Researchers wanted to develop skin liposomal formulations that would carry 5-fluorouracil to the cancer site in an adjuvant way, as well as enhancing the health of basal cell carcinoma patients who were experiencing unfavorable consequences. Using Strat-M films in vitro, the detailed skin-damaging potential of the synthesized skin liposomes and the sensitivity to 5-fluorouracil were evaluated. The continuous dependency on fossil fuels for energy requirements, transportation and power generation sectors the research has increased considerably on alternative source of fuel. Recently, it can be seen that Madhuca Indica Methyl Ester is gaining popularity due to its economical nature, the similarity with diesel's properties. The primary aim of this research is to implement blends of Machuca Indica biodiesel using two different additives, 2-EHN and triacetin in different ratios for investigating single cylinder direct injection diesel engine output. In the current analysis, a Taguchi optimisation technique based on fuzzy logic is used to find the optimal combination of emission and performance parameters in order to make prediction of optimal input blends. It shows that the cylinder pressure of the blends is always higher than diesel. Among all blends, BL2 possesses the highest cylinder pressure under various load conditions. In terms of brake thermal efficiency, Among the blends, BL2 and BL3 possess BTE 12%, and 11% more than plain diesel in full load respectively. At maximum load, BSFC of Blend 2, 3 and 6 are (25, 22.5, 20)% less than plain diesel. BL5, BL6 and BL7 produced 3%, 1% and 0.3% less NOx than diesel. It is seen that BL2, BL3 and BL5 had lowermost UHC emission of 34%, 27% and 26% than pure diesel at maximum load. This paper presents an experimental investigation on a four-stroke single cylinder diesel engine fuelled with the blends of Mahua oil methyl ester (MOME) and diesel. The performance emission, energy, and exergy analysis has been carried out in B20 (mixture of 80% diesel by volume with 20% MOME). From energy analysis, it was observed that the fuel energy input as well as energy carried away by exhaust gases was 6.25% and 11.86% more in case of diesel than that of B20. The unaccounted losses were 10.21% more in case of diesel than B20. The energy efficiency was 28%, while the total losses were 72% for diesel. In case of B20, the efficiency was 65.74 % higher than that of diesel. The exergy analysis shows that the input availability of diesel fuel is 1.46% more than that of B20. For availability in brake power as well as exhaust gases of diesel were 5.66 and 32% more than that of B20. Destructed availability of B20 was 0.97% more than diesel. Thus, as per as performance, emission, energy, and exergy part were concerned; B20 is found to be very close with that of diesel. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
