Abstract Heptafluoroisobutyronitrile (C4F7N) is being considered as a promising alternative to the greenhouse gas SF6 in the electrical industry. However, its biotoxicity necessitates the development of gas sensing technology to detect leaked C4F7N. A combination of density functional theory and experiments was employed to evaluate the adsorption and sensing performance of different metal‐phthalocyanines as potential sensing materials for C4F7N detection. The study included exploring adsorption configurations with adsorption energies, electron transfer, and adsorption distance, as well as comparisons of electronic properties, electron distribution, and density of states (DOS) among the MPcs. Furthermore, gas sensing experiments were conducted using different MPcs to detect 25–100 ppm C4F7N. The results revealed that Mn‐Pc, Fe‐Pc, Co‐Pc, and Zn‐Pc exhibited considerable chemical interactions, while Ni‐Pc and Cu‐Pc showed weaker adsorption strength. These findings were further elucidated based on the electron density and DOS of atomic orbitals. Moreover, gas sensing experiments indicated that Co‐Pc demonstrated a higher response compared to Fe‐Pc at the same concentration of C4F7N. Overall, the theoretical and experimental insights offer valuable guidance for C4F7N detection and provide a systematic approach to screen and explore organometallic polymer‐based gas sensors applicable in various fields.

Nowadays, the issue of electromagnetic pollution has become increasingly prominent, underscoring the critical importance of developing high-performance microwave absorbers. This study put forwards the synthesis process of two-dimensional (2D) FeCo/Co8FeS8/C carbon nanosheets, wherein CoSO4 and FeCl3 serve as inorganic salt templates, and dopamine functions as the carbon source. FeCo alloy nanoparticles and Co8FeS8 nanoparticles are loaded on the surface of the carbon layer. 2D structure forms the conductive network, which proves advantages in establishing efficient electronic channels and minimizing conduction losses. The carbon component increases the dielectric constant of the composite and improves its impedance matching, and the FeCo alloy provides a certain ML. The synergistic effect between these components significantly contributes to the exceptional microwave absorption performance of the composites. Accordingly, the minimum reflection loss (RLmin) of FeCo/Co8FeS8/C composite reaches −47.4 dB, its effective absorption bandwidth (EAB) reaches 5.3 GHz. Abstract Parkinson’s disease (PD) is associated with aggregation of misfolded α-synuclein and other proteins, including tau. We designed a cross-sectional study to quantify the brain binding of [11C]PBB3 (a ligand known to bind to misfolded tau and possibly α-synuclein) as a proxy of misfolded protein aggregation in Parkinson’s disease (PD) subjects with and without cognitive impairment and healthy controls (HC). In this cross-sectional study, nineteen cognitively normal PD subjects (CN-PD), thirteen cognitively impaired PD subjects (CI-PD) and ten HC underwent [11C]PBB3 PET. A subset of the PD subjects also underwent PET imaging with [11C](+)DTBZ to assess dopaminergic denervation and [11C]PBR28 to assess neuroinflammation. Compared to HC, PD subjects showed higher [11C]PBB3 binding in the posterior putamen but not the substantia nigra. There was no relationship across subjects between [11C]PBB3 and [11C]PBR28 binding in nigrostriatal regions. [11C]PBB3 binding was increased in the anterior cingulate in CI-PD compared to CN-PD and HC, and there was an inverse correlation between cognitive scores and [11C]PBB3 binding in this region across all PD subjects. Our results support a primary role of abnormal protein deposition localized to the posterior putamen in PD. This suggests that striatal axonal terminals are preferentially involved in the pathophysiology of PD. Furthermore, our findings suggest that anterior cingulate pathology might represent a significant in vivo marker of cognitive impairment in PD, in agreement with previous neuropathological studies.

This is an article in the field of ceramics and composites. Mechanical properties and durability of sodium sulfate solution corrosion of iron tailings concrete are developed. The effects of different iron tailings content, the number of dry and wet cycles, and the concentration of sodium sulfate solution on its mechanical properties and durability are analyzed. The results show that when the iron tailings content is 30%, the number of dry and wet cycles is 60 times, and the sodium sulfate concentration is 5%, the performance indicators of the concrete reach the best state. With the increasing amount of iron tailings, the better the corrosion resistance and frost resistance of concrete will be. The heat of hydration reaction is constantly decreasing. The porosity of concrete and the change of total mercury volume show a trend of first decreasing and then increasing. Under the same condition of iron tailings content, the change law of the main peak amplitude of concrete after corrosion shows an increasing trend. However, under the same sodium sulfate solution concentration, the main peak amplitude of concrete showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing after corrosion.

The rafting of the microstructure of Ni-based superalloys significantly deteriorates the mechanical properties. According to the plastic rafting model based on the dislocation mechanism, the directional atomic diffusion induced by the interaction between the alloying atom and the interfacial dislocation is critical to the evolution of the rafting microstructure. In the present work, the interactions between the alloying atom and dislocation core in both matrix γ phase and the precipitate γ′ phase are investigated by using a first principles method in combination with the semi-discrete variational Peierls-Nabarro dislocation model. We show that the alloying atoms Al, Cr, Co, Mo, Ru, Ta, W, Re lower the (edge for Cr and Co) dislocation core energy in the γ phase, indicating that the alloying atoms are attractive to the dislocation core. For the γ′ phase, Cr, Mo, Ta, W, Re raise whereas Co and Ru lower the dislocation core energy, i.e., Cr, Mo, Ta, W, Re are repulsive but Co and Ru are attractive to the dislocation core. With the calculated interaction between the alloying atoms and the dislocation core, the influence of these alloying elements on the rafting of the superalloy is discussed.

BackgroundAlthough previous studies have identified an association between trace elements and essential hypertension, the specific trace elements involved and the mechanisms of their association remain unclear. This study aimed to elucidate the relationship between various human trace elements and essential hypertension, thereby addressing existing gaps in the research.MethodsThis study employed two-sample, multivariate, and inverse Mendelian randomization (MR) analyses to investigate the causal relationship between 15 human trace elements as exposure factors and essential hypertension as the outcome. The analysis revealed a statistically significant association between copper intake and essential hypertension. Further validation was conducted using logistic regression models based on data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES).ResultsEighteen trace elements were initially identified through searches in the GWAS database and PubMed. After screening, 15 trace elements were selected as potential exposure factors. MR analysis, utilizing the 2021 genome-wide dataset for essential hypertension, identified copper as a risk factor, showing a positive association with hypertension. Subsequent logistic regression analyses based on NHANES data further confirmed a significant association between dietary copper intake and the risk of essential hypertension, except for the 0.80–1.08 mg/d group in model 3 (p

Objective: This study aims to examine the ultrasonographic features of secondary thyroid malignancies and compare the diagnostic efficacy of fine-needle aspiration (FNA) and core needle biopsy (CNB) in this condition. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on 29 patients with secondary thyroid malignancies treated at our center between July 2011 and October 2022. Ultrasound images and clinical data were analyzed, and the lesions were classified according to the American College of Radiology Thyroid Imaging Reporting and Data System (ACR TI-RADS). Results: Among the 29 patients studied, primary tumor sites were predominantly the esophagus, lung, and nasopharynx. Comprehensive ultrasound data was available for 28 of these patients, revealing nodular lesions in 24 cases and diffuse lesions in 4 cases. Nodular lesions were predominantly solid or nearly solid hypoechoic nodules with parallel growth and extrathyroidal extension features, with a few showing macrocalcifications. Most patients had varying degrees of metastasis to neck lymph nodes. FNA accurately diagnosed 31.6 % of the lesions as secondary thyroid malignancies, while 5.3 % were misdiagnosed as papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC). However, CNB demonstrated 100 % reliability in diagnosing secondary thyroid malignancies. Conclusion: This study's categorization of secondary thyroid malignancy ultrasonographic features identifies nodular and diffuse patterns, with the application of ACR TI-RADS proving effective for nodular types. In detecting these lesions, CNB demonstrates superior sensitivity compared to FNA. Thus, in cases of thyroid lesions suspected to be malignant, particularly with enlarged neck lymph nodes and in patients with a history of malignancy, CNB is recommended as the diagnostic method of choice.

Abstract Mechanical ventilation is an important life-saving therapy for general anesthesia and critically ill patients, but ventilation itself may be accompanied with lung injury. Ventilator-induced lung injury (VILI) exacerbates pre-existing lung disease, leading to poor clinical outcomes. Especially for patients undergoing cardiothoracic surgery and receiving one-lung ventilation (OLV), optimizing the parameters of OLV is closely related to their prognosis. It is not clear what is the best strategy to minimize VILI through adjusting ventilation parameters, including tidal volume, positive end expiratory pressure and driving pressure, etc. Different parameters, in combination, are responsible for VILI. Protective ventilation strategies, aiming to reduce postoperative pulmonary complications, have been discussed in many clinical studies and different opinions have been raised. This review addresses the pathogenesis of VILI and focus on the OLV management and better protective OLV strategies during thoracic surgery.

Abstract Background Infectious diseases are a serious threat to human especially since the COVID-19 outbreak has proved the importance and urgency of their diagnosis and treatment again. Metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS) has been widely used and recognized in clinical and carried out localized testing in hospitals. Increasing the training of mNGS detection technicians can enhance their professional quality and more effectively realize the application value of the hospital platform. Methods Based on the initial theoretical understanding and practice of the mNGS platform for localization construction, we have designed a training program to enhance the ability of technicians to detect pathogens by utilizing mNGS, and hence to conduct training practices nationwide. Results Until August 30, 2022, the page views of online classes have reached 51,500 times and 6 of offline small-scale training courses have been conducted. A total of 67 trainees from 67 hospitals have participated in the training with a qualified rate of 100%. After the training course, the localization platform of 1 participating hospital has been put into use, 2 have added the mNGS localization platform for admission, among which 3 have expressed strong intention of localization. Conclusions This study focuses on the training procedures and practical experience of the project which is the first systematic standardized program of mNGS in the world. It solves the training difficulties in the current industry, and effectively promotes the localization construction and application of mNGS in hospitals. It has great development potential in the future and is worth further promotion.

Abstract When faced with incivility from service recipients, do volunteers feel damaged? As few previous studies have explored this issue, this study uses the conservation of resources theory to investigate the mechanisms through which incivility affects volunteer engagement and burnout, based on three-wave survey data from 1675 volunteers. This study develops a moderated mediation model to examine the effect of incivility on volunteer outcomes. We find that incivility affected volunteers’ subsequent outcomes, reducing engagement and increasing volunteer burnout by lowering volunteers’ psychological detachment. Volunteers’ hostile attribution bias played a moderating role, amplifying the negative impact of incivility on psychological detachment. Hostile attribution bias also enhanced the mediating effect of incivility on volunteer engagement and increased volunteer burnout by reducing psychological detachment. Besides developing a moderated mediation model, this study also proposes that managers should pay attention to strengthening volunteer training and providing psychological counseling to improve psychological detachment for volunteers experienced with incivility from service recipients.

AbstractObjective Delayed extubation was commonly associated with increased adverse outcomes. This study aimed to explore the incidence and predictors and to construct a nomogram for delayed extubation after thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery.Methods We reviewed medical records of 8716 consecutive patients undergoing this surgical treatment from January 2016 to December 2017. Using potential predictors to develop a nomogram and using a bootstrap-resampling approach to conduct internal validation. For external validation, we additionally pooled 3676 consecutive patients who underwent this procedure between January 2018 and June 2018. Extubation performed outside the operating room was defined as delayed extubation.Results The rate of delayed extubation was 1.60%. Multivariate analysis identified age, BMI, FEV1/FVC, lymph nodes calcification, thoracic paravertebral blockade (TPVB) usage, intraoperative transfusion, operative time and operation later than 6 p.m. as independent predictors for delayed extubation. Using these eight candidates to develop a nomogram, with a concordance statistic (C-statistic) value of 0.798 and good calibration. After internal validation, similarly good calibration and discrimination (C-statistic, 0.789; 95%CI, 0.748 to 0.830) were observed. The decision curve analysis (DCA) indicated the positive net benefit with the threshold risk range of 0 to 30%. Goodness-of-fit test and discrimination in the external validation were 0.113 and 0.785, respectively.Conclusion The proposed nomogram can reliably identify patients at high risk for the decision to delayed extubation after thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery. Optimizing four modifiable factors including BMI, FEV1/FVC, TPVB usage, and operation later than 6 p.m. may reduce the risk of delayed extubation.Key Messages:This study identified eight independent predictors for delayed extubation, among which lymph node calcification and anaesthesia type were not commonly reported.Using these eight candidates to develop a nomogram, we could reliably identify high-risk patients for the decision to delayed extubation.Optimizing four modifiable factors, including BMI, FEV1/FVC, TPVB usage, and operation later than 6 p.m. may reduce the risk of delayed extubation.

Angelica dahurica is a kind of Chinese traditional herbs with economic and ornament value, widely distributed in China. Despite its significance, there have been limited comprehensive investigations on the genome of A. dahurica, particularly regarding mitochondrial genomes. To investigate the conversion between mitochondrial genome and chloroplast genome, a complete and circular mitochondrial genome was assembled using Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) long reads. The mitochondrial genome of A. dahurica had a length of 228,315 base pairs (bp) with 45.06% GC content. The mitochondrial genome encodes 56 genes, including 34 protein-coding genes, 19 tRNA genes and 3 rRNA genes. Moreover, we discovered that 9 homologous large fragments between chloroplast genome and mitochondrial genome based on sequence similarity. This is the first report for A. dahurica mitochondrial genome, which could provide an insight for communication between plastid genome, and also give a reference genome for medicinal plants within the Angelica family.

In recent years, high-entropy metal carbides (HECs) have attracted significant attention due to their exceptional physical and chemical properties. The combination of excellent performance exhibited by bulk HEC ceramics and distinctive geometric characteristics has paved the way for the emergence of one-dimensional (1D) HECs as novel materials with unique development potential. Herein, we successfully fabricated novel (Ti0.2Zr0.2Hf0.2Nb0.2Ta0.2)C nanowires derived via Fe-assisted single-sourced precursor pyrolysis. Prior to the synthesis of the nanowires, the composition and microstructure of (Ti,Zr,Hf,Nb,Ta)-containing precursor (PHECs) were analyzed, and divinylbenzene (DVB) was used to accelerate the conversion process of the precursor and contribute to the formation of HECs, which also provided a partial carbon source for the nanowire growth. Additionally, multi-branched, single-branched, and single-branched bending nanowires were synthesized by adjusting the ratio of PHECs to DVB. The obtained single-branched (Ti0.2Zr0.2Hf0.2Nb0.2Ta0.2)C nanowires possessed smooth surfaces with an average diameter of 130–150 nm and a length of several tens of micrometers, which were a single-crystal structure and typically grew along the [11¯1] direction. Also, the growth of the (Ti0.2Zr0.2Hf0.2Nb0.2Ta0.2)C nanowires was in agreement with top-type vapor–liquid–solid mechanism. This work not only successfully achieved the fabrication of HEC nanowires by a catalyst-assisted polymer pyrolysis, but also provided a comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting their yield and morphology, highlighting the potential application of these attractive nano-materials.

By employing high-throughput first-principles calculations, the segregation capacity of fifteen widely used metallic alloying elements (viz., Be, Mn, Co, Cr, Ni, Al, Mo, W, Mg, Ta, Nb, Sb, Sn, Zr, and Bi) at ∑3 grain boundary in low alloy ferritic steel, as well as their impact on grain boundary stability, interfacial separation work, and other properties, were systematically investigated. The findings reveal that, for alloying atoms Sb, Sn, Bi, Nb, and Zr, whose size is notably larger than that of the matrix Fe atoms, the effect of strain energy minimization in segregation is comparable to that of chemical energy minimization. Furthermore, the impact of strain energy minimization is closely related to the volume of the alloying atoms both at the solid solution sites in the crystal and at the segregation sites at the grain boundary. Thus, the segregation of large alloy atoms on the grain boundaries can be predicted by atomic volume of each segregation site, which can provide valuable insights for the development of new alloys and for grain boundary engineering.

When the nonlinear boundary involves critical exponents, using the concentration compactness principle, mountain pass lemma, and fountain theorem, we can prove the existence and multiplicity of solutions.

Pelophylax plancyi (Lataste, 1880), Pelophylax chosenicus (Okada, 1931) and Pelophylax hubeiensis (Fei & Ye, 1982) were described chronologically from East Asia. The three species have similar morphological and molecular characteristics, but the taxonomic relationships amongst them have long been ambiguous. To deal with this taxonomic issue, we examined newly-obtained topotypic specimens of P. plancyi, P. chosenicus and P. hubeiensis for morphological comparison. Furthermore, we investigated the phylogeny of pond frogs in Eurasia by Bayesian Inference and Maximum Likelihood analyses of a fragment consisting of mitochondrial DNA gene 16s and provided a molecular phylogeny of the genus Pelophylax. There were no morphological and molecular differences between P. plancyi and P. chosenicus, but both morphological and molecular differences between P. hubeiensis and P. plancyi. Hence, we conclude that P. chosenicus is a junior synonym of P. plancyi and P. hubeiensis is a separate species from P. plancyi.

With the rise of the Internet of Things (IoT), maintaining data confidentiality and protecting user privacy have become increasingly challenging. End devices in the IoT are often deployed in unattended environments and connected to open networks, making them vulnerable to physical tampering and other security attacks. Different authentication key agreement (AKA) schemes have been used in practice; several of them do not cover the necessary security features or are incompatible with resource-constrained end devices. Their security proofs have been performed under the Random-Oracle model. We present an AKA protocol for end devices and servers. The proposal leverages the ECC-based key exchange mechanism and one-way hash function-based message authentication method to achieve mutual authentication, user anonymity, and forward security. A formal security proof of the proposed scheme is performed under the standard model and the eCK model with the elliptic curve encryption computational assumptions, and formal verification is performed with ProVerif. According to the performance comparison, it is revealed that the proposed scheme offers user anonymity, perfect forward security, and mutual authentication, and resists typical attacks such as ephemeral secret leakage attacks, impersonation attacks, man-in-the-middle attacks, and key compromise impersonation attacks. Moreover, the proposed scheme has the lowest computational and communication overhead compared to existing schemes.

Peierls stress (τp) of face-centered-cubic (FCC) structures from the Peierls-Nabarro (PN) model calculation is extremely sensitive to the input parameters including the shear modulus (μ), Poisson's ratio (ν) and generalized stacking fault energy (GSFE), which makes the model not a very reliable tool for the prediction of τp because uncertainties occur inevitably in the theoretical calculation or experimental measurements of these input parameters. In the present work, we scrutinized systematically the sensitivity of τps of the FCC metals to the input parameters within the framework of semi-discrete variational PN (SVPN) model. We showed that τp oscillates drastically with varying input parameters. The period of the oscillation is associated with the dependence of the distance between the two partials of the extended dislocation (D) on μ, ν and GSFE while the amplitude of the oscillation is modulated by the dependence of the half-width of the partial dislocation (ζ) on these input parameters. Based on the explored origin of the oscillation, a modified SVPN model is proposed to relieve the sensitivity of τp on the input parameters. The Peierls stresses evaluated with the modified SVPN model are in general agreement with the available experimental values for all the FCC metals.

AimThe aim of this study is to investigate the effect of modified observation-teaching-discussion pedagogy combined with microteaching on improving the critical thinking ability of nursing interns in China.MethodsTwo hundred baccalaureate nursing students practicing in the department of neurosurgery were divided into two groups chronologically, with 100 students per group. The control group received traditional clinical mentoring while their counterparts in the intervention group received mentoring by modified observation teaching discussion pedagogy combined with microteaching. Then, we compared the two groups with respect to theoretical knowledge and nursing operation skills. The Critical Thinking Ability Scale was used to evaluate the critical thinking ability of the two groups of nursing students. Pulmonary fibrosis (PF) and pulmonary hypertension (PH) have common pathophysiological features, such as the significant remodeling of pulmonary parenchyma and vascular wall. There is no effective specific drug in clinical treatment for these two diseases, resulting in a worse prognosis and higher mortality. This study aimed to screen the common key genes and immune characteristics of PF and PH by means of bioinformatics to find new common therapeutic targets. Expression profiles are downloaded from the Gene Expression Database. Weighted gene co-expression network analysis is used to identify the co-expression modules related to PF and PH. We used the ClueGO software to enrich and analyze the common genes in PF and PH and obtained the protein–protein interaction (PPI) network. Then, the differential genes were screened out in another cohort of PF and PH, and the shared genes were crossed. Finally, RT-PCR verification and immune infiltration analysis were performed on the intersection genes. In the result, the positive correlation module with the highest correlation between PF and PH was determined, and it was found that lymphocyte activation is a common feature of the pathophysiology of PF and PH. Eight common characteristic genes (ACTR2, COL5A2, COL6A3, CYSLTR1, IGF1, RSPO3, SCARNA17 and SEL1L) were gained. Immune infiltration showed that compared with the control group, resting CD4 memory T cells were upregulated in PF and PH. Combining the results of crossing characteristic genes in ImmPort database and RT-PCR, the important gene IGF1 was obtained. Knocking down IGF1 could significantly reduce the proliferation and apoptosis resistance in pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells, pulmonary smooth muscle cells, and fibroblasts induced by hypoxia, platelet-derived growth factor-BB (PDGF-BB), and transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1), respectively. Our work identified the common biomarkers of PF and PH and provided a new candidate gene for the potential therapeutic targets of PF and PH in the future.

Determining the competition between the {110}⟨111⟩, {112}⟨111⟩ and {123}⟨111⟩ slip systems in body-centered cubic (BCC) metals is important to understand their mechanical properties. In this paper, the unstable stacking fault energy (γus) and Peierls stress (σp) of the three slip systems of a series of BCC metals are calculated in order to evaluate the competition among them. We find that γus of BCC metals is proportional to (B+G)/a2/3, where B, G and a are the bulk modulus, shear modulus and lattice constant, respectively. The calculations of γuss predict that the {110}⟨111⟩ dislocation slip is prior to the {112}⟨111⟩ and {123}⟨111⟩ slips, however, γus may not be used to identify the priorities of the latter two slips because γuss of these two slip systems are too close to each other. According to σps, the mobility of dislocations decreases in the sequence of {110}⟨111⟩, {112}⟨111⟩, {123}⟨111⟩ for all the metals considered except for K. Noticeably, it is shown that γus and σp are not monotonically related to each other.

Abstract Background The application of clinical mNGS for diagnosing respiratory infections improves etiology diagnosis, however at the same time, it brings new challenges as an unbiased sequencing method informing all identified microbiomes in the specimen. Methods Strategy evaluation and metagenomic analysis were performed for the mNGS data generated between March 2017 and October 2019. Diagnostic strengths of four specimen types were assessed to pinpoint the more appropriate type for mNGS diagnosis of respiratory infections. Microbiome complexity was revealed between patient cohorts and infection types. A bioinformatic pipeline resembling diagnosis results was built based upon multiple bioinformatic parameters. Results The positive predictive values (PPVs) for mNGS diagnosing of non-mycobacterium, Nontuberculous Mycobacteria (NTM), and Aspergillus were obviously higher in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) demonstrating the potency of BALF in mNGS diagnosis. Lung tissues and sputum were acceptable for diagnosis of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) infections. Interestingly, significant taxonomy differences were identified in sufficient BALF specimens, and unique bacteriome and virome compositions were found in the BALF specimens of tumor patients. Our pipeline showed comparative diagnostic strength with the clinical microbiological diagnosis. Conclusions To achieve reliable mNGS diagnosis result, BALF specimens for suspicious common infections, and lung tissues and sputum for doubtful MTB infections are recommended to avoid the false results given by the complexed respiratory microbiomes. Context Puerarin (Pue) and tanshinone IIA (Tan IIA) are often used in combination in the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases.Objective To investigate the neuroprotective effect and synergic mechanism of Pue-Tan IIA on the treatment of ischaemic stroke (IS).Materials and methods IS was induced in rats by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO). Rats were intraperitoneally injected with Pue (36 mg/kg), Tan IIA (7.2 mg/kg), or Pue-Tan IIA (36 and 7.2 mg/kg) for five times [30 min before ischaemia, immediately after reperfusion (0 h), 24, 48, and 72 h after reperfusion]. After administration, neurological function assessment and histological changes in the brain were performed. S-100β and NSE levels were measured to determine the severity of brain injury. Oxidative stress parameters and inflammatory mediators were measured. The immune memory of over 400 million COVID-19 convalescents is not completely understood. In this integrated study, we recorded the post-acute sequelae symptoms and tested the immune memories, including circulating antibodies, memory B cell, and memory CD4 or CD8 T cell responses of a cohort of 65 COVID-19 patients over 1-year after infection. Our data show that 48% of them still have one or more sequelae symptoms and all of them maintain at least one of the immune components. The chances of having sequelae symptoms or having better immune memory are associated with peak disease severity. We did four-time points sampling per subject to precisely understand the kinetics of durability of SARS-CoV-2 circulating antibodies. We found that the RBD IgG levels likely reach a stable plateau at around 6 months, albeit it is waning at the first 6 months after infection. At 1-year after infection, more than 90% of the convalescents generated memory CD4 or CD8 T memory responses, preferably against the SARS-CoV-2 M peptide pool. The convalescents also have polyfunctional and central memory T cells that could provide rapid and efficient response to SARS-CoV-2 re-infection. Based on this information, we assessed the immune protection against the Omicron variant and concluded that convalescents should still induce effective T cell immunity against the Omicron. By studying the circulating antibodies and memory B or T cell responses to SARS-CoV-2 in an integrated manner, our study provides insight into the understanding of protective immunity against diseases caused by secondary SARS-CoV-2 infection.

Understanding the adoption patterns of clean energy is crucial for designing government subsidies that promote the use of these technologies. Existing work has examined a variety of adoption models to explain and predict how economic factors and other technology and demographic attributes influence adoption, helping to understand the cost-effectiveness of government policies. This study explores the impact of adoption modeling choices on optimal subsidy design within a single techno–economic framework for residential solar PV technology. We applied identical datasets to multiple adoption models and evaluated which model forms appear feasible and how using different choices affects policy decisions. We consider three existing functional forms for rooftop solar adoption: an error function, a mixed log-linear regression, and a logit demand function. The explanatory variables used are a combination of net present value (NPV), socio-demographic, and prior adoption. We compare how the choice of model form and explanatory variables affect optimal subsidy choices. Among the feasible model forms, there exist justified subsidies for residential solar, though the detailed schedule varies. Optimal subsidy schedules are highly dependent on the social cost of carbon and the learning rate. A learning rate of 10% and a social carbon cost of USD 50/ton suggest an optimal subsidy starting at USD 46/kW, while the initial subsidy is 10× higher (USD 540/kW) with a learning rate of 15% and social carbon cost of USD 70/ton. This work illustrates the importance of understanding the true drivers of adoption when developing clean energy policies.

Secreted isoform of endoplasmic reticulum membrane complex subunit 10 (scEMC10) is a secreted protein of incompletely understood physiological function. Introduction: Hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF)1α has been shown to be activated and induces a glycolytic shift under hypoxic condition, however, little attention was paid to the role of HIF1α-actuated fructolysis in hypoxia-induced heart injury. Objectives: In this study, we aim to explore the molecular mechanisms of miR-155-mediated fructose metabolism in hypoxic cardiac fibroblasts (CFs). Methods: Immunostaining, western blot and quantitative real-time reverse transcription PCR (qRT-PCR) were performed to detect the expression of glucose transporter 5 (GLUT5), ketohexokinase (KHK)-A and KHK-C in miR-155−/− and miR-155wt CFs under normoxia or hypoxia. A microarray analysis of circRNAs was performed to identify circHIF1α. Then CoIP, RIP and mass spectrometry analysis were performed and identified SKIV2L2 (MTR4) and transformer 2 alpha (TRA2A), a member of the transformer 2 homolog family. pAd-SKIV2L2 was administrated after coronary artery ligation to investigate whether SKIV2L2 can provide a protective effect on the infarcted heart. Results: When both miR-155−/− and miR-155wt CFs were exposed to hypoxia for 24 h, these two cells exhibited an increased glycolysis and decreased glycogen synthesis, and the expression of KHK-A and KHK-C, the central fructose-metabolizing enzyme, was upregulated. Mechanistically, miR-155 deletion in CFs enhanced SKIV2L2 expression and its interaction with TRA2A, which suppresses the alternative splicing of HIF1α pre-mRNA to form circHIF1α, and then decreased circHIF1α contributed to the activation of fructose metabolism through increasing the production of the KHK-C isoform. Finally, exogenous delivery of SKIV2L2 reduced myocardial damage in the infarcted heart. Conclusion: In this study, we demonstrated that miR-155 deletion facilitates the activation of fructose metabolism in hypoxic CFs through regulating alternative splicing of HIF1α pre-mRNA and thus circHIF1ɑ formation.

Background and Objectives Primary fallopian tube cancer (PFTC) shares the same diagnostic and management guidelines with epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC). The LION trail raised concerns regarding the role of systematic pelvic and para-aortic lymphadenectomy during debulking surgery. We aimed to evaluate the significance of lymphadenectomy in PFTC survival. Methods This retrospective study analyzed the clinical features and survival of patients with PFTC who underwent primary surgery in our center between January 2013 and October 2020. Results Sixty-one patients diagnosed with PFTC were included in the study. Twenty-five (41.0%, 25/61) were diagnosed with FIGO (International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics) stages I/II and 36 (59.0%, 36/61) were diagnosed with stage III/IV. Twenty-nine (47.5%, 29/61) underwent pelvic lymphadenectomy with or without para-aortic lymphadenectomy, among which 12 (41.4%, 12/29) had lymph node metastasis confirmed by postoperative pathology. The mean progression-free survival was 60.4 months in the lymphadenectomy group and 37.8 months in the no-lymphadenectomy group (p = 0.042, HR 0.374, 95% CI 0.145–0.966). Conclusions PFTC is often diagnosed earlier and has a better prognosis than EOC. Most patients with PFTC would benefit from lymphadenectomy. However, the extent to which this association translates to a more diverse population needs to be further identified.

β-Ga2O3, with excellent bandgap, breakdown field, and thermal stability properties, is considered to be one of the most promising candidates for power devices including field-effect transistors (FETs) and for other applications such as Schottky barrier diodes (SBDs) and solar-blind ultraviolet photodetectors. Ohmic contact is one of the key steps in the β-Ga2O3 device fabrication process for power applications. Ohmic contact techniques have been developed in recent years, and they are summarized in this review. First, the basic theory of metal–semiconductor contact is introduced. After that, the representative literature related to Ohmic contact with β-Ga2O3 is summarized and analyzed, including the electrical properties, interface microstructure, Ohmic contact formation mechanism, and contact reliability. In addition, the promising alternative schemes, including novel annealing techniques and Au-free contact materials, which are compatible with the CMOS process, are discussed. This review will help our theoretical understanding of Ohmic contact in β-Ga2O3 devices as well as the development trends of Ohmic contact schemes.

To accurately describe the undeformed chip thickness characteristics in ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding, the grain space and grain protrusion height of a metal bond multi-layer diamond wheel were measured. According to the particle trajectory equation of ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding and the trajectory interference theory of two nearby grains, the undeformed chip thickness in a complete grain-workpiece contact zone was solved by using the bisector method and MATLAB software. Then the influence of the main parameters on the undeformed chip thickness characteristics was analyzed. The results show that the undeformed chip thickness varies linearly against the distance between adjacent grains and the height difference of adjacent grains, increases linearly with the increase of ultrasonic amplitude and changes periodically with the increase of ultrasonic vibration frequency. In ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding, the undeformed chip thickness characteristics are greatly affected by the grinding wheel speed and grinding depth, and relatively less affected by the workpiece feed speed.

Abstract Background Hyperlactatemia is associated with a poor prognosis in cardiac surgery patients. This study explored the impact of target blood pressure management during cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) on blood lactate levels after cardiac surgery. Methods Adult patients undergoing cardiac valve surgery between 20/1/2020 and 30/6/2020 at Shanghai Chest Hospital were enrolled. The patients were randomized into a low mean arterial pressure (L-MAP) group (target MAP between 50 and 60 mmHg) or a high mean arterial pressure (H-MAP) group (target MAP between 70 and 80 mmHg), n = 20 for each. Norepinephrine was titrated only during CPB to maintain MAP at the target level. Blood lactate levels in the two groups were detected before the operation (T0), at the end of CPB (T1), at the end of the operation (T2), 1 h after the operation (T3), 6 h after the operation (T4) and 24 h after the operation (T5). The primary outcome was the blood lactate level at the end of the operation (T2). The secondary outcomes included the blood lactate level at T1, T3, T4, and T5 and the dose of epinephrine and dopamine within 24 h after the operation, time to extubation, length of stay in the ICU, incidence of readmission within 30 days, and mortality within 1 year. Results Forty patents were enrolled and analyzed in the study. The lactate level in the H-MAP group was significantly lower than that in the L-MAP group at the end of the operation (3.1 [IQR 2.1, 5.0] vs. 2.1 [IQR 1.7, 2.9], P = 0.008) and at the end of CPB and 1 hour after surgery. The dose of epinephrine within 24 h after the operation, time to extubation and length of stay in the ICU in the L-MAP group were significantly higher than those in the H-MAP group. Conclusions Maintaining a relatively higher MAP during CPB deceased the blood lactate level at the end of surgery, reduced epinephrine consumption, and shortened the time to extubation and length of stay in the ICU after surgery. Trial registration This single-center, prospective, RCT has completed the registration of the Chinese Clinical Trial Center at 8/1/2020 with the registration number ChiCTR2000028941 . It was conducted from 20/1/2020 to 30/6/2020 as a single, blinded trial in Shanghai Chest Hospital.

The plant Artemisia annua L. is famous for producing “artemisinin”, which is an essential component in the treatment of malaria. The glandular secretory trichomes (GSTs) on the leaves of A. annua secrete and store artemisinin. Previous research has demonstrated that raising GST density can effectively raise artemisinin content. However, the molecular mechanism of GST initiation is not fully understood yet. In this study, we identified an MYB transcription factor, the AaMYB108-like, which is co-induced by light and jasmonic acid, and positively regulates glandular secretory trichome initiation in A. annua. Overexpression of the AaMYB108-like gene in A. annua increased GST density and enhanced the artemisinin content, whereas anti-sense of the AaMYB108-like gene resulted in the reduction in GST density and artemisinin content. Further experiments demonstrated that the AaMYB108-like gene could form a complex with AaHD8 to promote the expression of downstream AaHD1, resulting in the initiation of GST. Taken together, the AaMYB108-like gene is a positive regulator induced by light and jasmonic acid for GST initiation in A. annua.

Recently, Heptafluoroisobutyronitrile (C4F7N) has received widespread attention in replacing one of the most greenhouse-insulating gas, SF6. However, gas leakage is incredibly harmful to the health of operational personnel and the security of industry production, and developing C4F7N detection technology is of great necessity. In this work, the adsorption properties, as well as the sensing performance of C4F7N on 3d VIII atom-decorated γ-graphyne (γ-GY), were theoretically discussed. The adsorption structures, adsorption energies, electron transfer, adsorption distance, electron distribution, and electronic properties were compared. The results show that the introduction of Fe and Co atom enhance the chemisorption of C4F7N, and the adsorption of C4F7N brings the maximum electron redistribution of Fe/γ-GY among three TM/γ-GY. Only the adsorption on Fe/γ-GY leads to the vanishing of the magnetic moment and creates a band gap. For three different modifications of γ-GY, the chemical interactions are highly related to the overlapping of transition metal 3d and N 2p orbitals in the density of states. The adsorption on Co/γ-GY causes the maximum change in work function from 5.06 eV to 5.26 eV. In addition, based on the band structure, work function, and desorption properties, the sensing properties of 3d VIII atom-decorated γ-GY were evaluated in order to promote the experimental exploration and development of high-performance C4F7N gas sensors.

Background: In COVID-19 patients, information regarding superinfection, antimicrobial assessment, and the value of metagenomic sequencing (MS) could help develop antimicrobial stewardship. Method: This retrospective study analyzed 323 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 patients for co-infection rate and antimicrobial usage in the Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center (SPHCC) from January 23rd to March 14th 2020. The microbiota composition was also investigated in patients with critically severe COVID-19. Results: The total population co-infection rate was 17/323 (5.3%) and 0/229 (0), 4/78 (5.1%), and 13/16 (81.3%) for the mild, severe, and critically severe subgroups, respectively. Proven fungal infection was significantly associated with a higher mortality rate (p = 0.029). In critically severe patients, the rate of antimicrobials and carbapenem usage were 16/16 (100%) and 13/16 (81.3%), respectively, in which the preemptive and empiric antimicrobial days accounted for 51.6% and 30.1%, respectively. Targeted therapy only accounted for 18.3%. MS was implemented to detect non-COVID-19 virus co-existence and the semi-quantitative surveillance of bacteremia, with clear clinical benefit seen in cases with MS-based precision antimicrobial management. Airway microbiome analysis suggested that the microbiota compositions in critically severe COVID-19 patients were likely due to intubation and mechanical ventilation. Conclusions: In the SPHCC cohort, we observed a non-negligible rate of super-infection, especially for the critically ill COVID-19 patients. Fungal co-infection requires intensive attention due to the high risk of mortality, and the clinical benefit of MS in guiding antimicrobial management warrants further investigation.

Abstract Background Acromial anatomy has been found to be correlated with degenerative full-thickness rotator cuff tears in current studies. However, research on the relationship between acromial anatomy and articular-sided partial thickness of rotator cuff tears (PTRCTs) is still lacking. The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether these imaging graphic parameters exhibit any association between acromial anatomy and degenerative articular-sided PTRCTs. Methods Between January 2016 and December 2018, a total of 91 patients without a history of trauma underwent arthroscopy as an articular-sided PTRCT group. In the control group, with age- and sex-matched patients, we selected 91 consecutive outpatient patients who underwent shoulder magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) because of shoulder pain and an MRI diagnosis of only synovial hyperplasia and effusion. MRI was used to measure the acromial type, acromiohumeral distance (AHD), lateral acromial angle (LAA), acromion index (AI), and critical shoulder angle (CSA) by 2 independent observers. Results The acromion type, AHD and LAA showed no difference between degenerative articular-sided PTRCTs and controls (P = 0.532, 0.277, and 0.108, respectively). AI and CSA were significantly higher in degenerative articular-sided PTRCTs (P = 0.002 and 0.003, respectively). A good correlation was found between AI and CSA to measurement(Pearson correlation coefficient = 0.631). Conclusions Our study revealed that higher AI and CSA were found in degenerative articular-sided PTRCTs. Acromial anatomy with a large acromial extension was associated with the occurrence of degenerative articular-sided PTRCTs.

ObjectiveTo compare the diagnostic accuracy of metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS) for cryptococcosis in patients with different immune statuses with that of conventional detection.MethodsA total of 1442 specimens including 71 specimens from patients with cryptococcosis were analyzed in the study. The chi square test was used to screen the sensitivity and specificity of different detection methods for different specimen types. One-way ANOVA was used to compare the mNGS results with age, CD4, lymphocytes, IFN, IL-6, IL-2 and serum antigen assay.ResultsThe sensitivity of mNGS was 44.29% in Cryptococcus infection cases. The positive rate of mNGS results for bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF, 87.50%) from immunocompromised patients was higher than that of BALF from immunocompetent patients (40.00%, p=0.04). The sensitivity of the serum Cryptococcus capsular antigen assay was 80.00% in immunocompetent patients and 96.42% in immunocompromised patients (p = 0.049). A positive rate of detection of Cryptococcus from mNGS was higher when cryptococcal antigen ≥1:160 (p=0.022) in immunocompromised patients. A positive rate of detection of Cryptococcus from mNGS was higher when lymphocyte counts were lower in both immunocompetent patients(p=0.017) and in immunocompromised patients(p=0.029).ConclusionsThe sensitivity of mNGS is lower than that of serum cryptococcal antigen assay and histopathology in immunocompetent patients. However, BALF detection is recommend for immunocompromised patients compared with tissue and CSF. The positive mNGS result was correlated with lower lymphocyte counts, higher IL-2 and higher serum antigen assay in immunocompromised patients.

By overviewing the characteristic functional components of the citrus peel and its physiological activities such as antioxidant, anti-bacteria and anti-inflammation, hypoglycemia and lipid-lowering, the current domestic and international situation of citrus peel processing and its applications, summarized in this review, and the technical solutions to comprehensive processing and applications in a stepwise manner, were also discussed. Finally, the future directions on the researches and applications of the citrus peel were prospected.

Spotted fever group (SFG) rickettsioses are important zoonoses, threatening human health seriously and gradually attracting more attention in the world. SFG rickettsiae are classified as neglected pathogens. If these pathogens are detected at all, they are usually recognized very late in the infection through indirect detection of specific antibodies. Previous studies have shown that Rickettsia raoultii (R. raoultii), a member of the SFG rickettsiae, occurs with increasing incidence in remote countries. Therefore, a rapid detection method for R. raoultii is in urgently need. In this study, a R. raoultii diagnosis method by closed dumbbell-mediated isothermal amplification (R-CDA) assay targeting a conserved sequence of the outer membrane protein A (OmpA) gene with high sensitivity and specificity was developed. This assay offered a rapid and simple method for on-site detection of R. raoultii. Firstly, four pairs of R-CDA primers were designed and the optimum primer set was selected to amplify target gene specifically and effectively. Then, a pair of outer primer was designed to accelerate the reaction based on the inner primers to establish the RO-CDA reaction. In addition, the results of real-time amplification curves, melting curves and end-point colorimetric judgements showed that the established visual RO-CDA reaction could accurately detect R. raoultii without cross-reaction with other closely related pathogens. Furthermore, the detection limit of visual RO-CDA assay was 10 copies/μL, which was feasible for on-site detection with merits of easy-operation, rapidity, high sensitivity, and specificity. In conclusion, the developed RO-CDA detection method could be helpful for pathogen screening and epidemic prevention at the point of care.

The plant Artemisia annua is well known for its production of artemisinin, a sesquiterpene lactone that is an effective antimalarial compound. Although remarkable progress has been made toward understanding artemisinin biosynthesis, the effect of MADS-box family transcription factors on artemisinin biosynthesis is still poorly understood. In this study, we identified a MADS transcription factor, AaSEP4, that was predominantly expressed in trichome. AaSEP4 acts as a nuclear-localized transcriptional activator activating the expression of AaGSW1 (GLANDULAR TRICHOME-SPECIFIC WRKY1). Dual-luciferase and Yeast one-hybrid assays revealed that AaSEP4 directly bound to the CArG motif in the promoter region of AaGSW1. Overexpression of AaSEP4 in A. annua significantly induced the expression of AaGSW1 and four artemisinin biosynthesis genes, including amorpha-4,11-diene synthase (ADS), cytochrome P450 monooxygenase (CYP71AV1), double-bond reductase 2 (DBR2) and aldehyde dehydrogenase 1 (ALDH1). Furthermore, the results of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) showed that the artemisinin content was significantly increased in the AaSEP4-overexpressed plants. In addition, RT-qPCR results showed that AaSEP4 was induced by methyl jasmonic acid (MeJA) treatment. Taken together, these results explicitly demonstrate that AaSEP4 is a positive regulator of artemisinin biosynthesis, which can be used in the development of high-artemisinin yielding A. annua varieties.

Nucleic acid–based assays have been adopted as mainstream tools for clinical diagnostics, food safety, and environment monitoring with the merits of accuracy, rapidity, and sensitivity. Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) is a well-established method to rapidly identify nucleic acids and has gained recognition and been developed for clinical applications in resource-limited areas. However, the needs for specifically designed primer sets and non-specific amplification hinder the development of LAMP-based nucleic acid tests. Here, a promoted method, termed asymmetric stem-loop–mediated isothermal amplification (ASLAMP) by simple modification of canonical PCR primers, was developed to attempt to overcome those drawbacks. The two primers in the ASLAMP reaction can be easily obtained by adding a stem-loop sequence part to one PCR primer at 5′-ends to get the folding primer (FP), then adding the same primer to the counter canonical PCR primer at 5′-ends to get the turn-back primer (TP). The ASLAMP method was demonstrated in detecting the H1N1 gene fragment with merits of simple primer design, short target sequence, and high amplification efficiency. In addition, the ASLAMP method showed similar efficacy compared with LAMP targeting at the same H1N1 gene sequence. Furthermore, Shigella detection monitored by real-time fluorescence and endpoint colorimetric approaches were taken as examples for evaluation of the practical application of the ASLAMP method, both offered 100% sensitivity and specificity. In conclusion, the novel ASLAMP method with simplicity of primer design, low requirement of equipment, efficiency, and rapidity has exhibited its great prospect for establishment of DNA isothermal amplification in point of care application.

ABSTRACT Antimicrobial resistance in Morganella morganii is increasing in recent years, which is mainly introduced via extra genetic and mobile elements. The aim of our study is to analyze the multidrug resistance (MDR) and characterize the mobile genetic elements (MGEs) in M. morganii isolates. Here, we report the characteristic of a pathogenic M. morganii isolate containing multidrug resistance genes that are mainly carried by a novel transposon Tn7376 and a genomic island. Sequence analysis suggested that the Tn7376 could be generated through homologous recombination between two different IS26-bounded translocatable units (TUs), namely, module A (IS26-Hp-IS26-mph(A)-mrx(A)-mphR-IS6100-chrA-sul1-qacEΔ1) and module B (ISCR1-sul1-qacEΔ1-cmlA1-aadA1-aadB-intI1-IS26), and the genomic island named MMGI-4 might derive from a partial structure of different original genomic islands that also carried IS26-mediated TUs. Notably, a 2,518-bp sequence linked to the module A and B contains a 570-bp dfrA24 gene. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of the novel Tn7376 possessing a complex class 1 integron that carried an infrequent gene dfrA24 in M. morganii. IMPORTANCE Mobile genetic elements (MGEs), especially for IS26-bounded translocatable units, may act as a reservoir for a variety of antimicrobial resistance genes in clinically important pathogenic bacteria. We expounded this significant genetic characteristic by investigating a representative M. morganii isolate containing multidrug resistance genes, including the infrequent dfrA24. Our study suggested that these acquired resistance genes were mainly driven by IS26-flanked important MGEs, such as the novel Tn7376 and the MMGI-4. We demonstrated that IS26-related MGEs contributed to the emergence of the extra gene dfrA24 in M. morganii through some potential genetic events like recombination, transposition, and integration. Therefore, it is of importance to investigate persistently the prevalence these MEGs in the clinical pathogens to provide risk assessment of emergence and development of novel resistance genes.

Multiple functional-material-filled nitrile butadiene rubber/chloroprene rubber (NBR/CR) acoustic composites were extensively studied and prepared. According to the orthogonal test table L25 (56), 25 groups of samples were prepared by using a low-temperature one-time rubber mixing process. With tensile strength, average transmission loss, and damping peak as indexes, the influence degree of different factors and levels on the properties of acoustic composites was quantitatively discussed and analyzed. The matrix weight analysis was employed to optimize the material formula of rubber composites, and the corresponding influence weight was given. Results showed that the acoustic composite with blending ratio of 70/30 for NBR/CR matrix had preferable mechanical and acoustic properties; adding mica powder (MP) and montmorillonite (MMT) in matrix contributed to improve all above three indexes owing to their specific lamellar structures; hollow glass beads (HGB) had a positive influence on improving acoustic property due to its hollow microcavities, however, it had a negative impact on damping property because of the smooth spherical surfaces. Accordingly, the optimal formulation was found to be NBR/CR blending ratio of 70/30, MP of 10 phr (per hundred rubber), HGB of 4 phr, and MMT of 10 phr.

The emergence of two-dimensional (2D) van der Waals magnetic materials has attracted enormous attention due to their novel physical phenomena and potential application in the fields of spintronics and information storage technology. Here, we systematically study the magnetic and transport properties of a van der Waals antiferromagnetic material, FeNbTe2. The magnetic and magnetoresistance measurements verified its antiferromagnetic properties, spin glass state, and negative magnetoresistance effect at lower temperatures. In addition, the measurement results of transport also show the existence of angle-dependent anisotropic magnetoresistance in a wide temperature range and anisotropic magnetoresistance inversion in a certain temperature range.

Intercalated transition metal dichalcogenides have been widely used to study the magnetic and magnetoelectric transport properties in a strong anisotropic and spin–orbit coupling environments. In this study, ferromagnetic FeTa3S6 (also known as Fe1/3TaS2) single crystals were grown by using the chemical vapor transport method, and its magnetic and magnetoelectric transport properties were measured. The results show that FeTa3S6 has ferromagnetic ordered below 37K, with sharp switching of magnetization, butterfly-shaped double-peak magnetoresistance and anomalous Hall effect, and the magnetization and resistance have strong anisotropy. When a magnetic field is oriented parallel to the c-axis, the magnetoresistance exceeds 10% at a temperature of 10K, and negative magnetoresistance is generated when the magnetic field is larger than the switching field. When the direction of the magnetic field of 9T rotates from out-of-plane to in-plane, the anisotropic magnetoresistance exceeds 40%, and the angle-dependent Hall resistance presents a novel trend, which may be due to the existence of a topological Hall effect or other magnetic structures in the FeTa3S6 thin film. When the magnetic field of 9T rotates in the ab-plane of the sample, the in-plane anisotropic magnetoresistance conforms to the form of sin2φ. The experimental results of this study provide important information for the study of magnetic and magnetoelectric transport properties of intercalated transition metal dichalcogenides.

In particular, if $f(u)=|u|^{p-2}u$, we obtain the range of $p$ when the equation has the positive ground states for three cases $2s4s$.
