Background and Study Aim. This study aims to modify the ball stick as a hand muscle strength training aid for shooting handball as a training aid that can be used to train hand muscle strength against shooting strength. Material and Methods. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the Borg & Gall Development Model. This research was conducted in several steps, namely: potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, trial use. The development of modifications to hand muscle strength training tools for shooting handball was first validated by material experts, expert practitioners, 7 product trial respondents, and 15 product use trial respondents. Results. The results of this study indicate that the development of modified hand muscle strength training tools for shooting handball sports can be seen from material experts (78.75% in the appropriate category) and expert practitioners (78.09% in the appropriate category), 75.82% in small-scale trials in the appropriate category, and 82.46% in large-scale trials. eligible category. Thus, it can be concluded that the development of modified hand muscle strength training tools for shooting handball sports is declared feasible to be used as an exercise aid. Conclusions.The results of this study also provide a new reference for hand muscle strength training tools for shooting in handball sports and can be used by sports practitioners and sports coaches in providing exercise programs.

This study aims to determine the profile and differences in the level of physical fitness in futsal extracurricular students in urban and rural environments. Materials and Methods. The method in this study used a quantitative approach through surveys with researchers providing a physical test and measurement (TKJI) for 13-15 year old to futsal extracurricular students. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 11 Pontianak City and SMP Negeri 3 Sukadana, Kayong Utara Regency. Purposive sampling technique in determining the sample so that 40 students were sampled. To see the difference through the normality prerequisite test stage, homogeneity test and t test. Data analysis was assisted by using the SPSS Version 26 application. Results. According to the study findings, the average physical fitness score of futsal extracurriculars in urban areas was 12.50, while the average in rural environments was 15.15. Furthermore, a significant difference between urban and rural extracurricular futsal contexts is shown by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Conclusions. This finding supports the hypothesis that the level of physical fitness necessary for extracurricular futsal varies significantly between urban and rural areas. This study provides evidence that futsal extracurricular students in rural areas have better physical fitness than students in urban areas. These findings can be a reference for sports practitioners to be able to develop exercise programs to improve the physical fitness of children aged 13-15 years, especially for playing futsal.

The use of audio-visual media is an alternative that can be carried out by coaches in carrying out technical training programs given to athletes, so that in addition to athletes getting direct training from the coach, they can also carry out independent training properly. The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of using audio media visual on the mastery of single art martial arts movements. The researcher chose to use a two group pretest-posttest design which is a type of quasi-experimental research. Researchers chose young athletes at the Hedgehog PSHT hermitage who were considered to have the ability to perform single artistic movements. with sampling technique that is a total sampling of 30 people. In this study using test instruments, namely the pre-test and post-test and ended by using the assessment from the jury of single category pencak silat. The data analysis that the researcher chose was by t-test. The results of the research conducted are the impact of audio-visual media on the results of single-art pencak silat movements. Audio-visual media can be used as a reference/material material outside of practice hours, therefore it is recommended for coaches and novice athletes to take advantage of the use of audio-visual media as a form of variation and additional hours of practice.

Study purpose. The ability to dribble is a very important skill in soccer, because dribbling skills in soccer aim to be able to pass opponents so that players have the opportunity to provide bait. However, there are still many students who have difficulty in dribbling in soccer games. Materials and methods. This research uses a descriptive method in the form of Classroom Action Research. In this study using a learning tool, namely the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP). The data collection instrument is a test using periodical notes. The subjects in this study were all class XI students of State Senior High School 1, Merau District, Ketapang Regency, totaling 39 students Results. The results showed that there was an increase in cycle I of 25,6%, but this figure was still relatively low, so it was necessary to continue in cycle II. Based on the results in cycle II, it showed that 89.7% of students completed, and there was a difference in the increase in cycle I and cycle II, namely 64.1%. Based on these results, there is an increase in learning outcomes to dribble (soccer) through problem based learning models. Conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the problem based learning model can actually improve the learning outcomes of herding in soccer games. These results can be used as a reference in PJOK learning, especially in big ball game material (soccer).

Masalah: Passing dalam sepekbola sangat berguna untuk membangun serangan. Hasil pembelajaran passing sepak bola menggunakan kaki bagian dalam masih tergolong rendah. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil pembelajaran passing sepak bola menggunakan kaki bagian dalam. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan dua siklus yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, refleksi, dan kesimpulan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas VIII yang berjumlah 35 siswa. Hasil peningkatan pembelajaran passing sepak bola menggunakan kaki bagian dalam diperoleh dengan cara membandingkan nilai observasi dengan awal tes sebelum tindakan yang dikenal dengan “pra siklus”. Hasil: Hasil penelitain ini menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan nilai observasi siswa yang semula jumlah ketuntasan siswa dari pra siklus sebesar 28,17% kemudian disiklus I meningkat menjadi 42,85 % dan pada siklus kedua terjadi peningkatan yang cukup signifikan yaitu mencapai 80 dari jumlah siswa sebanyak 35 orang. Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa metode pembelajaran inklusi terbukti dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran passing sepak bola menggunakan kaki bagian dalam.

Football shooting is a technique of kicking the ball towards the goal with the aim of obtaining winning numbers in a match. However, there are still many students who have difficulty shooting in football games. Therefore, it is necessary to have special treatment in order to get satisfactory shooting results in a game. This study aims to prove the effect of the team game tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model on the learning outcomes of shooting football. In this study, the type of experiment used was a pretest and posttest for one group. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII-A at SMP Negeri 2 in the 2022–2023 academic year. In this study, saturated sampling technique was used, so 31 students were obtained as samples. Data analysis in this study was assisted by using the SPSS Version 26 application. This study obtained a significance value of 0.000 0.05, and based on these results, the team game tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model has a significant effect on the learning outcomes of basketball shooting. The conclusion is that the TGT type cooperative learning model treatment has a significant effect on shooting learning outcomes, so these results can be applied to improve learning outcomes in shooting football games. The results of this study provide additional references for sports teachers and sports practitioners related to the TGT type cooperative learning model so that this model can be applied in physical education learning, especially the shooting material of soccer games.

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of physical fitness of students participating in basketball extracurricular training. This research is descriptive quantitative with survey methods. TKJI test and measurement (Indonesian physical fitness test) to determine the level of physical fitness in students. The research sample consisted of 20 male students in extracurricular basketball at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Pontianak. The data obtained in the field are the results of TKJI aged 13-15 years, the data analysis uses descriptive percentages, then the data calculation is assisted using the Microsoft Excel software application. The results of the study were 13 students in the medium category with a percentage of 65% and the less category with a percentage of 35% as many as 7 students. The conclusion is that the level of physical fitness is in the moderate category, the results of this study prove that basketball extracurricular physical fitness is still relatively low.

The characteristics of soccer which have a wide field and also a long duration of play require soccer players to have high aerobic endurance. Good aerobic endurance should be owned by every player in order to support a performance at the time of the field. There are so many exercises that can be used to increase endurance, but there is no reference for effective and efficient training methods for developing aerobic endurance. This study aims to test appropriate and effective training methods to increase endurance. The experimental design was carried out by providing a triangle run training method through walking, jogging and sprinting activities. The research was tried out on the Mensere BMC club, amounting to fifteen people. The results showed an increase in the aerobic endurance of soccer players. The increase occurred because the triangle run training method provided had similar activities in soccer, namely walking, jogging and sprinting, which made players happy and the training process, training program and appropriate training methods were possible, so that there could be improvements. The conclusion is that the triangle run training method can increase the endurance of soccer players.
