Delay-difference and delay-differential analogs of the KdV and Boussinesq (BSQ) equations are presented. Each of them has the N-soliton solution and reduces to an already known soliton equation as the delay parameter approaches 0. In addition, a delay-differential analog of the KP equation is proposed. We discuss its N-soliton solution and the limit as the delay parameter approaches 0. Finally, the relationship between the delay-differential analogs of the KdV, BSQ, and KP equations is clarified. The involvement of the subtalar joint is uncommon in the early stages of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). We report a case of a 47-year-old female who had RA with isolated subtalar joint arthritis. The clinical history, magnetic resonance imaging, and pathological findings of the patient are presented. A careful evaluation of the patients for chronic ankle-to-heel pain should be conducted, and concomitant evaluation for inflammatory arthritis, including RA, should be considered. We propose a systematic method for constructing integrable delay-difference and delay-differential analogues of known soliton equations such as the Lotkaâ€"Volterra, Toda lattice (TL), and sine-Gordon equations and their multi-soliton solutions. It is carried out by applying a reduction and delay-differential limit to the discrete KP or discrete two-dimensional TL equations. Soft tissue sarcomas (STS) are very rare tumors, accounting for <1% of all malignancies. Leiomyosarcoma (LMS), accounts for 10-20% of STS. Gastric metastasis of LMS is extremely rare, and only a few cases have been reported. In the present report, two clinical cases of LMS with gastric metastasis. In the present cases, the metastases presented as a solitary lesion and was located in the upper body anterior wall in case 1, and body-greater curvature in case 2. It is debatable whether to perform any local treatment for gastric metastasis due to its poor prognosis. However, the progression of metastatic cancer in the stomach can lead to gastric bleeding, abdominal pain, and dysphagia, which may further shorten survival and decrease a patient's quality of life.
