In Economics, the word 'land' is used not merely in the sense of the soil or surface of the earth as is ordinarily understood. It stands for all nature, living and lifeless. It includes all natural resources that we can get free from air, water and land. It covers the land surface, whether level or mountainous. It includes oceans, lakes and rivers, mineral deposits, rainfall, water-power, fisheries, forests and numerous other things which nature provides and man uses. The term 'land' thus embraces all that nature has created on the earth, above the earth, and below the earth's surface. At the same time, the electronic payment system is rapidly expanding. All of these indicators show that India is steadily but slowly progressing toward the RBI's aim of a cashless economy. In India, demonetization has compelled all consumers and businesses to accept and develop cashless digital payment solutions. The adoption of a cashless economy is dependent on a number of factors, including reach, availability, and awareness. This study examines the elements that influence customers' adoption of new digital payment systems in India's. For the aim of this study Haryana state encompassing 200 respondents from two areas viz., rural and urban is selected. Land Acquisition Act 1894 is main act which well be base of the upcoming acts. The objective of the paper is to evaluate the farmers' attitude regarding compensation for acquisition of land in village kanheli of district Rohtak. The sample size of the study was 60 farmers of kanheli village of Rohtak District. After acquisition of land 60 percent farmers were not satisfied with the compensation of land. They demanded for more compensation for their land. The government should modify the policy because most of the land losers were not satisfied with the compensation as private companies were providing multiple amounts for the same land at the same time. The sample size of the study was 200 farmers of five villages of sonipat District. From these villages the sample of 200 farmers has been divided on the basis of land holding in hectares. Before and after acquisition of land, indicates a considerable change through investment, employment, assets generated and repayment of debt by the farmers belonging to different holding of land.
