Background Chronic hydrocephalus is a common complication of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH); however, the risk factors and the mechanisms underlying its occurrence have yet to be fully elucidated. The purpose of this study was to identify biomarkers that could be used to predict chronic hydrocephalus after aSAH and to investigate the relationships. Methods We analyzed cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) samples from 19 patients with chronic hydrocephalus after aSAH and 44 controls without hydrocephalus after aSAH. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to determine the levels of leucine-rich alpha-2-glycoprotein (LRG), transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β), Smad1, Smad4, Smad5, Smad8, activin receptor-like kinase 1 (Alk-1), activin receptor-like kinase 5 (Alk-5), P38, and TGF-β type II receptor (TGFßRII) in CSF samples. Results In the CSF of patients with chronic hydrocephalus after aSAH, the levels of LRG, TGF-β, Alk-1, Smad5, and TGFßRII were significantly increased (p < 0.05) and the levels of Smad1, Smad4, and Smad8 were significantly decreased (p < 0.05). There were no significant differences between the two groups concerning the levels of P38 and Alk-5 (p > 0.05). The analysis also identified significant correlations between specific biomarkers: LRG and Smad1, LRG and Smad5, TGF-β and Alk-1, and Alk-1 and Smad4 (p < 0.05); the Pearson's correlation coefficients for these relationships were −0.341, 0.257, 0.256, and −0.424, respectively. Conclusion The levels of LRG, TGF-β, Alk-1, TGFßRII, Smad1/5/8, and Smad4 in the CSF are potentially helpful as predictive biomarkers of chronic hydrocephalus after aSAH. Studying the mechanical properties and failure mechanisms of damaged rocks holds practical significance in guiding tunnel or roadway support and assessing the stability of engineering rock masses. To uncover the failure mechanisms of sandy mudstone with varying degrees of damage, we conducted cyclic loading‐unloading tests to create specimens at different damage levels. Subsequently, uniaxial loading tests were performed to investigate the fundamental mechanical properties, wave velocity, and acoustic emission (AE) parameter evolution characteristics of the damaged specimens. The classification of damaged rocks was based on the energy evolution characteristics of damaged sandy mudstone. Finally, we discuss the damage and deterioration mechanisms of different types of sandy mudstone. The findings contribute to establishing a theoretical foundation for evaluating the degree of rock damage. To address the flow field noise problem in twin-screw air compressors, multi-physical-field coupling technology is employed to perform flow field noise calculations for the compressor. Based on the structural characteristics and noise generation principles of the twin-screw compressor, a noise reduction design method is proposed that employs a Helmholtz resonator and a three-chamber perforated muffler at the exhaust end. The muffler's structural optimization is performed using a genetic algorithm, and the effectiveness of the noise reduction method is validated through calculations. The results indicate that the Helmholtz resonator effectively mitigates airflow pulsation at the exhaust port, stabilizing the flow and reducing low-frequency noise at the exhaust end. Additionally, the designed three-chamber perforated muffler achieves noise reduction across a broad frequency range. With this noise reduction method, the exhaust port noise of the twin-screw compressor is reduced from 100–114 dB to 37–68 dB. Transformers have recently gained significant attention in low-level vision tasks, particularly for remote sensing image super-resolution (RSISR). The vanilla vision transformer aims to establish long-range dependencies between image patches. However, its global receptive field leads to a quadratic increase in computational complexity with respect to spatial size, rendering it inefficient for addressing RSISR tasks that involve processing large-sized images. In an effort to mitigate computational costs, recent studies have explored the utilization of local attention mechanisms, inspired by convolutional neural networks (CNNs), focusing on interactions between patches within small windows. Nevertheless, these approaches are naturally influenced by smaller participating receptive fields, and the utilization of fixed window sizes hinders their ability to perceive multi-scale information, consequently limiting model performance. To address these challenges, we propose a hierarchical transformer model named the Multi-Scale and Global Representation Enhancement-based Transformer (MSGFormer). We propose an efficient attention mechanism, Dual Window-based Self-Attention (DWSA), combining distributed and concentrated attention to balance computational complexity and the receptive field range. Additionally, we incorporated the Multi-scale Depth-wise Convolution Attention (MDCA) module, which is effective in capturing multi-scale features through multi-branch convolution. Furthermore, we developed a new Tracing-Back Structure (TBS), offering tracing-back mechanisms for both proposed attention modules to enhance their feature representation capability. Amdoparvoviruses infect various carnivores, including mustelids, canids, skunks, and felids. Aleutian mink disease virus (AMDV) belongs to the prototypical species Amdoparvovirus carnivoran1. Here, we identified a novel amdoparvovirus in farmed Asian badgers (Meles meles), and we named this virus "Meles meles amdoparvovirus" (MMADV). A total of 146 clinical samples were collected from 134 individual badgers, and 30.6% (41/134) of the sampled badgers tested positive for amdoparvovirus by PCR. Viral DNA was detected in feces, blood, spleen, liver, lung, and adipose tissue from these animals. Viral sequences from eight samples were determined, five of which represented nearly full-length genome sequences (4,237-4,265 nt). Six serum samples tested positive by PCR, CIEP, and IAT, four of which had high antibody titers (> 512) against AMDV-G. Twenty-six of the 41 amdoparvovirus-positive badgers showed signs of illness, and necropsy revealed lesions in their organs. Sequence comparisons and phylogenetic analysis of the viral NS1 and VP2 genes of these badger amdoparvoviruses showed that their NS1 proteins shared 62.6%-88.8% sequence identity with known amdoparvoviruses, and they clustered phylogenetically into two related clades. The VP2 proteins shared 76.6%-97.2% identity and clustered into two clades, one of which included raccoon dog and arctic fox amdoparvovirus (RFAV), and the other of which did not include other known amdoparvoviruses. According to the NS1-protein-based criterion for parvovirus species demarcation, the MMADV isolate from farm YS should be classified as a member of a new species of the genus Amdoparvovirus. Aiming at the problemss in the complicated processss and the difficulty to control the precision of traditional metal type sscrew rotor, a new injection-molding method with a sscrew rotor wa,s propossed to replace the metal type rotor with a plastic material. The Moldflow ssoftware wass used to analyze the injection molding of the tooth ssurface of the sscrew rotor using glassss-fiber-reinforced nylon ass a raw material. The depth of sshrinkage and warping deformation were taken ass quality criteria to sscreen and analyze 7 process parameters affecting the molding quality of plastic parts, and 3 process parameters that had the greatesst impact on the 2 quality sstandardss were determined. A ressponsse ssurface experiment wass de-ssigned through the BBD experiment. The influence of injection process parameters ssuch ass melt temperature, holding time, and holding pressssure on the sshrinkage depth and warp deformation wass sstudied. A polynomial regressssion ressponsse model for minimum sshrinkage depth and warp deformation wass obtained. Using regressssion model, the optimal combination of process parameters wass determined to be a melt temperature of 281. 0 C, a pressssure holding time of 18. 7 ss, and a pressssure holding pressssure of 115. 7 MPa. The ressults indicated that the valuess obtained from the numerical ssimulation and prediction with the model were ssimilar along with errors of,3. 75 % and 0. 5,3 %, respectively. Aim: Many countries have detailed recommendations for haemophilia patients to reduce the risk of vaccination‐related bleeding. However, data from developing countries are lacking. We investigated scheduled vaccinations and vaccination‐related bleeding complications in Chinese children with haemophilia and analysed issues related to vaccinations. Methods: Children with haemophilia in the PUMCH Haemophilia Treatment Centre were contacted via telephone. We distributed a vaccination questionnaire to their parents. The severity of haemophilia, coagulation factor infusions before vaccination, injection mode, and vaccination‐related complications were analysed. Results: A total of 440 valid questionnaires were received from 27 of 34 provinces in China. 31.3% (138/440) of the children with haemophilia did not receive all of their vaccinations. Among the children who received vaccinations, 48.1% (197/409) experienced bleeding complications. In patients with severe haemophilia, those on regular prophylaxis had a lower incidence of local hematoma compared to those on intermittent or no prophylaxis (14.3% vs. 26.5% vs. 39.7%, P < 0.05). The incidence of local hematomas was lower by subcutaneous (SQ) injections than by intramuscular injections (24.6% vs. 35.3%, P < 0.05). Conclusion: The vaccination rate is quite insufficient in Chinese children with haemophilia. Missed vaccinations are related to vaccination‐related bleeding complications. The control strategy of a power shift system has a significant impact on the driving stability and comfort of cotton pickers. To prevent the cotton picker from stopping to shift and reduce the jerks while shifting, in this study, the power shift system of a four-speed cotton picker was taken as the research object, and the working principles of the power shift transmission of the cotton picker and the hydrostatic transmission were analyzed. Firstly, the intelligent fuzzy control strategy of the variable pump and dual variable motor displacement of the cotton picker power shift system was designed using a fuzzy algorithm, and two-input and three-output fuzzy controllers were constructed with the engine rotational speed and vehicle speed as the input parameters, and the variable pump displacement, front motor displacement, and rear motor displacement as the outputs. Secondly, the model of the whole vehicle travel drive system of the cotton picker was constructed using co-simulation of Amesim and Simulink. Finally, the influence of the fuzzy shift control strategy and conventional manual shift method on the speed and driving distance of the cotton picker was compared and analyzed. The analysis results show that the fuzzy algorithm-based control strategy of the power shift system of the cotton picker can ensure that the cotton picker travels stably according to the target speed, and effectively reduces the speed fluctuation and jerks while shifting. The results of the study are of great significance to realize the non-stop shifting of the cotton picker as well as improve the stability and smoothness of the shift while driving. Postoperative gastrointestinal disorder (POGD) was a common complication after surgery under anesthesia. Strategies in combination with Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western medicine showed some distinct effects but standardized clinical practice guidelines were not available. Thus, a multidisciplinary expert team from various professional bodies including the Perioperative and Anesthesia Professional Committees of the Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine (CAIM), jointly with Gansu Province Clinical Research Center of Integrative Anesthesiology/Anesthesia and Pain Medical Center of Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and WHO Collaborating Center for Guideline Implementation and Knowledge Translation/Chinese Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development, and Evaluation (GRADE) Center/Gansu Provincial Center for Medical Guideline Industry Technology/Evidence‐based Medicine Center of Lanzhou University, was established to develop evidence‐based guidelines. Clinical questions (7 background and 12 clinical questions) were identified through literature reviews and expert consensus meetings. Based on systematic reviews/meta‐analyses, evidence quality was analyzed and the advantages and disadvantages of interventional measures were weighed with input from patients' preferences. Finally, 20 recommendations were developed through the Delphi‐based consensus meetings. Recently, the performance of RGB-D salient object detection (SOD) has been significantly improved with the development of deep-learning techniques. However, most of them depend on complex structures with a large amount of parameters and multi-add operations, which need huge computational resources and are not applicable to real-world applications, especially on mobile devices. To handle this problem, we propose a lightweight network, namely LCH, for RGB-D SOD. Specifically, we first design a novel lightweight ghost in ghost (GiG) module to enable a more powerful multi-scale feature extraction, which not only efficiently tackles the scale variations of salient objects but also guarantees a high inference speed. Then, the proposed GiG module works in conjunction with ghost bottlenecks (G-bneck) and, therefore, forms a new lightweight U-Net structure network for fast CPU RGB-D SOD. Furthermore, to enhance the feature discriminability of our LCH, we also design a novel hybrid knowledge distillation approach (HKD), for which both semantic structure information and pixel-wise similarity information are transferred from a powerful state-of-the-art RGB-D SOD network to the proposed LCH model, so as to generate more satisfactory detection results. Compared with previous work, LCH owns 5.6x fewer parameters and achieves 5.4x faster inference speed on the CPU devices, but obtains comparable SOD performance. Summary: Aquatic products are delicious and rich in high‐quality proteins, and thus have high‐food value and are popular among consumers; however, deterioration of their quality can easily occur when being stored and processed. Proteins, the main components of the muscle tissue of aquatic products, are closely related to the quality of aquatic products, and protein oxidation has become a research hotspot for studying the regulatory mechanisms of aquatic product quality changes. Protein oxidation is one of the main causes of quality deterioration of aquatic products, mainly because of protein cross‐linking and protein degradation caused by oxidation. Related studies have also shown that the changes in the electrostatic charge of proteins owing to oxidation are associated with the muscle water‐holding capacity (WHC). This article introduces the induction mechanism of protein oxidation in aquatic products, focusing on its effects on the quality, such as colour, texture, WHC and summarises the current research progress of aquatic products quality control on this basis to provide theoretical reference for future research. Coastal wetlands are among the most modified habitats because of the loss and degradation of tidal flats, resulting in a rapid decline in waterbirds migrating along flyways. Understanding the relative importance of multiple types of wetlands as habitats for waterbirds and the factors influencing their utilization could improve management effectiveness. During the wintering seasons of 2021-2022 and 2022-2023, we documented the distribution of Eurasian spoonbills (Platalea leucorodia), a wetland specialist, in the Yancheng National Nature Reserve (YNNR) and quantified the surrounding environments as influencing factors to assess the relationship between their habitat use patterns and environmental characteristics. Our results showed that spoonbills inhabit common seepweed (Suaeda glauca) marshes, reed (Phragmites australis) ponds, aquaculture ponds, and agricultural channels. Although natural wetlands supported a greater number of spoonbills in the YNNR, spoonbills were able to forage in artificial wetlands. The environmental features where the spoonbills were distributed were found to influence their habitat use, and the most important factor was water depth, followed by species richness and vegetation cover. These results demonstrated that spoonbills rely on both natural and artificial wetlands in the core and buffer zones of the YNNR. Our research thus underlined that conservation interventions of natural and artificial wetlands, such as controlling the water depth and diminishing human activities, might maximize the effects of total conservation outcomes for the Eurasian spoonbills, as well as for various coastal waterbirds with similar ecological requirements. In large river basins, the nitrogen (N) cycle is largely regulated by complicated interactions between human and natural elements. Nevertheless, the origins, fate and driving forces of reactive nitrogen (Nr) flows in the basins are still not clear. An estimation model of N flux was established for evaluating the Nr flow and its environmental effects in the Yellow River Basin of Henan Province (HYRB) by means of material flow analysis. Total N input and output of HYRB were calculated at 4090.9 and 3948.8 Gg N yr−1, causing 142.0 Gg yr−1 of N stored in the basin. Industry, cropland and residential activities, respectively occupied for 42.2%, 23.2% and 12.3% of the whole input, as well as 43.6%, 25.1% and 12.3% of the whole output, which were central to HYRB's N cycle. Anthropogenic activities regulated above 95.0% of total inputs, and 49.5% of N outputs was emitted into the air and 4.5% into hydrosphere. High N input, energy intensive, imperfect sewage disposal facilities and low N utilization efficiency were the main reasons of contaminate. How to effectively regulate the input of high-strength N pollutant associated with insufficient N cycling and Nr elimination is the main issue in the Yellow River Basin. In present research also put forward corresponding control measures according to the evaluation of N flow and Nr release of HYRB. The research can supply science foundation for coordinating the human–environment relationship in large basins, and also has important reference significance for the formulation of Nr emission reduction strategies. In real hyperspectral scenes, heterogeneous spatial details and noises make a single subspace assumptions unrealistic. In this letter, a novel transferable multiple tensor subspace learning scheme is proposed for super-resolution enhancement of hyperspectral image (HSI). The intrinsic assumption is that the nonlocal patch tensors extracted from HSIs are derived from multiple tensor low-rank subspaces, which is compatible with practical data distribution and may better characterize the complex structures underlying HSIs. The transferable subspace structures are embedded into both nonblind and semi-blind HSI super-resolution. The alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMMs) algorithm is derived for model learning. Aim To investigate the inhibitory impact of chlorogenic acid (CGA) on the growth of Morganella psychrotolerans and its ability to form histamine. Methods and Results The antimicrobial effect of CGA on M. psychrotolerans was evaluated using the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) method, revealing an MIC value of 10 mg ml−1. The alkaline phosphatase (AKP) activity, cell membrane potential, and scanning electron microscopy images revealed that CGA treatment disrupted cell structure and cell membrane. Moreover, CGA treatment led to a dose-dependent decrease in crude histidine decarboxylase (HDC) activity and gene expression of histidine decarboxylase (hdc). Molecular docking analysis demonstrated that CGA interacted with HDC through hydrogen bonds. Furthermore, in situ investigation confirmed the efficacy of CGA in controlling the growth of M. psychrotolerans and significantly reducing histamine formation in raw tuna. Thrombocytopenia is a common manifestation associated with the presence of antiphospholipid antibodies (aPL). The aim of this study is to investigate the efficacy and safety of tacrolimus treatment in aPL associated thrombocytopenia. This is a single-center retrospective study. Patients who had persistent positive aPL and thrombocytopenia that was treated with tacrolimus were included. A total of 49 patients [38 females (77.6%)] were enrolled from Nov 2013 to Apr 2022 with a median treatment duration of 22 months. Seventeen fulfilled classification criteria of antiphospholipid syndrome (APS), 18 systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The median age of study patients was 37 years (IQR 31, 48). Forty-three (87.8%) patients were on concomitant use of glucocorticoids, 6 on tacrolimus monotherapy. The overall response rate in this cohort was 85.7% (n = 42), including 49% of complete responses (n = 24). The median time to achieve a response was 3 months. Nine (18.4%) patients with overall response experienced a loss of response. The response rate during follow-up in patients with monotherapy was noninferior. Patients with positive antinuclear antibody (ANA) showed the tendency of maintaining response (p = 0.028). The 19 patients who were on medium and high dosage of glucocorticoids (> 15 mg prednisone/d) managed to taper glucocorticoids rapidly. Side effects were reported in 12.2% (n = 6) of the patients (elevated creatinine, general malaise, elevated liver enzyme). Tacrolimus has adequate efficacy, steroid-sparing effect and is well tolerated for aPL associated thrombocytopenia. Patients with positive ANA might benefit the most from tacrolimus treatment. The physics of shock-induced ejection is a crucial phenomenon in the field of shock compression science and technology. Limited by loading methods, the previous research primarily focused on the physics of ejecta induced by single shockwave, with few data available on multiple shockwave loading conditions. To solve this problem, we proposed a double shockwave production method based on the high-intensity laser facility, which allows the interval time between the shock waves to be adjusted in the nanosecond to microsecond timescale. Meanwhile, we applied loading techniques to study the ejection behavior of metal tin and integrated photonic doppler velocimetry and high-energy x-ray radiography technology to observe the ejection process. By comparing the experimental results for single and double shockwave, the multiple shock-induced ejection features have been clearly confirmed. Our experimental results provide valuable insight into the behavior of ejecta under multiple shockwave loading conditions, which is of great significance for deepening our understanding of the ejection mechanism. In this paper we study the initial boundary value problem for a class of integro-differential time fractional order parabolic equations with a small positive parameter ε. Using the Laplace transform, Mittag-Leffler operator family, C 0 -semigroup, resolvent operator, and weighted function space, we get the existence of a mild solution. For suitable indices p ∈ [ 1 , + ∞) and s ∈ (1 , + ∞) , we first prove that the mild solution of the approximating problem converges to that of the corresponding limit problem in L p ((0 , T) , L s (Ω)) as ε → 0 + . Then for the linear approximating problem with ε and the corresponding limit problem, we give the continuous dependence of the solutions. Finally, for a class of semilinear approximating problems and the corresponding limit problems with initial data in L s (Ω) , we prove the local existence and uniqueness of the mild solution and then give the continuous dependence on the initial data. Evaluating reactive nitrogen (Nr) flow characteristics and its environmental damage costs can help formulate effective ecological environmental mitigation methods. Here, the amount of Nr emissions and its environmental damage costs in the source area of Yellow River Basin were evaluated using the methods of material flow analysis and cost–benefit analysis, and the mitigation potential of its Nr emissions was also explored. The total input and output of N were 5201.2–4986.7 Gg N yr−1, respectively, with atmospheric deposition and biological N fixation which were the main input sources. About 15.1% of the total N input was emitted into the atmosphere and hydrosphere, with the grassland and forest subsystems being the main contributors. The potential damage cost of Nr emissions was about 8.5 billion ¥ yr−1, and 66.1%, 21.6% and 12.3% were, respectively, related to health damage, climate impact, biodiversity and aesthetic loss. The potential damage costs caused by gaseous Nr was 3.0 times that of water bodies, and the unit damage cost of surface water Nr was 2.1 times that of gaseous Nr. Soil erosion of grassland and forest subsystems and industrial production activities were the main causes of environmental damage and economic losses. Purpose: To develop a radiomics-based model from preoperative magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for predicting the histopathological grades of myxofibrosarcoma. Methods: This retrospective study included 54 patients. The tumors were classified into high-grade and low-grade myxofibrosarcoma. The tumor size, signal intensity heterogeneity, margin, and surrounding tissue were evaluated on MRI. Using the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) algorithms, 1037 radiomics features were obtained from fat-suppressed T2-weighted images (T2WI), and a radiomics signature was established. Using multivariable logistic regression analysis, three models were built to predict the histopathologic grade of myxofibrosarcoma. A radiomics nomogram represents the integrative model. The three models' performance was evaluated using the receiver operating characteristics (ROC) and calibration curves. Results: The high-grade myxofibrosarcoma had greater depth (P = 0.027), more frequent heterogeneous signal intensity at T2WI (P = 0.015), and tail sign (P = 0.014) than the low-grade tumor. The area under curve (AUC) of these conventional MRI features models was 0.648, 0.656, and 0.668, respectively. Seven radiomic features were selected by LASSO to construct the radiomics signature model, with an AUC of 0.791. The AUC of the integrative model based on radiomics signature and conventional MRI features was 0.875. The integrative model's calibration curve and insignificant Hosmer–Lemeshow test statistic (P = 0.606) revealed good calibration. Regular consumption of fish promotes sustainable health while reducing negative environmental impacts. Fermentation has long been used for preserving perishable foods, including fish. Fermented fish products are popular consumer foods of historical and cultural significance owing to their abundant essential nutrients and distinct flavor. This review discusses the recent scientific progress on fermented fish, especially the involved flavor formation processes, microbial metabolic activities, and interconnected biochemical pathways (e.g., enzymatic/non‐enzymatic reactions associated with lipids, proteins, and their interactions). The multiple roles of fermentation in preservation of fish, development of desirable flavors, and production of health‐promoting nutrients and bioactive substances are also discussed. Finally, prospects for further studies on fermented fish are proposed, including the need of monitoring microorganisms, along with the precise control of a fermentation process to transform the traditional fermented fish to novel, flavorful, healthy, and affordable products for modern consumers. Microbial‐enabled innovative fermented fish products that consider both flavor and health benefits are expected to become a significant segment in global food markets. The integration of multi‐omics technologies, biotechnology‐based approaches (including synthetic biology and metabolic engineering) and sensory and consumer sciences, is crucial for technological innovations related to fermented fish. The findings of this review will provide guidance on future development of new or improved fermented fish products through regulating microbial metabolic processes and enzymatic activities. In response to the issues of slow dynamic response, uneven shifting, and strong jolting during the starting and shifting operations of the cotton picker, we established a model for automatic power shifting control. We proposed optimization strategies using the Statechart logic control method and BP neural network control method. Different control effects were analyzed concerning pressure, flow rate, motor speed, vehicle speed, impact degree, and slip-grinding work. The results showed that the Statechart logic control method increased the response time of the flow rate by 46.67% during the starting process, with a good linear characteristic during the variation. It reduced the impact during starting and shifting by 38.57% and 67%, and the sliding friction power during starting and shifting by 51.95% and 33.33% respectively. The BP neural network control method reduced the pressure overshoot during starting and shifting by 25% and 30.77%, respectively, demonstrating better robustness. The pump, motor speed, and vehicle speed showed smooth growth after starting and shifting, with faster vehicle speed response during the starting process. Additionally, the vehicle speed overshoot during shifting significantly decreased, ensuring overall performance that meets the operational requirements of the cotton picker. This finding holds practical significance for the advancement of control strategy optimization and the development of the control system for the powershift gearbox in cotton pickers. To meet the working performance demand of cotton pickers, a hydrostatic power shift composite drive system design is proposed. This study aims to enhance the driving function of the cotton picker in various working conditions and improve its adaptability by combining a hydrostatic speed control system with a mechanical power shift structure. To achieve this, a single variable pump + double variable motor closed circuit is adopted. By adjusting the pump and motor displacement in stages, the driving speed of the cotton picker can be optimized for different working conditions. Additionally, the power shift mechanism is employed to increase the speed range and improve the transmission efficiency, enabling higher speeds to be achieved. Firstly, the main components of the composite drive system were calculated and selected, and then AMESim software was used for modeling and simulation analysis, and the results are as follows: When the cotton picker starts and picking operation stage variable displacement pump + fixed displacement dual motor speed control, the highest driving speed is 8.5 km/h. During the field and road transport operation stage fixed displacement pump + variable displacement dual motor speed regulation, the highest speed of 14.5 km/h was achieved in the field. When transferring to the road, the instant mechanical power shift speed and, the highest speed on the road was up to 27.5 km/h. Finally, the field experiment and speed ratio analysis of the drive system was conducted, and the average error of the experimental speed measurement was 0.588%. The speed ratio matching was in line with the design expectation. The results show that the hydrostatic power shift composite drive system designed in this study has good driving adaptability and can effectively meet the functions of cotton picker field picking, transport operation and road transportation in transit, which provides theoretical support for the design of cotton picker chassis drive system. The migratory and omnivorous common crane (Grus grus) uses a nature reserve with crucial ecological value that provides supplementary food resources, although the extent of their use by these cranes is unknown. In this study, we used DNA metabarcoding of plants through the chloroplast rbcL gene to investigate the diets of 25 common crane fecal samples and performed analyses in conjunction with supplementary feeding. The results showed that common cranes preferred plants of the families Poaceae and Cyperaceae, similar to common cranes in other nature reserves. Before supplementary feeding, Poaceae and Cyperaceae accounted for 43.83 ± 20.58% and 53.51 ± 19.24%, respectively, while after that, they accounted for 61.23 ± 35.19% and 24.07 ± 28.20%, respectively. The relative abundance of Hordeum increased significantly in January, accounting for 33.88 ± 31.32%, which was mainly affected by supplementary feeding. Therefore, under supplementary feeding, foraging grounds and feeding preferences of common cranes may change correspondingly. The quantity of corn kernels and wheat grains can be increased appropriately in supplementary feeding measures in the nature reserve, and more supplementary feeding sites should be set up in response to the shortage of wild bird food resources. Aiming at the stability of the output speed and the poor adaptability of the transmission system during the operation of a cotton picker, a control strategy of hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission (HMCVT) for cotton pickers based on gray prediction and fuzzy PID is proposed. Firstly, the hardware and software of the existing hydraulic mechanical coupling transmission test-bed of cotton pickers are designed, and the HMCVT human-computer interaction measurement and control system is built by using LABVIEW 2020 software. Then, combined with the transmission theory, the control strategy and gray prediction model are designed. Finally, the continuity test, transmission efficiency test, and adaptive control verification test are carried out. The results show that as the input speed increases, the peak time of the pump motor output speed is prolonged, while the overall speed regulation process is smoother, and the output speed process of the HMCVT system is continuous. As the displacement ratio of the variable pump increases, the transmission efficiency of the hydraulic system increases accordingly, but the highest efficiency is around 0.8. At a working speed of 10 km/h, the transmission efficiency of the HMCVT system of the cotton picker is more than 80%, and the high efficiency of the mechanical system in the whole system makes up for the low efficiency of the hydraulic system, and the transmission efficiency of the cotton picker is the highest at 15–25 km/h. The speed under the adaptive control strategy is better, with good robustness to sudden torque changes and speed fluctuations in the range of ±0.0125% under external load conditions. Use of low-salt fish sauce (Yulu) is limited due to its perishable property and rapid loss of unique flavor. In this study, a salt-tolerant strain, Bacillus subtilis B-2, with high protease production was used as a microbial starter for low-salt Yulu fermentation. A total of 133 volatile compounds were detected through HS-SPME-GC-MS. Most aldehydes, alcohols, ketones, furans, and hydrocarbons reached their maximum at 15 d, while most esters, aromatic compounds, acids, nitrogen compounds, and sulfur compounds peaked at 45 d. The 16S rRNA gene high-throughput sequencing showed that Bacillus remained in high abundance during fermentation, reaching 93.63% at 45 d. The characteristic volatile flavor was obviously improved while the microbial contamination was significantly reduced in low-salt Yulu fermented with B. subtilis, compared with those without a microbial starter. The correlation network map suggested that the significant decrease in Pseudomonas, Achromobacter, Stenotrophomonas, Cyanobium, Rhodococcus, Brucella, Tetragenococcus, and Chloroplast contributed most to the decreasing richness and evenness of the microbial community, while Bacillus was the only genus playing a key role in the inhibition of spoilage microorganisms and improvement of volatile flavor after B. subtilis addition. This study is based on the influence of power shift control on the smoothness of cotton picker shifts and proposes an optimization method for the smoothness of power shifts with different control strategies for the gearbox. Through the structural design of the power shift mechanism control module, the hydraulic power distribution of the hydraulic system of the hydraulic travel module and its control mode are analyzed, and a regional cooperative shift control strategy is proposed in conjunction with control theory. A model of cotton picker dynamics was built using AMESim simulation software. In addition, the traditional control strategy was simulated and compared with the Statement component automatic control strategy to analyze and discuss the control deficiencies in power shift smoothness. Then, a particle swarm genetic algorithm (PSGA) was constructed by integrating the PSO algorithm and the genetic algorithm to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm in improving the dynamic performance and shift smoothness of the gearbox. Mining-induced subsidence is critical for ecological environment reconstruction and damage prevention in coal mining areas. Understanding the characteristics of surface subsidence with multi-seam mining is the first step. Surface subsidence of different mining panel layout configurations was investigated by means of UDEC numerical simulation. Based on the simulation results, it was indicated that mining panel layout configuration had a significant impact on surface subsidence, including ground surface subsidence, horizontal displacement, crack propagation, and ground surface fissure development. The overlapped region of the upper panel and the lower panel is the key region, where existing bedding separations and strata cracks close and activate, the integrity and strength of the interburden layer are reduced, and the subsidence magnitude is enhanced. The subsidence profile of the overlapped region for the stacked configuration, external staggered, the edge of the lower panel internal staggered, two edges of the lower panel internal staggered are steeper and deeper, and the corresponding values of ground surface subsidence and horizontal displacement are greater than other regions. The ground surface fissures with the types of stepped, slided, and graben developed on the ground surface above the edge of the mining panel, and the development location is closely related to the strata movement edge. Because of the support activities of the reserved coal pillar, the ground subsidence of the external staggered (internal staggered) of the upper panel with the coal pillar is slight. The external staggered (internal staggered) and external staggered (internal staggered) of the upper panel with the coal pillar can be selected as the preferred layout configuration. Background: Patients with persistent positive antiphospholipid antibodies (aPLs) and immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) hardly develop thrombosis but share many similar characteristics with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS). Methods: This is a prospective cohort study consecutively enrolling thrombocytopenic patients with continuous positive aPLs. Patients developing thrombotic events are classified as the APS group. Then we compare the clinical characteristics and prognosis between aPLs carriers and patients with APS. Results: This cohort included 47 thrombocytopenic patients with continuous positive aPLs and 55 with diagnosed primary APS. The proportion of smoking and hypertension are higher in the APS group (p = 0.03, 0.04, 0.03, respectively). The platelet count of aPLs carriers at admission was lower than APS patients [26 × 109/l (9 × 109/l, 46 × 109/l) vs. 64 × 109/l (24 × 109/l, 89 × 109/l), p = 0.0002]. Triple aPLs positivity is more common in primary APS patients with thrombocytopenia [24 (51.1%) vs. 40 (72.7%), p = 0.04]. Regarding the treatment response, the complete response (CR) rate is similar between aPLs carriers and primary APS patients with thrombocytopenia (p = 0.2). Nonetheless, the proportion of response, no response, and relapse differed significantly between the two groups [13 (27.7%) vs. 4 (7.3%), p < 0.0001; 5 (10.6%) vs. 8 (14.5%), p < 0.0001; 5 (10.6%) vs. 8 (14.5%), p < 0.0001, respectively]. In Kaplan–Meier analysis, primary APS patients had significantly more thrombotic events than aPLs carriers (p = 0.0006). Physical simulation is one of the effective methods to study mining problems, but the selection and proportion of simulation materials are greatly affected by the regional environment. This paper is based on a multilevel orthogonal design test scheme using sand, lime, and gypsum as the materials in the Shangwan coal mine in the Shendong coalfield, with the sand to cement ratio, paste to ash ratio, and maintenance days as variables. The effect of the polar difference method on the strength and density of gypsum was used as a reference for physical simulation in the Shendong coalfield. The sensitivity analysis of each factor was carried out by the polar difference method, and the influencing factors on density were, in descending order, sand to mortar ratio, mortar to ash ratio, and the number of maintenance days; the influencing factors on strength were, in descending order, mortar to ash ratio, maintenance days, and sand to mortar ratio. The sand cement ratio was negatively correlated with strength and density, the paste to ash ratio was positively correlated with strength and density, and the number of maintenance days was positively correlated with strength and negatively correlated with density. The multivariate non-linear regression analysis of sand to cement ratio and paste to ash ratio identified similar material proportioning test equations for the Shendong coalfield, which can improve the accuracy of physical simulation and be used to guide physical simulation experiments in the Shendong coalfield. We give an explicit minimal graded free resolution, in terms of representations of the symmetric group S d , of a Galois-theoretic configuration of d points in 퐏 d - 2 that was studied by Bhargava in the context of ring parametrizations. When applied to the geometric generic fiber of a simply branched degree d cover of 퐏 1 by a relatively canonically embedded curve C, our construction gives a new interpretation for the splitting types of the syzygy bundles appearing in its relative minimal resolution. Concretely, our work implies that all these splitting types consist of scrollar invariants of resolvent covers. This vastly generalizes a prior observation due to Casnati, namely that the first syzygy bundle of a degree 4 cover splits according to the scrollar invariants of its cubic resolvent. To study the influence of fissure angle on the rock damage process and energy evolution characteristics, uniaxial cyclic loading and unloading tests were conducted on fractured rock specimens with different prefabricated fissure angles. The stress–strain curves, mechanical properties, and failure characteristics were analyzed. Subsequently, the energy evolution characteristics and failure mechanisms were investigated. The results showed that the stress–strain curves of fractured specimens fluctuated in the pre-peak phase and rapidly declined in post-peak phase. The peak stresses and strains of fractured specimens initially decreased and then increased with an increase in the fissure angle, whereas the elastic modulus first increased and then decreased. With an increase in the fissure angle, specimen failure changed from shear damage to tensile damage. The input, elastic, and dissipation energies of fractured specimens non-linearly increased with an increase in cyclic loading and unloading. As the number of cycles increased, the energy density decreased in segments with an increase in the fissure angle, and there was a rapid increase in the dissipation energy density before failure occurred. Due to the influence of imaging equipment or environment, a hyperspectral image (HSI) is often unavoidably blurred in the acquisition process, which results in the spatial and spectral information loss of the HSI. The existing HSI deblurring methods can address the problem, however, they neglect the intrinsic structured sparsity and thus reduce the deblurring performance. Aiming at this issue, we propose a new HSI deblurring method based on transformed structured sparsity with smoothness (TSSS). We first use the local piecewise smoothness to obtain the spatial and spectral sparsity of an HSI in the gradient domain. Then, to capture the refined sparsity, we exploit the transform sparsity learning framework to encode the structured sparsity self-adaptively in transform space, where the sparse structures of transformed operators can be depicted by Laplacian scale mixture (LSM), i.e., the sparsity can be expressed as the product of a hidden positive scalar multiplier and a Laplacian vector. Solid materials such as rocks can contain primary defects, and internal defects are activated in the event of mining disturbance, which causes rock damage and destruction. Therefore, it is of great significance for rock engineering to study the mechanical properties and failure mechanism of damaged rock. In this study, damaged prefabricated crack sandstone specimens were prepared with the cyclic loading-unloading test, and the uniaxial loading test was carried out with damaged specimens. The evolution law of peak strength, elastic modulus, and peak strain of specimens with different damage degrees was studied, the quantitative relationship between the P-wave velocity and the damage degree was obtained, and the acoustic emission (AE) count and energy evolution characteristics of specimens with different damage degrees were analyzed. The energy evolution law of damaged specimens was revealed, and with the increase in damage degree, the elastic energy stored in the specimens can be converted into crack propagation more quickly, and the dissipated energy density increases rapidly, resulting in complete rock failure. Objectives Thrombocytopenia, a frequent clinical manifestation in patients with APS, could be an independent predictor of recurrent thrombotic, obstetric and severe extracriteria events. Methods This single-centre prospective study enrolled 218 consecutive patients diagnosed with primary APS between 2010 and 2021. Thrombocytopenia was defined as a platelet count less than 100 × 109/L. Results Our cohort included 74 (33.94%) patients with thrombocytopenia and 144 patients with a continuous normal platelet count. Comparison of baseline characteristics indicated that patients with thrombocytopenia had more visceral venous thromboses [10 (13.51%) vs 5(3.47%); P  = 0.009] and extracriteria manifestations [mainly haemolytic anaemia; 20 (27.03%) vs 17 (11.81%); P  = 0.007]. Hypocomplementemia was more likely among patients with thrombocytopenia [19 (25.68%) vs 16 (11.11%); P  = 0.01]. The presence of aCL-IgG/IgM, anti-β2-glycoprotein I and lupus anticoagulant were more frequently detected in patients with thrombocytopenia. In survival analysis, thrombotic, obstetric and severe extracriteria survival rates were significantly worse in patients with thrombocytopenia. In multivariate Cox regression, thrombocytopenia was an independent risk factor for all endpoint events, including thrombotic events [hazard ratio (HR) 2.93 (95% CI 1.31, 6.56), P  = 0.009], pregnancy morbidity [HR 8.00 (95% CI 2.43, 26.37), P  = 0.0006] and severe extracriteria events [HR 15.27 (95% CI 1.85, 125.98), P  = 0.01]. Recently, tensor sparsity modeling has achieved great success in the tensor completion (TC) problem. In real applications, the sparsity of a tensor can be rationally measured by low-rank tensor decomposition. However, existing methods either suffer from limited modeling power in estimating accurate rank or have difficulty in depicting hierarchical structure underlying such data ensembles. To address these issues, we propose a parametric tensor sparsity measure model, which encodes the sparsity for a general tensor by Laplacian scale mixture (LSM) modeling based on three-layer transform (TLT) for factor subspace prior with Tucker decomposition. Specifically, the sparsity of a tensor is first transformed into factor subspace, and then factor sparsity in the gradient domain is used to express the local similarity in within-mode. To further refine the sparsity, we adopt LSM by the transform learning scheme to self-adaptively depict deeper layer structured sparsity, in which the transformed sparse matrices in the sense of a statistical model can be modeled as the product of a Laplacian vector and a hidden positive scalar multiplier. We call the method as parametric tensor sparsity delivered by LSM-TLT. By a progressive transformation operator, we formulate the LSM-TLT model and use it to address the TC problem, and then the alternating direction method of multipliers-based optimization algorithm is designed to solve the problem. The deformation and failure of a coal–rock system in a deep environment is affected by its own mechanical properties, natural endowments, and geological structures; it is very important to study the energy evolution law of coal–rock systems. For this purpose, a Particle Flow Code in 2 Dimensions (PFC2D) simulation was conducted to assess the coal–rock structure and roadway surrounding rock. The hard roof would produce a rebound "energy supply" phenomenon when the coal was destroyed, and the influence of rock strength on the energy evolution of the coal–rock combination was analyzed. In addition, the energy evolution law of roadway surrounding rock with different roof strength is studied; the energy evolution process of roof and coal seam and deep and shallow coal mass are compared, according to the energy storage characteristics of roadway surrounding rock in different areas; the partition energy storage model of roadway surrounding rock is established preliminarily and the concepts of energy storage area and energy supply area of roadway surrounding rock are proposed; the prevention and control methods of near-field rock burst in deep roadways are discussed, and the research conclusions can provide theoretical reference for the research on the mechanism of rock burst in deep coal mines. The stress of rock strata changes under mining action, and the arch structure will be formed around the mining area. The stability study of the arch structure has crucial scientific value for solving the problems of stope pressure and surface subsidence. In this paper, the development process of rock strata arch structure is studied by theoretical analysis and particle flow numerical simulation, and the stability of the arch structure is analyzed. At the same time, based on the rock strata breaking theory, the calculation formulas of the development height and the critical width of the instability of the arch structure are obtained, and the correctness of the formula is verified by numerical simulation. The results show that during the mining stage of the working face, the rock strata arch structure has experienced the process of arching-arch breaking, and the instability of the arch structure is the root cause of increasing surface subsidence damage. The arch structure development height h is the sum of rock strata breaking height Hi and unbroken rock strata arch development height Hig. The theoretical calculation shows that when the width:depth ratio of the working face is 1.60, the height of the arch structure exceeds the bedrock top, which is consistent with the numerical simulation results and verifies the correctness of the formula. By defining the instability coefficient C of rock strata arch structure, a method to judge the stability of the arch structure is provided. The theoretical calculation shows that the critical width L0 of the arch structure instability is 134 m, which is not much different from the numerical simulation results of 136 m, and the correctness of the formula is proved. The research results have particular reference value for preventing ground disasters caused by underground coal mining and controlling ground subsidence and provide a reference for the application of the particle flow method in studying rock strata movement. Differences in acquisition time, light conditions, and viewing angle create significant differences among the airborne remote sensing images from Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). Real-time scene matching navigation applications based on fixed reference maps are error-prone and have poor robustness. This paper presents a novel shadow-based matching method for the localization of low-altitude flight UAVs. A reference shadow map is generated from an accurate (0.5 m spatial resolution) Digital Surface Model (DSM) with the known date and time information; a robust shadow detection algorithm is employed to detect shadows in aerial images; the shadows can then be used as a stable feature for scene matching navigation. Combining the conventional intensity-based matching method, a fusion scene navigation scheme that is more robust to illumination variations is proposed. Experiments were performed with Google satellite maps, DSM data, and real aerial images of the Zurich region. The radial localization error of the Shadow-based Matching (SbM) is less than 7.3 m at flight height below 1200 m. The fusion navigation approach also achieves an optimal combination of shadow-based matching and intensity-based matching. Coal-measure source rocks are generally developed in marsh facies under a humid climate and are rarely reported in a carbonate platform or a mixed platform. Carboniferous seawater intruded from west to east in the Tarim Basin, and mixed platform deposits of interbedded mudstone and carbonate developed in the southwest of the basin. In recent years, with the deepening of the exploration, nearly 20 m coal seams and carbonaceous mudstone source rocks have been found in the Carboniferous lagoon's tidal-flat background. The hydrocarbon generation potential, development, and distribution of these coal-measure source rocks have become an important issue for oil and gas exploration. Coal seams and carbonaceous mudstones were found in the Carboniferous formation of wells BT5, BT10, and Lx2. The hydrocarbon prospect, development, and distribution characteristics of these coal formations have become an important research topic. The authors conducted organic geochemical tests and analyses of core and samples drill cuttings from multiple wells in the study area, combined with research focused on the identification and distribution of coal seams, dark mudstones, and depositional facies via logging cross plots of different lithology and 3D seismic inversion. The results show that coal-measure source rocks in the BT5 well are related to the set of delta-lagoon sedimentary systems widely developed in the Carboniferous Karashayi Formation. The maximum cumulative thickness of coal-measure source rocks is about 20 m, with total organic carbon (TOC) contents of 0.15–60%, kerogen types II2-III, and vitrinite reflectance (Ro) values of 0.78–1.65%. The rocks have generally low maturity in the northwestern area and high maturity in the southeastern area, and the maturity changes as the burial depth changes. The effective hydrocarbon source rocks such as coal, carbonaceous mudstone, and dark mudstone all show acoustic time (AC) greater than 300 µs/m, and density (DEN) less than 2.3 g/cm3, but possess different gamma ray (GR) values. The GR value is less than 75 API for coal, between 75–100 API for carbonaceous mudstone, and greater than 100 API for dark mudstones. The distribution of source rocks can be identified in the area between the wells according to a 3D seismic inversion impedance (IMP) of less than 7333 m/s·g/cm3. The development and controlled factors of coal-measure source rocks of delta facies in the mixed platform have a significant role for oil and gas exploration of Upper Paleozoic in this area. Aims: Although the influences of coastal embankments on soil physicochemical properties and carbon (C) and nitrogen (N) cycling have been widely reported, the mechanisms of their effects on soil microbial ecologies remain poorly understood. Thus, the aim of this study was to investigate the variations in the diversity and composition of soil bacterial and archaeal communities between natural and embanked saltmarshes, as well as the determinants that drive these variations. Methods: 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis was performed to assess the impacts of coastal embankments on the bacterial and archaeal communities of native Suaeda salsa, Phragmites australis, and invasive Spartina alterniflora saltmarshes on the east coast of China. Results: Embankments were found to significantly decrease the microbial diversity of S. alterniflora salt marsh, while increased the OTU richness of P. australis salt marsh. Embankments modified the compositions of soil bacterial and archaeal communities in both S. alterniflora and P. australis salt marshes. However, variations in the microbial diversity, richness, and community compositions between the native and embanked S. salsa salt marshes were insignificant. Conclusions: These results were possibly because the embankment significantly altered soil nutrient substrate levels (e.g., soil organic C and N) by variations in plant residues and soil physiochemical properties in S. alterniflora and P. australis saltmarshes, whereas the embankment had no observable changes in the soil nutrient substrate and plant residue in S. salsa saltmarsh. Nondestructive inspection technology based on machine vision can effectively improve the efficiency of fresh fruit quality inspection. However, fruits with smooth skin and less texture are easily affected by specular highlights during the image acquisition, resulting in light spots appearing on the surface of fruits, which severely affects the subsequent quality inspection. Aiming at this issue, we propose a new specular highlight removal algorithm based on multi-band polarization imaging. First of all, we realize real-time image acquisition by designing a new multi-band polarization imager, which can acquire all the spectral and polarization information through single image capture. Then we propose a joint multi-band-polarization characteristic vector constraint to realize the detection of specular highlight, and next we put forward a Max-Min multi-band-polarization differencing scheme combined with an ergodic least-squares separation for specular highlight removal, and finally, the chromaticity consistency regularization is used to compensate the missing details. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can effectively and stably remove the specular highlight and provide more accurate information for subsequent fruit quality inspection. Besides, the comparison of algorithm speed further shows that our proposed algorithm has a good tradeoff between accuracy and complexity. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
