled and received DP303c (dose escalation: n = 22; dose expansion: n = 72), of whom 68 patients had breast cancer. One dose limiting toxicity (Grade 3 eye pain) was observed at 4.0 mg/kg dose, and the maximum tolerated dose was not reached. The most common treatment-related adverse events at grade 3 or higher were blurred vison (16.0%), dry eye (6.4%), and peripheral neuropathy (5.3%). No treatment-related death occurred. Overall, among 91 efficacy evaluable patients, 39 patients (42.9%) achieved an objective response. Disease control was observed in 62 patients (68.1%). In 66 efficacy evaluable patients with breast cancer, 34 patients achieved an objective response (51.5%). Disease control was achieved in 51 patients (77.3%). Median PFS was 6.4 months. On a molar basis, DP303c Cmax at 3.0 mg/kg doses was 132-folder higher than that for free MMAE. DP303c demonstrated promising anti-tumor activity with acceptable safety in patients with pre-treated advanced HER2 positive solid tumors, especially in breast cancer. The occurrence and progression of tumors are linked to the process of pyroptosis. However, the precise involvement of pyroptosis-associated genes (PRGs) in endometrial cancer (EC) remains uncertain. 29 PRGs were identified as being either up-regulated or down-regulated in EC. PRGs subgroup analysis demonstrated distinct survival outcomes and diverse responses to chemotherapy and immune checkpoint blockade therapy. A higher expression of GPX4 and NOD2, coupled with lower levels of CASP6, PRKACA, and NLRP2, were found to be significantly associated with higher overall survival (OS) rates (p < 0.05). Conversely, lower expression of NOD2 was linked to lower progression-free survival (p = 0.021) and advanced tumor stage(p = 0.0024). NOD2, NLRP2, and TNM stages were identified as independent prognostic factors (p < 0.001). The LASSO prognostic model exhibited a notable decrease in OS among EC patients in the high-risk score group (ROC-AUC10-years: 0.799, p = 0.00644). Furthermore, NOD2 displayed a positive correlation with the infiltration of immune cells and the expression of immune checkpoints (p < 0.001). GPX4 and CASP6 are significantly associated with TMB and MSI (RTMB = 0.39; RMSI = 0.23). Additionally, a substantial upregulation of NOD2 was confirmed in both EC cells and tissue, indicating a positive relationship between advanced TNM stage (p < 0.0001) and infiltration of M1 phenotype macrophages. Nonetheless, its impact on patient OS did not reach statistical significance (p = 0.141). Our findings have contributed to the advancement of a prognostic model for EC patients. NOD2 receptor-mediated pyroptosis mechanism potentially regulates tumor immunity and promotes the transformation of macrophages from the M2 phenotype to the M1 phenotype, which significantly impacts the progression of EC. In this paper, we extend our previous work on the dynamic buckling analysis of isogeometric shell structures to the stochastic situation where an isogeometric deterministic dynamic buckling analysis method is combined with spectral-based stochastic modeling of geometric imperfections. To be specific, a modified Generalized-α time integration scheme combined with a nonlinear isogeometric Kirchhoff–Love shell element is used to simulate the buckling and post-buckling problems of cylindrical shell structures. Additionally, geometric imperfections are constructed based on NURBS surface fitting, which can be naturally incorporated into the isogeometric analysis framework due to its seamless CAD/CAE integration feature. For stochastic analysis, the method of separation is adopted to model the stochastic geometric imperfections of cylindrical shells based on a set of measurements. We tested the accuracy and convergence properties of the proposed method with a cylindrical shell example, where measured geometric imperfections were incorporated. The ABAQUS reference solutions are also presented to demonstrate the superiority of the inherited smooth and high-order continuous properties of the isogeometric approach. For stochastic dynamic buckling analysis, we evaluated the buckling load variability and reliability functions of the cylindrical shell with 500 samples generated based on seven nominally identical shells reported in the geometric imperfection data bank. It is noted that the buckling load variability in the cylindrical shell obtained with static nonlinear analysis is also presented to show the differences between dynamic and static buckling analysis. Three-dimensional (3D) ultrasound imaging can be accomplished by reconstructing a sequence of two-dimensional (2D) ultrasound images. However, 2D ultrasound images usually suffer from low resolution in the elevation direction, thereby impacting the accuracy of 3D reconstructed results. The lateral resolution of 2D ultrasound is known to significantly exceed the elevation resolution. By combining scanning sequences acquired from orthogonal directions, the effects of poor elevation resolution can be mitigated through a composite reconstructing process. Moreover, capturing ultrasound images from multiple perspectives necessitates a precise probe positioning method with a wide angle of coverage. Optical tracking is popularly used for probe positioning for its high accuracy and environment-robustness. In this paper, a novel large-angle accurate optical positioning method is used for enhancing resolution in 3D ultrasound imaging through orthogonal-view scanning and composite reconstruction. Experiments on two phantoms proved that our method could significantly improve reconstruction accuracy in the elevation direction of the probe compared with single-angle parallel scanning. Power consumers can obtain authoritative green environmental value certification through green electricity trading, which plays an important role in improving the production competitiveness of enterprises, especially for international product trade affairs. However, the credibility of green electricity transactions faces serious challenges in the enterprise green authentication affairs, especially the user's identity authentication, the traceability of green electricity transactions, and the standardization of green electricity transactions. Aiming to solve the certification and traceability problem of tradable green certificates, this paper proposes an integrated green certificate trading protocol, which solves its double-trading problem and helps to improve the credibility of renewable energy use. The main contribution is providing a solution based on the consortium blockchain technology to solve the main challenges mentioned above. The main solved scheme designs a series of protocols, which includes a purchase protocol, payment protocol, and non-transferable protocol. The whole process ensures the credibility, traceability, and non-transferability of green certificate trading. Multiple verification measures are adopted to address security and privacy challenges in green certificate management. Through security analysis, the protocol effectively defends against attacks such as double payments, transaction rollback, and transaction replays while ensuring users' privacy. Alpha-foetoprotein (AFP) is taken as a diagnostic tumor marker for the screening and diagnosis of cancer. Nucleic acid-based isothermal amplification strategies are emerging as a potential technology in early screening and clinical diagnosis of AFP. The leakages between hairpins dramatically increase the background and reduce the sensitivity. Thus, it is necessary to develop some strategies to reduce the leakage for isothermal amplification strategies. A DNAzyme-locked leakless enzyme-free amplification system was developed for AFP detection in liver cancer and breast cancer. AFP could open the apt-hairpin and initiate the catalytic hairpin assembly (CHA) reaction to produce a Y-shaped duplex. Two tails of a Y-shaped duplex cleaved the two kinds of leakless hairpins. Then, the third tail of the Y-shaped duplex catalyzed the second CHA between the cleaved leakless hairpins to recover the fluorescent intensity. The limit of detection reached 5 fg/mL by the two levels of signal amplifications. Importantly, the leakless hairpin design effectively reduced leakage between hairpins and weakened the background. Understanding flow characteristics of fluid near rough contact is important for the design of fluid-based lubrication and basic of tribology physics. In this study, the spreading and seepage processes of anhydrous ethanol in the interface between glass and rough PDMS are observed by a homemade optical in-situ tester. Digital image processing technology and numerical simulation software are adapted to identify and extract the topological properties of interface and thin fluid flow characteristics. Particular attention is paid to the dynamic evolution of the contact interface morphology under different stresses, the distribution of microchannels in the interface, the spreading characteristics of the fluid in contact interface, as well as the mechanical driving mechanism. Original surface morphology and the contact stress have a significant impact on the interface topography and the distribution of interfacial microchannels, which shows that the feature lengths of the microchannels, the spreading area and the spreading rate of the fluid are inversely proportional to the load. And the flow path of the fluid in the interface is mainly divided into three stages: along the wall of the island, generating liquid bridges, and moving from the tip side to the root side in the wedge-shaped channel. The main mechanical mechanism of liquid flow in the interface is the equilibrium between the capillary force that drives the liquid spreading and viscous resistance of solid wall to liquid. In addition, the phenomenon of "trapped air" occurs during the flow process due to the irregular characteristics of the microchannel. This study lays a certain theoretical foundation for the research of microscopic flow behavior of the liquid in the rough contact interface, the friction and lubrication of the mechanical system, and the sealing mechanism. Background: Toxoplasma gondii is an opportunistic pathogenic protozoan that infects all warm-blooded animals, including humans, and causes zoonotic toxoplasmosis. The bradyzoite antigen 1 (BAG1), known as heat-shock protein (HSP)30, is a specific antigen expressed during the early stage of T. gondii tachyzoite–bradyzoite conversion. Methods: A bag1 gene knockout strain based on the T. gondii type II ME49 was constructed and designated as ME49Δbag1. The invasion, proliferation, and cyst formation efficiency in the cell model and survival in the mouse model were compared between the ME49 and ME49Δbag1 strains after infection. Quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) was used to detect the transcriptional level of important genes, and western-blot was used to detect protein levels. Results: ME49Δbag1 displayed significantly inhibited cyst formation, although it was not completely blocked. During early differentiation induced by alkaline and starvation conditions in vitro, the proliferation of ME49Δbag1 was significantly accelerated relative to the ME49 strain. Meanwhile, the transcription of the HSP family and bradyzoite formation deficient 1 (bfd1) were significantly enhanced. The observed upregulation suggests a compensatory mechanism to counterbalance the impaired stress responses of T. gondii following bag1 knockout. On the other hand, the elevated transcription levels of several HSP family members, including HSP20, HSP21, HSP40, HSP60, HSP70, and HSP90, along with BFD1, implied the involvement of alternative regulatory factors in bradyzoite differentiation aside from BAG1. Conclusions: The data suggested that when bag1 was absent, the stress response of T. gondii was partially compensated by increased levels of other HSPs, resulting in the formation of fewer cysts. This highlighted a complex regulatory network beyond BAG1 influencing the parasite's transformation into bradyzoites, emphasizing the vital compensatory function of HSPs in the T. gondii life cycle adaptation. Breast muscle growth rate and intramuscular fat (IMF) content show apparent differences between fast-growing broilers and slow-growing indigenous chickens. However, the underlying genetic basis of these phenotypic characteristics remains elusive. In this study, we investigate the dynamic alterations of three-dimensional genome architecture and chromatin accessibility in breast muscle across four key developmental stages from embryo to starter chick in Arbor Acres (AA) broilers and Yufen (YF) indigenous chickens. The limited breed-specifically up-regulated genes (Bup-DEGs) are embedded in breed-specific A compartment, while a majority of the Bup-DEGs involving myogenesis and adipogenesis are regulated by the breed-specific TAD reprogramming. Chromatin loops allow distal accessible regions to interact with myogenic genes, and those loops share an extremely low similarity between chicken with different growth rate. Moreover, AA-specific loop interactions promote the expression of 40 Bup-DEGs, such as IGF1, which contributes to myofiber hypertrophy. YF-specific loop interactions or distal accessible regions lead to increased expression of 5 Bup-DEGs, including PIGO, PEMT, DHCR7, TMEM38B, and DHDH, which contribute to IMF deposition. These results help elucidate the regulation of breast muscle growth and IMF deposition in chickens. Perineural invasion (PNI), the neoplastic invasion of nerves, is an often overlooked pathological phenomenon in cervical cancer that is associated with poor clinical outcomes. The occurrence of PNI in cervical cancer patients has limited the promotion of Type C1 surgery. Preoperative prediction of the PNI can help identify suitable patients for Type C1 surgery. However, there is a lack of appropriate preoperative diagnostic methods for PNI, and its pathogenesis remains largely unknown. Here, we dissect the neural innervation of the cervix, analyze the molecular mechanisms underlying the occurrence of PNI, and explore suitable preoperative diagnostic methods for PNI to advance the identification and treatment of this ominous cancer phenotype. The frequent occurrence of viral infections poses a serious threat to human life. Identifying effective antiviral components is urgent. In China, pearls have been important traditional medicinal ingredients since ancient times, exhibiting various therapeutic properties, including detoxification properties. In this study, a peptide, KKCH, which acts against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), was derived from Pinctada fucata pearls. Molecular docking showed that it bound to the same pocket of the SARS-CoV-2 S protein and cell surface target angiotensin-converting enzyme II (ACE2). The function of KKCH was analyzed through surface plasmon resonance (SPR), Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assays, immunofluorescence, and simulation methods using the SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus and live virus. The results showed that KKCH had a good affinity for ACE2 (KD = 6.24 × 10−7 M) and could inhibit the binding of the S1 protein to ACE2 via competitive binding. As a natural peptide, KKCH inhibited the binding of the SARS-CoV-2 S1 protein to the surface of human BEAS-2B and HEK293T cells. Moreover, viral experiments confirmed the antiviral activity of KKCH against both the SARS-CoV-2 spike pseudovirus and SARS-CoV-2 live virus, with half-maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) values of 398.1 μM and 462.4 μM, respectively. The aim of this study was to overcome the impact of vibration generated by agricultural machinery on the monitoring accuracy and performance of vehicle-mounted crop growth monitoring systems during field operation. This paper developed a vehicle-mounted crop growth monitoring system with vibration damping capability to achieve this goal. The system consists of a multispectral crop growth sensor, signal conditioning module, and truss-type sensor bracket with self-vibration damping capability. The commercial finite element analysis software ABAQUS 6.10 was used to conduct modal and dynamic simulation analyses of the sensor bracket, which indicate that the truss-type sensor bracket can damp vibrations effectively. The p-values (least significant differences) of crop canopy DNRE (red edge normalized difference vegetation index) under different operating speeds (1.5, 3, and 4.5 km/h) are 0.454, 0.703, 0.81, and 0.838, respectively, for four different crop growth stages. In a comparative experiment between the proposed monitoring system and two similar vehicle-mounted sensors (CropSpec and GreenSeeker RT 200) for measuring agronomic parameters at different stages of crop growth, the proposed monitoring system yielded R2 values of 0.8757, 0.7194, and 0.795, respectively, and RMSE values of 0.7157, 2.2341, and 2.0952, respectively, in the tillering stage, jointing stage, and tillering and jointing stage, outperforming the other two sensors. Sesbania gum (SG), as an environmentally friendly natural polymer, was chemically modified in heterogeneoususing systems using a combination of cross-linking, carboxymethylation and oxidation to broaden its applications. The experimental results showed that the cross-linking was chiefly conducted on the smaller particles of SG, while the carboxymethylation and oxidation were primarily carried out on the larger particles. The carboxymethylation and oxidation obviously increased the average size of SG. The dialdehyde oxidation destroyed the crystalline structure of SG more severely than cross-linking and carboxymethylation. The cross-linking, carboxymethylation and oxidation increased the thermal stability of SG, but decreased its enthalpy change. Laser-arc hybrid additive manufacturing (LAHAM) holds substantial potential in industrial applications, yet ensuring dimensional accuracy remains a major challenge. Accurate prediction and effective control of the geometrical dimensions of the deposited layers are crucial for achieving this accuracy. The width and height of the deposited layers, key indicators of geometric dimensions, directly affect the forming precision. This study conducted experiments and in-depth analysis to investigate the influence of various process parameters on these dimensions and proposed a predictive model for accurate forecasting. It was found that the width of the deposited layers was positively correlated with laser power and arc current and negatively correlated with scanning speed, while the height was negatively correlated with laser power and scanning speed and positively with arc current. Quantitative analysis using the Taguchi method revealed that the arc current had the most significant impact on the dimensions of the deposited layers, followed by scanning speed, with laser power having the least effect. A predictive model based on extreme gradient boosting (XGBoost) was developed and optimized using particle swarm optimization (PSO) for tuning the number of leaf nodes, learning rate, and regularization coefficients, resulting in the PSO-XGBoost model. Compared to models enhanced with PSO-optimized support vector regression (SVR) and XGBoost, the PSO-XGBoost model exhibited higher accuracy, the smallest relative error, and performed better in terms of Mean Relative Error (MRE), Mean Square Error (MSE), and Coefficient of Determination R2 metrics. The high predictive accuracy and minimal error variability of the PSO-XGBoost model demonstrate its effectiveness in capturing the complex nonlinear relationships between process parameters and layer dimensions. Digital twins have attracted more and more attention in the past few years. To put digital twins into practice, a large number of modeling approaches have been proposed, vast amounts of data have been collected, and their accuracy has been improving. However, current research has paid insufficient attention to the multi-scale features of the shop floor, which hinders the effective application of the digital twin shop floor. To address the problem of how to achieve effective multi-level and multi-dimensional fusion of digital twin models with production process data, this paper first proposes a structured data modeling framework for sorting out all the production process data collected in real-time; and then proposes a multi-level fusion framework for supporting the fusion of real-time data and twin models from the unit level to the system level. The method judges the parsed received data streams through the full-factor semanticization framework, and at the same time fuses the parsed data streams with the constructed full-factor twin model from multiple dimensions and layers, forming a twin model fusion method with real-time data streams as the blood and twin model as the skeleton. Finally, the micro-assembly-based production shop environment is selected as a case study to verify the correctness and feasibility of the proposed data grooming framework, data, and model fusion method. Suitable combinations of observed datasets for estimating crop model parameters can reduce the computational cost while ensuring accuracy. This study aims to explore the quantitative influence of different combinations of the observed phenological stages on estimation of cultivar-specific parameters (CPSs). We used the CROPGRO-Soybean phenological model (CSPM) as a case study in combination with the Generalized Likelihood Uncertainty Estimation (GLUE) method. Different combinations of four observed phenological stages, including initial flowering, initial pod, initial grain, and initial maturity stages for five soybean cultivars from Exp. 1 and Exp. 3 described in Table 2 are respectively used to calibrate the CSPs. The CSPM, driven by the optimized CSPs, is then evaluated against two independent phenological datasets from Exp. 2 and Exp. 4 described in Table 2. Root means square error (RMSE) (mean absolute error (MAE), coefficient of determination (R2), and Nash Sutcliffe model efficiency (NSE)) are 15.50 (14.63, 0.96, 0.42), 4.76 (3.92, 0.97, 0.95), 4.69 (3.72, 0.98, 0.95), 3.91 (3.40, 0.99, 0.96) and 12.54 (11.67, 0.95, 0.60), 5.07 (4.61, 0.98, 0.93), 4.97 (4.28, 0.97, 0.94), 4.58 (4.02, 0.98, 0.95) for using one, two, three, and four observed phenological stages in the CSPs estimation. The evaluation results suggest that RMSE and MAE decrease, and R2 and NSE increase with the increase in the number of observed phenological stages used for parameter calibration. However, there is no significant reduction in the RMSEs (MAEs, NSEs) using two, three, and four observed stages. Relatively reliable optimized CSPs for CSMP are obtained by using at least two observed phenological stages balancing calibration effect and computational cost. Despite limited research on refractory and/or endocrine therapy failure in elderly metastatic breast cancer (MBC) patients, a prior study showed that low-dose oral cyclophosphamide (CY) can improve the overall survival rate of MBC patients, possibly through the immunoregulation of regulatory T cells (Tregs). We preliminarily investigated the combination of endocrine therapy (ET) with oral low-dose CY as salvage therapy in elderly patients via peripheral blood regulatory T-cell analyses. In addition, we evaluated the associations of tumor tertiary lymphoid structures (TLSs) with therapeutic outcomes. HR+/HER2− advanced breast cancer patients who received low-dose CY combined with ET or ET only from April 2015 to August 2021 were enrolled in this retrospective study. The primary outcome was the clinical control rate (CCR), and the secondary outcome was progression-free survival (PFS). Circulating T lymphocyte subpopulations represented by Tregs were monitored during treatment by flow cytometry methods. TLSs wereconfirmed by hematoxylin–eosin staining of pretreatment specimens, and CD3, CD4, and Foxp3 were detected using Opal multicolor immunofluorescence. A total of 85 patients who received CY + ET and 50 patients who received ET only were enrolled, the percentage of patients who received CCR was 73% (62/85) vs. 70% (45/50), and the objective response rate (ORR) was 28% (24/85) vs. 24% (12/50). No deaths occurred during the study period. The mean PFS time was 13 vs. 11 months (P = 0.03). In the CY + ET group, decreases in CD4+/CD25+/Foxp3+ T cells (P < 0.001) were favorable for both clinical control and prolonged PFS (P < 0.001). Compared with patients without TLSs, those with TLSs were more likely to have better clinical control and PFS (mean time = 6 months), and a greater number of Treg cells during TLS pretreatment correlated with longer PFS (P = 0.043). Oral low-dose CY combined with standard ET exerts immunological effects by decreasing Treg levels to achieve improved clinical responses. Moreover, patients with TLSs might benefit more from such therapy than those without TLSs, and a high Treg cell count in TLSs before treatment predicts better therapeutic efficacy. Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to explore the operating characteristics of gallium-based liquid metals (GLMs) by directly adding them as lubricants in real mechanical equipment. Design/methodology/approach: This paper conducts an analysis of the rotor-bearing system under GLM lubrication using a constructed test rig, focusing on vibration signals, surface characteristics of the friction pair, contact resistance and temperature rise features. Findings: The study reveals that GLM can effectively improve the lubrication condition of the tribo-pair, leading to a more stable vibration signal in the system. Surface analysis demonstrates that GLM can protect the sample surface from wear, and phase separation occurs during the experimental process. Test results of contact resistance indicate that, in addition to enhancing the interfacial conductivity, GLM also generates a fluid dynamic pressure effect. The high thermal conductivity and anti-wear effects of GLM can reduce the temperature rise of the tribo-pair, but precautions should be taken to prevent oxidation and the loss of its fluidity. Small extracellular vesicles were shown to have similar functional roles to their parent cells without the defect of potential tumorigenicity, which made them a great candidate for regenerative medicine. The last twenty years have witnessed the rapid development of research on small extracellular vesicles. In this paper, we employed a scientometric synthesis method to conduct a retrospective analysis of small extracellular vesicles in the field of bone-related diseases. The overall background analysis consisted the visualization of the countries, institutions, journals, and authors involved in research. The current status of the research direction and future trends were presented through the analysis of references and keywords, which showed that engineering strategies, mesenchymal stem cell derived exosomes, and cartilage damage were the most concerning topics, and scaffold, osteoarthritis, platelet-rich plasma, and senescence were the future trends. We also discussed the current problems and challenges in practical applications, including the in-sight mechanisms, the building of relevant animal models, and the problems in clinical trials. By using CiteSpace, VOSviewer, and Bibliometrix, the presented data avoided subjective selectivity and tendency well, which made the conclusion more reliable and comprehensive. Bubble inclusion in the tribo-pair leads to two-phase fluid lubrication. Upon the initial introduction of air bubbles to the tribo-pair, it can lead to instability in the operational state. A numerical model is formulated by coupling the fluid Reynolds equation, bubble dynamics equation, and rotor dynamics equation. Various parameters, such as hydrodynamic pressure, fluid carrying capacity, rotor trajectory, and equilibrium position, are employed to characterize the impact of operational and fluid interface parameters on the bubble entrainment process. The findings reveal that the hydrodynamic pressure plays a crucial role in establishing the correlation between velocity and fluctuations in kinetic parameters. Surface tension predominantly influences bubbles within the dispersion region, while surface dilatational viscosity affects the entire domain. Lower surface dilatational viscosity or neglecting surface tension can trigger larger fluctuations in the rotor trajectory. Changes in liquid-phase viscosity result in fluctuations in bubble behavior and dynamics parameters, influenced by the equilibrium position and the effect of hydrodynamic pressure. The presence of strong noise and vibration interference in fault vibration signals poses challenges for extracting fault features from motor bearings. Therefore, appropriate pre-filtering procedures can effectively suppress the impact of the noise interference and further enhance fault-related signals. In this work, an improved Laplacian-of-Gaussian (ILoG) filter is proposed to enhance the fault-related signal. The proposed ILoG approach employs an enhanced Kurtosis-based indicator known as Correlated Kurtosis (CK). The CK capitalizes on the cyclostationarity of fault-related impulses and mitigates the random nature of impulse noise. Subsequently, an objective function, based on CK statistics, is suggested to iteratively update LoG coefficients by maximizing the CK value of the output signal. Therefore, the ILoG filter can better highlight the fault cyclic impulses associated with bearing faults. Furthermore, the ILoG filter is capable of attenuating impulsive noise, a feature that is absent in the original LoG filter. The simulation and experimental results demonstrate that the proposed ILoG method provides a remarkable capability to effectively enhance the fault-induced components, thereby improving the diagnostic accuracy. Myoblast proliferation and differentiation are essential for skeletal muscle development. In this study, we generated the expression profiles of mRNAs, long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs), and microRNAs (miRNAs) in different developmental stages of chicken primary myoblasts (CPMs) using RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) technology. The dual luciferase reporter system was performed using chicken embryonic fibroblast cells (DF-1), and functional studies quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qPCR), cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8), 5-Ethynyl-2′-deoxyuridine (EdU), flow cytometry cycle, RNA fluorescence in situ hybridization (RNA-FISH), immunofluorescence, and western blotting assay. Our research demonstrated that miR-301a-5p had a targeted binding ability to lncMDP1 and ChaC glutathione-specific gamma-glutamylcyclotransferase 1 (CHAC1). The results revealed that lncMDP1 regulated the proliferation and differentiation of myoblasts via regulating the miR-301a-5p/CHAC1 axis, and CHAC1 promotes muscle regeneration. Fueled by the concepts of topological insulators, analogous topological acoustics offer an alternative approach to manipulate sound. Theoretical proposals for subwavelength acoustic topological insulators are considered to be ideal effective parameters or utilizeing artificial coiling-space metamaterials. However, the corresponding realization using realistic soft metamaterials remains challenging. In this study, we present the design of an acoustic subwavelength second-order topological insulator using nanoscale porous solid material, silica aerogel, which supports pseudospin-dependent topological edge and corner states simultaneously. Through simulations and experiments, we demonstrate that silica aerogel can function as a soft acoustic metamaterial at the subwavelength scale. By embedding silica aerogel in an air matrix to construct a honeycomb lattice, a double Dirac cone is obtained. A topological phase transition is induced by expanding or contracting the supercell, resulting in band inversion. Additionally, we propose topologically robust acoustic transmission along the one-dimensional edge. Furthermore, we discover that the proposed sonic crystal sustains zero-dimensional corner states, which can efficiently confine energy at subwavelength corners. This study examines the impact of employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) on stock‐price informativeness in Chinese stock markets. Its findings indicate that firms implementing ESOPs experienced an average 11.89 percent increase in stock‐price informativeness. The plans improved stock‐price informativeness through increased external attention and supervision. An event study shows that ESOPs gave rise to an announcement effect, driven by anticipated performance improvements and the novelty associated with ESOPs. A mechanism analysis demonstrates that the implementation of ESOPs attracted market attention, and the increased market supervision resulting from this mitigated the moral hazards of management associated with ESOPs. Plans with more positive signals exerted a greater influence. Notably, ESOPs that prioritized management incentives gained more recognition in the market. As the incentive effects of ESOPs were weaker than those of equity incentive plans and the ESOPs lost novelty over time, the annual announcement effect diminished gradually. Reducing consumer food waste plays an important role in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. Considering the large number of colleges in China, with the largest enrollment in the world, it is especially important to address the issue of food waste among college students. However, the mechanisms underlying the effects that the college canteen catering modes have on the food-saving behavior of college students remain unclear. To fill this gap, an integrated theoretical framework model was constructed from the perspective of "psychological factors–behavioral intention–external environment–actual behavior" based on the theory of planned behavior, the norm activation model, and the attitude–context–behavior theory. Then, 422 valid questionnaires were empirically analyzed by structural equation modeling and hierarchical regression. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) Food-saving intention and herd mentality are the major drivers of college students' food-saving behavior. Personal norms, attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavior control, and health risk perception are influencing factors on food-saving intention, among which personal norms have the greatest effect. (2) The standard-quantity catering mode has an inhibitory moderating effect, while the large-/small-portion-size and buffet catering modes have promoting moderating effects in the transformation of food-saving intention into actual behavior. Notably, the moderating effects of the buffet catering mode are more pronounced than those of the large-/small-portion-size catering mode. (3) The standard-quantity catering mode has a promoting moderating effect, while the large-/small-portion-size and buffet catering modes have inhibitory moderating effects in the path of the negative impact of herd mentality on food-saving behavior. Conventional B-mode ultrasound imaging has difficulty in delineating homogeneous soft tissues with similar acoustic impedances, as the reflectivity depends on the acoustic impedance at the interface. As a quantitative imaging biomarker sensitive to alteration of biomechanical properties, speed-of-sound (SoS) holds promising potential for tissue and disease differentiation such as delineation of different breast tissue types with similar acoustic impedance. Compared to two-dimensional (2D) SoS images, three-dimensional (3D) volumetric SoS images achieved through a full-angle ultrasound scan can reveal more intricate morphological structures of tissues; however, they generally require a ring transducer. In this study, we introduce a 3D SoS reconstruction system that utilizes hand-held linear arrays instead. This system employs a passive reflector positioned opposite the linear arrays, serving as an echogenic reference for time-of-flight (ToF) measurements, and a high-definition camera to track the location corresponding to each group of transmit-receive data. To merge these two streams of ToF measurements and location tracking, a voxel-based reconstruction algorithm is implemented. Experimental results with gelatin phantom and ex vivo tissue have demonstrated the stability of our proposed method. As one of key enabling technologies in digital twin-based assembly precision analysis, three dimensional (3D) assembly tolerance analysis technology has increasingly become an important means for predicting the assembly accuracy and verifying the assembly quality of mechanical assemblies. However, current methods exist some deficiencies that (i) the traditional model mostly cannot cover geometric tolerances or form errors in 3D assembly tolerance analysis, and (ii) a loss of assembly accuracy can be caused by ignoring these parallel connections in the assembly deviation propagation. To address these issues, this study proposes a novel assembly tolerance analysis method considering form errors and partial parallel connections with assembly accuracy and reliability guarantees in mechanical assemblies. First of all, through the integration of the unified Jacobian-Torsor model and skin model shapes, the resulting integrated Jacobian-skin model shapes model is presented, which contains the two advantages of easy-to-use tolerance propagation and geometric tolerance representation. Secondly, a novel improved approach combined with progressive contact method and algebraic operation is introduced into the assembly deviation propagation, which can realize the calculation of assembly relative positioning errors in both serial and partial parallel connections. Meanwhile, an overall calculation scheme of the proposed method is elaborated for assembly tolerance analysis with a statistical way, which is used to obtain the final deviation results of the assembly functional requirements (AFRs). Skin‐inspired optical materials that combine both chemical and physical colors provide enhanced information capacity for potential applications in optical multiplexing and anti‐counterfeiting technologies. However, the existing materials suffer from the limitations of an extremely narrow gamut and incompatibility with universal patterning methods to program dual‐mode images. Here, novel two‐chromatic printing technology is proposed to create full‐color, high‐resolution, and geminate patterns by newly designed fluorescent liquid crystal nanocomposites. Such nanocomposites consist of porous cholesteric liquid crystal networks embedded with core–shell CdSe/ZnS quantum dots to produce extended wide color palettes of both photoluminescence and Bragg reflection. The drop‐on‐demand two‐chromatic printing technology simultaneously enables the construction and patterning of the nanocomposites in a high‐precision way, orthogonally tuning the hues of two color palettes according to Grassmann's and Bragg's law. Therefore, the combination of different color generation mechanisms offers a versatile toolbox, which can be generalized to pigmentary, photonic, and even dynamic optical materials. Cervical cancer is a common malignancy in women, with high incidence rate and mortality. Persistent infection of high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV) is the most important risk factor for cervical cancer and precancerous lesions. Cervicovaginal microbiota (CVM) plays an essential role in the defense of HPV infections and prevention of subsequent lesions. Dominance of Lactobacillus is the key of CVM homeostasis, which can be regulated by host, exogenous and endogenous factors. Dysbiosis of CVM, including altered microbial, metabolic, and immune signatures, can contribute to persist HPV infection, leading to cervical cancer. However, there is no evidence of the causality between CVM and cervical cancer, and the underlying mechanism remains unexplored. Considering the close correlation between CVM dysbiosis and persistent HPV infection, this review will overview CVM, its role in cervical cancer development and related mechanisms, and the prospects for therapeutic applications. Fast factorized back-projection (FFBP) is a classical fast time-domain technique that has garnered significant success in spotlight synthetic aperture radar (SAR) signal processing. The algorithm's efficiency has been extended to stripmap SAR through integral aperture determination and full-aperture data block processing while retaining its computational efficiency. However, the above method is only operated in the azimuth direction, and the computing efficiency needs to be urgently improved in the actual processing process. This paper proposes a fast factorized back-projection algorithm for stripmap SAR imaging based on range block division. The echo data are divided into multiple subblocks in the range direction, and FFBP processing is applied separately to each full-aperture subblock, further enhancing computational efficiency. The paper analyzes the algorithm's principles, underscores the necessity of integral aperture determination and full-aperture data block processing, provides specific implementation steps, and applies the algorithm to point target simulation and experimental data from a vehicle-mounted ice radar. In this study, the magnesium aluminum layered double hydroxide intercalated with sodium dodecyl sulfate (Mg‐Al S‐LDH) was synthesized by using a roasting–restoration method based on the Mg‐Al LDH precursor, and their effectiveness in removing Cu2+ from aqueous solutions was investigated. Detailed microstructural characterization of these adsorption materials involved employing X‐ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier‐transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), nitrogen adsorption/desorption isotherms (N2 ad/desorption), and thermogravimetric‐differential thermal gravimetric analysis (TG‐DTG). The experimental results revealed that Mg‐Al S‐LDH displayed a plate‐like layered structure with a larger surface area and enhanced adsorption ability. Specifically, the maximum adsorption capacity, reaching 96.15 mg ⋅ g−1, was achieved at a temperature of 298 K, accompanied by a rapid adsorption rate. The adsorption kinetics adhered to the pseudo‐second‐order model, suggesting that chemisorption controlled the adsorption behavior. Furthermore, the adsorption of Cu2+ followed the Freundlich model, signifying a multi‐site adsorption mechanism onto the surface and layers of Mg‐Al S‐LDH. Thermodynamic investigations indicated that higher temperatures facilitated Cu2+ dissolution and strengthened the affinity with Mg‐Al S‐LDH, with a positive ΔHΘ value suggesting that the Cu2+ adsorption process was endothermic and temperature‐enhancing. Ion selectivity experiments demonstrated that Cd2+ and Pb2+ ions had a significant impact on Cu2+ adsorption, while the effects of Zn2+ and Fe2+ ions were less pronounced. The primary adsorption mechanisms of Cu2+ onto Mg‐Al S‐LDH encompassed precipitation, complexation on the surface and layers, and isomorphous substitution. This study sheds light on the promising potential of Mg‐Al S‐LDH as an effective adsorbent for heavy metal removal and provides valuable insights into its adsorption mechanisms and performance in different environmental conditions. The acoustic router, capable of guiding sound waves along specific paths, holds a significant value in both science and engineering. Compared to traditional methods of implementing acoustic routing, the recently developed concept of topological acoustics, with its nontrivial topological phases, offers the potential to achieve a robust acoustic routing device. However, current investigations primarily focus on individual topological phases within a single bandgap, thereby limiting the exploration of diverse topological phases in multiple bandgaps and their hybridizations. In this study, we utilize topological acoustics to construct a robust dual-band acoustic router, which is challenging to achieve with traditional acoustics. By calculating Chern and valley topological phases in different bands, we reveal the competitive relations between different topological phases in a specific bandgap. Ultrasonic imaging is crucial in the fields of biomedical engineering for its deep penetration capabilities and non-ionizing nature. However, traditional techniques heavily rely on impedance differences within objects, resulting in poor contrast when imaging acoustically transparent targets. Here, we propose a compact spatial differentiator for underwater isotropic edge-enhanced imaging, which enhances the imaging contrast without the need for contrast agents or external physical fields. This design incorporates an amplitude meta-grating for linear transmission along the radial direction, combined with a phase meta-grating that utilizes focus and spiral phases with a first-order topological charge. Through theoretical analysis, numerical simulations, and experimental validation, we substantiate the effectiveness of our technique in distinguishing amplitude objects with isotropic edge enhancements. Importantly, this method also enables the accurate detection of both phase objects and artificial biological models. This breakthrough creates new opportunities for applications in medical diagnosis and nondestructive testing. STUDY QUESTION What is the significance and mechanism of human seminal plasma extracellular vesicles (EVs) in regulating human sperm functions? SUMMARY ANSWER EV increases the intracellular Ca2+ concentrations [Ca2+]i via extracellular Ca2+ influx by activating CatSper channels, and subsequently modulate human sperm motility, especially hyperactivated motility, which is attributed to both protein and non-protein components in EV. WHAT IS KNOWN ALREADY EVs are functional regulators of human sperm function, and EV cargoes from normal and asthenozoospermic seminal plasma are different. Pre-fusion of EV with sperm in the acidic and non-physiological sucrose buffer solution could elevate [Ca2+]i in human sperm. CatSper, a principle Ca2+ channel in human sperm, is responsible for the [Ca2+]i regulation when sperm respond to diverse extracellular stimuli. However, the role of CatSper in EV-evoked calcium signaling and its potential physiological significance remain unclear. STUDY DESIGN, SIZE, DURATION EV isolated from the seminal plasma of normal and asthenozoospermic semen were utilized to investigate the mechanism by which EV regulates calcium signal in human sperm, including the involvement of CatSper and the responsible cargoes in EV. In addition, the clinical application potential of EV and EV protein-derived peptides were also evaluated. This is a laboratory study that went on for more than 5 years and involved more than 200 separate experiments. PARTICIPANTS/MATERIALS, SETTING, METHODS Semen donors were recruited in accordance with the Institutional Ethics Committee on human subjects of the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University and Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital. The Flow NanoAnalyzer, western blotting, and transmission electron microscope were used to systematically characterize seminal plasma EV. Sperm [Ca2+]i responses were examined by fluorimetric measurement. The whole-cell patch-clamp technique was performed to record CatSper currents. Sperm motility parameters were assessed by computer-assisted sperm analysis. Sperm hyperactivation was also evaluated by examining their penetration ability in viscous methylcellulose media. Protein and non-protein components in EV were analyzed by liquid chromatography-mass spectrum. The levels of prostaglandins, reactive oxygen species, malonaldehyde, and DNA integrity were detected by commercial kits. MAIN RESULTS AND THE ROLE OF CHANCE EV increased [Ca2+]i via an extracellular Ca2+ influx, which could be suppressed by a CatSper inhibitor. Also, EV potentiated CatSper currents in human sperm. Furthermore, the EV-in [Ca2+]i increase and CatSper currents were absent in a CatSper-deficient sperm, confirming the crucial role of CatSper in EV induced Ca2+ signaling in human sperm. Both proteins and non-protein components of EV contributed to the increase of [Ca2+]i, which were important for the effects of EV on human sperm. Consequently, EV and its cargos promoted sperm hyperactivated motility. In addition, seminal plasma EV protein-derived peptides, such as NAT1-derived peptide (N-P) and THBS-1-derived peptide (T-P), could activate the sperm calcium signal and enhance sperm function. Interestingly, EV derived from asthenozoospermic semen caused a lower increase of [Ca2+]i than that isolated from normal seminal plasma (N-EV), and N-EV significantly improved sperm motility and function in both asthenozoospermic samples and frozen-thawed sperm. LARGE SCALE DATA N/A. LIMITATIONS, REASONS FOR CAUTION This was an in vitro study and caution must be taken when extrapolating the physiological relevance to in vivo regulation of sperm. WIDER IMPLICATIONS OF THE FINDINGS Our findings demonstrate that the CatSper-mediated-Ca2+ signaling is involved in EV-modulated sperm function under near physiological conditions, and EV and their derivates are a novel CatSper and sperm function regulators with potential for clinical application. They may be developed to improve sperm motility resulting from low [Ca2+]i response and/or freezing and thawing. Increasing amounts of greenhouse gases, such as CO2, released into the atmosphere have a profound impact on global climate change. Understanding how soil organic carbon (SOC) mineralization changes as a result of land‐use change can shed light on the mechanisms by which SOC mineralization occurs, thus illuminating pathways to achieve global C neutrality targets. Accordingly, the Grain for Green Project (GGP) on the Loess Plateau was used as the starting point to observe how microorganisms affect SOC mineralization through field sampling and laboratory incubation experiments. We found a significant increase in SOC mineralization rates resulting from the GGP, though only at the soil surface (0.47–6.40 mg·kg−1 soil·day−1). We also found that soil microorganisms had a significant effect on different types of C sources, and Proteobacteria and Ascomycota/Mortierellomycota were the dominant bacterial and fungal groups at the GGP sites. The factors limiting SOC mineralization varied with farmland conversion to other land‐use types, and the direct and interactive contributions of these factors were quantified. The explanatory power examined in terms of land‐use ability to directly predict SOC mineralization rates was as follows: farmland (0.82), grassland (0.76), shrubland (0.41), and forestland (0.29). Along the increasing vegetative complexity gradient from farmland to forestland, the individual variable explanatory values decreased, while the relative importance of the interactive effects between variables increased. Our research demonstrates that the GGP increased soil biological activity and improved microbial community ability to metabolize C sources, thereby accelerating SOC mineralization. Exciton physics in atomically thin transition-metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs) holds paramount importance for fundamental physics research and prospective applications. However, the experimental exploration of exciton physics, including excitonic coherence dynamics, exciton many-body interactions, and their optical properties, faces challenges stemming from factors such as spatial heterogeneity and intricate many-body effects. In this perspective, we elaborate upon how optical two-dimensional coherent spectroscopy (2DCS) emerges as an effective tool to tackle the challenges, and outline potential directions for gaining deeper insights into exciton physics in forthcoming experiments with the advancements in 2DCS techniques and new materials. Viscoelastic characterization of biological tissue has significant biomedical value. In this study, we propose a wavelet-based photoacoustic viscoelastographic microscopy to characterize the viscoelasticity of tissues beneath the optical scattering depth from photoacoustic oscillation signals. Irradiated by laser pulses, biological tissue absorbs energy, expands, continues oscillating, and emits damped transient ultrasonic waves, i.e., photoacoustic oscillation signals, for a short time. A damped oscillation wavelet is applied to map photoacoustic oscillation signals into a representation of time, frequency, and decay rate. We can evaluate the frequency and decay rate of the photoacoustic oscillation signals. By considering the interrelationships among frequency, decay rate, shear modulus, and shear viscosity coefficient, we can generate images that depict the shear modulus image and shear viscosity coefficient image within the tissue. These images of the shear modulus and shear viscosity coefficient collectively form the viscoelastogram of the tissue, offering a comprehensive portrayal of its viscoelastic properties. Our study has potential biomedical value and may improve the accurate diagnosis of diseases and achieve more effective early interventions. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
