Abstract Background Seasonal influenza and other respiratory tract infections are serious public health problems that need to be further addressed and investigated. Internet search data are recognized as a valuable source for forecasting influenza or other respiratory tract infection epidemics. However, the selection of internet search data and the application of forecasting methods are important for improving forecasting accuracy. The aim of the present study was to forecast influenza epidemics based on the long short-term memory neural network (LSTM) method, Baidu search index data, and the influenza-like-illness (ILI) rate. Methods The official weekly ILI% data for northern and southern mainland China were obtained from the Chinese Influenza Center from 2018 to 2021. Based on the Baidu Index, search indices related to influenza infection over the corresponding time period were obtained. Pearson correlation analysis was performed to explore the association between influenza-related search queries and the ILI% of southern and northern mainland China. The LSTM model was used to forecast the influenza epidemic within the same week and at lags of 1–4 weeks. The model performance was assessed by evaluation metrics, including the mean square error (MSE), root mean square error (RMSE) and mean absolute error (MAE). Results In total, 24 search queries in northern mainland China and 7 search queries in southern mainland China were found to be correlated and were used to construct the LSTM model, which included the same week and a lag of 1–4 weeks. The LSTM model showed that ILI% + mask with one lag week and ILI% + influenza name were good prediction modules, with reduced RMSE predictions of 16.75% and 4.20%, respectively, compared with the estimated ILI% for northern and southern mainland China. Conclusions The results illuminate the feasibility of using an internet search index as a complementary data source for influenza forecasting and the efficiency of using the LSTM model to forecast influenza epidemics.

The DOX-loaded SLNs have a mean hydrodynamic diameter of ~100 nm and a low polydispersity index (under 0.20) with a high drug-loading efficiency ranging from 80.8% to 90.6%. The in vitro drug release profiles show that the DOX-loaded SLNs exhibit a pH-controlled drug release behavior with the maximum and minimum unloading percentages of 63.4% at pH 4.7 and 25.2% at pH 7.4, respectively. The DOX-loaded C-PEG-SLNs displayed a superior ability in inhibiting the proliferation of MCF-7/MDR cells. At a DOX concentration of 80 µM, the cell viabilities treated with C-PEG-SLNs were approximately one-third of the group treated with free DOX. The inhibition activity of C-PEG-SLNs could be attributed to the transport of C-PEG to cell membrane, leading to the change of the composition of the cell membrane and thus the inhibition of permeability glycoprotein activity. This hypothesis is supported by the confocal images showing the accumulation of DOX in the nuclei of cancer cells and the localization of C-PEG on the cell membranes. The results of in vivo study further demonstrated that the DOX delivered by the SLNs accumulates predominantly in tumor via enhanced permeability and retention effect, the enhanced passive tumor accumulation due to the loose intercellular junctions of endothelial cells lining inside blood vessels at tumor site, and the lack of lymphatic drainage. The growth of MCF-7/MDR xenografted tumor on Balb/c nude mice was inhibited to ~400 mm3 in volume as compared with the free DOX treatment group, 1,140 mm3, and the group treated with 1,2 distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-N-[methoxy(polyethylene glycol)] solid lipid nanoparticles, 820 mm3. Analysis of the body weight of nude mice and the histology of organs and tumor after the administration of DOX-loaded SLNs show that the SLNs have no observable side effects. These results indicate that the C-PEG-SLN is a promising platform for the delivery of therapeutic agents for MDR cancer chemotherapy. In recent years, teachers' teaching anxiety has been widely concerned, while the teaching anxiety of trainee teachers has been rarely studied. Based on Spinoza's affection theory, this study takes semi-structured interview to collect data, and dynamically analyzes the emotional performance and the formation mechanism of trainee teachers' teaching anxiety in combination with programmed root theory and Nvivo11 Plus software. It is found that the teaching anxiety experienced by trainee teachers in teaching practice is mainly manifested as "fear" and "self-shame", which is the intuitive response of trainee teachers stimulated by the external environment and the change of conceptual power. Further tracing, it reveals that the root cause of trainee teachers' teaching anxiety lies in the asymmetric and unbalanced relationship between individuals and the environment, that is, trainee teachers are often in a relatively weak position in the complex and changeable educational environment, and this asymmetry exacerbates their inner anxiety. Therefore, the trainee teachers should enrich themselves, especially with the fulfillment of concepts that trainee teachers should face up to the inevitability of anxiety, replacing simple imagination with the knowledge of necessity; analyze the generationof anxiety, substituting fuzzy cognition with clear idea; lock the transformation node of anxiety, transcending the single perspective with multiple thinking; formulate the guiding creed of anxiety, turning the imagination sequenceinto rational order; seek the absolute restraint of anxiety, pursuing the ultimate love of education.

As the information technology develops, educational resource recommendation system has become an indispensable part of the education field. At the same time, people’s demand for personalised educational resources is also growing; therefore, how to accurately predict user demand and provide personalised recommendations has become an important issue. In this study, a fuzzy predictive control model on the grounds of neural network is proposed to optimise the design of educational resource recommendation in the context of information technology. After experimental testing, the model recommendation fit reached 95.16 and 92.91% on the two test datasets, which are significantly higher than the control model. The average F1 values of the proposed model also reached 95.21 and 88.77%, which are higher than the control model. In other control experiments, the proposed model of this study also has a better performance. The relevant outcomes showcase that the predictive performance and recommendation effect of the model can be further enhanced by improving the structure of the neural network and the parameter optimisation method. Meanwhile, the proposed model has high performance in information overload and personalised demand, which offers a useful reference for the optimal design of educational resource recommendation system.

Background Diabetes has a high incidence rate and many complications, which was an urgent public health problem, but the prevention and management is still not ideal. Objective To observe the effect of Three Division management on metabolic indicators and self-management levels of diabetes patients with different courses of disease. Methods One hundred and 81 type 2 diabetes patients from April 2021 to April 2022 were managed by the mode of Three Division management and followed up for more than 6 months in Shenzhen Hospital Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine (Futian). The patients were grouped according to the course of disease (Group A: course of disease5-10 years; Group D: course of disease>10 years) ; In outpatient, the three-division team composed of traditional Chinese medicine practitioners, endocrinologists and caregivers carries out comprehensive treatment such as physique identification, complication screening, medicine, food, exercises and emotion intervention; When patients are at home, the caregivers carry out intelligent management through intelligent Glucose meter equipment and mobile phone APP. We collected changes in blood glucose and body weight indicators in patients with different disease courses after six months of management. Additionally, we used a questionnaire to gather common issues in patient self-management and fill out the Summary of Diabetes Self-Care Activities Measure-6 (SDSCA-6) . The B4C-stainless steel composites with B4C mass fraction of 4.00% were prepared by spark plasma sintering (SPS) method, using B4C microspheres and 304 stainless steel powders as the raw materials. The density of the composites was tested by the drainage method, the microstructures of B4C and stainless steels were analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM), and the effects of sintering temperature and pressure on the density and microstructure of the composites were investigated. The results show that, the thickness of the interfacial reaction layer increases with the increase of sintering temperature. Meanwhile, increasing the sintering pressure can significantly reduce the sintering temperature, which inhibits the growth of the interfacial reaction layer between B4C and stainless steels. When the pressure reaches 150 MPa, the relative density of the composites can reach 99.5% after sintering at 950 ℃ for 6 min, and the thickness of the interfacial reaction layer is less than 5 μm.

Maritime Power has gradually increased as a national strategy. In this process, gross marine products continue to grow, and the marine industry has become the most fundamental and critical object. The spatial layout and industrial organization of maritime enterprises are fundamental related tasks. Domestic research can be divided into two main categories, based on the data used. One is to use economic and social statistical data, which have a large spatial scope but large granularity and cannot reflect the details of the industrial layout. The other is to use point-of-interest data, which are often not fully mined owing to the heavy workload of data processing. Therefore, there is little relevant content on departmental and urban comparisons in the existing research. Four representative cities-Dalian, Qingdao, Ningbo, and Xiamen-were selected as the research areas. According to the Industrial Classification for Ocean Industries and Their Related Activities, the research objects were identified as the marine core layer, marine support layer, and marine peripheral layer industries and further refined into eight subcategories. This study is based on the information of maritime enterprises registered for business registration, and uses Python to crawl geographic coordinates to improve the spatial information of enterprises. An innovative task is to identify the industry categories of enterprises. This task was performed using fastText, Convolutional Neural Networks, and Recurrent Neural Network. Thus, a spatial enterprise information database, including multiple marine industry departments, was established. Kernel density analysis, standard deviational ellipse analysis, buffer analysis, and other methods were used. Finally, by comparing the visualization results of the marine industrial spatial layout in the four cities, we delved into the marine industrial spatial differentiation patterns. In the experiment, machine learning models, such as artificial neural networks, exhibited high accuracy and recall when completing human recognition tasks, and these methods were effective. Empirical research on the spatial layout and industrial organization of maritime enterprises revealed the following: 1)From the perspective of spatial pattern, the overall pattern is a balanced pattern of "large dispersion and small agglomeration." By comparing the distribution and organization of different types of marine industries, we found that there is industry agglomeration in the location selection of enterprises, resulting in industry agglomeration characteristics. The land sea relationship is reflected in the high-density single peak or "coastal zone-city center" Multimodal distribution pattern. 2) From the perspective of spatial organization mode, industrial clusters have multilevel hierarchical characteristics corresponding to population size and administrative levels. In addition to single core structures, multi core structures generally exhibit a "primary-secondary dual core" or "primary core-multiple radial" pattern, with spatial connections between core intervals forming a multi node axis or network structure. 3) From the perspective of spatial matching relationships, the elliptical area is positively related to the urban area, the direction of the long axis is close to the coastal direction, and the industrial distribution has a clear matching relationship with the urban center, ports, and other transportation hubs, bay terrain, coastline, and other spatial elements.

The computational power network was aimed to deeply integrate arithmetic resources and network resources, achieving efficient utilization of massive data and heterogeneous resources in ubiquitous discrete deployment. To cope with the complicated multicenter computing collaboration and requirements for data privacy and security in computational power networks, federated learning was recognized for its inherent advantages in privacy protection and edge arithmetic resource utilization. However, federated learning in the computational power network environment faced certain difficulties due to the highly heterogeneous and widely distributed arithmetic edge servers. On one hand, the heterogeneity of data among the massive edge servers in the computational power network caused the Non-IID problem, leading to the deviation of the local model update from the global optimum in federated learning. On the other hand, the generation of low-quality local models could significantly affect the training effect due to the differences in data quality among different edge servers. To solve the above problems, a blockchain-based adaptive federated learning framework AWFL-BC (adaptive weight federated learning-blockchain) was proposed. Initially, the data distribution distances of different edge servers were calculated through smart contracts to generate a similarity matrix that guided aggregation. Concurrently, an adaptive weight aggregation algorithm was designed to alleviate the decrease in model performance and stability caused by differences in data quality, thereby improving the accuracy of the model and accelerating model convergence. Finally, the integration of blockchain technology strengthened the security mechanism, effectively preventing poisoning attacks and inference attacks. Comprehensive experiments on three public standard datasets show that AWFL-BC achieves higher model accuracy and faster model convergence compared to state-of-the-art methods.

Highly homogeneous magnetic fields in magnetic resonance spectrometers are an important guarantee for improving the quality of spectra for chemical structure analysis and kinetic information. The active shimming process using a shimming power supply to drive a shimming coil to produce a compensating electromagnetic field is an essential way to improve the homogeneity of the magnetic field. The high accuracy and stability of the shimming power supply’s output are crucial indicators for improving the active shimming capability and maintaining the shimming results. The paper develops a high-precision, high-stability, low-ripple active shimming power supply system for magnetic resonance spectrometers, and designs a shimming current driver (constant current source) with output state monitoring based on negative feedback control, coupled with an MCU control platform and host computer system to complete the closed-loop transmission of control commands and data between hardware and software, to achieve digital constant current output control. Under R=2.84 Ω, L=25.5 µH shimming coil load, the full-scale output response time is less than 18.9 µs, the output ripple peak-to-peak control is 30 mV, the positive and negative current output symmetry is good, and the maximum output deviation is 4.8‰ for long time operation. This power supply was used in a nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer system using 0.5 T-Halbach configuration magnets, and the magnetic field homogeneity was optimised from 24.48 ppm (10-6) to 2.72 ppm by driving a first-order shimming coil. This work contributes to the integration of compact nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer systems and the applications related to active shimming.

The demand for advanced camouflage technology is increasing in modern military warfare. Multispectral compatibility and adaptive capabilities are increasingly desired features in camouflage materials. However, due to the strong wavelength dependence and limited tunability of electromagnetic wave responses, achieving simultaneous multispectral compatibility and adaptive capability in a single structure or device remains a challenge. By integrating coding metamaterials with infrared (IR) electrochromic devices, we demonstrate a highly integrated multispectral metal-based electro-optical metadevice. The fabricated metadevices enable the reversible tunability of IR emissivity (0.58 at 3–5 µm, 0.50 at 7.5–13 µm) and wideband microwave scattering reduction (>10 dB at 10–20 GHz). The excellent integration performance is attributed to the remarkable electromagnetic control capabilities of the coding metamaterials in a chessboard-like configuration and the IR electrochromic devices based on metal reversible electrodeposition. Furthermore, the monolithic integrated design with shared barium fluoride substrate and electrodes allows the metadevices to have a simple architecture, and the careful design avoids coupling between functions. Our approach is general enough for the design of various electrochromic devices and metamaterials for multispectral camouflage, offering valuable insights for the development of advanced adaptive multispectral camouflage systems.

The composition of high-damage-tolerance dual-phase TC21 (Ti-6Al-2Zr-2Sn-2Mo-2Nb-1.5Cr) were analyzed on the basis of the dual-cluster formula of Ti-6Al-4V, consisting of 13 α-Ti and 4 β-Ti unit. Its β-Ti unit is reduced from 5 to 4 compared with Ti-6Al-4V, while adding more β-stabilizing elements to enhance the strength and plasticity. Subsequently, the atoms of each β-stabilizing element within the β-Ti cluster formula of TC21 were proportioned equally to increase the mixing entropy, and more Zr content was increased to substantially enhance the β-phase stability, giving the cluster formula as α-{[Al-Ti12](AlTi2)}13+β-{[(Al-(Ti12Zr2)]Sn0.75Mo0.75Nb0.75Cr0.75}4(atom fraction), named as TC21Z2, with the corresponding mass fraction of Ti-5.9Al-5.4Zr-2.6Sn-2.1Mo-2.0Nb-1.1Cr. The samples were prepared by using vacuum copper mold pouring process and the as-cast microstructure and tensile mechanical properties of the alloy were studied.Results show that the as-cast microstructure of TC21Z2 is composed of α+α' martensite+ a small amount of β phases, and its ultimate tensile strength, yield strength and elongation are 1289, 1181 MPa and 1.4%, respectively. Its strength and plasticity are better than those of the TC21 at the same state.

In this paper, the contents of 12 mineral elements in 100 samples of four types of takeaway fast food, including porridge and noodles, special snacks, Chinese fast food and Western fast food, sold in Beijing were analyzed by ICP-MS, and the RNI and UL values of the elements were used as the assessment criteria for preliminary dietary nutritional assessment of different age groups. The results showed that the range of mineral element contents in the samples was wide and the degree of dispersion was large. The intakes of Na, I and Cr could meet the daily dietary needs of the whole population in all types of takeaway samples, while the intakes of Ca, Mg and Fe were insufficient. The insufficient intakes of K, Zn, Cu, Mn, Mo and Se were found in some of the samples of some populations. The intakes of the 12 elements showed different degrees of variability among the four types of takeaways, with lower intakes of each element in congee and noodle dishes, and K, Ca, Mg, Zn, Fe, Se and Cr showed significant differences from the other three types. The intake of each element was lower in congee and noodles, which showed significant differences with the other three categories. In addition, the intake of take-away fast food was found to be excessive, with Zn and I exceeding 1.1%~5.3% and 3.6%~14.3%, respectively, in different age groups. The results showed that the long-term take-away population should pay attention to adjusting their dietary structure, balancing the intake of take-away food containing meat, vegetables, legumes, eggs and milk, and appropriately replenishing various types of minerals with insufficient intake. At the same time the health risks of “over-nutrition” brought about by fast food takeaways should be paid attention, and the young minors were the key concern groups.

【Objective】 Black soil is widely distributed in northeastern China and other countries. Machinery operations in agricultural production in these regions has resulted in soil compaction. In this paper, we investigated the impact of soil compaction on growth, yield, and nitrogen use efficiency of maize in the black soil. 【Method】 The field experiment compared three soil compactions: low compaction (C1), moderate compaction (C2) and high compaction (C3). For each compaction, there were two fertilization treatments: nitrogen fertilization (F) and no fertilization (F0). In each treatment, we measured the growth, yield and nitrogen use efficiency of the maize. 【Result】 Increasing soil compaction significantly reduced leaf area index (LAI) and plant height of the maize. Nitrogen fertilization affected plant height significantly but did not impact LAI at significant levels. Soil compaction also impacted grain yield significantly, with the high and moderate soil compaction reducing grain yield by 24% and 10%, respectively, compared to the light compaction. Soil compaction and nitrogen fertilization combined to impact nitrate in the soil. Elaborated soil compaction inhibited maize growth, reduced nitrogen absorption, leading to an increase in residual nitrate nitrogen in soil as a result. Soil compaction also influenced nitrogen uptake and its subsequent translocation in the above-ground part of the maize. Nitrogen fertilization increased nitrogen absorption by the crop significantly, but reduced nitrogen use efficiency, especially in the high compaction treatment. 【Conclusion】 Elaborated compaction of the black soil due to machinery operations severely inhibited growth, absorption and use of nitrogen of the maize, thereby leading to an increase in residual nitrate nitrogen in the soil and reducing grain yield as a result.

Approximately 20% of colorectal cancer (CRC) patients are first diagnosed with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) because they develop symptoms at an advanced stage. Despite advancements in treatment, patients with metastatic disease still experience inferior survival rates. Our objective is to investigate the association between long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) and prognosis and to explore their role in mCRC. In this study, we find that elevated expression of PCAT6 is independently linked to unfavourable survival outcomes in The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) data, and this finding is further confirmed in CRC samples obtained from Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center. Cell lines and xenograft mouse models are used to examine the impact of PCAT6 on tumor metastasis. Knockdown of PCAT6 is observed to impede the metastatic phenotype of CRC, as evidenced by functional assays, demonstrating the suppression of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and stemness. Our findings show the significance of PCAT6 in mCRC and its potential use as a prognostic biomarker.

With the acceleration of the aging process and change in social lifestyle， the prevalence rate of late-life depression （LLD） in the elderly is increasing year by year. As the most common mental disorder in the elderly， LLD seriously affects the quality of life of patients， and thus brings a heavy burden to the family and society. It may even become life-threatening for the elderly patients. The pathogenesis of LLD is still unclear， which may be caused by a combination effects of biological， social and psychological factor. Given the declined body functions and more comorbid physical diseases in the elderly population， the diagnosis and treatment of LLD patients would be different from that of younger adult patients with depression. This paper reviews the epidemiological characteristics， clinical evaluation， diagnosis， comorbidity， treatment and intervention of LLD， and focuses on the selection of therapeutic drugs and adverse reactions， in order to provide references for better diagnosis and treatment of LLD and improve the prognosis of patients.

For various engineering applications in public, ceramics with exceptional strength, toughness and shock resistance are imminently required, but traditional ceramics struggle to meet these demands due to their fragility. Inspired by the shape of natural conch shells, this work offers a simple hot press approach to fabricate layered porcelain ceramic tile/Kevlar fabric composites, yielding excellent mechanical properties and the capacity for non-catastrophic failure. It was concluded that composites’ excellent mechanical performance is attributed to the resin/fabric content. The composite with the resin/fabric content of 45.5 vol.% had an outstanding combination of high strength (310.5 ± 6.2MPa) and excellent fracture toughness (6.83 ± 0.09MPa•m1/2), whereas the sample with 36.4 vol.% resin/fabric content had the maximal impact energy of 2.04 ± 0.09 J, which is much better than those of traditional ceramics. The strong resistance to fracture is a result of the proper interfacial bonding and the presence of elastic component, which enables toughening mechanisms such as crack deflection, fibre pull-out and interfacial debonding. This finding provides useful guidance for replacing lowperformance ceramics in engineering applications with cost-effective ceramic composites.

Objective: To design a multifunctional cooking experimental platform with negative pressure and superheated steam, providing consumers with greener, healthier, and more diverse cooking methods. Methods: The research status of integrated cooking equipment was analyzed, and the application status of superheated steam and negative pressure technology in the food industry was summarized and analyzed. The performance parameters of the multifunctional cooking experimental platform were determined. Based on the characteristics of each function of the experimental platform, the cooking chamber, furnace door and other components were designed, and the overall plan of the experimental platform was developed. Results: The multi-functional cooking experimental platform developed has four functions: negative pressure, steam, microwave, and baking. It can achieve negative pressure extraction of -28 kPa and direct injection of 390 ℃ superheated steam into the cavity. The heating effect of hot air and microwave is good. Conclusion: The multifunctional cooking experimental platform developed has high feasibility and practicality.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the exposure levels and health risks of aflatoxins （AFT） in dried chili and chili powder sold in Shandong Province.MethodsAFT in chili and chili powder samples were determined using liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry， and aflatoxin exposure was calculated using the point evaluation method.ResultsThe detection rate of AFTB1 was the highest in the 120 samples of dried chili and chili powder investigated， at 21.7% （26/120）. The proportion of samples exceeding the national standard limit was 8.3% （10/120）； the qualification rate was 91.7% （110/120）. The detection rate of AFTB2 was 19.2% （23/120）， that of AFTG1 was 5.0% （6/120）， and that of AFTG2 was 0.8% （1/120）. GH907 superalloy has been widely used in aircraft，ship and other industries.Because GH907 superalloy will be corroded when used in marine environment， it is necessary to study its corrosion behavior.In this work， the corrosion behavior of GH907 superalloy material in simulated marine environment was studied by neutral salt spray test.The 2D and 3D morphology of GH907 superalloy after corrosion were observed by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM)，X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and 3D confocal laser scanning，and the composition of GH907 superalloy was analyzed.Moreover，the electrochemical corrosion behavior of GH907 superalloy was analyzed through electrochemical tests of potentiodynamic scanning and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.Results showed that GH907 material would undergo passivation behavior during neutral salt spray corrosion.After corrosion， the corrosion current density of GH907 increased， the corrosion resistance decreased， and the corrosion products and passivation film possessed limited ability to protect the material.Furthermore， the main corrosion type was pitting corrosion.EDS results revealed that the corrosion products in the pitting pits were mainly Fe oxides， with very low Ni and Co element contents.Besides， the charge transfer and diffusion behavior existed in the corrosion process， and the corrosion system was an activation control system.

【Objective】The rapid development of data center networks necessitates intensive research into high-speed and high-capacity data center optical transmission systems. Single carrier 400 or 600 Gbit/s transmission will gradually become the mainstream transmission rate in the next generation of communication network. While the application of 400 Gbit/s transmission is well-studied in data center networks, detailed research on 600 Gbit/s transmission systems is less common.【Methods】This study is based on a single carrier 600 Gbit/s next-generation data center Elastic Optical Network (EON) transmission system, and conducts detailed theoretical analysis and experimental research on factors affecting transmission distance and spectrum utilization efficiency.【Results】The analysis shows that the maximum transmission distance is determined by the single carrier's peak input optical power, while the spectrum utilization efficiency is related to the bandwidth of the transmission channel. Experimental investigation is conducted on a single carrier 600 Gbit/s EON transmission system. By comparing the relationships between different fiber input optical powers, the system’s Q factor and the pre correction bit error rate, as well as the relationships between 3 dB channel filtering bandwidth and system’s Q factor for different channel numbers, it is confirmed that the system’s transmission distance and spectrum utilization efficiency are related to the optimal fiber input optical power and filtering bandwidth, respectively. Furthermore, the experiment shows that the optimal single-wave input optical power and optimal filtering bandwidth of the 600 Gbit/s transmission system are + 4 dBm and 77 GHz, respectively. Under these settings, the system achieves the longest transmission distance and the highest spectral efficiency. Under these experimental conditions, the 600 Gbit/s transmission system achieves long-term stable operation without error for 48 hours, indicating that this fiber input power and bandwidth can effectively extend and improve the transmission distance and spectrum utilization of the 600 Gbit/s communication system.【Conclusion】The 600 Gbit/s EON system has an optimal input power and filter bandwidth that maximizes bandwidth utilization and transmission distance without significant fiber nonlinear effects or channel interference. The findings have significant values for the engineering construction of 600 Gbit/s transmission systems.

Abstract Background Tongue squamous cell carcinoma (TSCC) is the most common oral cavity cancer, and p16 immunohistochemistry is an exact and available tool in the prognostic and predictive characterization of squamous cell cancers in the head and neck. Microorganisms have a close relationship with the development of TSCC. However, the association between oral bacteria and p16 status has not been well defined in the case of TSCC. Compared with traditional clinical microbial collection methods, formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue samples have several advantages. Methods To compare the microbiota compositions between p16-positive and p16-negative patients with TSCC, we performed a small pilot study of microbiological studies of TSCC by paraffin tissue. DNA from FFPE tissue blocks were extracted and microbiomes were profiled by sequencing the 16 S-rRNA-encoding gene (V1–V2/V3-V4/V4 regions). Alterations in the functional potential of the microbiome were predicted using PICRUSt, Tax4Fun, and BugBase. Results A total of 60 patients with TSCC were enrolled in the study, however, some challenges associated with DNA damage in FFPE tissues existed, and only 27 (15 p16-positive and 12 p16-negative) passed DNA quality control. Nevertheless, we have tentatively found some meaningful results. The p16 status is associated with microbiota diversity, which is significantly increased in p16-positive patients compared with p16-negative patients. Desulfobacteria, Limnochordia, Phycisphaerae, Anaerolineae, Saccharimonadia and Kapabacteria had higher abundances among participants with p16-positive. Moreover, functional prediction revealed that the increase of these bacteria may enhance viral carcinogenesis in p16-positive TSCC. Conclusions Bacterial profiles showed a significant difference between p16-positive TSCC and p16-negative TSCC. These findings may provide insights into the relationship between p16 status and the microbial taxa in TSCC, and these bacteria may provide new clues for developing therapeutic targets for TSCC.

Objective: The primary objective of this study is to investigate the chemical composition, volatile components, and biological activity of pickled bamboo shoots in the Guangxi and Guangdong regions, as well as the regional characteristics and flavor formation mechanisms of these pickled bamboo shoots. Methods: Physical and chemical experiments were used to analyze the major components in fermented bamboo shoots and their extracts. The volatile flavor components in fermented bamboo shoots were identified and analyzed using headspace solid-phase microextraction gas chromatography-mass spectrometry （HS-SPME-GC-MS）. The antioxidant activity of fermented bamboo shoot extracts was evaluated using in vitro antioxidant activity methods （ABTS free radical scavenging method, DPPH free radical scavenging method, and FRAP method）. Results: There were no significant differences in moisture, pH, total soluble sugars, fats, amino acid nitrogen, and nitrite content between the pickled bamboo shoots from Guangxi Liuzhou Tianyi Agricultural Technology Co Ltd （hereinafter referred to as GXLZTY） and those from the Shaoguan Nanxiong Agricultural Trade Market in Northern Guangdong （hereinafter referred to as GDYBNX）. However, there were significant differences between the two in terms of chloride, total acids, proteins, dietary fibers, total flavonoids, total polyphenols, and mineral element content. Analysis of volatile components indicated that the main constituents in GXLZTY fermented bamboo shoots were P-cresol, hexanoic acid, octanoic acid, 2-ethylhexanol, and sulfur dioxide, while the primary components in fermented bamboo shoots from GDYBNX were p-cresol, acetic acid, and serinol. Antioxidant activity test results showed that the GXLZTY sour bamboo shoot extracts were superior in terms of clearing ABTS free radicals, DPPH free radicals, and FRAP activity compared to the extracts from GDYBNX. Conclusion: GXLZTY fermented bamboo shoots have higher nutritional value and antioxidant activity. These research results provide a theoretical basis for the fermentation process and industrial production of fermented bamboo shoots.

Abstract Environmental changes and ground subsidence along railway lines are serious concerns during high-speed railway operations. It is worth noting that AutoRegressive Integrated Moving Average (ARMA), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), and other prediction methods may present limitations when applied to predict InSAR time series results. To address this issue, this study proposes a prediction method that decomposes the nonlinear settlement time series of feature points obtained through InSAR technology using Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition (EEMD). Subsequently, multiple Intrinsic Mode Functions (IMFs) are generated, and each IMF is individually predicted using the Prophet forecasting model. Finally, we employ an equal-weight superimposition method to combine the results, resulting in the prediction of the InSAR settlement time series. The predicted values of each component are subsequently weighted equally and combined to derive the final prediction outcome. This paper selects InSAR monitoring data along a high-speed railway in inland China and uses the proposed method and ARMA and Prophet models to carry out comparative experiments. The experimental results show that compared with the ARMA and Prophet models, the method in this paper improves the root mean square error by 58.01% and 32.3%, and increases the mean absolute error by 62.69% and 33.78%, respectively. The predicted settlement values generated by our method exhibit better agreement with the actual InSAR monitoring values.

Directional control of thermal emission over its broad wavelength range is a fundamental challenge. Gradient epsilon-near-zero (ENZ) material supporting Berreman mode has been proposed as a promising approach. However, the bandwidth is still inherently limited due to the availability of ENZ materials covering a broad bandwidth and additional undesired omnidirectional modes in multilayer stacking with increased thickness. Here, we show that broadband directional thermal emission can be realized beyond the previously considered epsilon-near-zero and Berreman mode region. We then establish a universal approach based on effective medium theory to realizing ultra-broadband directional thermal emitter. We numerically demonstrate strong (emissivity >0.8) directional (80 ± 5°) thermal emission covering the entire thermal emission wavelength range (5–30 μm) by using only two materials. This approach offers a new capability for manipulating thermal emission with potential applications in high-efficiency information encryption, energy collection and utilization, thermal camouflaging, and infrared detection.

For a long-term complex Action, it is typically composed of various short-term Actions. The speed and importance of these short-term Actions directly affect the recognition results. Current two-stream neural networks have already achieved good recognition results on Action recognition datasets. However, previous two-stream networks have focused more on Action modeling, neglecting the impact of the speed and importance of different short-term Actions on the results of Action recognition. This has directly limited the model’s ability to model different short-term Actions, thereby affecting the effectiveness of Action recognition. To address this issue, this paper proposes a Short-term Action Spatio-Temporal Attention (STASTA) module based on the two-stream network structure. The STASTA module is capable of focusing on the differences in importance and speed between different short-term Actions. By extracting the differences in importance and speed of different short-term Actions in the video and then fusing the features, the aim is to enrich spatio-temporal features and improve Action recognition performance. The proposed method is evaluated on the Something-Something v1 & v2 and Charades datasets. A large number of experimental results indicate that the method proposed in this paper achieves state-of-the-arts results among video Action recognition methods.

ObjectiveTo establish a rat model of hyperuricemia （HUA）， to study the effect of Liqing granules on lowering serum uric acid， and to evaluate its safety .MethodsMale SD rats were randomly divided into solvent control group and model group according to their body weight. For the model group， serum uric acid （SUA） was determined after 7 days of intra-gastric administration of potassium oxyazinate. The model group were randomly divided into model control group， positive control group， and low， medium， high dose group based on SUA level. Each group from the model group continued to receive potassium oxyazinate in the morning. The animals in the model groups received 0.5% CMC-Na， 10 mg·kg-1 benzbromarone （Doses by body weight） and Liqing granules 0.6， 1.2， 2.4 g·kg-1 （Doses by body weight）， respectively in the afternoon. 0.5% CMC-Na suspension with the same volume was given both in the morning and afternoon for the solvent control group. Levels of SUA， creatinine （CREA）， alanine aminotransferase （ALT） and aspartate transaminase （AST） were determined after 32 and 45 days administration of the test substance.ResultsSUA of the model group was （218±23） μmol·L-1 after 7 days of modeling， which was significantly higher than that of the solvent control group （P0.05）. CREA in the medium and high dose groups significantly decreased （P0.05）.ConclusionLiqing granules can assist in lowering blood serum uric acid in the rat HUA model， and no damage to liver and kidney function is found.

Electromagnetic shielding (EMS) fabric is an effective way to prevent electromagnetic (EM) radiation. However, the research about mechanism analysis of the fabrics’ structure, EM wave (EMW) incident direction, and EMW frequency on the EMS properties of knitted fabrics is discordant at present. Meanwhile, researchers are focused on improving the EMS efficiency of the fabric but rarely discussed the thermal-wet comfort of the fabric. Therefore, in this study a series of weft-knitted fabrics within stainless steel/cotton (30/70) blended yarns were knitted, and the effects of EMW incident direction, stitches, loop lengths, and frequency on EMS effectiveness (EMSE) were analyzed. Meanwhile, the EMS property, warmth retention property, air permeability, moisture permeability, and bursting strength were selected as the evaluation index to evaluate the comprehensive properties of the fabrics by fuzzy mathematics. The results showed that all factors had different degrees of influence on EMSE, and the weft inlay stitch had both the functionality and thermal-wet comfort, which was excellent EMSE in knitted fabric. These results are expected to provide a reference to the design of EMS weft-knitted fabrics.

[Objective]To addresses the problem of traversing multiple fields for agricultural robots in hilly terrain, a traversal path planning method is proposed by combining the Floyd algorithm with an improved genetic algorithm. The method provides a solution that can reduce the cost of agricultural robot operation and optimize the order of field traversal in order to improve the efficiency of farmland operation in hilly areas and realizes to predict how an agricultural robot can transition to the next field after completing its coverage path in the current field.[Methods]In the context of hilly terrain characterized by small and densely distributed field blocks, often separated by field ridges, where there was no clear connectivity between the blocks, a method to establish connectivity between the fields was proposed in the research. This method involved projecting from the corner node of the headland path in the current field to each segment of the headland path in adjacent fields vertically. The shortest projected segment was selected as the candidate connectivity path between the two fields, thus establishing potential connectivity between them. Subsequently, the connectivity was verified, and redundant segments or nodes were removed to further simplify the road network. This method allowed for a more accurate assessment of the actual distances between field blocks, thereby providing a more precise and feasible distance cost between field blocks for multi-block traversal sequence planning. Next, the classical graph algorithm, Floyd algorithm, was employed to address the shortest path problem for all pairs of nodes among the fields. The resulting shortest path matrix among headland path nodes within fields, obtained through the Floyd algorithm, allowed to determine the shortest paths and distances between any two endpoint nodes in different fields. This information was used to ascertain the actual distance cost required for agricultural machinery to transfer between fields. Furthermore, for the genetic algorithm in path planning, there were problems such as difficult parameter setting, slow convergence speed and easy to fall into the local optimal solution. This study improved the traditional genetic algorithm by implementing an adaptive strategy. The improved genetic algorithm in this study dynamically adjusted the crossover and mutation probabilities in each generation based on the fitness of the previous generation, adapting to the problem's characteristics. Simultaneously, it dynamically modified the ratio of parent preservation to offspring generation in the current generation, enhancing population diversity and improving global solution search capabilities. Finally, this study employed genetic algorithms and optimization techniques to address the field traversal order problem, akin to the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP), with the aim of optimizing the traversal path for agricultural robots. The shortest transfer distances between field blocks obtained through the Floyd algorithm were incorporated as variables into the genetic algorithm for optimization. This process leads to the determination of an optimized sequence for traversing the field blocks and the distribution of entry and exit points for each field block.[Results and Discussions]A traversal path planning simulation experiment was conducted to compare the improved genetic algorithm with the traditional genetic algorithm. After 20 simulation experiments, the average traversal path length and the average convergence iteration count of the two algorithms were compared. The simulation results showed that, compared to the traditional genetic algorithm, the proposed improved genetic algorithm in this study shortened the average shortest path by 13.8%, with fewer iterations for convergence, and demonstrated better capability to escape local optimal solutions. To validate the effectiveness of the multi-field path planning method proposed in this study for agricultural machinery coverage, simulations were conducted using real agricultural field data and field operation parameters. The actual operating area located at coordinates (103.61°E, 30.47°N) was selected as the simulation subject. The operating area consisted of 10 sets of field blocks, with agricultural machinery operating parameters set at a minimum turning radius of 1.5 and a working width of 2. The experimental results showed that in terms of path length and path repetition rate, the present method showed more superior performance, and the field traversal order and the arrangement of imports and exports could effectively reduce the path length and path repetition rate.[Conclusions]The experimental results proved the superiority and feasibility of this study on the traversing path planning of agricultural machines in multiple fields, and the output trajectory coordinates of the algorithm can serve as a reference for both human operators and unmanned agricultural machinery during large-scale operations. In future research, particular attention will be given to addressing practical implementation challenges of intelligent algorithms, especially those related to the real-time aspects of navigation systems and challenges such as Kalman linear filtering. These efforts aim to enhance the applicability of the research findings in real-world scenarios.

Bipolar disorder is one of the most common mood disorders characterized by an early age of onset and high prevalence rate， and patients tent to have poor prognosis due to high misdiagnosis rate and incomplete diagnosis rate. At present， existing pharmacological treatment for bipolar disorder remains highly variable. Therefore， this paper presents a review of indications of the medications， clinical therapeutic effect and adverse drug reactions， thus providing references for the pharmaceutical treatment of bipolar disorder.

To investigate the corrosion behavior of NiCrAl-NiC sealing coating in high-temperature molten salt environments，NiCrAl-NiC sealing coating was prepared using atmospheric plasma spraying technology. By measuring the weight loss of NiCrAl-NiC sealing coating，the dynamic changes of the coating were studied. The thermal corrosion behavior of NiCrAl-NiC sealing coating in a mixture of thiochlorate（75% Na2SO4 + 25% NaCl）at 650 ℃ was discussed using scanning electron microscopy（SEM），X-ray diffraction（XRD），laser confocal microscopy，and other methods. The results show that after 10 h of hot corrosion experiments，the NiCrAl-NiC sealing coating exhibites a rapid weight gain state，with a weight gain rate of 32.041 mg2·cm–4·h–1. After conducting a 20 h hot corrosion experiment，the coating experienced weight loss due to the detachment of the surface oxide film. After 30 h of hot corrosion，the growth of the facial mask on the coating surface covers the entire coating. The surface morphology of the coating is uniform，and the surface pores are reduced，which can play a good role in protecting the substrate. Under the protection of a complete oxide film，the mass change rate of the NiCrAl-NiC sealing coating after a 40 h hot corrosion experiment is 0.064 mg2·cm–4·h–1. Through XRD testing，it is found that the composition of the oxide film on the surface of the coating after hot corrosion is mainly NiO and NiCr2O4. During the hot corrosion process，the spinel structure of NiCr2O4 hinders the hot corrosion of the coating，which is the main reason for the slow corrosion process of the coating.

IntroductionRecent evidence suggests that blue-light phototherapy impacts gut microbiota composition in jaundiced newborns, leading to disturbances closely related to the therapy's side effects. As a result, gut microbiota may serve as a potential intervention target to mitigate these side effects. In this study, we aim to examine the effects of AB-GG (Lactobacillus rhamnosus LGG), Bb-12 (Bifidobacterium animalis Bb-12) and M-16V (Bifidobacterium breve M-16V) and their combination on the intestinal microbiota, metabolomics and phototherapy-related side effects in neonates with jaundice.Methods and analysisA total of 100 jaundiced newborns aged two weeks or younger will be included in this randomized, single-blind (the parents knew, but the neonatologists did not know), single-center controlled trial to receive either 109 colony-forming units of AB-GG, Bb-12, M-16V, a combination of the three probiotics with blue-light phototherapy, or blue-light phototherapy alone. The experimental group will be treated with oral probiotics once daily for 30 days, while the control group will receive only blue-light phototherapy. The follow-up duration will last 30 days. The primary outcomes include changes in gut microbiota, metabolomics, and the incidence of phototherapy side effects, assessed after each phototherapy session, as well as on days 10, 20, and 30.Ethics and disseminationThe study protocol has been approved by the Ethics Committee of our institution. The findings of this trial will be submitted to a peer-reviewed pediatric journal. Planning of laser scanning path is the key process strategy of selective laser melting (SLM) additive manufacturing technology. Combining the significant structural characteristics of a three-dimensional model to realize process path planning is an important measure to improve the forming quality of parts. An SLM regional path planning method based on suspension recognition was proposed. By identifying the suspension characteristic region of the three-dimensional model, combined with the contour offset algorithm, the forming region segmentation and scanning path planning are realized. The effects of scanning line angle, interlayer rotation and different offset distance on the forming quality of suspension structure characteristics were studied by means of numerical simulation and process test. The results show that when the overhanging edge is offset by a reasonable distances and the scanning strategy parallel to the overhanging edge is adopted in this area, the deformation and residual stress on the overhanging edge can be reduced by 54% and 73% at most.

Given the control perturbations in active distribution networks （ADNs） due to communication anomalies， a flexible load modeling and control method for active distribution networks adapted to non-ideal communication environments is introduced. In the non-ideal communication environments， a hybrid system control model of flexible loads is established， the information time delay parameter is introduced to derive the state transfer matrix containing time-varying information， and a hybrid system modeling and active distribution network control optimization method for flexible distributed loads in the non-ideal communication environment is proposed. The proposed method is simulated and verified in refrigeration load calculations within a cold store， and the performance of the method is compared with that of the traditional control method without considering the information delay in terms of power fluctuation and overall energy consumption. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can mitigate the control perturbations arising from information delay， smooth out feeder power， and reduce the overall energy consumption.

Clustered regularly interspaced palindromic repeats (CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated protein (Cas)-mediated genome editing has greatly accelerated progress in plant genetic research and agricultural breeding by enabling targeted genomic modifications. Moreover, the prime editing system, derived from the CRISPR/Cas system, has opened the door for even more precise genome editing. Prime editing has the capability to facilitate all 12 types of base-to-base conversions, as well as desired insertions or deletions of fragments, without inducing double-strand breaks and requiring donor DNA templet. In a short time, prime editing has been rapidly verified as functional in various plants, and can be used in plant genome functional analysis as well as precision breeding of crops. In this review, we summarize the emergence and development of prime editing, highlight recent advances in improving its efficiency in plants, introduce the current applications of prime editing in plants, and look forward to future prospects for utilizing prime editing in genetic improvement and precision molecular breeding.

【Objective】 Water use efficiency (WUE) and the factors affecting its spatiotemporal variation are important in water management at catchment scale. The objective of this paper is to analyze the variations of WUE and its determinants in the source region of Yellow River (SRYR). 【Method】 The analysis was based on MODIS remote sensing data, from which we estimated the ecosystem WUE from 2000 to 2014 and its spatiotemporal variation, as well as the underlying drivers using trend analysis and correlation analysis. 【Result】 Spatially, the mean annual WUE increased from the west to the east, with an average of (0.59±0.35) gC/(m2·mm) from 2000 to 2014. Temporally, WUE did not show any decreasing or increasing trend (p>0.05). The areas that have seen a significant increase in WUE account for 30.29% of the studied region, distributing mainly in the west and north of SRYR. Areas with low and medium vegetation coverage are dominated by grassland and farmland. Spatial variation of WUE was mainly affected by hydrothermal factors and leaf area index. 【Conclusion】 In the context of mediating the detrimental effects of climate warming and flooding, improving vegetation in areas with low and medium vegetation coverage is expected to enhance WUE significantly.

Tendon is a connective tissue that produces movement by transmitting the force produced by muscle contraction to the bones. Most tendinopathy is caused by prolonged overloading of the tendon, leading to degenerative disease of the tendon. When overloaded, the oxygen demand of tenocytes increases, and the tendon structure is special and lacks blood supply, which makes it easier to form an oxygen-deficient environment in tenocytes. The production of reactive oxygen species due to hypoxia causes elevation of inflammatory markers in the tendon, including PGE2, IL-1β, and TNF-α. In the process of tendon healing, inflammation is also a necessary stage. The inflammatory environment formed by cytokines and various immune cells play an important role in the clearance of necrotic material, the proliferation of tenocytes, and the production of collagen fibers. However, excessive inflammation can lead to tendon adhesions and hinder tendon healing. Some important and diverse biological functions of the body originate from intercellular signal transduction, among which cytokine mediation is an important way of signal transduction. In particular, NF-κB, NLRP3, p38/MAPK, and signal transducer and activator of transcription 3, four common signaling pathways in tendinopathy inflammatory response, play a crucial role in the regulation and transcription of inflammatory factors. Therefore, summarizing the specific mechanisms of inflammatory signaling pathways in tendinopathy is of great significance for an in-depth understanding of the inflammatory response process and exploring how to inhibit the harmful part of the inflammatory response and promote the beneficial part to improve the healing effect of the tendon.

Temperature drift is an important factor affecting the measurement accuracy of desktop NMR spectrometers, and adding a field-locking coil to the probe to achieve field-frequency interlocking is a common means of suppressing temperature drift. In this paper, a dual-channel miniaturised RF probe with an external field-locking channel is designed based on a laboratory compact Halbach magnet. The coil diameter, height, number of turns, turn spacing and enamelled wire radius were optimized based on the solenoid structure. The optimum solenoid size was obtained with an enameled wire radius of 0.4 mm, a coil diameter and height of 8.2 mm, a turn spacing of 1.6 mm and a number of turns of 5. Based on the simulation results, the detection and field-locking coils were fabricated, and tested in conjunction with the peripheral circuitry. The results show that the crosstalk between the two coils is low, the signal-to-noise ratio of the detection channel is above 50 and the signal-to-noise ratio of the locking channel is above 20. Final field locking experiments were performed and the frequency drift of the overall system after equipping the locking field was approximately 0.2 ppm/h (1 ppm=10-6), verifying that this probe design can be applied in compact Halbach magnet-based NMR analysis facilities.

Animal personalities play a crucial role in invasion dynamics. During the invasion process, the behavioral strategies of native species vary among personalities, just as the invasive species exhibit variations in behavior strategies across personalities. However, the impact of personality interactions between native species and invasive species on behavior and growth are rarely illustrated. The red-eared slider turtle (Trachemys scripta elegans) is one of the worst invasive species in the world, threatening the ecology and fitness of many freshwater turtles globally. The Chinese pond turtle (Mauremys reevesii) is one of the freshwater turtles most threatened by T. scripta elegans in China. In this study, we used T. scripta elegans and M. reevesii to investigate how the personality combinations of native and invasive turtles would impact the foraging strategy and growth of both species during the invasion process. We found that M. reevesii exhibited bolder and more exploratory personalities than T. scripta elegans. The foraging strategy of M. reevesii was mainly affected by the personality of T. scripta elegans, while the foraging strategy of T. scripta elegans was influenced by both their own personality and personalities of M. reevesii. Additionally, we did not find that the personality combination would affect the growth of either T. scripta elegans or M. reevesii. Differences in foraging strategy may be due to the dominance of invasive species and variations in the superficial exploration and thorough exploitation foraging strategies related to personalities. The lack of difference in growth may be due to the energy allocation trade-offs between personalities or be masked by the slow growth rate of turtles. Overall, our results reveal the mechanisms of personality interaction effects on the short-term foraging strategies of both native and invasive species during the invasion process. They provide empirical evidence to understand the effects of personality on invasion dynamics, which is beneficial for enhancing comprehension understanding of the personality effects on ecological interactions and invasion biology.

China is currently the country with the largest carbon emissions in the word, with industrial carbon emissions accounting for approximately 68% of the global carbon emissions. Under the "double control" of total amount and intensity of carbon emissions, calculating accurately of industrial carbon emissions is of great significance. This article analyzes the relevant standards for total carbon emissions and products carbon emissions intensity at home and abroad, as well as the construction of low-carbon data platforms. It is found that currently, the accounting standards for total carbon emissions at home and abroad are mostly based on the "IPCC Inventory Guidelines" . Internationally, standards related to product carbon footprint have been established, but domestic development is relatively lagging, and most industries still lack authoritative product carbon footprint accounting and evaluation standards. Both domestic and foreign carbon emission data platforms and software lack carbon emission information covering process. The data is mainly from literature reports or statistical yearbook with low degree of data localization, and is unable to achieve high accuracy and international mutual recognition level. Based on research and analysis of domestic and foreign standard systems, data platforms, and software, this study proposes the urgent need to improve the full chain low-carbon standard system, build a multi-industry interconnected low-carbon data platform, and develop a multi-scale evaluation software for resources, environment, carbon, and economy. This will deeply integrate industry processes and the carbon emission data of productions supply chains. Furthermore, the open and coordinated application of data resources will be achieved, serving the precise carbon reduction and coordinated development of multiple goals such as green and low-carbon in the industrial field.

In recent years,various emerging contaminants have caused serious threats to the ecological environment,organisms, and human health due to their potential toxicity, which have attracted more and more attention by researchers. Although traditional detection methods have high sensitivity and accuracy, they often rely on large and expensive detection equipment and complex operational procedures. Therefore, rapid, accurate, and convenient detection of emerging contaminants is an important link in the prevention and control of environmental pollution. Among many detection methods, the photoelectrochemical (PEC) sensors have become one of the research hotspots in the field of emerging contaminant detection due to its advantages of low background signal, good sensitivity, and easy miniaturization. This paper systematically reviews the detection mechanism of the PEC sensors and their applications in the field of emerging contaminant detection. The detection strategies, identification strategies of PEC sensors, and modification strategies of photoelectric active materials used in PEC sensors are introduced. The research progress of PEC for the detection of many kinds of emerging contaminants is discussed. Finally, some suggestions and prospects for the development of PEC sensors in the field of emerging contaminant detection are put forward, and some potential problems and possible improvement methods are proposed to promote the further development and application of PEC sensors in the field of emerging contaminant detection.

In order to improve the processing quality of wheat, newly harvested wheat was treated with glow discharge cold plasma. The changes in the physicochemical properties of wheat flour and the rheological properties of wheat flour dough after the treatment were studied, and the molecular mass distribution and secondary structure of wheat flour proteins were furthermore analyzed. The results showed that the gluten index of wheat was significantly increased after cold plasma treatment with oxygen or argon as the gas source. Dough development time and stability time were improved, and the mixographic parameters midline integral at 8 min (MTxI) and midline width at 8 min (MTxW) were significantly increased (P < 0.05), while weakening slope (WS) was significantly decreased (P < 0.05). The content of macromolecular polymeric storage protein fraction F1 was increased, and the ratio between macromolecular polymeric storage protein fraction F1 and small-molecule polymeric storage protein fraction F2 was significantly increased (P < 0.05). The protein secondary structure was transformed from β-sheet and β-turn to more ordered intermolecular β-sheet. In conclusion, glow discharge cold plasma treatment changed the molecular mass distribution and secondary structure of wheat storage proteins, significantly enhanced the elasticity and mixing tolerance of dough, and improved the tensile resistance of dough, thereby enhancing the processing quality of wheat to some extent.

The aim of our study is to disclose the role and underlying molecular mechanisms of circular RNA ubiquitin protein ligase E3 component n-recognin 4 (circ-UBR4) in atherosclerosis (AS). Our data showed that circ-UBR4 expression was upregulated in AS patients and oxidized low-density lipoprotein (ox-LDL)-induced vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) compared with healthy volunteer and untreated VSMCs. In addition, ox-LDL stimulated proliferation, migration, and inflammation but decreased apoptosis in VSMCs, which were overturned by the inhibition of circ-UBR4. miR-515-5p was sponged by circ-UBR4, and its inhibitor reversed the inhibitory effect of circ-UBR4 knockdown on proliferation, migration, and inflammation in ox-LDL-induced VSMCs. Insulin-like growth factor2 (IGF2) was a functional target of miR-515-5p, and overexpression of IGF2 reversed the suppressive effect of miR-515-5p on ox-LDL-stimulated VSMCs proliferation, migration, and inflammation. Collectively, circ-UBR4 knockdown decreased proliferation, migration, and inflammation but stimulated apoptosis in ox-LDL-induced VSMCs by targeting the miR-515-5p/IGF2 axis.

Reversible metal electrodeposition device (RMED) is a new type of electrochromic device, which has excellent spectrum regulation ability in visible and infrared regions, and has unique advantages such as simple structure, low energy consumption, multi-color state regulation. It shows great application potential in intelligent window, thermal management, information display and other fields. In recent years, the performance of RMED has been improved through structural design and electrolyte composition optimization, but there are still some problems such as poor open circuit stability, short cycle life and limited size, which seriously hinder the development and application of RMED. From the perspectives of spectral tuning range and performance optimization, the research progress of spectrum regulation devices based on reversible metal electrodeposition was summarized in this article. The spectral tuning range mainly includes visible and infrared bands. The current development status of RMED in the visible light region using different metal deposition systems was briefly introduced, which is also the most widely studied direction at present. The electrode innovation for achieving infrared spectral tuning was the focus of the discussion. The research methods for improving device performance such as open-circuit stability and cycling stability were discussed. Finally, it was pointed out that RMED still faces some development difficulties, and in the future, in-depth and systematic research can be carried out on device performance and theoretical mechanism, among other aspects.

[Purpose/Significance] Identifying potential technological opportunities will help countries and enterprises seize scientific and technological opportunities, which is particularly important for innovation entities to enhance their core competitiveness and gain competitive advantages in scientific and technological innovation and application. A systematic review of existing research is provided on technology opportunity identification, discriminating current limitations and research prospects to provide theoretical support for further research and practice on technology opportunity identification. [Method/Process] This paper first clarifies the connotation and types of technology opportunities, and the research holds that technology opportunities can be divided into three types: emerging technology, blank technology and fusion technology. It then sorts out the research status of three different types of technology opportunity identification at home and abroad through literature review, and focuses on the summary of the characteristics of different types of technology opportunity identification. It includes the core ideas, main methods, representative literature, and each type of data sources, and evaluates the existing research results. Finally, the limitations of the current research, and the development direction of future are discussed. [Results/Conclusions] Diversified types of technology opportunity identification are found and rich research methods are used in the literature, and a relatively standardized and systematic research paradigm has come into being. By analyzing each type of technology opportunity, some common elements can be found, including representative methods, method principles, data sources, knowledge representation units, technology opportunity definitions, technology opportunity evaluation, advantages and disadvantages, and other characteristics. The main limitations of the existing research are summarized as follows. First, the existing research is primarily carried out from a single perspective view, and a complete system of cross-domain technology identification and reference methods has not yet been formed. Second, in terms of data sources, most of the data sources of technology opportunity identification are papers or patent data, and there is a lack of research on the integration of multi-source data and study on multiple relationships. In terms of identification methods, the representative technology is primarily at a macro or micro level, and the semantic relationship between words is seldom considered. Finally, in terms of post-evaluation, there is a lack of a comprehensive and systematic evaluation system. The possible research work in the future may focus on the following aspects: cross-field and cross-topic technology opportunity identification to achieve cross convergence among more technology elements will become the development trend; more diversified and targeted data sources, research methods, and research content are expected; the analysis framework and process will be more standardized, and the post-evaluation system will be improved.

Objective： This study aimed to provide the basis of quantity traceability for the analysis of amoxicillin residues in milk. At the same time, it can also provide quantity standards for ensuring the effective implementation of amoxicillin monitoring in milk and combating the abuse of amoxicillin in the country and regions. Methods： Two healthy middle-class dairy cows were injected with amoxicillin intramuscularly. After the natural metabolism of the drug for a period of time, the milk containing the target drug amoxicillin was collected and made into milk matrix reference material containing amoxicillin by vacuum freeze-drying technology. The uniformity test, stability test, fixed value and uncertainty evaluation of the prepared milk lyophilized powder matrix reference material were carried out. Results： In the uniformity test, the F value obtained is 0.05, The results showed that the preparation of the standard milk powder was homogeneous; In the stability test, the short-term stability test （25, 4, -20 ℃; 2 weeks） and long-term stability test （4, -20 ℃; 6 months） showed good stability;The reference materials were jointly calibrated by 8 laboratories, and the final calibration result was 4.05 μg/kg, the total uncertainty being 0.2 μg/kg. Conclusion： The prepared amoxicillin matrix reference material in milk freeze-dried powder has good uniformity and stability, which can be used as a carrier to trace the amount of amoxicillin in milk, and can be widely used in the methodology verification and quality control of amoxicillin detection in milk.

Currently, platinum-containing regimens are the most commonly used regimens for advanced gastric cancer patients, and chemotherapy resistance is one of the main reasons for treatment failure. Thus, it is important to reveal the mechanism of oxaliplatin resistance and to seek effective intervention strategies to improve chemotherapy sensitivity, thereby improving the survival and prognosis of gastric cancer patients. To understand the molecular mechanisms of oxaliplatin resistance, we generate an oxaliplatin-resistant gastric cancer cell line and conduct assay for transposase-accessible chromatin sequencing (ATAC-seq) and RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) for both parental and oxaliplatin-resistant AGS cells. A total of 3232 genomic regions are identified to have higher accessibility in oxaliplatin-resistant cells, and DNA-binding motif analysis identifies JUNB as the core transcription factor in the regulatory network. JUNB is overexpressed in oxaliplatin-resistant gastric cancer cells, and its upregulation is associated with poor prognosis in gastric cancer patients, which is validated by our tissue microarray data. Moreover, chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing (ChIP-seq) analysis reveals that JUNB binds to the transcriptional start site of key genes involved in the MAPK signaling pathway. Knockdown of JUNB inhibits the MAPK signaling pathway and restores sensitivity to oxaliplatin. Combined treatment with the ERK inhibitor piperlongumine or MEK inhibitor trametinib effectively overcomes oxaliplatin resistance. This study provides evidence that JUNB mediates oxaliplatin resistance in gastric cancer by activating the MAPK pathway. The combination of MAPK inhibitors with oxaliplatin overcomes resistance to oxaliplatin, providing a promising treatment opportunity for oxaliplatin-resistant gastric cancer patients.

The emergence of anti-EGFR therapy has revolutionized the treatment of colorectal cancer (CRC). However, not all patients respond consistently well. Therefore, it is imperative to conduct further research to identify the molecular mechanisms underlying the development of cetuximab resistance in CRC. In this study, we find that the expressions of many metabolism-related genes are downregulated in cetuximab-resistant CRC cells compared to their sensitive counterparts. Specifically, acetyl-CoA acyltransferase 2 (ACAA2), a key enzyme in fatty acid metabolism, is downregulated during the development of cetuximab resistance. Silencing of ACAA2 promotes proliferation and increases cetuximab tolerance in CRC cells, while overexpression of ACAA2 exerts the opposite effect. RTK-Kras signaling might contribute to the downregulation of ACAA2 expression in CRC, and ACAA2 predicts CRC prognosis in patients with Kras mutations. Collectively, our data suggest that modulating ACAA2 expression contributes to secondary cetuximab resistance in Kras wild-type CRC patients. ACAA2 expression is related to Kras mutation and demonstrates a prognostic role in CRC patients with Kras mutation. Thus, ACAA2 is a potential target in CRC with Kras mutation.
