In the field of water decontamination, the design of luminance sensor for sensitive detection of heavy metal ion toxic and nitroaromatic compounds are important and challenging. Herein, a new luminescent Cd(II) metal–organic framework (MOF), {[Cd2(H2O)3(4‐CPCA)2]·2H2O}n (SNUT‐27) (H2(4‐CPCA) = 1‐(4‐carboxyphenyl)‐4‐oxo‐1,4‐dihydropyridazine‐3‐carboxylic acid) was obtained by the reaction of flexible ligand H2(4‐CPCA) and Cd(II) ions, characterized by single crystal X‐ray diffraction, PXRD, FT‐IR, and TGA, the samples were further analyzed. The analysis of single crystal X‐ray diffraction showed that SNUT‐27 possesses a distinct three‐dimensional spatial arrangement and demonstrates impressive fluorescence properties. Particularly, SNUT‐27 showed a highly sensitive response to the nitro‐aromatic compounds nitrobenzene by fluorescence quenching, and in contrast, showed a fluorescence enhancement response to Al3+ and Cu2+. SNUT‐27 can be effortlessly recycled by simply rinsing with water post‐sensing experiments, showcasing its reusability. Additionally, potential detection mechanisms have been explored. Background: Salt substitution (SS) has been found to reduce blood pressure (BP). However, the impact of SS on cardiac structure, as assessed through ultrasonic cardiogram (UCG) and electrocardiograms (ECG), remains poorly understood. This study aims to evaluate the effects of SS on cardiac structure and ECG parameters. Methods: This 12-month prospective, multi-center, randomized, double-blind study involved hypertensive patients aged 50 to 70 years with office systolic BP (SBP) ranging from 140 to 180 mmHg and diastolic BP (DBP) ranging from 90 to 110 mmHg. A total of 352 patients were enrolled and equally randomized to either the normal salt (NS) group or SS group. Office BP measurements (OBPM) were obtained at baseline and at 3, 6, and 12 months, while home BP measurements (HBPM) were recorded at baseline, 3, 6, 9, and 12 months. Fasting blood, UCG, and ECG parameters were obtained at baseline and at the end of the study. Results: Of the 352 enrolled patients, 322 completed the study. In the SS group, the reductions in systolic OBPM, HBPM, and diastolic HBPM were significantly greater than those in the NS group. Notable cardiac parameter changes included a reduction in QT dispersion (QTd) by -5 ms (-10, 5) in the NS group and -5 ms (-15, 0) in the SS group (p = 0.001); the T wave peak-to-end (Tp-e) value was 0 ms (-5, 10) and -5 ms (-10, 0) (p < 0.001), respectively; and Tp-e/QT was 0 (-0.01, 0.02) and -0.02 (-0.04, 0) (p < 0.001), respectively. Additionally, left atrial diameter (LAD) was 0 mm (-1, 1) and -1 mm (-2, 1) (p < 0.001), and the change in left ventricular mass (LVM) was -2 g (-17.75, 11) and -7 g (-18, 6) (p = 0.035), respectively. Conclusions: This study demonstrates that SS not only significantly decreased LAD and LVM, indicating a significant effect on cardiac structure, but also improves UCG parameters, including reductions in QTd, Tp-e, and Tp-e/QT. Objective: Perioperative neurocognitive disorders (PND) are a group of prevalent neurological complications that often occur in elderly individuals following major or emergency surgical procedures. The etiologies are not fully understood. This study endeavored to investigate novel targets and prediction methods for the occurrence of PND. Methods: A total of 229 elderly patients diagnosed with prostatic hyperplasia who underwent transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) combined with spinal cord and epidural analgesia were included in this study. The patients were divided into two groups, the PND group and non-PND group, based on the Z-score method. According to the principle of maintaining consistency between preoperative and intraoperative conditions, three patients from each group were randomly chosen for serum sample collection. isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantification (iTRAQ) proteomics technology was employed to analyze and identify the proteins that exhibited differential expression in the serum samples from the two groups. Bioinformatics analysis was performed on the proteins that exhibited differential expression. Results: Among the 1101 serum proteins analyzed in the PND and non-PND groups, eight differentially expressed proteins were identified in PND patients. Of these, six proteins showed up-regulation, while two proteins showed down-regulation. Further bioinformatics analysis of the proteins that exhibited differential expression revealed their predominant involvement in cellular biological processes, cellular component formation, as well as endocytosis and phagocytosis Additionally, these proteins were found to possess the RING domain of E3 ubiquitin ligase. Conclusion: The iTRAQ proteomics technique was employed to analyze the variation in protein expression in serum samples from patients with PND and those without PND. This study successfully identified eight proteins that exhibited differential expression levels between the two groups. Bioinformatics analysis indicates that proteins exhibiting differential expression are primarily implicated in the biological processes associated with microtubules. Investigating the microtubule formation process as it relates to neuroplasticity and synaptic formation may offer valuable insights for enhancing our comprehension and potential prevention of PND. The computer in mechanical and electrical equipment can now detect equipment faults through simulation thanks to the advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, which makes it convenient to monitor mechanical and electrical equipment. This paper begins with a quick introduction to Agent and the Agent system, explains how Agent is applied in the current context, then analyzes the hierarchical fault diagnostic model, identifies its flaws, and suggests improvement techniques. To increase the model's accuracy and speed of operation, the contract net model and D-S (Dempster-Shafer) evidence theory are then incorporated. Finally, simulation experiments are used to confirm the accuracy and consistency of this model. According to the experimental findings, this optimization model runs at a pace that is noticeably faster than that of other models when subjected to the same workload, demonstrating the model's efficacy. Models 1, 2, and 3 are put side by side to demonstrate how clearly multi-task processing may cut down on the model's running time. In the second experiment, samples of mechanical and electrical equipment defect data are taken from two groups. The results of the comparative experiments demonstrate that the optimized model in this work can be reliable up to a maximum of 0.91 and a minimum of 0.63. It is demonstrated that the model in this work is rational by the fact that among the four types of fault prediction, the optimized model's reliability is significantly greater than the traditional model's. Because edge computing is close to the terminal, it has significant advantages of low latency and high-security realtime control and has huge application prospects in the current popular smart grid. Because its edge side is close to the terminal, it can also effectively avoid the risk of information leakage when control instructions or communication data are transmitted to remote cloud center servers over a long distance. However, edge devices have a greater probability of encountering false data injection attacks (FDIAs) from illegal terminals because of their proximity to terminals. The transient electromechanical situation of the smart grid due to FDIAs is analyzed under edge computing. Due to the characteristics that the status values of grid nodes have temporal correlation before and after and spatial correlation between nodes, the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) for training time series data is selected to predict the status values of grid nodes in advance. The FDIA detection method is also proposed based on the LSTM network. By calculating the predicted value at each historical moment and the root means square error (RMSE) of the system state estimation at that moment, the detection threshold of the scheme is calculated through the cumulative distribution function of RMSE. Simulation experiments are conducted on the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE)-14 node standard system. The detection rate is as high as 99.71%, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed FDIA detection scheme. This paper studies the security threat of FDIA to the stable power system operation and provides theoretical analysis and practical reference for other power grid security protection strategies. Objective: To retrospectively analyze the characteristics of newly diagnosed marginal zone lymphoma (MZL) patients, evaluate the efficacy of different treatment regimens, and explore prognostic factors in the era of immunotherapy. Methods: We reviewed the clinical data of newly diagnosed MZL patients treated at the Department of Hematology, The First Hospital of Jilin University, from October 2013 to October 2023. Survival differences between groups were analyzed using the log-rank test, and prognostic factors were identified. Results: A total of 265 newly diagnosed MZL patients were included, with a median age of 59 years (range 22-90). The most common pathological type was mucosaassociated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma, accounting for 66.0% of cases. Among the 147 MZL patients included in the efficacy analysis, the median followup was 43.4 months. Both the median progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) were not reached. The 5-year PFS and OS rates were 76.0% and 86.6%, respectively. Patients who achieved complete response (CR) after induction therapy had significantly better PFS (P=0.0045), OS (P<0.001), and time to next treatment (TTNT) (P=0.0045) compared to those who did not achieve CR. A subgroup analysis was conducted on 51 MZL patients with high tumor burden who received ≥4 cycles of treatment. It was found that the CR rate (CRR) in patients receiving obinutuzumab (G) ± chemotherapy was significantly higher than in those receiving rituximab (R) ± chemotherapy (93.8% vs. 48.6%, P=0.002). Multivariate analysis revealed that disease progression or death within 24 months of initial treatment (POD24) was an independent risk factor affecting OS (P<0.001). Patients who experienced POD24 had a median survival of only 19.7 months, with a 3-year OS rate of just 37.6%, whereas those without POD24 had a 3-year OS rate of 97.3%. Conclusion: MZL is predominantly seen in middle-aged and elderly patients and is a specific indolent B-cell lymphoma, with MALT lymphoma being the most common subtype. Achieving CR after induction therapy significantly prolongs survival in MZL patients. Compared to R ± chemotherapy, G ± chemotherapy achieves a higher CRR in high tumor burden MZL patients. Dolichandrone spathacea is a mangrove associate with high medicinal and ecological values. However, due to the dual-pressure of climate change and human activities, D. spathacea has become endangered in China. Moreover, misidentification between D. spathacea and its terrestrial relative D. cauda-felina poses further challenges to field protection and proper medicinal usage of D. spathacea. Thus, to address these problems, we sequenced and assembled mitochondrial (mt) and chloroplast (cp) genomes for both D. spathacea and D. cauda-felina. Comparative analysis revealed apparently different size and scaffold number between the two mt genomes, but a high similarity between the cp genomes. Eight regions with high sequence divergence were identified between the two cp genomes, which might be used for developing candidate DNA markers for distinguishing the two species. The splitting between D. spathacea and D. cauda-felina was inferred to occur at ~6.8 - 7.7 million years ago (Mya), which may be driven by the environment fluctuations in late Miocene. In the cp genome, 12 genes related to the expression of photosynthesis-associated proteins were detected with signatures of positive selection, which may contribute to the origin and evolutionary adaptation of Dolichandrone mangrove species. These new findings do not only enrich organelle genomic resources of Dolichandrone species, but also provide important genetic clues for improving the conservation and proper usage of endangered mangrove associate D. spathacea. Growth factor receptor bound protein 7 (GRB7) is reportedly upregulated in human gastric cancer (GC), which is closely associated with tumor progression and prognosis. However, the mechanism underlying its dysregulation in GC remains poorly understood. In this study, we found that GRB7 overexpression was associated with Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection. GC cells (AGS and MGC-803) infection assays revealed that this upregulation was mediated by the transcription factor STAT3, and activation of STAT3 by H. pylori promoted GRB7 expression in infected GC cells. Moreover, CagA, the key virulence factor of H. pylori, was found involved in STAT3-mediated GRB7 overexpression. The overexpressed GRB7 further promoted GC cell proliferation, migration, and invasion by activating ERK signaling. Mice infection was further used to investigate the action of GRB7. In H. pylori infection, GRB7 expression in mice gastric mucosa was elevated, and higher STAT3 and ERK activation were also detected. These results revealed GRB7-mediated pathogenesis in H. pylori infection, in which H. pylori activates STAT3, leading to increased GRB7 expression, then promotes activation of the ERK signal, and finally enhances malignant properties of infected cells. Our findings elucidate the role of GRB7 in H. pylori-induced gastric disorders, offering new prospects for the treatment and prevention of H. pylori-associated gastric carcinogenesis by targeting GRB7. To enhance urban governance and bolster community disaster resilience, it is urgent to innovate and develop an urban community security system to cope with the complex and volatile social security situation. From the perspective of resilience, the concept, layout, and structure of the security system are organized. Considering the current situation and development trend of the social security system, and based on the constructed cost-capability model, the cost and benefit of the two modes are analyzed and compared. Subsequently, from the perspective of multi-agent participation, a game model between governments and enterprises is constructed. The evolutionary stability strategies of enterprises are analyzed, and simulation analysis is conducted on the factors influencing enterprises. Finally, to propose targeted improvement measures based on the community security capabilities of different communities, a grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is employed. The community security comprehensive capabilities of the top 10 cities in China are quantitatively analyzed and evaluated. The results indicate that the urban community security system from a resilience perspective is more comprehensive compared to the traditional security system. Adopting mode 2 is relatively effective to improving government emergency management capability. In a certain range, reducing C, increasing F, reducing R2, and increasing h can achieve the effect of promoting enterprise to participate in construction. The urban community security capability is within the upper-medium level in general, close to the level of good. The urban community security system constructed in this paper can provide a theoretical basis for the government to formulate policies of the urban community security system and serve as a reference for strengthening the comprehensive capability of the urban community security. Background: The prognosis for lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) remains dismal, with a 5-year survival rate of <20%. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to identify potentially reliable biomarkers in LUAD by machine learning combination with Mendelian randomization (MR). Methods: TCGA-LUAD, GSE40791, and GSE31210 were employed this study. Key module differential genes were identified through differentially expressed analysis and weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA). Furthermore, candidate biomarkers were derived from protein-protein interaction network (PPI) and machine learning. Ultimately, biomarkers were confirmed using MR analysis. In addition, immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression levels of genes that have a causal relationship to LUAD in the LUAD group and the control group. Cell experiments were conducted to validate the effect of screening genes on proliferation, migration, and apoptosis of LUAD cells. The correlation between the screened genes and immune infiltration was determined by CIBERSORT algorithm. In the end, the generelated drugs were predicted through the Drug-Gene Interaction database. Results: In total, 401 key module differential genes were obtained by intersecting of 5,702 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and 406 key module genes. Thereafter, GIMAP6, CAV1, PECAM1, and TGFBR2 were identified. Among them, only TGFBR2 had a significant causal relationship with LUAD (p=0.04, b=-0.06), and it is a protective factor for LUAD. Subsequently, sensitivity analyses showed that there were no heterogeneity and horizontal pleiotropy in the univariateMR results, and the results were not overly sensitive to individual SNP loci, further validating the reliability of univariate Mendelian randomization (UVMR) results. However, no causal relationship was found between them by reverse MR analysis. Meanwhile, TGFBR2 expression was decreased in LUAD group through immunohistochemistry. TGFBR2 can inhibit proliferation and migration of lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549 and promote apoptosis of A549 cells. Immune infiltration analysis suggested a potential link between TGFBR2 expression and immune infiltration. Finally, Irinotecan and Hesperetin were predicted through DGIDB database. Conclusion: In this study, TGFBR2 was identified as a biomarker of LUAD, which provided a new idea for the treatment strategy of LUAD and may aid in the development of personalized immunotherapy strategies. The cyclic hydraulic stimulation (CHS) has proven as a prospective technology for enhancing the permeability of unconventional formations such as coalbeds. However, the effects of CHS on the microstructure and gas sorption behavior of coal remain unclear. In this study, laboratory tests including the nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), low-temperature nitrogen sorption (LTNS), and methane sorption isotherm measurement were conducted to explore changes in the pore structure and methane sorption characteristics caused by CHS on an anthracite coal from Qinshui Basin, China. The NMR and LTNS tests show that after CHS treatment, meso- and macro-pores tend to be enlarged, whereas micropores with larger sizes and transition-pores may be converted into smaller-sized micro-pores. After the coal samples treated with 1, 3, 5 and 7 hydraulic stimulation cycles, the total specific surface area (TSSA) decreased from 0.636 to 0.538, 0.516, 0.505, and 0.491 m²/g, respectively. Fractal analysis based on the NMR and LTNS results show that the surface fractal dimensions increase with the increase in the number of hydraulic stimulation cycles, while the volume fractal dimensions exhibit an opposite trend to the surface fractal dimensions, indicating that the pore surface roughness and pore structure connectivity are both increased after CHS treatment. Methane sorption isothermal measurements show that both the Langmuir volume and Langmuir pressure decrease significantly with the increase in the number of hydraulic stimulation cycles. The Langmuir volume and the Langmuir pressure decrease from 33.47 cm³/g and 0.205 MPa to 24.18 cm³/g and 0.176 MPa after the coal samples treated with 7 hydraulic stimulation cycles, respectively. The increments of Langmuir volume and Langmuir pressure are positively correlated with the increment of TSSA and negatively correlated with the increments of surface fractal dimensions. Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of glycated CD59 (gCD59) in gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods: A total of 707 pregnant women who underwent the first visit in the obstetric outpatient clinic of the Affliated Suqian Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2022 to July 2023 were included, and were grouped according to the International Association of the Diabetes and Pregnancy Study Groups(IADPSG) diagnostic criteria, and finally 113 cases in the GDM group and 559 cases in the normal glucose tolerance (NGT) group were included, and the concentration of gCD59 was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The baseline data characteristics of the two groups were compared, the risk factors for GDM were explored by multivariate binary logistic analysis, and the diagnostic value of gCD59 in predicting GDM was explored by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis. Results: The level of gCD59 in the GDM group was significantly higher than that in the NGT group (1.49 SPU vs 0.87 SPU). Multivariate regression analysis showed that gCD59, diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) were independent risk factors for GDM.The area under the curve (AUC) of gCD59 for the diagnosis of GDM was 0.681 (95% CI: 0.583-0.717), with a sensitivity of 71.7% and a specificity of 58.3%. In combination with fasting glucose, gCD59 effectively diagnosed GDM with higher AUC of 0.871 (95% CI: 0.708-1.000). The sulfate process for bamboo pulp production encounters silicon interference during the pulping stage, necessitating desilication before the alkali recovery section. This study investigated the desilication of bamboo pulping black liquor (BPBL), demonstrating that silicon was removed effectively by adding Mg/Al compound desilication agent to the BPBL via burning at high temperature. The desilication extent can reach 84% when the desilication agent is added in the proportion of Mg/Al (magnesium sulfate and sodium metaluminate) in the ratio 1.25:0.75. Subsequently, less-silicon white mud (LSWM) can be prepared after black liquor (BL) combustion desilication. LSWM was compared with normal WM as a blank sample, and the morphology and physicochemical properties of two kinds of WM were characterized. X-ray diffractometry revealed that both types of WM are primarily composed of calcite crystalline CaCO3 and hydrated CaSiO3. Scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and particle size analysis demonstrated the reduced content of CaSiO3 generated in the LSWM. This result indicated that the Mg/Al compound desilication agent removed the silicon from the green liquor (GL), thereby reducing the residual silicon in WM. Human inborn errors of the type I IFN response pathway and auto-Abs neutralizing IFN-α, -β, and/or -ω can underlie severe viral illnesses. We report a simple assay for the detection of both types of condition. We stimulate whole blood from healthy individuals and patients with either inborn errors of type I IFN immunity or auto-Abs against type I IFNs with glycosylated human IFN-α2, -β, or -ω. As controls, we add a monoclonal antibody (mAb) blocking the type I IFN receptors and stimulated blood with IFN-γ (type II IFN). Of the molecules we test, IP-10 (encoded by the interferon-stimulated gene (ISG) CXCL10) is the molecule most strongly induced by type I and type II IFNs in the whole blood of healthy donors in an ELISA-like assay. In patients with inherited IFNAR1, IFNAR2, TYK2, or IRF9 deficiency, IP-10 is induced only by IFN-γ, whereas, in those with auto-Abs neutralizing specific type I IFNs, IP-10 is also induced by the type I IFNs not neutralized by the auto-Abs. The measurement of type I and type II IFN-dependent IP-10 induction therefore constitutes a simple procedure for detecting rare inborn errors of the type I IFN response pathway and more common auto-Abs neutralizing type I IFNs. Background: Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a common sleep disorder. Inflammatory factors and plasma metabolites are important in assessing its progression. However, the causal relationship between them and OSA remains unclear, hampering early clinical diagnosis and treatment decisions. Methods: We conducted a large-scale study using data from the FinnGen database, with 43,901 cases and 366,484 controls for our discovery MR analysis. We employed 91 plasma proteins from 11 cohorts (totaling 14,824 participants of European descent) as instrumental variables (IVs). Additionally, we conducted a GWAS involving 13,818 cases and 463,035 controls to replicate the MR analysis. We primarily used the IVW method, supplemented by MR Egger, weighted median, simple mode, and weighted mode methods. Meta-analysis was used to synthesize MR findings, followed by tests for heterogeneity, pleiotropy, and sensitivity analysis (LOO). Reverse MR analysis was also performed to explore causal relationships. Results: The meta-analysis showed a correlation between elevated Eotaxin levels and an increased risk of OSA (OR=1.050, 95% CI: 1.008-1.096; p < 0.05). Furthermore, we found that the increased risk of OSA could be attributed to reduced levels of X-11849 and X-24978 (decreases of 7.1% and 8.4%, respectively). Sensitivity analysis results supported the reliability of these findings. Endothelial shear stress is a tangential stress derived from the friction of the flowing blood on the endothelial surface of the arterial wall and is expressed in units of force/unit area (dyne/cm2). Branches and bends of arteries are exposed to complex blood flow patterns that generate low or oscillatory endothelial shear stress, which impairs glycocalyx integrity, cytoskeleton arrangement and endothelial junctions (adherens junctions, tight junctions, gap junctions), thus increasing endothelial permeability. The lipoproteins and inflammatory cells penetrating intima due to the increased endothelial permeability characterizes the pathological changes in early stage of atherosclerosis. Endothelial cells are critical sensors of shear stress, however, the mechanisms by which the complex shear stress regulate endothelial permeability in atherosclerosis remain unclear. In this review, we focus on the molecular mechanisms of the endothelial permeability induced by low or oscillatory shear stress, which will shed a novel sight in early stage of atherosclerosis. Introduction: Monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) play a pivotal role in disease diagnosis as well as immunotherapy interventions. Traditional monoclonal antibody generation relies on animal immunization procedures predominantly involving mice; however, recent advances in in-vitro expression methodologies have enabled large-scale production suitable for both industrial applications as well as scientific investigations. Methods: In this study, two mAbs against H7 subtype avian influenza viruses (AIV) were sequenced and analyzed, and the DNA sequences encoding heavy chain (HC) and light chain (LC) were obtained and cloned into pCHO-1.0 expression vector. Then, the HC and LC expression plasmids were transfected into CHO-S cells to establish stable cell lines expressing these mAbs using a two-phase selection scheme with different concentrations of methotrexate and puromycin. Recombinant antibodies were purified from the cell culture medium, and their potential applications were evaluated using hemagglutination inhibition (HI), western blotting (WB), confocal microscopy, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: The results indicated that the obtained recombinant antibodies exhibited biological activity similar to that of the parent antibodies derived from ascites and could be used as a replacement for animal-derived mAbs. A kinetic analysis of the two antibodies to the AIV HA protein, conducted using surface plasmon resonance (SPR), showed concordance between the recombinant and parental antibodies. Discussion: The data presented in this study suggest that the described antibody production protocol could avoid the use of experimental animals and better conform to animal welfare regulations, and provides a basis for further research and development of mAbs-based diagnostic products. Background: Rapidly developed chemoresistance to dacarbazine (DTIC) is a major obstacle in the clinical management of melanoma; however, the roles and mechanisms of epi-transcriptomic RNA modification in this process have not been investigated. Method: DTIC-resistant (DR) melanoma cells were established for bulk RNA sequencing. The expressions of mRNAs were detected using qRT-PCR, and protein levelswere determined usingWestern blotting and immunohistochemistry. Acetylated RNAs were detected by dot blotting and immunoprecipitation sequencing (acRIPseq). A lung metastasis mouse model of melanoma was established to evaluate the anti-melanoma effects in vivo. Results: We identified that the expression of N-acetyltransferase 10 (NAT10), a catalytic enzyme for the N4-acetylcytidine (ac4C) modification of RNA, was significantly upregulated in the DR cells. Clinically, NAT10 expression was elevated in disease progression samples and predicted a poor outcome. Using ac4C RNA immunoprecipitation (ac4C-RIP), we found that the mRNAs of two C2H2 zinc finger transcriptional factors, DDX41 and ZNF746, were targets of NAT10-mediated ac4C modification. Gain- and loss-of-function experiments in NAT10, or in DDX41 and ZNF746, altered the chemosensitivity of melanoma accordingly, and the two target genes also negatively correlated with clinical outcomes. Finally, pharmacological inhibition of NAT10 with Remodelin sensitized melanoma cells to DTIC treatment in vitro and in a mouse xenograft model. Conclusion: Our study elucidates the previously unrecognized role of NAT10-mediated ac4C modification in the chemoresistance of melanoma and provides a rationale for developing new strategies to overcome chemoresistance in melanoma patients. Metal-organic frameworks are beginning to be employed in the thermal management system of lithium-ion batteries because of its high water absorption and enthalpy of phase change. However, its cooling performance is only preliminarily explored used in small cylindrical cells or a single large cell. The effect on multiple large-capacity cells has not be verified yet. In this study, a micro heat pipe arrays@ MIL-101(Cr) hybrid battery thermal management system is proposed, and its cooling performance of different number of battery modules at different discharge rates is studied. Experimental results show that MIL-101(Cr) is evenly distributed, and the water vapor adsorption capacity reached 1.65 g/g. The maximum temperature of the micro heat pipe arrays@MIL-101(Cr) group was 36.42 °C in the experiment of the four-cell battery pack at 1C discharge rate, which was 12.98 °C lower than that of the natural cooling group and 3.05 °C lower than that of the micro heat pipe arrays group. With the increase of the number of cells, the maximum temperature of the battery pack rises from 43.12-47.37 °C, and the temperature difference rises from 1.53-5.57 °C at 2C discharge rate. As the discharge rate increases, the maximum temperature of the battery consisting of four cells rises from 36.42-47.37 °C, and the maximum temperature difference rises from 2.87-5.57 °C, which suggests that the current micro heat pipe arrays@MOF based battery thermal management system be combined with an active thermal management system to ensure temperature control in high rate and multi-battery modules. In response to the practical application of the electricity consumption information collection system in the online monitoring business of measuring equipment, the author introduces a method for analyzing the abnormal flying away of electricity meters based on the IoT technology LOF local anomaly detection algorithm. This method can effectively determine whether the abnormal energy representation value belongs to accidental or trend anomalies by calculating the abnormal factor of the energy representation value. After excluding the influence of accidental data, perform a secondary judgment on the abnormal flight of the energy meter. The experimental results show that when calculating the LOF factor of the electricity meter, it can be found that the LOF curve data range is mainly concentrated in the range of 0.8 to 1.3, and there is no significant change in the LOF factor near the mutation point. Objective: To analyze the characteristics of deliberate drug ingestion in adolescents and its related influencing factors. Method: This was a retrospective study. A total of 158 cases of deliberate drug ingestion as observation group and 160 cases of other diseases in adolescents as control group were treated in the Emergency Department of Baoding Hospital of Beijing Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from January 2020 to December 2022. The clinical characteristics of adolescents who engaged in deliberate drug ingestion were analyzed, and various factors that could potentially influence deliberate drug ingestion in adolescents were subjected to both univariate and multivariate analysis. Result: There was a progressive increase in the number of patients presenting with mental health issues year by year. Univariate analysis showed that family type, guardian’s education level, place of residence, whether they were only children, parents’ knowledge of medication, awareness of medication safety, depression/anxiety, negative life events, and social support were risk factors for deliberate drug ingestion in adolescents (all p<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that family type, parents’ knowledge of medication, awareness of medication safety, whether they were depressed/anxious, negative life events, and social support were independent risk factors for deliberate drug ingestion in adolescents (p<0.05). Conclusion: The incidence of deliberate drug ingestion in adolescents is increasing year by year, and their behavior is influenced by multiple factors. With the COVID-19 pandemic, the importance of vaccines has been widely recognized and has led to increased research and development efforts. Vaccines also play a crucial role in cancer treatment by activating the immune system to target and destroy cancer cells. However, enhancing the efficacy of cancer vaccines remains a challenge. Adjuvants, which enhance the immune response to antigens and improve vaccine effectiveness, have faced limitations in recent years, resulting in few novel adjuvants being identified. The advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in drug development has provided a foundation for adjuvant screening and application, leading to a diversification of adjuvants. This article reviews the significant role of tumor vaccines in basic research and clinical treatment and explores the use of AI technology to screen novel adjuvants from databases. Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC), a major subtype of head and neck cancers, presents significant challenges due to its aggressive feature and limited therapeutic efficacy of conventional treatments. In response to these challenges, Natural Killer (NK) cells, a vital component of the innate immune system, are being explored for their therapeutic potential in OSCC due to their inherent ability to target and eliminate cancer cells without prior sensitization. This review uniquely focuses on the evolving role of NK cells specifically in OSCC, incorporating recent advancements in CAR-NK cell engineering and personalized therapy approaches that have not been comprehensively covered in previous reviews. The mechanisms through which NK cells exert cytotoxic effects on tumor cells include direct killing through the engagement of natural cytotoxic receptors and antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC), making them promising agents in cancer immunotherapy. Additionally, the article explores recent advancements in engineering NK cells to enhance their antitumor activity, such as the modification with chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) to target specific tumor antigens. Clinical implications of NK cell-based therapies, including the challenges of integrating these treatments with existing protocols and the potential for personalized therapy, are examined. The review highlights the promise of NK cell therapies in improving outcomes for OSCC patients and outlines future directions for research in this dynamic field of oncological immunotherapy.
