Without additional templating agent or surfactant, porous and sparse MnCO3 was synthesized hydrothermally from Mn2+ with a CO2-storage material (CO2SM). Through thermal decomposition of the as-synthesized MnCO3, ε-MnO2 crystals with good catalytic performance and stability in HCHO degradation were prepared. The optimum preparation conditions were determined by tuning the preparation conditions and carrying out response surface studies, and the resulting ε-MnO2 crystals could degrade 66.1% of a 10 ml 10 mg l-1 HCHO solution. After the HCHO degradation conditions were optimized, the thermodynamic data could be fitted with the Langmuir isotherm and quasi-secondary kinetic models at T = 25--50°C. The recovery of soil microbial community is important for reclamation success in coal mining subsidence land. This study aims to investigate the relationship between soil microbes and vegetation species in a reclamation area in Panji coal mining subsidence land, and to determine a suitable planting model to improve the soil physiochemical properties. In this experiment, Sesamum indicum and Glycine max, forge crops Medicago sativa and Sorghum sudanense, and Zea mays were planted, and amplicon high-throughput sequencing was applied to determine the soil microbial community structure. The results showed that significant growth-related dynamic changes in microbial community structure were mainly associated with the phylum of Proteobacteria, Actinobacteria, and Firmicutes, which accounted for 29.69%, 13.93%, and 12.51% in the total bacterial sequences, respectively. In addition, the activities of soil sucrase and urease showed a significant increasing with the decrease of pH, from 8.05 to 7.74. Correspondingly, plants had no significant effect on the fungal community composition, which comprised 52.55% of Ascomycota and 25.45% Basidiomycota, respectively. More important, soil pH was a crucial factor influencing the bacterial community structure. The study indicates that vegetation can improve the soil nutrient, enzyme activities, and microorganisms in the surface soil of the reclamation area and remit subsidence area soil alkalinization, which is of great significance for the ecosystem restoration in coal mining subsidence land. Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a particularly aggressive subtype known for its extremely high drug resistance, progression, poor prognosis, and lack of clear therapeutic targets. Researchers are aiming to advance TNBC treatment worldwide. In the past 2–3 years, more positive results have emerged in the clinical research on TNBC treatment. To construct "non-consumable electrolyte type"or "internal serial hybrid type"lithium-ion supercapatteries with both high power and energy densities, carbon-coated lithium vanadium phosphate composite (Li3V2(PO4)3/C) is utilized as the cathode. This cathode with a high specific area is synthesized by a hydrothermal method assisted by delayed sol-gel method and using the surfactant of myristyltrimethylammonium bromide as the carbon source. It is self-assembled and mesoporous. This cathode has a high specific surface area of 40.92 m,2g-1, a pore volume of 0.095 cm3g-1, a considerably high initial discharge capacity of 166 mAhg-1 at 0.2 C-rate. Even at 20 C-rate, the high discharge capacity of 90 mAhg-1 is maintained. The lithium-ion supercapattery assembled using this cathode, the anode of activated carbon as exhibits a discharge time of as long as 1369.24 s, a maximum energy density of 53.22 Wh kg-1, and a maximum power density of 3.01 kW kg-1. Polymetallic mine tailings have great potential as carbon sequestration tools to stabilize atmospheric CO2 concentrations. However, previous studies focused on carbonate mineral precipitation, while the role of autotrophs in carbon sequestration by mine tailings has been neglected. In this study, carbon sequestration in two mine tailings treated with FeS2 and 13C-labeled CO2 was analyzed using 13C isotope labeling, pyrosequencing and DNA-based stable isotope probing (SIP) to identify carbon fixers. Mine tailings treated with FeS2 exhibited a higher percentage of 13C atoms (1.76 ± 0.06 in Yangshanchong and 1.36 ± 0.01 in Shuimuchong) than the control groups over a 14-day incubation, as well an increase in the total organic carbon (TOC) content (0.20 ± 0.11 mg/g in Yangshanchong and 0.28 ± 0.14 mg/g in Shuimuchong). These data demonstrated the role of autotrophs in carbon sequestration with pyrite addition. Pyrite treatment led to changes in the composition of bacterial communities, and the genera Sulfobacillus (8.04%) and Novosphingobium (8.60%) were found to be dominant in these communities. In addition, the DNA-SIP results indicated that the cbbL gene copy number was 8.20-16.50 times greater than the cbbL gene copy number in 13C-labeled heavy fractions. Furthermore, a Sulfobacillus-like cbbL gene sequence (cbbL-OTU1) accounted for 30.11-34.74% of all cbbL gene sequences in the 13C-labeled heavy fractions of mine tailings treated with FeS2. These findings highlight the importance of the RubisCO form I-encoding gene, cbbL, in bacterial carbon sequestration and demonstrate the ability of chemoautotrophs to sequester carbon during sulfide mineral oxidation in mine tailings. Many nuclear norm minimization (NNM)-based methods have been proposed for hyperspectral image (HSI) mixed denoising due to the low-rank (LR) characteristics of clean HSI. However, the NNM-based methods regularize each eigenvalue equally, which is unsuitable for the denoising problem, where each eigenvalue stands for special physical meaning and should be regularized differently. However, the NNM-based methods only exploit the high spectral correlation, while ignoring the local structure of HSI and resulting in spatial distortions. To address these problems, a total variation (TV)-regularized weighted nuclear norm minimization (TWNNM) method is proposed. To obtain the desired denoising performance, two issues are included. First, to exploit the high spectral correlation, the HSI is restricted to be LR, and different eigenvalues are minimized with different weights based on the WNNM. Second, to preserve the local structure of HSI, the TV regularization is incorporated, and the alternating direction method of multipliers is used to solve the resulting optimization problem. Both simulated and real data experiments demonstrate that the proposed TWNNM approach produces superior denoising results for the mixed noise case in comparison with several state-of-the-art denoising methods.
