【目的】研制一种新型的高强度钙云母牙科切削陶瓷材料。【方法】筛选材料配方, 通过玻璃熔制、晶化热处理, 得到玻璃陶瓷, 用X 射线衍射分析玻璃陶瓷的晶相成分, 并用三点抗弯法测量材料的强度。【结果】得到了含钙云母的新型切 削陶瓷, 其三点抗弯强度最高达到(210.2±14.7)MPa 。【结论】通过改变金云母玻璃陶瓷内部的晶体结构可以得到新型具有 较高强度的牙科切削陶瓷。

【目的】评价3 种烤瓷贴面(PLV)牙体预备的近期临床效果。【方法】根据贴面形态和覆盖牙体范围将PLV 牙体 预备分为I 型、L 型和U 型3 种, 用于着色牙和前牙间隙、缺损等修复, PLV 采用长石质PLV 瓷系统制作, 双重固化树脂粘结 系统粘结, 观察6 ～ 22 个月, 考察3 种牙体预备类型的适应证、最终美学效果、粘接强度及牙本质敏感性等。【结果】35 例203 个瓷贴面修复后形态、颜色满意, 美学效果佳;无脱落, 仅局部崩折2 例, 近期粘接效果满意;备牙时牙本质暴露率达95.16 %, 粘固后牙本质过敏症状不同程度缓解。【结论】合理选择适应证、足够的牙体制备及高强度树脂粘结系统, 可保证3 种牙体预 备类型均能使PLV 获得良好的外形、满意的颜色及可靠的临床近期粘接强度;但牙本质过敏问题应予重视。

【目的】了解磁性固位的下颌种植覆盖义齿的应力状况及其分布规律, 为磁性固位体的临床应用提供生物力学 依据。【方法】采用二维光弹应力分析法, 分析圆柱形种植体在垂直向和侧向加载条件下种植体— 骨界面的应力状况。【结 果】种植体应力主要为均匀分布的压应力, 最大应力位于种植体根尖部, 颈部应力相对较小, 未见明显弯曲应力。【结论】磁 性固位种植义齿的种植体应力分布符合生物力学要求, 有利于种植体的长期成功。

遺傳資源的規範，特別關於取得與利益分享機制，已成為國際社會關注之焦點；由於該議題具跨領域性，已非單一國際條約可以克竟其功。本文在於分析當今各國際條約或組織與此有關之基本規範意涵與趨勢，輔以各國實踐，期以提供更深入研究之基礎，以及我國立法之參考。本文初步發現各國際條約或組織須加強整合，以追求相互支持；而目前部分開發中國家之實踐是否過於嚴格，皆值得深思。 The regulation on genetic resources, in particular on the topic of access to and benefit-sharing, has become a focal point of the international society. Given the inter-disciplined nature, there seems no single international treaty or institution may fully govern the issue and then achieve a satisfactory outcome alone. The article aims to analyze the basic legal implications and developments generated by relevant treaties and organizations on the topic and to reveal the practices of some nations. The study may serve as a basis for further in-depth research and a reference for our national legislations. It is primarily found that a further coordination of relevant international norms is highly desirable and essential to reach mutual supportiveness. In addition, it needs to have a thorough examination on whether the current practices of some developing countries are unreasonably rigid.

The use of catheters is very common in clinical care and is a highly invasive procedure, and catheter-associated urinary tract infection (CAUTI) is an important cause of hospital-acquired infections. CAUTI is a serious complication caused by catheter insertion, usually within 48 hours of catheterization or after removal of the catheter. This article reviews the nursing measures for the prevention of CAUTI in perspectives of influencing factors, selection of catheter, catheter placement and catheter maintenance, aiming to promote the development of long-term indwelling catheter technology and provide reference for prevention and treatment of CAUTI in clinical practice. 目的 对比分析药物涂层球囊（drug-coated balloon，DCB）和普通球囊血管成形术治疗症状性颅内动脉粥样硬化性重度狭窄患者的安全性和预后。 方法 回顾性分析2020年3月—2022年4月在青岛大学附属医院进行治疗的症状性颅内动脉粥样硬化性重度狭窄患者，按照治疗方式的不同分为DCB组和普通球囊组。比较两组患者的一般临床资料、疗效和安全性终点，包括围手术期并发症、临床结局和影像随访结果。 结果 研究共纳入49例患者，其中DCB组30例，普通球囊组19例。两组的基线资料、围手术期并发症、术后6个月内再发卒中率、再狭窄率及死亡率差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；6个月随访DCB组狭窄程度为14.50%（9.55%～23.42%），低于普通球囊组的30.00%（15.42%～37.61%），差异有统计学意义（P＝0.027）。 结论 与普通球囊相比，DCB治疗症状性颅内动脉粥样硬化性重度狭窄是安全的，可以有效降低目标血管再狭窄的进展。 Abstract: Objective To compare the safety and prognosis of drug-coated balloon (DCB) angioplasty and conventional balloon angioplasty in treating symptomatic intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis. Methods The patients with symptomatic severe intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis who were treated at The Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from March 2020 to April 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. Patients were divided into the DCB group and the conventional balloon group according to the treatment method. The general clinical data, efficacy, and safety endpoints, including perioperative complications, clinical outcomes, and imaging results during follow-up, were compared between the two groups. Results A total of 49 patients were included in the study, including 30 in the DCB group and 19 in the conventional balloon group. There were no significant differences in baseline data and perioperative complications, as well as stroke recurrence rate, restenosis rate and mortality within 6 months after surgery between the two groups (P>0.05). The DCB group exhibited a lower degree of restenosis at 14.50% (9.55%-23.42%), as compared to 30.00% (15.42%-37.61%) in the conventional balloon group, with a statistically significant difference (P=0.027). Conclusions In comparison to conventional balloon treatment, DCB treatment is considered safe for symptomatic severe intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis and can effectively reduce the progress of target vessel restenosis.

光突发交换（OBS）技术比电路交换具有更高的带宽利用率、更低的网络延时,而且比全光分组网更加易于实现,文章针对基于JET资源预留协议的光突发交换网络,在突发汇聚、QoS保证、控制分组和数据分组的具体内容等关键技术上进行了较详细的讨论和研究.

文章对光突发交换（OBS）网络中的IP流量特性以及汇聚机制进行了深入的研究,通过引入ON/OFF源模型来模拟OBS网络中数据业务的自相似特性,通过对仿真进行分析,验证了ON/OFF理论模型的正确性,最后,利用合成的可控Hurst参数流量源,对几种典型的OBS汇聚算法进行了仿真分析,结果表明,这些汇聚算法对严格自相似性流量的长相关性并没有抑制效果,只是在短时间内对流量具有平滑作用.

【目的】比较大鼠佩戴两种咬合板升高咬合垂直距离（OVD）后脊柱形态的变化。【方法】24只成年Wistar大鼠随机分为C组（对照组）、Full-S组（戴上颌全牙列咬合板）,Post-S组（戴上颌双侧后牙咬合板）。咬合板采用印模和模型技术在体外制作、口内衬垫、调牙合粘接。戴牙后观察大鼠咬合关系及行为、体重变化,并在正位X线片上测量颈椎C4、胸椎T1、T6、T10和腰椎L4中点偏离脊柱中线的距离,侧位片上观察胸椎曲度（θ）角的变化。体重及定点测量数据作统计学分析。【结果】Full-S组大鼠与其他两组比较出现咬合偏斜,生长受抑制;正位片上T10和L4偏离中线值及侧位片上θ角Full-S组显著大于Post-S大鼠组和对照组（P〈0.05）,而Post-S组与对照组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。【结论】全牙列咬合板可能导致大鼠脊柱排列形态的改变;双侧后牙咬合板用于大鼠咬合垂直距离升高对脊柱形态无明显影响。

目的: 采用碳纤维增强碳复合材料( carbon fiber reinforced carbon,C/C)与羟基磷灰石( hydroxyapatite,HA)复合形 成新型种植体( CCH) , 研究它们与骨结合界面的性质,为开发新型种植体提供实验依据。方法: 将 C/C 和 CCH 种植体植入 14 只兔胫骨内,分别于术后 4、8、16 周处死动物。对种植体骨界面作扫描电镜观察、X 线能谱分析。结果: 扫描电镜观察到 16 周 时C/C、CCH 与植床骨组织结合紧密,未见胶原纤维, CCH 孔内的 HA 部分被吸收,有骨组织长入。X 线能谱结果表明 C/C、 CCH 种植骨界面处有 Ca、P 元素的富集。结论: C/C、CCH 与骨形成骨性结合界面。
