Legal protection for traditional retail businesses in the perspective of Pancasila state law must include efforts to create a sustainable and inclusive economic environment. By the principles of Pancasila, legal protection for traditional retail businesses can play an important role in maintaining the continuity of traditional businesses and preserving local cultural values. The Pancasila legal state is not only a legal framework but also reflects the soul and values of the Indonesian nation. The research method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative with a library approach. The law governing the layout of modern retail stores to protect traditional stores by adhering to Pancasila values has a significant impact on business and socio-economic conditions in Indonesia. Presidential Regulation Number 112 of 2007 is the main basis for setting the role of modern shops and traditional shops. Apart from implementation challenges, this regulation protects small and traditional businesses by providing equal opportunities for training and protection as well as maintaining a balance of competition. Reconstruction of modern shop organizations in residential areas with due observance of Pancasila values encourages cooperation and harmonization of modernity and local culture. By bringing together cooperation, solidarity, and diversity, this framework creates a fair, inclusive, and sustainable business environment. Keywords: Traditional retail; modern retail; law; reconstruction; Pancasila Abstrak Perlindungan hukum terhadap usaha ritel tradisional dalam perspektif hukum negara Pancasila harus mencakup upaya untuk menciptakan lingkungan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif. Sesuai dengan asas Pancasila, perlindungan hukum terhadap usaha ritel tradisional dapat berperan penting dalam menjaga keberlangsungan usaha tradisional dan melestarikan nilai-nilai budaya lokal. Negara hukum Pancasila bukan hanya kerangka hukum, tetapi juga mencerminkan jiwa dan nilai-nilai bangsa Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif-kualitatif dengan pendekatan kepustakaan. Undang-undang yang mengatur tata letak toko ritel modern untuk melindungi toko tradisional dengan berpegang teguh pada nilai-nilai Pancasila berdampak signifikan terhadap kondisi bisnis dan sosial ekonomi di Indonesia. Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007 menjadi dasar utama pengaturan peran toko modern dan toko tradisional. Terlepas dari tantangan implementasi, peraturan ini melindungi usaha kecil dan tradisional dengan memberikan kesempatan yang sama untuk pelatihan dan perlindungan serta menjaga keseimbangan persaingan.Rekonstruksi organisasi toko modern di kawasan pemukiman dengan memperhatikan nilai-nilai Pancasila mendorong kerjasama dan harmonisasi modernitas dan budaya lokal. Dengan menyatukan gotong royong, solidaritas dan keragaman, kerangka kerja ini menciptakan lingkungan bisnis yang adil, inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

The population of goats in East Java especially in Madura is the Etawa crossbred [PE] goat type Kaligesing, the goat is in great demand because has a larger body proportion than the Kacang goat which is native to Indonesia goat. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of Kaligesing type PE goats using the correlation of body size with body weight in Pamekasan Regency, Madura. This research was conducted in smallholder farms in four villages (Panaguan, Larangan Dalam, Larangan Luar, and Montok) of Larangan sub-district, Pamekasan regency. Abstract Introduction The aim of this study was to examine the clinical features of hypersensitivity pneumonia (HP) cases, diagnostic methods, and related conditions in our hospital, which is a reference clinic in Turkey for chest disease. Methods The population of this retrospective cross‐sectional study consists of all hypersensitivity pneumonia patients followed in a tertiary hospital between 2010 and 2019. The data of 78 patients were included in the analysis. Data were grouped by source of exposure (occupational, environmental, and cryptogenic) by examining the files of the patients. Results Occupational risk factors were detected in 29 (37.2%) of the cases, environmental risk factors were found in 24 (30.8%) cases, neither occupational nor environmental risk factors were detected in 25 (32%) cases, and they were evaluated as cryptogenic. The time from the onset of symptoms to diagnosis was 15.8 ± 26.6 months. The time from the onset of symptoms to diagnosis was found to be longer in the group with occupational risk factors compared with the other groups and was statistically significant (0.044). Conclusion HP is a immune‐mediated interstitial lung disease induced by repeated exposure to environmental and occupational antigens. Etiological agent can be detected in HP patients by detailed questioning of occupational and environmental exposure that may be associated with the onset of symptoms in cases with suspected HP.

În articol sunt evaluați indicatorii ecocardiografici ai HTP secundare la 37 de copii cu maladii bronhopulmonare cronice. Lotul de studiu a inclus: 22 copii cu FC și 15 copii cu alte afecțiuni bronhopulmonare cronice. Monitorizarea Ecocardiografică la copiii cu FC a relevat o majorare a valorilor PSAP, comparativ cu copiii cu maladii bronhopulmonare cronice. IVT a fost depistată în ambele loturi, ce denotă o afectare secundară a inimii drepte în cadrul maladiilor bronhopulmonare. Bronșiectaziile varicoase și cilindrice au fost mai frecvent întâlnite la copiii cu FC prezentată ca maladie cronică bronhopulmonară cu invalidizare severă.

Abstrak Perkawinan adalah hak setiap individu. Dalam peraturan perundang-undangan, perkawinan termasuk peristiwa kependudukan yang harus dicatatkan dalam Administrasi Kependudukan (Adminduk) karena mempunyai akibat hukum tertentu. Meskipun pencatatan perkawinan sudah diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan, namun masih ada perkawinan yang belum terlindungi secara hukum. Perkawinan adat penganut Sedulur Sikep di Kabupaten Kudus menunjukkan adanya perkawinan yang belum bisa dicatatkan dalam administrasi kependudukan. Berdasar analisis penelitian ditemukan bahwa tidak bisa dicatatkannya perkawinan penganut Sedulur Sikep di Kabupaten Kudus membuat mereka tidak mendapatkan hak-hak sipil. Karena itu harus ada perbaikan peraturan perundang-undangan yang mengatur tentang pencatatan perkawinan, sehingga perkawinan penganut Sedulur Sikep mendapatkan perlakuan yang sama seperti perkawinan pada umumnya. Abstract Marriage is basically the right of every individual. In the organic legislation, marriage is regarded as demographic occurrence that must be recorded in the demographic administration. Registration of marriage is important since it precedes certain legal consequences. Although the registration of marriage is already stipulated in the legislation, there is in fact certain marriages that are not properly covered by legal protection. Marriage performed among the traditional community of Sedulur Sikep in Kudus regency is an example of a marriage that can not be registered in the demographic administration. The analysis of this study revealed that the unfeasibility of registration marriage among members of Sedulur Sikep community in Kudus may end up in denial of their civil rights. Therefore, there must be improvement of legislation governing the registration of marriages so that marriage among Sedulur Sikep community may enjoy equal treatment as any other marriage.

ABSTRACT This research was done at PT. Ramah Tamah Indah in Pekanbaru City, this research aim to know companies system and concept of partnership, implementation conception of partnership, and knowing comparison mount the breeder earnings. This research was done during eight month, from Sept to November 2009. Technique of intake sampel is method of purposive sampling where breeder taken as responder is breeder with the scale criterion of effort ? 10.000 tail of chicken broiler. From entire/all breeder population taken 5 breeder which have partner with the division system of result of pursuant to Index Produce (IP) and 5 breeder which have partner with the system of sharing holder 50:50. The result show the partnership concept that could be realized are conservancy fee range, medium produce the livestock provided by a company, gift insentive, technical aid from the company, marketing guarantee, and election of system of result division agreed on by both parties. Average of net earning of effort livestock of chicken of broiler system of index production (IP) is Rp 5.891.662,- and for the system of sharing holder 50:50 is Rp 8.466.241,-. And seen from result the T test obtained conclusion that at this period, earnings of breeder of system of sharing holder 50:50 bigger than system breeder of index production (IP) Keywords: broiler’s farm, partnership, income, two kinds of partner pattern

Abstract Background The Y chromosome of Drosophila melanogaster harbors several genes required for male fertility. The genes for these fertility factors are very large in size and contain conspicuous amounts of repetitive DNA and transposons. Three of these loci (ks-1, kl-3 and kl-5) have the ability to develop giant lampbrush-like loops in primary spermatocytes, a cytological manifestation of their active state in these cells. Y-loops bind a number of non-Y encoded proteins, but the mechanisms regulating their development and their specific functions are still to be elucidated. Results Here we report the results of a screen of 726 male sterile lines to identify novel autosomal genes controlling Y-loop function. We analyzed mutant testis preparations both in vivo and by immunofluorescence using antibodies directed against Y-loop-associated proteins. This screen enabled us to isolate 17 mutations at 15 loci whose wild-type function is required for proper Y-loop morphogenesis. Six of these loci are likely to specifically control loop development, while the others display pleiotropic effects on both loops and meiotic processes such as spermiogenesis, sperm development and maturation. We also determined the map position of the mutations affecting exclusively Y-loop morphology. Conclusion Our cytological screening permitted us to identify novel genetic functions required for male spermatogenesis, some of which show pleiotropic effects. Analysis of these mutations also shows that loop development can be uncoupled from meiosis progression. These data represent a useful framework for the characterization of Y-loop development at a molecular level and for the study of the genetic control of heterochromatin.
