Comprehensive Summary: Photodynamic therapy (PDT) has been attracted a surge of research interest. However, there are several obstacles to limit the efficacy of PDT, such as hypoxic tumor microenvironment (TME), overexpressed glutathione (GSH), inefficient reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation, and so on. Herein, a smart responsive nanosystem was constructed, which was composed of Au25 modified with triphenylphosphine (Au25‐TPP), catalase (CAT) and GSH‐responsive diselenide‐bridged mesoporous silica nanoparticles (Se‐MSN). When the nanosystem arrived at tumor site, Se‐MSN was degraded by the intracellular overexpressed GSH to release Au25‐TPP and CAT. The Au25‐TPP was targeted to mitochondria and generated ROS under the 808 nm NIR laser irradiation to kill tumor cells. Simultaneously, CAT could catalyze hydrogen peroxide to provide oxygen for relieving the hypoxia of TME. Besides, GSH was consumed by the diselenide bond to diminish the ROS loss. The above tactics (mitochondria targeting, hypoxia relieving and GSH consuming) jointly enhanced the PDT efficacy. The nanosystem showed distinct in vitro anticancer effect significantly stronger than other groups containing one or two assistance. Moreover, the in vivo results suggested that the tumors could be restrained obviously. Yak (Bos grunniens) is a large ruminant endemic to the Tibetan plateau. The addition of enzyme complexes to feed can significantly improve their growth performance. Therefore, studying the effects of ruminant compound enzyme preparations dosage on yak rumen microorganisms and production performance is crucial to promoting the development of the yak industry. This study aimed to determine the effects of feeding yaks with different doses of ruminant enzyme compounds on the performance, meat quality, and rumen microorganisms of yaks. Three kinds of experimental diets with doses of 0.5 g/kg (LE group), 1 g/kg (ME group), and 2 g/kg (HE group) were selected to determine the growth index, meat quality, serum biochemical indexes, rumen fluid pH and other indexes of the three experimental groups. Metagenomics studies were used to investigate the differences in rumen microbial composition and function among yak groups, and transcriptome sequencing of the longest dorsal muscle was performed to reveal the expression of differential genes among different groups. It was determined that the levels of dietary enzyme complexes significantly affected growth performance, rumen fluid pH, and serum biochemical indices. At the phylum level, the dominant phylum in all three treatment groups was Bacteroidota, Bacillota, Kiritimatiellota, and Pseudomonadota. At the genus level, Prevotella, Methanobrevibacter, Oscillibacter. Fibrobacter showed statistically significant differences in abundance (p < 0.05). CAZymes family analysis revealed significant differences in GHs, CTs, and CEs among the three groups. Genome-wide differential gene expression in the longest muscle of the yak back was analyzed by RNA-seq between the three experimental groups. Some DEGs were found to be enriched in the ECM, PI3K-Akt, PPAR, and protein digestion and absorption receptor pathways. Combined metagenomics and transcriptomics analyses revealed that some microorganisms were significantly associated with the genes COL11A1, POSTN, and PTHLH, which are involved in growth metabolism. In summary, this study investigated the effects and interrelationships of ruminant complex enzymes on yak performance, meat quality, and rumen environment. Yaks are crucial to local herders' economy and agriculture. However, several diseases pose a significant threat to the health of yaks and cause substantial economic losses for herders. Therefore, studying the immune indicators and breeding of yaks has become an important task. This study aimed to investigate the association between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of the G protein-activated inwardly rectifying K+ channel 2 (KCNJ6, GIRK2) gene and yak immune indicators, with the goal of identifying potential candidate molecular markers for yak breeding. In this study, we genotyped 192 healthy adult yaks and detected three SNPs (g163684421 C > T, g163688148 C > T, and g163690745 T > C) in the yak KCNJ6 gene. These SNPs were found to be distributed in the yak population. Subsequently, we performed a linkage disequilibrium analysis and found that the linkage disequilibrium levels of g163684421 C > T and g163690745 T > C were relatively high. Through a correlation analysis of yak KCNJ6 gene SNPs and immune indicators, we found that g163684421 C > T and g163690745 T > C were significantly associated with IgA, IgG, IgM, CRP, HP, IL-2, IL-4, IFN-γ, and TNF-α (p < 0.05), and the mutation of these SNPs leads to a decrease in yak immune indicators. On the other hand, g163688148 C > T was significantly associated with IgG, IL-4, IFN-γ, TNF-α, IgA, CRP, and HP (p < 0.05), and the mutation of this SNP leads to an increase in yak immune indicators. In conclusion, we identified SNPs associated with yak immune indicators and found that KCNJ6 gene polymorphisms can serve as candidate molecular markers for yak immune indicators. This study provides valuable genetic resources for marker-assisted selection in yak breeding. Simple Summary: Yaks are indispensable economic animals in pastoral areas, providing local herdsmen with abundant necessities of life. Their meat is of excellent quality and highly favored by the market. As a newly cultivated breed, the Ashidan yak has been under continuous selection and breeding to improve its production performance, which is a long-term goal. The growth traits of yaks are crucial indicators of their economic benefits. Therefore, through the use of SNP molecular marker-assisted selection technology, the early and precise selection of yak growth traits can be achieved. This technology effectively accelerates the pace of genetic improvement and enhances breeding efficiency. The tyrosine protein kinase (TXK) gene, as a member of the non-receptor tyrosine kinase Tec family, plays a vital role in signal transduction mediation. Phospholipase C epsilon 1 (PLCE1), a membrane-associated enzyme, is of paramount importance for the differentiation of myoblasts and the normal functioning of muscle tissue. In recent years, both of these genes have been reported to be associated with the economic traits of animals. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the TXK and PLCE1 genes and growth traits in Ashidan yaks and to search for potential molecular marker loci that can influence Ashidan yak breeding. A cGPS liquid microarray was utilized to genotype 232 Ashidan yaks and to analyze correlations between two SNP loci in the TXK and PLCE1 genes and yak body weight, body height, body length, and chest circumference at different periods. The results indicated that the g.55,999,531C>T locus of the TXK gene and the g.342,350T>G locus of the PLCE1 gene were significantly correlated with the growth traits of Ashidan yaks. Among these, individuals with the CC genotype at the g.55,999,531C>T locus showed a significantly higher body length at 6 months old compared to TT individuals, and those with the CT genotype at 12 months old had a significantly higher chest circumference than TT individuals. At the g.342,350T>G locus, the body height of GG genotype individuals at 18 months of age was significantly higher than that of TT genotype individuals and TG genotype individuals. The IQ motif containing GTPase activating protein 2 (IQGAP2) gene functions as a tumor suppressor, reducing the malignant properties of breast cancer cells. The circulating cartilage acidic protein 1 (CRTAC1) gene, present in the whey protein fraction of dairy cows throughout lactation, is significantly correlated with fatty acids in milk. In this study, we investigated the correlation between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the IQGAP2 and CRTAC1 genes and milk quality traits in Gannan yaks, aiming to identify potential molecular marker loci for enhancing milk quality. Using the Illumina Yak cGPS 7K liquid chip, we genotyped 162 yaks and identified five SNPs in the IQGAP2 (g.232,769C>G, g.232,922G>C) and CRTAC1 (g.4,203T>C, g.5,348T>G, g.122,451T>C) genes. Genetic polymorphism analysis revealed that these five SNPs were moderately polymorphic and in Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium. An association analysis results showed that, at the g.232,769C>G locus of the IQGAP2 gene, the heterozygous CG genotype had significantly higher lactose content than the CC and GG homozygous genotypes (p < 0.05). Similarly, at the g.232,922G>C locus, the heterozygous GC and mutant CC genotypes significantly increased the contents of milk fat, lactose, and total solids (TS) (p < 0.05). In the CRTAC1 gene (g.4,203T>C, g.5,348T>G, g.122,451T>C), the mutant CC genotype significantly increased milk fat content, while the heterozygous TG genotype significantly increased lactose content (p < 0.05). In summary, mutations at the loci of g.232,769C>G, g.232,922G>C, g.4,203T>C, g.5,348T>G, and g.122,451T>C significantly elevated the lactose, milk fat, and TS content in Gannan yak milk, providing potential molecular marker candidates for improving Gannan yak milk quality. Background: The yak (Bos grunniens) is essential to the livelihoods of Tibetan people on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau; however, its growth and productivity are constrained by the region's harsh climate and high altitude. Yak skeletal muscle myoblasts, which have evolved to thrive under these challenging conditions, offer a valuable model for investigating muscle development. In this study, we performed transcriptome profiling of yak longissimus dorsi muscle at different growth stages, identifying a key long non-coding RNA, LncRNA-XR_314844 (Lnc-MEG8), with a potential role in muscle development. Results: We developed a novel technique to isolate high-quality yak myoblasts, enabling detailed analysis of Lnc-MEG8. Our results indicated that Lnc-MEG8's subcellular localization varies during muscle cell growth: it is found in both the nucleus and cytoplasm during proliferation but shifts mainly to the cytoplasm during differentiation. Functional experiments showed that Lnc-MEG8 promotes cell proliferation and inhibits differentiation, while its silencing had the opposite effect. Further analysis revealed that both Lnc-MEG8 and the gene RTL1 share miR-22-3p as a common target. Dual-luciferase assays confirmed miR-22-3p directly targets both Lnc-MEG8 and RTL1 mRNA. Co-transfection of Lnc-MEG8 and a miR-22-3p mimic restored RTL1 expression, highlighting Lnc-MEG8's regulatory role. Lnc-MEG8 also counteracts miR-22-3p's suppression of key muscle genes such as MyF5 and MyoG, facilitating myotube formation. Conclusion: These findings demonstrate that the Lnc-MEG8-miR-22-3p-RTL1 axis plays a crucial role in yak muscle development, providing insights that could advance muscle tissue engineering and enhance yak meat quality. As a representative gas of food spoilage, the development of rapid hydrogen sulfide (H2S) analysis strategies for food safety control is in great demand. Despite traditional methods for H2S detection possessing great achievements, they are still incapable of meeting the requirement of portability and quantitative detection at the same time. Herein, a nanozyme catalysis pressure-powered sensing platform that enables visual quantification with the naked eye is proposed. In this methodology, Pt nanozyme inherits the catalase-like activity to facilitate the decomposition of H2O2 to O2, which can significantly improve the pressure in the closed container, further pushing the movement of indicator dye. Furthermore, H2S was found to effectively inhibit the catalytic activity of Pt nanozyme, indicating that the catalase-like activity of PtNPs may be regulated by varying concentrations of H2S. Therefore, by utilizing a self-designed pressure-powered microchannel device, the concentration of H2S was successfully converted into a distinct signal variation in distance. The effectiveness of the as-designed sensor in assessing the spoilage of red wine by H2S determination has been demonstrated. It exhibits a strong correlation between the change in dye distance and H2S concentration within the range of 1–250 μM, with a detection limit of 0.17 μM. This method is advantageous as it enhances the quantitative detection of H2S with the naked eye based on the portable pressure-powered sensing platform, as compared to traditional H2S biosensors. The fabrication of synergistic multifunctional anti‐tumor nanoplatforms is challenging due to the urgent requirement to activate different therapeutic modalities. Although the multi‐modal treatments can be achieved by carrying out the activation with different exogenous and endogenous stimulations in sequence, this tedious manner is not applicable to the ideal synergistic cancer treatment. Herein, a simple heterojunction of Cu2O/Cu2‐xS modified with gambogic acid and hyaluronic acid (CCS@GA@HA) is ingeniously fabricated for the synergistic cancer treatment combining photothermal therapy (PTT), photocatalytic therapy (PCT), chemodynamic therapy (CDT) and potential ferroptosis just activated by the single near infrared (NIR) light irradiation. Cu2O/Cu2‐xS heterostructure (CCS) with promoted separation and transfer efficiency of photogenerated charge carriers exhibits excellent photocatalytic performance. The intervention of gambogic acid (GA) downregulates the overexpression of heat shock protein 90 (HSP90), which make it possible to execute the mild PTT. And the CDT performance is efficiently improved by the heat generated from PTT. Specifically, CCS appears to accelerate the accumulation of lipid peroxides (LPO) and inactivate glutathione peroxidase 4 (GPX4) that directly induce ferroptosis. As China's electric vehicle (EV) industry shifts from policy-driven to market-oriented development, understanding post-purchase satisfaction and its driving factors becomes imperative. This study compiled objective product attributes and consumer online reviews for 1321 EV models from China's largest automotive website, Autohome, covering the period between 2014 and 2022. By employing data mining and sentiment analysis (SA) techniques, this research extracted consumers' overall satisfaction with EVs and identified the subjective product attributes that garnered the most attention in consumer online comments. Utilizing a machine learning (ML)—SHapley Additive exPlanations (SHAP) framework, the research pinpointed the most impactful objective and subjective product attributes on consumer satisfaction and ranked their impact intensity both statically and dynamically. The findings reveal that Chinese consumers are generally satisfied or very satisfied with their EVs. From a static perspective, distinctive objective product attributes of EVs, such as total motor power and range, play a crucial role in influencing consumer satisfaction. In terms of subjective product attributes, aspects like space, design, handling, and comfort are the most captivating to consumers and significantly shape their satisfaction. However, the dynamic analysis indicates that range anxiety persists, despite gradually increasing consumer satisfaction as the EV market matures. Additionally, price remains a crucial factor, particularly following the widespread implementation of subsidy withdrawal policies, making it the most sensitive factor for EV consumers. This study represents the first application of an explainable artificial intelligence framework to quantify the marginal impacts of various automotive product attributes on consumer satisfaction. Lysozyme like 4 (LYZL4), lysozyme like 6 (LYZL6) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) are implicated in the regulation of testicular function, but there was no research reported available on the expression patterns of LYZL4, LYZL6 and PCNA genes at different developmental stages of yak testes. In this study, we used the qRT-PCR, western blotting and immunohistochemistry estimated the LYZL4, LYZL6 and PCNA gene expression and protein lo-calization at different developmental stages of yak testes. The qPCR results showed that the mRNA expression of LYZL4, LYZL6 and PCNA genes significantly increased with age in the testes of yaks. Western blot results showed that the protein abundance of LYZL4, LYZL6 and PCNA in yak testes was significantly higher after puberty than before puberty. Furthermore, the results of immunohistochemistry indicated that LYZL4, LYZL6 and PCNA may be involved in the regulation of spermatogonia proliferation and Leydig cell function in immature testis. In adult yak testes, LYZL4, LYZL6 and PCNA may involve in the development of round spermatids and primary spermatocytes during testicular development. The Meiren yak is an important genetic resource in Gansu Province, China. In this study, we aimed to explore the evolutionary history and population structure of the genetic resource of Meiren yak and to mine the characteristic genes of Meiren yak. We analysed a total of 93 yaks of eight yak breeds based on whole genome resequencing combined with population genomics and used θπ ratio and Fst method to screen the selected sites in the genome region. The results proved that Meiren yak can be used as a potential genetic resource in Gansu Province. The genes in Meiren yak with positive selection in selection signal analysis were subjected to the Gene ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) functional enrichment analyses, which indicated that the genes were related to the adaptability to high altitude and hypoxic environment. By analysing the genetic variation of Meiren yak at the genome-wide level, this study provided a theoretical basis for genetic improvement of Meiren yak and for the development of high-quality yak resources. Yak is an important dominant livestock species at high altitude, and the growth performance of yak has obvious differences under different feeding methods. This experiment was conducted to compare the effects of different feeding practices on growth performance and meat quality of yaks through combined transcriptomic and metabolomic analyses. In terms of yak growth performance, compared with traditional grazing, in-house feeding can significantly improve the average daily weight gain, carcass weight and net meat weight of yaks; in terms of yak meat quality, in-house feeding can effectively improve the quality of yak meat. A combined transcriptomic and metabolomic analysis revealed 31 co-enriched pathways, among which arginine metabolism, proline metabolism and glycerophospholipid metabolism may be involved in the development of the longissimus dorsi muscle of yak and the regulation of meat quality-related traits. Background/Objectives: Static reference intervals (RIs) fail to capture the dynamic changes in bioanalytes. This study aimed to develop gender-based continuous age- and season-related RIs for neuron-specific enolase (NSE) using real-world data and to compare them with partitioned RIs. Methods: The NSE results from 4097 individuals were included after rigorous screening. Partitioned RIs were determined using the Hoffmann method. Generalized additive models for location, scale and shape (GAMLSS) were selected to develop continuous RIs. Results: The partitioned RIs are as follows: <16.4 µg/L for males aged ≥19 years; <14.47 µg/L for females aged 19–49 years; and <17.25 µg/L for females aged ≥50 years. For continuous RIs, NSE levels in males remain stable with age, while in females, NSE levels evidently increase around the age of 50. Although less impactful than age, seasonal changes still affect NSE levels. Dynamic changes and continuous RIs for NSE are visualized in this study. Conclusions: We developed gender-based continuous age- and season-integrated RIs for NSE in North China, highlighting the variation in NSE levels in females with age and season. Thallium, a highly toxic pollutant, shows greater toxicity to human than other common heavy metals such as mercury, lead, cadmium and its effective removal from wastewater gains great attention. The main restriction for the Tl+ removal is the interference of a high concentration of co-existing ions in wastewater. Therefore, the goal of the current work was to synthesis adsorbent with high selectivity for the Tl+ removal. Herein, the pore size sieving strategy was proposed and Prussian blue-impregnated biochar (BC@PB) particles was synthesized. More than 95% Tl+ can be removed even the concentrations of the coexistence ions (Na+, Cd2+, and Zn2+) 1,000 higher than the initial concentration of Tl+ (500 μg/L). BC@PB also showed large adsorption capacity (9365 μg/g) and more than 99% Tl+ (initial concentration, 500 μg/L) were removed in just 1 min. The BC@PB had excellent and stable Tl+ removal ability (> 99%) over a range of pH from 3 to 9, which covered the pH range of common thallium-containing wastewater. The density functional theory (DFT) calculation confirmed that not only hydrated volume but also the hydration free energy of ions, which governed the energy barrier for ions entering into narrow channels of BC@PB, played essential roles on the selectivity removal of Tl+. Overall, due to its high selectivity, high adsorption capacity and easy preparation process, the synthesized BC@PB particles based on the pore sizing sieving strategy, can be a promising candidate for the removal of thallium from wastewater. This study explored the polymorphism of the leucine aminopeptidase (LAP3) gene and its relationship with milk quality characteristics in Gannan yak. A cohort of 162 Gannan yak was genotyped utilizing the Illumina Yak cGPS 7K BeadChip, and the identified single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) were evaluated for their association with milk protein, casein, lactose, and fat concentrations. The results showed that four SNPs (g.4494G > A, g.5919A > G, g.8033G > C, and g.15,615A > G) in the LAP3 gene exhibited polymorphism with information content values of 0.267, 0.267, 0.293, and 0.114, respectively. All four SNPs were in Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium (p > 0.05). The g.4494G > A and g.5919A > G SNPs were significantly associated with protein content (p < 0.05), with homozygous genotypes showing significantly higher protein content than heterozygous genotypes (p < 0.05). The g.8033G > C SNP was significantly associated with casein content, protein content, non-fat solids, and acidity (p < 0.05), with the CC genotype having significantly higher casein, protein, and non-fat solids content than the GG and GC genotypes (p < 0.05). The g.15,615A > G SNP was significantly associated with average fat globule diameter (p < 0.05). In general, the mutations within the LAP3 gene demonstrated a positive impact on milk quality traits in Gannan yak, with mutated genotypes correlating with enhanced milk quality. These results indicate that the LAP3 gene could be a significant or candidate gene affecting milk quality traits in Gannan yak and offer potential genetic markers for molecular breeding programs in this species. Nanozymes have obvious advantages in improving the efficiency of cancer treatment. However, due to the lack of tissue specificity, low catalytic efficiency, and so on, their clinical applications are limited. Herein, the nanoplatform CeO2@ICG@GOx@HA (CIGH) with self‐accelerated cascade reactions is constructed. The as‐prepared nanozyme shows the superior oxidase (OXD)‐like, superoxide dismutase (SOD)‐like, catalase (CAT)‐like and peroxidase (POD)‐like activities. At the same time, under 808 nm near‐infrared (NIR) irradiation, the photodynamic and photothermal capabilities are also significantly enhanced due to the presence of indocyanine green (ICG). We demonstrate that the nanozyme CIGH can efficiently accumulate in the tumor and exhibit amplified cascade antitumor effects with negligible systemic toxicity through the combination of photodynamic therapy (PDT), photothermal therapy (PTT), chemodynamic therapy (CDT) and starvation therapy. Energy feed can provide animals with balanced nutrition, thereby enhancing their growth performance. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of dietary energy levels on the growth performance, serum metabolites, and meat quality of Jersey cattle–yaks. A total of 24 male Jersey cattle–yaks were randomly divided into three groups. Each group was fed diets with metabolizable energy levels of 8.21 MJ/kg (LE), 9.50 MJ/kg (ME), and 10.65 MJ/kg (HE), respectively. The HE and ME groups showed significantly higher final body weight, average daily gain (ADG), and feed efficiency compared to the LE group (p < 0.05). The glucose (GLU) and total cholesterol (TC) concentrations were significantly increased in the serum of the ME and HE groups (p < 0.05). The low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels were significantly higher in the serum of the HE group than in the ME group (p < 0.05). Blood urea nitrogen (BUN) levels exhibited a significant decrease with increasing metabolizable energy levels in the diet (p < 0.05). Increasing dietary energy levels enhances the eye muscle area and intramuscular fat content of Jersey cattle–yaks (p < 0.05), with no effect on pH45 min, pH24 h, and shear force. In the HE group, the levels of heneicosanoic acid (C21:0), palmitoleic acid (C16:1), elaidic acid (C18:1n9t), and eicosadienoic acid (C20:2n6) were notably elevated (p < 0.05) when compared to the LE group. Wide‐bandgap perovskite solar cells (PSCs) toward tandem photovoltaic applications are confronted with the challenge of device thermal stability, which motivates to figure out a thorough cognition of wide‐bandgap PSCs under thermal stress, using in situ atomic‐resolved transmission electron microscopy (TEM) tools combing with photovoltaic performance characterizations of these devices. The in situ dynamic process of morphology‐dependent defects formation at initial thermal stage and their proliferations in perovskites as the temperature increased are captured. Meanwhile, considerable iodine enables to diffuse into the hole‐transport‐layer along the damaged perovskite surface, which significantly degrade device performance and stability. With more intense thermal treatment, atomistic phase transition reveals the perovskite transform to PbI2 along the topo‐coherent interface of PbI2/perovskite. In conjunction with density functional theory calculations, a mutual inducement mechanism of perovskite surface damage and iodide diffusion is proposed to account for the structure‐property nexus of wide‐bandgap PSCs under thermal stress. Silver sulfide thin film, with excellent thermoelectric properties, is few reported due to the complex and time‐consuming high‐temperature or high‐pressure synthesis process. Here, a fast ionic conductor n‐type Ag2S film with good crystallinity and uniform density is prepared by sputtering metal Ag films of different thicknesses on glass and then reacting in S precursor solution at low temperature. At 450 K, β‐Ag2S films can be obtained and underwent a phase transition from α‐Ag2S monoclinic, which had a significant effect on their electrical and thermal properties. The grain size of Ag2S films increases with the increase of film thickness. Before and after the phase transition, the carrier concentration and mobility cause obvious changes in the electrical properties of Ag2S. The carrier concentration of body‐centered cubic phase β‐Ag2S is about three orders of magnitude higher than that of monoclinic phase α‐Ag2S, and the mobility is also 2–3 times that of the latter. Especially, after the phase transition, the conductivity of β‐Ag2S rises exponentially from the zero conductivity of α‐Ag2S and increases with the increase of temperature. The Ag2S film shows the highest figure of merit of 0.83 ± 0.30 at 600 K from the sample with ∼1600 nm thickness, which is the highest record among Ag2S‐based thermoelectric materials reported so far. Comprehensive Summary: Hierarchically porous materials (HP materials) are believed one of the most hopeful matrix materials because of their distinctive multimodal pore structures and tremendous application potentials in the field of biomedicine. However, green and facile synthesis of hierarchically porous nanomaterials with beneficial water dispersibility and biocompatibility is still a great challenge. Herein, a novel biomimetic strategy is proposed to prepare the cell‐tailored double‐shelled HPCaCO3/CaF2 hollow nanospheres under the mediation of yeast cells. The biomolecules derived from the secretion of yeast cells are used as conditioning and stabilizing agents to control the biosynthesis of the HPCaCO3/CaF2 materials, which exhibit excellent water dispersibility and favorable biocompatibility. The double‐shelled CaCO3/CaF2 nanospheres hold hierarchically porous structure and have abundant pore channel and large specific surface area, showing high drug‐loading and a prolonged drug sustainable release profile by the pore‐by‐pore diffusion pattern of the hierarchical pores. Otherwise, the HPCaCO3 with pH‐sensitivity could controllably release drug doxorubicin hydrochloride (DOX) at the acidic tumor microenvironment. Both in vitro and in vivo results demonstrate that HPCaCO3/CaF2 has the sustainable pH‐sensitive drug release property, showing an enhanced therapeutic effect. Male reproductive health is largely determined already in the early development of the testis. Although much work has been carried out to study the mechanisms of testicular development and spermatogenesis, there was previously no information on the differences in the protein composition of yak testicles during early development. In this study, the protein profiles in the testicles of 6- (M6), 18- (M18), and 30-month-old (M30) yaks were comparatively analyzed using TMT proteomics. A total of 5521 proteins were identified, with 13, 1295, and 1397 differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) in 30- vs. 18-, 18- vs. 6-, and 30- vs. 6-month-old testes, respectively. Gene Ontology (GO) annotation and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) enrichment analysis showed that DEPs were mainly involved in signaling pathways related to testicular development and spermatogenesis, including the MAPK, PI3K–Akt, Wnt, mTOR, TGF-β, and AMPK signaling pathways. Furthermore, we also identified eight potential proteins (TEX101, PDCL2, SYCP2, SYCP3, COL1A1, COL1A2, ADAM10, and ATF1) that may be related to the testicular development and spermatogenesis of yaks. With the increasing application of semi-underground buildings, it is of greater significance to understand indoor air quality and personnel satisfaction in different functional areas within such buildings. In this study, a semi-underground building in Xi'an was taken as an example to test and study the indoor air quality in different functional areas, and a questionnaire survey based on the satisfaction of indoor personnel was conducted at the same time. The comprehensive results showed that the places with the highest concentrations of PM2.5 exceeding the standard limit in the semi-underground building were the milk tea shops, hair salons, and driving schools, presenting 1.01 times, 1.15 times, and 1.08 times the standard limit, respectively. Hair salons were the sites with the highest pollution. The second most frequent pollutants were formaldehyde (HCHO) and total volatile organic compounds (TVOCs). In contrast to the wind speed parameters, the indoor concentrations of pollutants were higher than those outdoors. The upper limits of personnel satisfaction for particulate matter with a diameter less than 1.0 microns (PM1.0), particulate matter with a diameter less than 2.5 microns (PM2.5), and TVOCs were all higher than the standard limits. The upper limits of personnel satisfaction for PM10, HCHO, wind speed, carbon monoxide (CO), and carbon dioxide (CO2) were all below the standard limits. This paper proposes the double-endplates replaceable beam-column joint (DEBJ) based on the seismic design concept of replaceable beam. Compared to the common extended endplate bolted joint (CEBJ), the DEBJ is easy to be connected and replaced after earthquakes, and it can achieve plastic hinge outward movement in steel frame. Due to double endplates and different failure modes, the current moment-rotation models for CEBJ cannot be used for DEBJ. Therefore, based on the classical model used for traditional endplate joints, a theoretical moment-rotation model for DEBJ is developed, and the calculation methods on ultimate bending moment and initial rotational stiffness are deduced. A parametric study is performed for DEBJ based on a test-validated finite element (FE) model developed in this paper. The predicted moment-rotation curves calculated from proposed theoretical model is validated by the experimental results on endplate joints and FE results on DEBJ. The results show that the established theoretical model proposed in this paper can predict the moment-rotation relation curves of DEBJ and the common extended endplate bolted joint (CEBJ) accurately, the predicted results by established theoretical model are in good agreement with experimental and FE results according to the comparison. Yak milk, known as the "liquid gold", is a nutritious food with extensive consumption. Compared with cow milk, yak milk contains higher levels of nutrients such as dry matter, milk fat, and milk protein, which demonstrates great potential for exploitation and utilization. Protein kinase cGMP-dependent 1 (PRKG1) is an important functional molecule in the cGMP signaling pathway, and its significant influence on milk fatty acids has been discovered. The aim of this study is to explore the correlation between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the PRKG1 gene and the quality traits of Gannan yak milk in order to identify candidate molecular markers for Gannan yak breeding. In this study, genotyping was performed on 172 healthy, 4–5-year-old lactating Gannan yaks with similar body types, naturally grazed, and two to three parity. Three SNPs (g.404195C>T, g.404213C>T, and g.760138T>C) were detected in the PRKG1 gene of Gannan yaks, which were uniformly distributed in the yak population. Linkage disequilibrium analysis was conducted, revealing complete linkage disequilibrium between g.404195C>T and g.404213C>T. After conducting a correlation analysis between SNPs in the PRKG1 gene and milk quality in Gannan yaks, we found that PRKG1 SNPs significantly increased the content of casein, protein, and SNFs in yak milk. Among them, the TT homozygous genotype at the PRKG1 g.404195C>T loci exhibited higher casein and protein contents compared to the CC and CT genotypes (p < 0.05). The SNP g.760138T>C locus was associated with casein, protein, SNFs, and TS traits (p < 0.05). The CC genotype had higher casein and protein contents than the TT and TA genotypes (p < 0.05). However, there were no significant differences in milk fat, lactose, and acidity among the three genotypes (p > 0.05). In this paper, a coupled concrete‐filled multicellular steel tube composite shear walls structure (CCSSW) is proposed. A finite element model (FEM) is developed to investigate the seismic behavior of CCSSW, and the model was validated by the tests. The effects of four parameters including axial compression ratio (ACR) on the hysteretic behavior of the CCSSW were studied. Then, a theoretical model for predicting the ultimate shear capacity (USC) of CCSSW was established. The results show that the failure mode of coupled walls exchanged from flexural failure to flexural‐shear failure with increasing the ACR, and it is recommended that the ACR should less than 0.6 to ensure the ductility requirement. To better realize the function of the first line of defense of steel coupling beam (SCB), following recommendations are concluded: the span‐to‐depth ratio range of SCB is 4.0–6.0, the wall stiffness ratio is 2.4–4.7, and low yield strength material should be used for SCB. The maximum error on USC between FEM results and theoretical results is 12.8%, and most of them are less than 10%, indicating the effectiveness of the proposed theoretical model. This paper introduces a trapezoidal orthogonal stiffener steel plate shear wall (TSW). The finite element model of the TSW was developed following the validation of low-cycle repeated tests conducted on a single-span double-layer steel plate shear wall. The paper studies the effects of the flat steel plate thickness, stiffener thickness, stiffener height, and stiffener bottom width on the seismic performance of TSW. Building upon these findings, a theoretical formula for the ultimate shear capacity of TSW was developed. The results prove the following: (1) By changing the flat steel plate thickness, the stiffener thickness, and the stiffener height, the seismic behavior of TSW can be enhanced. It is suggested that the flat steel plate thickness is 4~6 mm, the stiffener thickness is 4~6 mm, and the stiffener height is not more than 60 mm, while the effect of the stiffener bottom width on the seismic behavior of TSW can be neglected. (2) The maximum error is 22.16%, compared to the theoretical value of TSW ultimate shear capacity with the finite element simulation value. A single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) is a genome-level trait that arises from a variation in a single nucleotide, leading to diversity in DNA sequences. SNP screening is commonly used to provide candidate genes for yak breeding efforts. Integrin Subunit Alpha 9 (ITGA9) is an integrin protein. It plays an important role in cell adhesion, signalling, and other processes. The aim of this study was to discuss the association between genetic polymorphisms in the ITGA9 gene and milk quality traits and to identify potential molecular marker loci for yak breeding quality. We genotyped 162 yaks using an Illumina Yak cGPS 7K liquid chip and identified the presence of polymorphisms at nine SNP loci in the ITGA9 gene of yaks. The results showed that the mutant genotypes in the loci g.285,808T>A, g.306,600T>C, and g.315,413C>T were positively correlated with the contents of casein, protein, total solids (TS), and solid nonfat (SNF) in yak milk. In other loci, heterozygous genotypes had a positive correlation with nutrient content in yak milk. Then, two ITGA9 haplotype blocks were constructed based on linkage disequilibrium, which facilitated a more accurate screening of ITGA9 as a candidate gene for yak milk quality improvement. The Oxygen Evolution Reaction (OER) is a critical half-reaction in green energy devices and has become a bottleneck in improving energy conversion efficiency. Introducing vacancies in electrocatalysts is recognized as a promising method to improve their OER reactivity. However, the production of catalysts through the ion-by-ion nucleation pathway limits the generation of vacancies due to the closely-packed ionic structure. Here, we developed nickel–cobalt phosphate (NiCoPi) oligomers with an average size of 1–2 nm, which were used as building blocks for the NiCoPi catalyst. The oligomer-by-oligomer crosslinking process has a spatial effect, which could introduce more sub-nano-sized gaps between oligomer blocks. These gaps acted as the vacancies in the solid phase of NiCoPi, where the exposed oxygen largely improved the OER activity of NiCoPi (with a low overpotential of 254 mV at 10 mA cm−1 and a small Tafel slope of 45.75 mV dec−1) through lattice oxygen-mediated (LOM) reaction pathways, and this reactivity was superior to those of all the reported NiCoPi catalysts. The oligomer building blocks were extendable to more bimetallic transition metal phosphates (e.g. Ni–Fe phosphate, Co–Fe phosphate, etc.) for vacancy manufacturing in solid catalysts, and their performances exceeded those of all the analogous phosphate catalysts. This work developed an alternative way to build high performance electrocatalysts by rationally introducing vacancies. Simple Summary: The synchronization process of yak estrus plays a crucial role in enhancing the reproductive success rate of yaks and safeguarding the continuation of the species. Metabolomics, a branch of bio-chemistry, primarily focuses on the quantitative analysis of all metabolites within an organism, aiming to identify the relative relationships between metabolites and physiological changes. It serves as a valuable tool for delving into the molecular mechanisms and responses of metabolic pathways under various perturbations. In this study, metabolomics methods were utilized to analyze blood samples collected from non-estrus yaks as well as those that underwent hormonally induced synchronized estrus to identify differential metabolites. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the optimization and application of synchronized estrus technology in yaks, promoting the healthy development of the yak industry. The yak is a unique species of livestock found in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and its surrounding areas. Due to factors such as late sexual maturity and a low rate of estrus, its reproductive efficiency is relatively low. The process of estrus synchronization in yaks plays a crucial role in enhancing their reproductive success and ensuring the continuation of their species. In order to clarify the characteristics of the serum metabolites of yak estrus synchronization, the yaks with inactive ovaries were compared with the estrus synchronization yaks. In this study, yaks were divided into the inactive ovaries group (IO), gonarelin-induced yak estrus group (GnRH), and chloprostenol sodium-induced yak estrus group (PGF). After the completion of the estrus synchronization treatment, blood samples were collected from the jugular veins of the non-estrus yaks in the control group and the yaks with obvious estrus characteristics in the GnRH and PGF groups. Metabolites were detected by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, and differential metabolites were screened by multivariate statistical analysis. The results showed that a total of 70 significant differential metabolites were screened and identified in the GnRH vs. IO group, and 77 significant differential metabolites were screened and identified in the PGF vs. IO group. Compared with non-estrus yaks, 36 common significant differential metabolites were screened out after the induction of yak estrus by gonarelin (GnRH) and cloprostenol sodium (PGF), which were significantly enriched in signaling pathways such as the beta oxidation of very long chain fatty acids, bile acid biosynthesis, oxidation of branched chain fatty acids, steroidogenesis, steroid biosynthesis, and arginine and proline metabolism. The efficient way to increase the therapeutic efficacy of nanomedicines is by encouraging the penetration and enhancing the retention of nanoparticles at the tumor site. However, it is a serious dilemma that small nanoparticles can penetrate deep into the tumor tissue but easily be cleared into the surrounding tissues. In order to solve this dilemma, a smart nanosystem is created to address this problem, ensuring both the effective penetration of tiny nanoparticles (NPs) and their appropriate retention at the tumor site. CuS NPs that is modified with peptides are prepared facilely, and can aggregate in situ through the intermolecular crosslinking reaction catalyzed by the transglutaminase (TGase) abundantly expressed at the tumor site, resulting in an outstanding photothermal effect for tumor therapy. Upon NIR irradiation, the photothermal effect of CuS‐K and CuS‐Q induced the disintegration of liposomes and prompted the release of CuS‐K, CuS‐Q, and indocyanine green (ICG). Simultaneously, CuS‐K and CuS‐Q aggregated under the catalysis of TGase after being internalized by tumor cells to enhance photothermal therapy. Introduction: Malignant cerebral edema (MCE) is a serious complication and the main cause of poor prognosis in patients with large-hemisphere infarction (LHI). Therefore, the rapid and accurate identification of potential patients with MCE is essential for timely therapy. This study utilized an artificial intelligence-based machine learning approach to establish an interpretable model for predicting MCE in patients with LHI. Methods: This study included 314 patients with LHI not undergoing recanalization therapy. The patients were divided into MCE and non-MCE groups, and the eXtreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) model was developed. A confusion matrix was used to measure the prediction performance of the XGBoost model. We also utilized the SHapley Additive exPlanations (SHAP) method to explain the XGBoost model. Decision curve and receiver operating characteristic curve analyses were performed to evaluate the net benefits of the model. Results: MCE was observed in 121 (38.5%) of the 314 patients with LHI. The model showed excellent predictive performance, with an area under the curve of 0.916. The SHAP method revealed the top 10 predictive variables of the MCE such as ASPECTS score, NIHSS score, CS score, APACHE II score, HbA1c, AF, NLR, PLT, GCS, and age based on their importance ranking. Conclusion: An interpretable predictive model can increase transparency and help doctors accurately predict the occurrence of MCE in LHI patients not undergoing recanalization therapy within 48 h of onset, providing patients with better treatment strategies and enabling optimal resource allocation. Simple Summary: Yaks are a major economic source for people in the Tibetan Plateau region. Yaks are rich in nutrients, but their low fat content is not conducive to the large-scale promotion of yak meat, so the study of the mechanism of yak lipid deposition is beneficial to the marketing of yak meat. In this paper, the results of transcriptome sequencing analysis of yak liver showed that it could be determined that the expression levels of genes associated with partial lipid deposition were significantly up-regulated during yak fattening. In addition, this study found that the tenderness of yak meat improved during this process. Fattening significantly affects fat deposition in yaks, which may be realized through its effects on lipid metabolic pathways. Therefore, studying the mechanism of lipid deposition in yaks and fattening yaks will improve the quality of yak meat. Yak meat is nutritionally superior to beef cattle but has a low fat content and is slow-growing. The liver plays a crucial role in lipid metabolism, and in order to determine whether different feeding modes affect lipid metabolism in yaks and how it is regulated, we employed RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) technology to analyze the genome-wide differential gene expression in the liver of yaks maintained under different raising systems. A total of 1663 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identified (|log2FC| ≥ 0 and p-value ≤ 0.05), including 698 down-regulated and 965 up-regulated genes. According to gene ontology (GO) and KEGG enrichment analyses, these DEGs were significantly enriched in 13 GO terms and 26 pathways (p < 0.05). Some DEGs were enriched in fatty acid degradation, PPAR, PI3K-Akt, and ECM receptor pathways, which are associated with lipid metabolism. A total of 16 genes are well known to be related to lipid metabolism (e.g., APOA1, FABP1, EHHADH, FADS2, SLC27A5, ACADM, CPT1B, ACOX2, HMGCS2, PLIN5, ACAA1, IGF1, FGFR4, ALDH9A1, ECHS1, LAMA2). A total of 11 of the above genes were significantly enriched in the PPAR signaling pathway. The reliability of the transcriptomic data was verified using qRT-PCR. Our findings provide new insights into the mechanisms regulating yak meat quality. It shows that fattening improves the expression of genes that regulate lipid deposition in yaks and enhances meat quality. Protein kinase D1 (PRKD1) functions primarily in normal mammary cells, and the potassium voltage-gated channel subfamily Q member 3 (KCNQ3) gene plays an important role in controlling membrane potential and neuronal excitability, it has been found that this particular gene is linked to the percentage of milk fat in dairy cows. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of PRKD1 and KCNQ3 genes and the milk quality of Gannan yak and to find molecular marker sites that may be used for milk quality breeding of Gannan yak. Three new SNPs were detected in the PRKD1 (g.283,619T>C, g.283,659C>A) and KCNQ3 gene (g.133,741T>C) of 172 Gannan lactating female yaks by Illumina yak cGPS 7K liquid-phase microarray technology. Milk composition was analyzed using a MilkoScanTM milk composition analyzer. We found that the mutations of these three loci significantly improved the lactose, milk fat, casein, protein, non-fat milk solid (SNF) content and acidity of Gannan yaks. The lactose content of the TC heterozygous genotype population at g.283,619T>C locus was significantly higher than that of the TT wild-type population (p < 0.05); the milk fat content of the CA heterozygous genotype population at g.283,659C>A locus was significantly higher than that of the CC wild-type and AA mutant populations (p < 0.05); the casein, protein and acidity of the CC mutant and TC heterozygous groups at the g.133,741T>C locus were significantly higher than those of the wild type (p < 0.05), and the SNF of the TC heterozygous group was significantly higher than that of the mutant group (p < 0.05). Background: Yaks (Bos grunniens), prized for their ability to thrive in high-altitude environments, are indispensable livestock in the plateau region. Modifying their feeding systems holds significant promise for improving their growth and meat quality. Tenderness, a key determinant of yak meat quality and consumer appeal, is demonstrably influenced by dietary regimen. Indoor feeding regimes have been shown to enhance tenderness by lowering shear stress and optimizing pH values. CircRNAs, well-known modulators of circulatory function, also play a crucial role in skeletal muscle development across various animal species. However, their functional significance in yak skeletal muscle remains largely unexplored. Results: In this study, we identified a total of 5,534 circRNAs within the longissimus dorsi muscle, and we found 51 differentially expressed circRNAs (20 up-regulated and 31 down-regulated) between the two feeding groups. The single‐functionality of traditional chemodynamic therapy (CDT) reagents usually limits the therapeutic efficacy of cancer treatment. Synergistic nanocomposites that involve cascade reaction provide a promising strategy to achieve satisfactory anticancer effects. Herein, a cuprous‐based nanocomposite (CCS@GOx@HA) is fabricated, which owns the tumor targeting ability and can undergo tumor microenvironment responsive cascade reaction to enhance the tumor therapeutic efficiency significantly. Surface modification of nanocomposite with hyaluronic acid enables the targeted delivery of the nanocomposite to cancer cells. Acid‐triggered decomposition of nanocomposite in cancer cell results in the release of Cu+, Se2− and GOx. The Cu+ improves the Fenton‐like reaction with endogenous H2O2 to generate highly toxic • OH for CDT. While GOx can not only catalyze the in situ generation of endogenous H2O2, but also accelerate the consumption of intratumoral glucose to reduce nutrient supply in tumor site. In addition, Se2− further improves the therapeutic effects of CDT by upregulating the reactive oxygen species (ROS) in tumor cells. Meanwhile, the surface modification endows the nanocomposite the good water dispersibility and biocompatibility. Simple Summary: The aim of our study was to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with different protein levels after grazing on growth performance as well as on the proteomics of the LL muscle of Jersey-yak. The results showed that a certain amount of crude protein supplementation to Jersey-yak at the end of grazing significantly improved growth performance and increased their economic efficiency. In addition, we analyzed the proteomic differences in the longest dorsal muscle of Jersey-yak. From our analyses, we identified differences in the abundance of 434 proteins involved in pathways related to muscle growth and development and energy metabolism, among others. Several of the proteins enriched in these pathways, such as MYH8, are associated with myoblast development and differentiation as well as muscle development. In conclusion, the results of this study provide proteomic insights into the different feeding patterns of yak crossbred progeny, suggesting that a greater economic income can be achieved by improving their feeding conditions. Jersey-yak is a hybrid offspring of Jersey cattle and yak (Bos grunniens). Changing the feeding system of Jersey-yak can significantly improve its growth performance. In this study, tandem mass tag (TMT) proteomics technology was used to determine the differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) of the longissimus lumborum (LL) muscle of Jersey-yak fed different protein levels of diet. The results showed that compared with the traditional grazing feeding, the growth performance of Jersey-yaks was significantly improved by crude protein supplementation after grazing. A total of 3368 proteins were detected in these muscle samples, of which 3365 were quantified. A total of 434 DEPs were identified. Through analyses, it was found that some pathways related to muscle growth and development were significantly enriched, such as Rap1 signaling pathway, mTOR signaling pathway, and TGF-beta signaling pathway. A number of DEPs enriched in these pathways are related to muscle cell development, differentiation, and muscle development, including integrin subunit alpha 7 (ITGA7), myosin heavy chain 8 (MYH8), and collagen type XII alpha 1 chain (COL12A1). In conclusion, the results of this study provide insights into the proteomics of different feeding patterns of Jersey-yak, providing a stronger basis for further understanding the biological mechanism of hybrid varieties. To explore the mechanical properties and damage characteristics of basalt under high temperature and high pressure, triaxial compression tests are conducted on thermal damage rock samples, and the evolution process from progressive damage to macroscopic failure of rock is tracked and quantified by CT image reconstruction and acoustic emission technology. The results show that: (1) the ability of basalt to resist load and deformation changes from slight enhancement to rapid deterioration with the increase of temperature, and 600 ℃ is its threshold. The failure mode of rock gradually changes from brittleness to plasticity with the increase of temperature, and its post-peak stress gradually presents certain plastic flow characteristics. (2) With the increase of temperature, the initial damage variable D0 of basalt presents a stage feature of changing from low-speed development to rapid growth. When the temperature exceeds 400 ℃, the total damage variable D will have obvious precursor characteristic of small increase before the drastic change, and this characteristic will become more obvious with the increase of temperature. (3) The main mineral types of basalt hardly change with the increasing temperature, while the temperature has a certain influence on the proportion of some components. The proportion of anorthite and enstatite shows the changing trend of first decreasing and then increasing, while the evolution of andesine is opposite, and the proportion of other mineral components is basically unchanged. (4) The main reason for the improvement of mechanical properties of basalt within the temperature threshold is that the expansion of mineral particles and the constraint of confining pressure promote the closure of internal primary cracks and increase the compactness. However, when the heat treatment temperature of basalt exceeds the threshold value, the structural deterioration caused by heat treatment is gradually prominent, and the defects generated play a leading role in the mechanical properties of rock. Natural photosynthetic biosystems, with elaborate spatial structures, possess substantial specific surface areas and strong light-scattering abilities and provide a blueprint for the fabrication of photocatalysts for efficiently capturing and utilizing solar energy. However, mimicking sophisticated natural structures by a rational design is a great challenge. Herein, we report a facile and universal symbiosis hydrothermal synthesis strategy for obtaining biomimetic volvox-like double-core nested hollow materials. The nested hollow materials possessed the special notched "mother–twin" core–shell structure and the core numbers could be well controlled by adjusting the amount of precursor. The notched double-core hollow ZnO/CdS (mother–twin HZC) was facilely constructed by the direct chemical deposition of CdS nanosheets on the double-core hollow ZnO (mother–twin HZ). The notched complex spatial heterostructure possessed a multiple light-reflection capability (improving the utilization of solar energy), tight interfacial contact (favoring charge migration), and a high surface-to-volume ratio (providing sufficient active sites for H2 production). Both the Z-scheme ZnO/CdS heterostructures and the special nested hollow structure could synergistically enable achieving a remarkable hydrogen generation rate (up to 18.70 mmol g−1 h−1) under visible-light irradiation, exceeding that of the reported similar ZnO/CdS heterostructure without co-catalysts. Both the regional isomerization and selenium‐substitution of the small molecular acceptors (SMAs) play significant roles in developing efficient organic solar cells (OSCs), while their synergistic effects remain elusive. Herein, we developed three isomeric SMAs (S‐CSeF, A‐ISeF, and A‐OSeF) via subtly manipulating the mono‐selenium substituted position (central, inner, or outer) and type of heteroaromatic ring on the central core by synergistic strategies for efficient OSCs, respectively. Crystallography of asymmetric A‐OSeF presents a closer intermolecular π–π stacking and more ordered 3‐dimensional network packing and efficient charge‐hopping pathways. With the successive out‐shift of the mono‐selenium substituted position, the neat films give a slightly wider band gap and gradually higher crystallinity and electron mobility. The PM1 : A‐OSeF afford favourable fibrous phase separation morphology with more ordered molecular packing and efficient charge transportation compared to the other two counterparts. Consequently, the A‐OSeF‐based devices achieve a champion efficiency of 18.5 %, which represents the record value for the reported selenium‐containing SMAs in binary OSCs. Our developed precise molecular engineering of the position and type of selenium‐based heteroaromatic ring of SMAs provides a promising synergistic approach to optimizing crystal stacking and boosting top‐ranked selenium‐containing SMAs‐based OSCs. Forest mammal diversity declined rapidly due to the widespread loss and fragmentation of primary forest habitats, requiring further research on forest mammal diversity. China is a country with diverse forest types, large climate and elevation gradient, high mammal diversity, but massive anthropogenic disturbance on natural landscapes. However, few studies have assessed the associations between forest mammal diversity and these natural and anthropogenic factors. Therefore, this study tried to explore the relationships between forest mammal diversity captured by camera traps with elevation range, contemporary climate, paleoclimate change and human activities in China. We firstly collected mammal species lists from published literatures, calculated different diversity indices, and related these indices with explanatory variables using the multiple linear regression models. The results showed that forest sites with higher elevation range had higher species richness. Higher contemporary precipitation and cropland area promoted phylogenetic diversity and over-dispersed phylogenetic and functional structure. These findings suggest that the mammal diversity in Chinese forest ecosystems is mainly associated with natural environmental variables, supporting the habitat heterogeneity hypothesis, the energy availability hypothesis and tropical conservatism hypothesis. Meanwhile, the associations between forest mammal diversity and cropland area indicate that although these forest ecosystems play important role in conserving forest mammal diversity, further anthropogenic activities should be avoided. Coiled-coil serine-rich protein 1 (CCSER 1) gene is a regulatory protein gene. This gene has been reported to be associated with various economic traits in large mammals in recent years. The aim of this study was to investigate the association between CCSER1 gene single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and Gannan yaks and to identify potential molecular marker loci for breeding milk quality in Gannan yaks. We genotyped 172 Gannan yaks using Illumina Yak cGPS 7K liquid microarrays and analyzed the correlation between the three SNPs loci of the CCSER1 gene and the milk qualities of Gannan yaks, including milk fat, protein and casein. It was found that mutations at the g.183,843A>G, g.222,717C>G and g.388,723G>T loci all affected the fat, protein, casein and lactose traits of Gannan yak milk to varying extents, and that the milk quality of individuals with mutant phenotypes was significantly improved. Among them, the milk fat content of AG heterozygous genotype population at g.183,843A>G locus was significantly higher than that of AA and GG genotype populations (p < 0.05); the casein and protein content of mutant GG and CG genotype populations at g.222,717C>G locus was significantly higher than that of wild-type CC genotype population (p < 0.05); and the g.388,723G>T locus of the casein and protein contents of the mutant TT genotype population were significantly higher (p < 0.05) than those of the wild-type GG genotype population.
