We research extremal S-asymptotically ω-periodic mild solutions to elastic systems by using upper and lower solutions. In our first result, it is assumed that the semigroup is compact. In addition, in our second result, the semigroup does not need to be compact and not assuming lower and upper solutions. Our conclusion is drawn using measures of noncompactness. The advantages of rapid amplification of nucleic acid without a template based on terminal deoxyribonucleotidyl transferase (TdT) have been widely used in the field of biosensors. However, the catalytic efficiency of TdT is affected by extension conditions. The sensitivity of TdT- mediated biosensors can be improved only under appropriate conditions. Therefore, in this review, we provide a comprehensive overview of TdT extension characteristics and its applications in biosensors. We focus on the relationship between TdT extension conditions and extension efficiency. Furthermore, the construction strategy of TdT-mediated biosensors according to five different recognition types and their applications in targets are discussed and, finally, several current challenges and prospects in the field are taken into consideration. The contraction behavior of monotonically expanded cavities is intriguing as it offers insights into certain geotechnical scenarios, especially for pressuremeter tests, where the unloading data is equally informative as the loading data. Despite many solutions for cavity expansion, attempts for the analyses of cavity contraction from an expanded state were rarely made. To extend previous solutions to include contraction, this paper presents a novel semianalytical solution for drained contraction of spherical and cylindrical cavities from an initially expanded state in soils characterized by a unified state parameter model for clay and sand (CASM). Given the nonself-similar nature of the contraction after expansion problems, the hybrid Eulerian-Lagrangian (HEL) approach is employed to derive distributions and evolutions of stresses and strains around the cavities during the unloading process. Combined with the previous expansion solution, the complete loading-unloading cavity pressure curves and stress paths at the cavity wall are presented and verified against numerical simulations. Following validation through comparisons with calibration chamber pressuremeter tests conducted in Stockton Beach sand, a new method for the interpretation of pressuremeter testing data is developed based on the proposed solution. Transcription factor ELONGATED HYPOCOTYL5 (HY5) is the central hub for seedling photomorphogenesis. E3 ubiquitin (Ub) ligase CONSTITUTIVE PHOTOMORPHOGENIC 1 (COP1) inhibits HY5 protein accumulation through ubiquitination. However, the process of HY5 deubiquitination, which antagonizes E3 ligase-mediated ubiquitination to maintain HY5 homeostasis has never been studied. Here, we identified that Arabidopsis thaliana deubiquitinating enzyme, Ub-SPECIFIC PROTEASE 14 (UBP14) physically interacts with HY5 and enhances its protein stability by deubiquitination. The da3-1 mutant lacking UBP14 function exhibited a long hypocotyl phenotype, and UBP14 deficiency led to the failure of rapid accumulation of HY5 during dark to light. In addition, UBP14 preferred to stabilize nonphosphorylated form of HY5 which is more readily bound to downstream target genes. HY5 promoted the expression and protein accumulation of UBP14 for positive feedback to facilitate photomorphogenesis. Our findings thus established a mechanism by which UBP14 stabilizes HY5 protein by deubiquitination to promote photomorphogenesis in A. thaliana. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The abnormal deformation of urban surfaces threatens the human living environment, and extreme regional weather can affect the response law of surface deformation. To explore the changes in surface time series response after extreme weather and the causes of deformation in Zhengzhou, the MTInSAR was used to obtain the surface deformation from 2020 to 2022, and the time series changes of groundwater equivalent water height were retrieved by GRACE. The results show that: (a) There are three large subsidence bowls in Zhengzhou, and the maximum subsidence rate is −40.2 mm/yr. (b) The extreme rainstorm in Zhengzhou alleviated the surface deformation quickly, lasting approximately 6 months. However, surface subsidence still occurred after the extreme rainstorm. The water storage coefficient of the elastic skeleton in the Zhengzhou area showed an increasing trend. (c) Precipitation can lead to surface uplift by influencing the change of groundwater level. There is a delay time of 0.75–1 month between groundwater level change and surface uplift response in the characteristic region. These results provide scientific data support and causal analysis for disaster prevention and reduction of abnormal deformation in Zhengzhou. Purpose: SARS-CoV-2 can invade the thyroid gland. This study was to delineate the risk of thyroid dysfunction amidst the prevalence of the Omicron variant, and to investigate the correlation between thyroid function and Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) outcomes. The study also aimed to ascertain whether thyroid dysfunction persisted during COVID-19 recovery phase. Methods: This was a retrospective cohort study. COVID-19 patients from the Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University, China during the epidemic of Omicron variants were included, and their thyroid function were analyzed in groups. Results: A history of thyroid disease was not associated with COVID-19 outcomes. COVID-19 can lead to a bimodal distribution of thyroid dysfunction. The severity of COVID-19 was inversely proportional to the levels of thyroidstimulating hormone (TSH), free triiodothyronine (FT3) and free thyroxine (FT4), leading to a higher prevalence of thyroid dysfunction. Severe COVID-19 was a risk factor for euthyroid sick syndrome (ESS) (OR=22.5, 95% CI, 12.1 - 45.6). Neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio mediated the association between severe COVID-19 and ESS (mediation effect ratio = 41.3%, p < 0.001). ESS and decreased indicators of thyroid function were associated with COVID-19 mortality, while high levels of FT3 and FT4 exhibited a protective effect against death. This effect was more significant in women (p < 0.05). During the recovery period, hyperthyroidism was quite uncommon, while a small percentage of individuals (7.7%) continued to exhibit hypothyroidism. Conclusion: COVID-19 severity was linked to thyroid dysfunction. Severe COVID-19 increased the risk of ESS, which was associated with COVID-19 mortality. In the traditional farming systems, the excessive application of chemical fertilizers to boost crop yields has resulted in a range of issues, such as soil quality degradation, soil structure deterioration, and pollution of the farmland ecological environment. Green manure, as a high-quality biological fertilizer source with rich nutrient content, is of great significance for enhancing the soil quality and establishing a healthy farmland ecosystem. However, there are few studies on the effects of different green manures on the soil nutrient levels, enzyme activities, and soil bacterial community composition in the rice–wheat rotation areas in southern China. Thus, we planted Chinese milk vetch (MV; Astragalus sinicus L.), light leaf vetch (LV; Vicia villosa var.), common vetch (CV; Vicia sativa L.), crimson clover (CC; Trifolium incarnatum L.), Italian ryegrass (RG; Lolium multiflorum L.), and winter fields without any crops as a control in the Taihu Lake area of Jiangsu. The soil samples collected after tilling and returning the green manure to the field during the bloom period were used to analyze the effects of the different green manures on the soil nutrient content, enzyme activity, and the structural composition of the bacterial community. This analysis was conducted using chemical methods and high-throughput sequencing technology. The results showed that the green manure returned to the field increased the soil pH, soil organic matter (SOM), alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen (AN), available phosphorus (AP), available potassium (AK), sucrose (SC), urease (UE), and neutral phosphatase (NEP) contents compared to the control. They increased by 1.55% to 10.06%, 0.26% to 9.31%, 20.95% to 28.42%, 20.66% to 57.79%, 12.38% to 37.94%, 3.11% to 58.19%, 6.49% to 32.99%, and 50.0% to 80.36%, respectively. In addition, the green manure field increased the relative abundance of the genera Proteobacteria and Haliangium while decreasing the relative abundance of Gemmatimonadetes, Chloroflexi, SBR1031, and Anaeromyxobacter in the soil bacteria. Both the number of ASVs (amplicon sequence variants) and α-diversity of the soil bacterial communities were higher compared to the control, and the β-diversity varied significantly among the treatments. Alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen and neutral phosphatase had the greatest influence on the soil bacterial community diversity, with alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen being the primary soil factor affecting the soil bacterial community composition. Meanwhile, the results of the principal component analysis showed that the MV treatment had the most significant impact on soil improvement. Our study provides significant insights into the sustainable management of the soil quality in rice–wheat rotations. It identifies MV as the best choice among the green manure crops for improving the soil quality, offering innovative solutions for reducing chemical fertilizer dependence and promoting ecological sustainability. The Palaeozoic tectonic evolution of the Western Kunlun Orogen plays an important role in deciphering the Tethyan tectonic evolution. This study provides new geochronology, geochemistry and Lu–Hf isotopic data of igneous rocks from the Omixia Complex in the eastern section of the northern Western Kunlun, as well as detrital zircon ages from turbidites and meta‐sediments north of it. From the Omixia Complex, the determined ages of five ultramafic–mafic rock samples are approximately 470, 456, 429, 401 and 382 Ma. Two samples of acidic rocks from the same complex yielded ages of approximately 438 and 378 Ma. One pegmatitic plagiogranite sample exhibits feature of accretionary arc granites, while other samples show geochemical characteristics of island arc tholeiite and E‐MORB. Additionally, four turbidite matrix and two limestone samples, with a major peak around ca. 480–500 Ma, have the youngest zircon ages ranging from ca. 481 to 387 Ma, paralleling the age range of igneous rocks in the ophiolitic mélange. The εHf(t) values of these samples reveal a broad spectrum of crustal and mantle processes. The youngest zircon ages of five meta‐sedimentary rock samples north of the Omixia Complex range from ca. 581 to 535 Ma, with peak ages concentrated around ca. 0.9–1.0 Ga. Their provenance characteristics differ from the turbidite matrix in the southern Omixia Complex and from the meta‐sediments in the northern Tiklik terrane with peak ages of ca. 0.8 Ga. A younger limestone sample yielded youngest zircon age of ca. 294 Ma, which is unconformably overlain the Omixia Complex and surrounding older rocks. Based on these new results, combined with previous data, we propose a new tectonic model for the eastern section of the northern Western Kunlun Orogen, suggesting a continuous evolution process of multi‐terrane subduction–accretion collage from the Early Ordovician to the Middle Devonian in the Paleo‐Tethys Ocean, which evolved into an Andean‐type active margin in the Early Permian, contributing to the substantial continental growth of the southern Tarim Craton. With the highly nonlinear relationship between various seismic feature indicators and earthquakes, the researchers can hardly construct an earthquake model. Meanwhile, the lack of samples for destructive earthquakes also leads to inaccurate medium-to-short-term earthquake magnitude predictions. Therefore, this study proposes a novel model for earthquake prediction, named variant detector bagging algorithm (V-detector-bagging). First, we adopt the geological distribution of earthquakes and faults as a criterion to select the appropriate history catalog data area, and the seismic indicators are calculated through the Gutenberg–Richter laws and Panakkat indicators. Then, we propose the V-detector-bagging algorithm, which combines the V-detector algorithm with the bagging method. The proposed algorithm converts the self-tolerance process into a cycle process, during this process, different selves guide samples to spread widely, generate various detectors covering more wide nonself areas, fill holes that are not covered by detectors in nonself areas, and reduce the false negative rate. Thus, the V-detector-bagging algorithm improves the detection performance of the V-detector. Finally, through experimental validation analysis, the proposed algorithm ranked first in the detection rate on Sichuan and Xinjiang catalog data compared to the popular machine learning methods used in predicting earthquakes and the original V-detector algorithm, with Xinjiang yielding the best results. Patients with neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) coexisting with both Sjögren's syndrome (SS) and pancytopenia are exceptionally rare. There is no study on the treatment of such patients. We presented a case of AQP4-IgG seropositive refractory NMOSD patient combined with SS and pancytopenia with significant response to inebilizumab. In 2017 the 49-year-old female patient was diagnosed with SS and pancytopenia without any treatment. In August 2022, she had a sudden onset of lower limbs weakness, manifested as inability to walk, accompanied by urinary incontinence. After receiving methylprednisolone and cyclophosphamide, she regained the ability to walk. In February 2023, she suffered from weakness of both lower limbs again and paralyzed in bed, accompanied by retention of urine and stool, and loss of vision in both eyes. After receiving methylprednisolone and three plasmapheresis, the condition did not further worsen, but there was no remission. In March 2023, the patient was admitted to our hospital and was formally diagnosed with AQP4-IgG seropositive NMOSD combined with SS and pancytopenia. After receiving two 300 mg injections of inebilizumab, not only the symptoms of NMOSD improved significantly, but also the symptoms of concurrent SS and pancytopenia. In the cases of AQP4-IgG seropositive NMOSD who have recurrent episodes and are comorbid with other autoimmune disorders, inebilizumab may be a good choice. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Reservoir impoundment induces a large amount of cumulative deformation of landslide body, leading to damage to the geological environment. Due to many yearly cycles of reservoir water fluctuation, the cumulative deformation of landslides tends to be stable, showing a self-adaptive deformation phenomenon. The study of the self-adaptive deformation mechanism is very important for evaluating landslide stability and achieving the safe operation of hydropower stations. To study the mechanism of self-adaptive deformation, two sets of physical models were used to monitor the groundwater, earth pressure, and cumulative deformation of landslide under periodic fluctuations of the reservoir water level. The results showed that the soil consolidation compaction, release of sliding stress, and increase in permeability are the three main factors of the self-adaptive deformation of landslide accumulation. The overall permeability decreased first and then increased, the front permeability increased greatly, and the middle and rear permeability decreased. Background: Although DHFR gene amplification has long been known as a major mechanism for methotrexate (MTX) resistance in cancer, the early changes and detailed development of the resistance are not yet fully understood. Methods: We performed genomic, transcriptional and proteomic analyses of human colon cancer cells with sequentially increasing levels of MTX-resistance. Results: The genomic amplification evolved in three phases (pre-amplification, homogenously staining region (HSR) and extrachromosomal DNA (ecDNA)). We confirm that genomic amplification and increased expression of DHFR, with formation of HSRs and especially ecDNAs, is the major driver of resistance. However, DHFR did not play a detectable role in the early phase. In the late phase (ecDNA), increase in FAM151B protein level may also have an important role by decreasing sensitivity to MTX. In addition, although MSH3 and ZFYVE16 may be subject to different posttranscriptional regulations and therefore protein expressions are decreased in ecDNA stages compared to HSR stages, they still play important roles in MTX resistance. Conclusion: The study provides a detailed evolutionary trajectory of MTX-resistance and identifies new targets, especially ecDNAs, which could help to prevent drug resistance. This study introduces an innovative approach that combines high efficacy with safety through the synthesis of micro‐adjuvants grafted with copolymers of 2‐(methacrylamido) glucopyranose (MAG) and methacryloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DMC). The utilization of metal‐free surface‐initiated atom transfer radical polymerization enables the production of safe and recyclable adjuvants. These micrometer‐sized adjuvants surpass the optimal size range for cellular endocytosis, enabling the retrieval and reuse of them during the ex vivo maturation process, mitigating potential toxicity concerns associated with the endocytosis of non‐metabolized nanoparticles. Additionally, the adjuvants exhibit a "micro‐ligand‐mediated maturation enhancement" effect for DC maturation. This effect is influenced by the shape of the particle, as evidenced by the distinct promotion effects of rod‐like and spherical micro‐adjuvants with comparable sizes. Large language model (LLM) chatbots possess a remarkable capacity to synthesize complex information into concise, digestible summaries across a wide range of orthopedic subject matter. As LLM chatbots become widely available they will serve as a powerful, accessible resource that patients, clinicians, and researchers may reference to obtain information about orthopedic science and clinical management. Here, we examined the performance of three well‐known and easily accessible chatbots–ChatGPT, Bard, and Bing AI–in responding to inquiries relating to clinical management and orthopedic concepts. Although all three chatbots were found to be capable of generating relevant responses, ChatGPT outperformed Bard and BingAI in each category due to its ability to provide accurate and complete responses to orthopedic queries. Despite their promising applications in clinical management, shortcomings observed included incomplete responses, lack of context, and outdated information. Nonetheless, the ability for these LLM chatbots to address these inquires has largely yet to be evaluated and will be critical for understanding the risks and opportunities of LLM chatbots in orthopedics. Background: Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is a significant hepatic condition that has gained worldwide attention. Kaempferol (Kae), renowned for its diverse biological activities, including anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-aging, and cardio-protective properties, has emerged as a potential therapeutic candidate for non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). Despite its promising therapeutic potential, the precise underlying mechanism of Kae's beneficial effects in NASH remains unclear. Therefore, this study aims to clarify the mechanism by conducting comprehensive in vivo and in vitro experiments. Results: In this study, a murine model of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) was established by feeding C57BL/6 female mice a high-fat diet for 12 weeks. Kaempferol (Kae) was investigated for its ability to modulate systemic inflammatory responses and lipid metabolism in this model (20 mg/kg per day). Notably, Kae significantly reduced the expression of NLRP3-ASC/TMS1-Caspase 3, a crucial mediator of liver tissue inflammation. Additionally, in a HepG2 cell model induced with palmitic acid/oleic acid (PA/OA) to mimic NASH conditions, Kae demonstrated the capacity to decrease lipid droplet accumulation and downregulate the expression of NLRP3-ASC/TMS1-Caspase 3 (20 µM and the final concentration to 20 nM). These findings suggest that Kae may hold therapeutic potential in the treatment of NASH by targeting inflammatory and metabolic pathways. BACKGROUND: Exploring an innovative method for precious metal recovery from spent batteries, our study combines hydrometallurgy and pyrometallurgy, focusing on pivotal carbothermal reduction. This crucial phase enhances the leachability of metals by significantly reducing their valence. To evaluate the effect of novel carbon (C) materials on this reduction process, our study synthesized two types of nanoporous Cs, Al‐PCP‐800 and ZIF‐8‐800, found in electrode materials. Their carbothermal reduction efficacy was compared to activated (A)C using thermogravimetric analysis. RESULTS: The experimental findings revealed that ZIF‐8‐800 exhibits superior reducibility, initiating and reaching peak weight loss rate at a lower temperature of 692.01 °C with a peak of 32.27%/°C. Under the optimized conditions (roasting temperature 750 °C, time 3 h, C content 20%, 2.75 mol L−1 H3PO4 concentration, 40 °C leaching temperature, liquid‐to‐solid ratio of 6 mL g−1, leaching time 10 min) the leaching efficiency of lithium (Li) and manganese (Mn) reached 100%, indicating complete extraction with ZIF‐8‐800. However, cobalt (Co) and nickel (Ni) leaching with ZIF‐8‐800 was low (3.22%, 2.06%). Al‐PCP‐800 showed slightly less leaching efficiency for Li and Mn, but higher efficiency for Co and Ni. Activated C led to incomplete Li and Mn extraction, with higher Co and Ni leaching, diminishing the process's selectivity. CONCLUSION: The study confirms that the C material in carbothermal reduction significantly impacts metal leaching efficiency and selectivity. ZIF‐8‐800 was the most effective for Li and Mn leaching, outperforming Al‐PCP‐800 and AC in selectivity. SiO2-particle reinforced silicon rubber composite (SP-RSRC) is a widely utilized material that offers shock absorption protection to various engineering structures in impact environments. This paper presents a comprehensive investigation of the mechanical behavior of SP-RSRC under various strain rates, employing a combination of experimental, theoretical, and numerical analyses. Firstly, quasi-static and dynamic compression tests were performed on SP-RSRC utilizing a universal testing machine and split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) apparatus. Nonlinear stress-strain relationships of SP-RSRC were obtained for strain rates ranging from 1×10−3 to 3065 s−1. The results indicated that the composite showed evident strain rate sensitivity, along with nonlinearity. Then, a nonlinear visco-hyperelastic constitutive model was developed, consisting of a hyperelastic component utilizing the 3rd-order Ogden energy function and a viscous component employing a rate-dependent relaxation time scheme. The model accurately characterized the dynamic mechanical response of SP-RSRC, effectively mitigating the challenge of calibrating an excessive number of material parameters inherent in conventional viscoelastic models. Furthermore, the simplified rubber material (SRM) model, integrated within the LS-DYNA software, was chosen to depict the mechanical properties of SP-RSRC in numerical simulations. The parameters of the SRM model were further calibrated based on the strain-stress relationships of SP-RSRC, as predicted by the developed nonlinear visco-hyperelastic constitutive model. Finally, an inverse ballistic experiment using a single-stage air gun was conducted for SP-RSRC. Numerical simulations of SHPB experiments and the inverse ballistic experiment were then performed, and the reliability of the calibrated SRM model was verified by comparing the results of experiments and numerical simulations. Granite genesis is crucial to understanding the evolution of continental crust, yet many concerns about granite genesis remain not well answered, such as whether I-type granite contains metasedimentary components, what controls granite compositional diversity, and how granitic plutons are constructed. To explore these issues, we conducted a detailed study on the two-mica plagiogranite, tonalite, and biotite plagiogranite units of the Wujinxia composite pluton in the eastern Qilian orogen, NE Tibetan Plateau. These units comprise two-mica plagiogranite, tonalite (with diorite enclave), and biotite plagiogranite. Zircon U–Pb data reveal that three granitic units formed at ~ 487 Ma, ~ 464 Ma, and ~ 430 Ma, respectively. Magmatic and xenocrystic garnet were identified from the tonalite and biotite plagiogranite, respectively. The two-mica plagiogranite, tonalite, and biotite plagiogranite all belong to low-K series rocks (K2O/Na2O = 0.10–0.26), and were derived from deep crustal sources mainly consisting of juvenile mafic rocks, with involvement of minor metasedimentary rocks in the magma sources of the two-mica plagiogranite and tonalite. The diorite enclave within the tonalite was probably derived from an enriched mantle-derived basaltic magma. Mineral compositions, thermobarometric calculations, and whole-rock geochemical data indicate that the low-K intrusive units of the Wujinxia composite pluton resulted from multiple magmatic systems at different depths. The results suggest that I-type granites can contain metasedimentary components by partial melting of a mixed crustal source, and high-Mn content helps the preservation of high-Ca garnet within such rocks. For a composite pluton spanning a large compositional variation, its compositional diversity is jointly controlled by magma source composition, melting condition and thermal evolution of individual magma pulses, and the resulted assembly style during pluton construction. This paper proposes a powerful hybrid Eulerian–Lagrangian (HEL) approach for the analysis of cavity expansion problems. The new approach is applied to analysing the non-self-similar expansion process of a hollow cylinder of critical state soils, considering arbitrary saturation states of soils and both drained and undrained conditions. A closed-form solution for the stresses and displacements in the elastic zone is presented, taking the state-dependent soil moduli and outer boundary effect of the soil cylinder into account. Adopting large strain theory in the plastic zone, the non-self-similar cavity expansion process is formulated into a set of partial differential equations in terms of both Eulerian and Lagrangian descriptions, which is solved by a newly proposed algorithm. The HEL approach is compared with the conventional Eulerian and Lagrangian approaches for the cavity expansion analyses. It is found that the new approach can reduce to the Eulerian approach when the self-similar assumption is satisfied and to the Lagrangian approach when stress–total strain relationships are obtained analytically. Finally, the expansion process is proven to be non-self-similar by showing the stress and deformation paths, and the finite thickness of soil cylinders may greatly influence the cavity expansion behaviour, especially with a small thickness ratio. The HEL approach can provide useful tools for validating advanced numerical techniques for both saturated and unsaturated soils and interpreting pressuremeter tests in small-size calibration chambers. Late Palaeozoic evolution of the Chinese Altai-East Junggar orogenic collage is vital for a better understanding of the accretionary evolution in the southern Altaids. This paper reports new geochronological, geochemical, and isotopic data for the magmatic rocks collected from the northern part of the Dulate arc. The ~304.6 Ma tonalite samples present typical adakitic features of high Sr (396–714 ppm), low Y (1.42–2.60 ppm), Yb (0.11–0.24 ppm), and high Sr/Y (177.25–440.23) ratios. Combining high Mg# (55.35–57.21) and depleted isotopic composition (εHf(t): +9.89 to +13.37 and εNd(t): +5.36 to +6.06), we suggest that they were derived from the partial melting of a subducted oceanic slab. The ~299.4 Ma monzogranite samples have high A/CNK values (1.08 to 1.25), CIPW normative corundum contents (1.28–3.25 wt.%), and positive εHf(t) (+5.14 to +8.63) and εNd(t) (+1.08) values, which are similar to S-type granite that may be generated by the melting of greywackes. The monzogranite (~286.9 Ma) and rhyolitic porphyry (~283.9 Ma) are high-K calc-alkaline and similar to the highly fractionated I-type granites with depleted isotopic features (εHf(t): +11.68 to +14.99 and +0.75 to +7.18, εNd(t): +5.91 and +6.18). The monzogranite and rhyolitic porphyry could have been derived from a depleted mantle source, but the rhyolitic porphyry probably suffered partial assimilation of the overlying crust materials. Combining regional rock associations of mafic-ultramafic complexes, adakitic rocks, high-Mg diorites, and A-type granites with close spatial-temporal relationship, we conclude that a mid-oceanic ridge of the Ob-Zaisan Ocean subducted southward beneath the Dulate arc during the latest Carboniferous to Permian. With the opening of the slab window, the upwelling asthenosphere provided high heat flux and triggered various magmatism in the upper plate. To distinguish between the kinetic and chemical contributions in the impact of PTFE/Al, this study explores the feasibility of introducing an inert substitute for PTFE/Al by substituting aluminum (Al) with inert materials. Three specimens were fabricated through a process involving mixing, compression, and sintering of raw materials The mechanical properties of these specimens were assessed. Dynamic fragmentation tests of PTFE/Al and PTFE/LiF specimens were performed. These results further substantiate the potential of PTFE/LiF as an inert alternative to PTFE/Al, the two materials exhibit comparable fragmentation distribution characteristics. A preliminary exploration of the energy release in both materials was conducted via vented chamber calorimetry tests. The findings reveal that, at an impact velocity of roughly 650 m/s, only 66.9 % of the materials were deposited into the chamber, with a mere 17.8 % being initiated, about 88.9 % of the total deposited energy results from the chemical reaction energy within the PTFE/Al materials. Importantly, this method demonstrates promise for further application in energy release analysis experiments for various PTFE/Al‐based reactive materials. These findings are beneficial for evaluating the energy release characteristics of reactive fragments on typical targets and lay the foundation for refining energy release models of such materials in future research. Gallium arsenide (GaAs) semiconductor wires have emerged as potent candidates for nonlinear optical devices, necessitating bandgap engineering for an expanded operational wavelength range. We report the successful growth of strain-mediated GaAs microwires (MWs) with an average diameter of 1.1 μm. The axial tensile strain in these wires, as measured by X-ray diffraction and Raman scattering, ranges from 1.61 % to 1.95 % and from 1.44 % to 2.03 %, respectively. This strain condition significantly reduces the bandgap of GaAs MWs compared to bulk GaAs, enabling a response wavelength extension up to 1.1 μm. Open aperture Z-scan measurements reveal a nonlinear absorption coefficient of −15.9 cm/MW and a third-order magnetic susceptibility of −2.8 × 10−8 esu at 800 nm for these MWs. I-scan measurements further show that the GaAs saturable absorber has a modulation depth of 7.9 % and a nonsaturation loss of 3.3 % at 1050 nm. In laser applications, GaAs MWs have been effectively used as saturable absorbers for achieving Q-switched and dual-wavelength synchronous mode-locking operations in Yb-bulk lasers. The permeability characteristics of coal seams are closely related to their structure. In this work, based on the fractal theory, a nonlinear seepage model of gas in a double-porous and double-permeable coal body using the increasing fractal construction method is proposed. The model incorporates parameters with specific physical interpretations, eliminating reliance on empirical constants. The internal interaction between the pore and coal matrix is enhanced, and the permeability control by multiple stresses is explored. The validity of the new model is substantiated by gas radial seepage experiments. Moreover, the contribution coefficient of the slip effect to the permeability is defined, and on this basis, the critical pressure point under multi-stress interaction is experimentally investigated. The aim is to ignore the influence of slip effects when this critical point is exceeded and to make direct calculations on the intrinsic permeability. The results show that the higher the overburden pressure and adsorption pressure are, the higher the critical pore pressure and contribution coefficient are. Moreover, the slip effect contributes more to permeability at lower pore pressures, even at lower overburden pressures. Finally, we explore the variations in slip factor and intrinsic permeability for two fractal dimensions and three stresses based on experiments. The relationship between the slip factor and the aperture distribution is particularly noteworthy, as the latter exerts a more pronounced influence on the former. Chatter has always been a detrimental problem restricting the improvement of surface quality and processing efficiency in machining processes. Chatter detection is an essential approach to prevent these harmful effects, which aims to identify chatter occurrence at the early stage. Energy entropic methods explain chatter from randomness perspective of energy distribution and are often applied to detect chatter in machining processes. However, the energy of the milling system at the chatter frequency increase slowly at the onset of chatter, which lead to that energy entropy is sometimes challenging to identify weak chatter. In this paper, a new method based on combination of wavelet packet energy entropy and energy ratio is proposed to monitor chatter. By detecting the energy ratio of chatter frequency band, it is feasible to set a threshold to represent the different milling states and can accurately detect weak chatter. The proposed approach is assessed by using preliminary numerical simulation and several milling experiments, and the results demonstrate that the proposed method can effectively detect chatter. The fracture network structure of coal is very complex, and it has always been a hot issue to characterize the fracture network structure of coal by using a tree-like branching network. In this paper, a new rough fracture permeability model of water injection coal based on a damaged tree-like branching network is proposed. In this model, fractal theory and sine wave model are used to characterize the rough characteristics of fracture structure. In addition, the applicability of the model is verified by the self-developed experimental system, and the sensitivity analysis and weight analysis of the influencing factors in the model are carried out. The results show that the factors affecting the permeability of the established permeability mathematical model are mainly the amplitude factors of sinusoidal fluctuation, length ratio, maximum branch series, number of damaged fractures, opening ratio, opening fractal dimension and initial fracture length. Among them, the sinusoidal fluctuation amplitude factor has the greatest influence on the permeability and the other two are inversely proportional. Therefore, with pulsating water injection, the frequency of changes in the water pressure was altered to improve the water injection efficiency in coal fractures with sinusoidal distribution to increase permeability. The research results provide a theoretical basis for further improving the theoretical models for seepage in porous media and fluid flow analysis of damaged tree-like branching networks. The synthesis of cyclic carbonates through cycloaddition reactions between epoxides and carbon dioxide (CO2) is an important industrial process. Metal-Organic Frameworks (MOFs) have functional and ordered pore structures, making them attractive catalysts for converting gas molecules into valuable products. One approach to enhance the catalytic activity of MOFs in CO2 cycloaddition reactions is to create open metal sites within MOFs. In this study, the amino-functionalized rare earth Gd-MOF (Gd-TPTC-NH2) and its ionic liquid composite catalysts (Gd-TPTC-NH-[BMIM]Br) were synthesized using 2'-amino-[1,1':4',1"-terphenyl]-3,3",5,5"-tetracarboxylic acid (H4TPTC-NH2) as the ligand. The catalytic performance of these two catalysts was observed in the cycloaddition reaction of CO2 and epoxides. Under the optimized reaction conditions, Gd-TPTC-NH-[BMIM]Br can effectively catalyze the cycloaddition reaction of a variety of epoxide substrates with good to excellent yields of cyclic carbonate products. Comparatively, epichlorohydrin and epibromohydrin, which possess halogen substituents, promote higher yields of cyclic carbonates due to the electron-withdrawing nature of Cl and Br substituents. Additionally, the Gd-TPTC-NH- [BMIM]Br catalyst demonstrated good recyclability and reproducibility, maintaining its catalytic activity without any changes in its structure or properties after five reuse cycles. Current evidence suggests that DEP domain containing 1 (DEPDC1) has an important effect on non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). However, the diagnostic value and the regulatory function within NSCLC are largely unclear. This work utilized publicly available databases and in vitro experiments for exploring, DEPDC1 expression, clinical features, diagnostic significance and latent molecular mechanism within NSCLC. According to our results, DEPDC1 was remarkably upregulated in the tissues of NSCLC patients compared with non-carcinoma tissues, linked with gender, stage, T classification and N classification based on TCGA data and associated with smoking status and stage according to GEO datasets. Meanwhile, the summary receiver operating characteristic (sROC) curve analysis result showed that DEPDC1 had a high diagnostic value in NSCLC (AUC = 0.96, 95% CI: 0.94–0.98; diagnostic odds ratio = 99.08, 95%CI: 31.91–307.65; sensitivity = 0.89, 95%CI: 0.81–0.94; specificity = 0.92, 95%CI: 0.86–0.96; positive predictive value = 0.94, 95%CI: 0.89–0.98; negative predictive value = 0.78, 95%CI: 0.67–0.90; positive likelihood ratio = 11.77, 95%CI: 6.11–22.68; and negative likelihood ratio = 0.12, 95%CI: 0.06–0.22). Subsequently, quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) and western blotting indicated that DEPDC1 was high expressed in NSCLC cells. According to the in vitro MTS and apoptotic assays, downregulated DEPDC1 expression targeting P53 signaling pathway inhibited the proliferation of NSCLC cells while promoting apoptosis of NSCLC cells. Moreover, DEPDC1 was significantly correlated with immune cell infiltrating levels in NSCLC based on TCGA data, which were primarily associated with T cells CD4 memory activated, macrophages M1, B cells memory, mast cells resting, T cells regulatory, monocytes, and T cells CD4 memory resting. Compared with the group with high expression of DEPDC1, the group with low expression level had higher scores for immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) treatment. GSEA confirmed that DEPDC1 was involved in gene expression and tumor-related signaling pathways. Finally, DEPDC1 and its associated immune-related genes were shown to be enriched in 'receptor ligand activity', 'external side of plasma membrane', 'regulation of innate immune response', and 'Epstein-Barr virus infection' pathways. Background: Guidelines recommend high-sensitivity cardiac troponin (hs-cTn) for diagnosis of myocardial infarction. Use of hs-cTn is increasing across the U.S., but questions remain regarding clinical and operational impact. Prior studies have had methodologic limitations and yielded conflicting results. Objective: To evaluate the impact of transitioning from conventional cardiac troponin (cTn) to hs-cTn on test and resource utilization, operational efficiency, and patient safety. Design: Retrospective cohort study in two New York City hospitals during the months before and after transition from conventional cTn to hs-cTn at Hospital 1. Hospital 2 served as a control. Participants: Consecutive emergency department (ED) patients with at least one cTn test resulted. Intervention: Multifaceted hs-cTn intervention bundle, including a 0/2-h diagnostic algorithm for non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction, an educational bundle, enhancements to the electronic medical record, and nursing interventions to facilitate timed sample collection. Main Measures: Primary outcomes included serial cTn test utilization, probability of hospital admission, ED length of stay (LOS), and among discharged patients, probability of ED revisit within 72 h resulting in hospital admission. Multivariable regression models adjusted for age, sex, temporal trends, and interhospital differences. Key Results: The intervention was associated with increased use of serial cTn testing (adjusted risk difference: 48 percentage points, 95% CI: 45–50, P < 0.001) and ED LOS (adjusted geometric mean difference: 50 min, 95% CI: 50–51, P < 0.001). There was no significant association between the intervention and probability of admission (adjusted relative risk [aRR]: 0.99, 95% CI: 0.89–1.1, P = 0.81) or probability of ED revisit within 72 h resulting in admission (aRR: 1.1, 95% CI: 0.44–2.9, P = 0.81). Conclusions: Implementation of a hs-cTn intervention bundle was associated with an improvement in serial cTn testing, a neutral effect on probability of hospital admission, and a modest increase in ED LOS. In this paper, a generalized formulation for vibration characteristics investigation of bi-dimensional functionally graded martial annular plates of variational thicknesses is built up using the dynamic stiffness method. The distributions of material attribute both in the radial direction and the thickness direction are in a power-law variation of the constituents' volume fraction. General solutions of the government equation of an annular plate are solved by a strong-formed algorithm, then the dynamic stiffness formulation is employed to present the vibration study of the bi-dimensional functionally graded annular plate. Various boundary constrains are considered in the modeling process. Results of present formulation are verified by comparison with existing literature and numerical examples. A systematic parametric study is performed to study the influences of boundary constrains, geometric parameters, and functional material distributions on the free vibration characteristic of the annular plate. Results shows that the natural frequency of radial functionally graded annular plate are the largest and the natural frequency of the bi-dimensional functionally graded annular plate are the minimum when the values of the power laws are both 1. In the initial stage of coal seam water injection, due to the high density and low permeability of coal bodies, an obvious startup pressure gradient is observed in relation to water seepage; this phenomenon leads to low-velocity nonlinear seepage. In this paper, we study the nonlinear seepage law and the main influencing parameters of the water injection process. First, based on the startup pressure gradient, the nonlinear seepage equation, and the fractal theory, we formulated a nonlinear seepage model of coal seam water injection that considered the fractal characteristics of a complex coal structure. Subsequently, we carried out coal seam water injection and gas radial seepage experiments under a high overburden pressure, obtaining the startup pressure gradient according to the seepage characteristics and the changes of dynamic parameters. Then, the dynamic parameters of water injection, the structural parameters of the coal samples, the physical parameters, and the fractal dimension were substituted into the theoretical model to obtain the theoretically calculated value. Finally, through comparative analysis of theoretical and experimental startup pressure gradient calculation results, it is found that with the increase in the overburden pressure, the permeability of coal and the connectivity effect are reduced, while the fracture tortuosity and the startup pressure gradient increase. Objective: Inflammation is recognized as a contributor in the development of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), and the recruitment and functional capacity of immune cells are well-orchestrated by chemokines and their receptors. This study is aimed at identification of critical chemokines in the progression of PAH via transcriptomic analysis. Methods: Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) from lungs of PAH patients were achieved compared to controls based on Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database. Gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) was applied for functional annotation and pathway enrichement. The abundance of immune cells was estimated by the xCell algorithm. Weighted correlation network analysis (WGCNA) was used to construct a gene expression network, based on which a diagnostic model was generated to determine its accuracy to distinguish PAH from control subjects. Target genes were then validated in lung of hypoxiainduce pulmonary hypertension (PH) mouse model. Results: ACKR4 (atypical chemokine receptor 4) was downregulated in PAH lung tissues in multiple datasets. PAH relevant biological functions and pathways were enriched in patients with low-ACKR4 level according to GSEA enrichment analysis. Immuno-infiltration analysis revealed a negative correlation of activated dendritic cells, Th1 and macrophage infiltration with ACKR4 expression. Three gene modules were associated with PAH via WGCNA analysis, and a model for PAH diagnosis was generated using CXCL12, COL18A1 and TSHZ2, all of which correlated with ACKR4. The ACKR4 expression was also downregulated in lung tissues of our experimental PH mice compared to that of controls. Conclusions: The reduction of ACKR4 in lung tissues of human PAH based on transcriptomic data is consistent with the alteration observed in our rodent PH. Objective: To assess the effect of B cell depletion therapy (BCDT) on circulating T follicular helper (cTfh) and circulating T helper 17 (cTh17) cells and its relation to clinical improvement in patients with myasthenia gravis (MG). Methods: 28 anti-AchR positive MG patients treated with ofatumumab and 28 healthy controls (HCs) were included. Frequencies of cTfh and cTh17 cells were monitored by flow cytometry at baseline and 4, and 12 weeks after the initial dose ofatumumab. Serum cytokines associated with cTfh and cTh17, including IL-6, IL-21, and IL-17, were also analyzed. Results: The frequency of cTfh and cTh17 significantly increased in MG patients compared with HCs. Additionally, elevated levels of both T-cell subsets correlated with MG severity. During the follow-up, cTfh and cTh17 return to normal after BCDT. Furthermore, the decrease in cTfh and cTh17 was associated with MG scores improvement over time. Notably, cTfh- and cTh17-related cytokines, including IL-6, IL-21, and IL-17, exhibited a marked decrease following ofatumumab therapy. Conclusions: Abnormal expansion of cTfh and cTh17 cells may be key features in the immunopathology of MG. Their levels returned to normal after BCDT, which was closely correlated with clinical amelioration. This result suggests that these two T-cell subsets may be targets for BCDT treatment of MG. Red mud (RM) and Yellow River sediment (YRS) are challenging to handle as waste materials. In this study, RM with geopolymer and heavy metal adsorption characteristics was combined with YRS and ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBS) to develop a porous geopolymer with high strength and high adsorption performance. A geopolymer cementitious material with high strength was prepared using high temperature water bath curing of 90 °C and different dosages of YRS, and a porous geopolymer concrete was further prepared. The compressive strength, fluidity and setting time of geopolymer cementitious materials were tested, and the compressive strength, porosity and permeability of porous geopolymer concrete were also tested. The environmental impact assessment of geopolymer cementitious materials was further conducted. The hydration products and microstructure of geopolymer gel materials were analyzed by XRD, SEM and FT-IR tests. The results show that the addition of YRS can effectively prolong the setting time of the geopolymer cementitious material, and the enhancement rate is as high as 150% compared with the geopolymer cementitious materials without the addition of YRS. An appropriate amount of YRS can improve the compressive strength of the geopolymer cementitious materials, and its early compressive strength can be further improved under the high temperature water bath curing of 90 °C, and the compressive strength at an age of 3 d can be up to 86.7 MPa. Meanwhile, the compressive strength of porous geopolymer concrete at an age of 28 d is up to 28.1 MPa. YRS can participate in geopolymer reactions, and high temperature water bath curing can promote the reaction degree. Curing method and YRS dosages have little effect on the porosity and permeability of the porous geopolymer concrete. Background: Most of gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) are driven by mutations in the KIT/PDGFRA genes and can benefit from TKIs treatment. However, a small subset of GIST (10%-15%) are called "wild-type" GISTs due to the lack of these mutations. Theoretically, they would not benefit from TKIs treatment and may even develop resistance. Therefore, this unexpected response may challenge inherent perceptions. Herein, we present a case of giant wild-type GIST exhibiting an unexpected response to imatinib(IM), followed by laparoscopic surgical resection. Subsequently, potential underlying mechanisms are discussed. Case description: This case describes a 57-year-old man who presented with abdominal pain for two weeks. CT revealed a massive lesion near the splenic hilum along the greater curvature of the stomach, concurrently involving the splenic hilar vessels and surrounding lymph nodes. Ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration biopsy confirmed it is amesenchymal spindle cell tumor, GIST. Due to the enormous volume and local invasion, neoadjuvant chemotherapy was initially considered. After 6 months of IM 400 mg/d, CT imaging revealed marked changes in tumor heterogeneity and a significant reduction in volume. Subsequently, laparoscopic surgical resection was performed. Postoperative pathological examination, immunohistochemistry, and genetic testing collectively confirmed it is a wild-type GIST. The patient recovered well and was discharged on the 6th day after surgery, with continued oral IM(400 mg/d) after discharge. No recurrence was observed during follow-up until the publication of this report. Conclusion: This unexpected response suggests that wild-type GISTs may benefit from TKIs treatment, and the potential mechanisms warrant further investigation. Purpose: Intraoperative frozen section pathology (FS) is widely used to guide surgical strategies while the accuracy is relatively low. Underestimating the pathological condition may result in inadequate surgical margins. This study aims to identify CT imaging features related to upgraded FS and develop a predictive model. Methods: Collected data from 860 patients who underwent lung surgery from January to December 2019. We analyzed the consistency rate of FS and categorized the patients into three groups: Group 1 (n = 360) had both FS and Formalin-fixed Paraffin-embedded section (FP) as non-invasive adenocarcinoma (IAC); Group 2 (n = 128) had FS as non-IAC but FP as IAC; Group 3 (n = 372) had both FS and FP as IAC. Clinical baseline characteristics were compared and propensity score adjustment was used to mitigate the effects of these characteristics. Univariate analyses identified imaging features with inter-group differences. A multivariate analysis was conducted to screen independent risk factors for FS upgrade, after which a logistic regression prediction model was established and a receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was plotted. Results: The consistency rate of FS with FP was 84.19%. 26.67% of the patients with non-IAC FS diagnosis were upgraded to IAC. The predictive model's Area Under Curve (AUC) is 0.785. Consolidation tumor ratio (CTR) ≤ 0.5 and smaller nodule diameter are associated with the underestimation of IAC in FS. Artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots utilizing large language models (LLMs) have recently garnered significant interest due to their ability to generate humanlike responses to user inquiries in an interactive dialog format. While these models are being increasingly utilized to obtain medical information by patients, scientific and medical providers, and trainees to address biomedical questions, their performance may vary from field to field. The opportunities and risks these chatbots pose to the widespread understanding of skeletal health and science are unknown. Here we assess the performance of 3 high-profile LLM chatbots, Chat Generative Pre-Trained Transformer (ChatGPT) 4.0, BingAI, and Bard, to address 30 questions in 3 categories: basic and translational skeletal biology, clinical practitioner management of skeletal disorders, and patient queries to assess the accuracy and quality of the responses. Thirty questions in each of these categories were posed, and responses were independently graded for their degree of accuracy by four reviewers. While each of the chatbots was often able to provide relevant information about skeletal disorders, the quality and relevance of these responses varied widely, and ChatGPT 4.0 had the highest overall median score in each of the categories. Each of these chatbots displayed distinct limitations that included inconsistent, incomplete, or irrelevant responses, inappropriate utilization of lay sources in a professional context, a failure to take patient demographics or clinical context into account when providing recommendations, and an inability to consistently identify areas of uncertainty in the relevant literature. Careful consideration of both the opportunities and risks of current AI chatbots is needed to formulate guidelines for best practices for their use as source of information about skeletal health and biology. In this work, diboron trioxide and calcium fluoride are applied as composite additives to explore a process suitable for processing low-grade, high-vanadium, ultra-high-titanium vanadium–titanium magnetite. The metallized coal-based direct reduction–electromagnetic separation experiment was conducted. Results show that a good metallization ratio, separation, and the recovery of valuable components can be achieved under the following conditions: 8 pct diboron trioxide additive content, 8 pct calcium fluoride additive content, reduction temperature of 1100 °C, and reduction time of 30 min. The metallization ratio is 94 pct, and the recovery ratio of Fe, V, and Ti are 96, 84, and 85 pct, respectively. The X-ray diffraction results show that the phase transition under this condition is relatively simple, mainly metallic iron and different titanium oxides, without much intermediate product formation. Scanning electron microscope–energy-dispersive spectroscopy analysis shows that different conditions make the reduction products present differently in size, number, shape, and element distribution under different conditions, and this difference leads to differences in the separation and recovery effects of valuable components. The larger the metallic iron particle size is, the better the effect of component separation is. Diboron trioxide plays a role by destroying [SiO4] radicals to promote reduction. Fluorine is mainly diffused into silicate slag phase, and part of calcium fluoride still exists at relatively lower temperature of 1100–1150 °C. Overall, the metallization reduction–magnetic separation process with diboron trioxide and calcium fluoride as composite additives has achieved excellent metallization ratio, satisfied separation and recovery of valuable components, and large-scale lowered reaction temperature and time. Stereo cameras can capture the rich image textures of a scene, while LiDAR can obtain accurate 3D coordinates of point clouds of a scene. They complement each other and can achieve comprehensive and accurate environment perception through data fusion. The primary step in data fusion is to establish the relative positional relationship between the stereo cameras and the 3D LiDAR, known as extrinsic calibration. Existing methods establish the camera–LiDAR relationship by constraints of the correspondence between different planes in the images and point clouds. However, these methods depend on the planes and ignore the multipath-closure constraint among the camera–LiDAR–camera sensors, resulting in poor robustness and accuracy of the extrinsic calibration. This paper proposes a trihedron as the calibration object to effectively establish various coplanar and collinear constraints between stereo cameras and 3D LiDAR. With the various constraints, the multipath-closure constraint between the three sensors is further formulated for the extrinsic calibration. Firstly, the coplanar and collinear constraints between the camera–LiDAR–camera are built using the trihedron calibration object. Then, robust and accurate coplanar constraint information is extracted through iterative maximum a posteriori (MAP) estimation. Finally, a multipath-closure extrinsic calibration method for multi-sensor systems is developed with structurally mutual validation between the cameras and the LiDAR. Extensive experiments are conducted on simulation data with different noise levels and a large amount of real data to validate the accuracy and robustness of the proposed calibration algorithm. Dendritic cell vaccine (DCV) holds great potential in tumor immunotherapy owing to its potent ability in eliciting tumor‐specific immune responses. Aiming at engineering enhanced DCV, we report the first effort to construct a glycopolymer‐engineered DC vaccine (G‐DCV) via metabolicglycoengineering and copper‐free click‐chemistry. Model G‐DCV was prepared by firstly delivering tumor antigens, ovalbumin (OVA) into dendritic cells (DC) with fluoroalkane‐grafted polyethyleneimines, followed by conjugating glycopolymers with a terminal group of dibenzocyclooctyne (DBCO) onto dendritic cells. Compared to unmodified DCV, our G‐DCV could induce stronger T cell activation due to the enhanced adhesion between DCs and T cells. Notably, such G‐DCV could more effectively inhibit the growth of the mouse B16‐OVA (expressing OVA antigen) tumor model after adoptive transfer. Moreover, by combination with an immune checkpoint inhibitor, G‐DCV showed further increased anti‐tumor effects in treating different tumor models. Multicentric Castleman disease (MCD) is a heterogeneous, life-threatening disease. A subgroup of HIV-negative and HHV-8-negative MCD is defined as idiopathic MCD (iMCD) with a poor prognosis. Here we report an unusual case of a 47-year-old male patient with iMCD who experienced multiple treatment regimens such as chemotherapy, immunomodulatory therapy, and targeted therapy, all of which were considered ineffective. Subsequently, he was started on bortezomib in combination with dexamethasone for six cycles and he was in complete remission. The patient has survived nearly 13 years to date – the longest survival of any iMCD patient treated with bortezomib in combination with dexamethasone. Digital twin railway is a pivotal foundation for the intelligent construction and maintenance of railway engineering projects within extensive open spaces. Its essence is the integrated representation and association management of multi-granularity spatiotemporal data, executable analysis models, and professional knowledge. These elements are characterized by the prominent characteristics of multi-source, heterogeneity, and massive volume. However, current decentralized and independent management strategies often neglect the dynamic coupling relationships between them, and numerous multi-path joins and conversion aggregation operations exist across various spatial scale applications. Consequently, this results in challenges such as the inability to dynamically couple data-model-knowledge and conduct global association retrieval, thereby limiting the potential for real-time analysis and intelligent application capabilities. To address these problems, we first constructed a tripartite graph model (DMK--Graph model) that explicitly associates temporal, spatial, and interactive relationships. Subsequently, an association management architecture was proposed, accompanied by a global association graph index (DMK--Graph index) and a global-local indexing mechanism. Finally, a prototype system for railway data-model-knowledge association management was developed. The effectiveness of the distributed association management method was demonstrated by employing a case study of high-temperature safety risk analysis in railway tunnel engineering with multi-physics field coupling.
