Cauda equina nerve roots may become damaged during neuraxial anesthesia, and post-puncture headache may appear in the case of cerebrospinal fluid leakage if needle tips are deformed due to bone contact when several attempts are needed. Our aim was to verify the correlation between skin–transverse process distance (st) and skin–dural sac distance (d) for calculation of optimal angles in a free visual guide and as a reference for the maximal depth to be traversed by the needle. Randomly selected ex vivo samples (n = 10) were flexed to reproduce the position of the lumbosacral spine during spinal anesthesia. Spinal needles were inserted perpendicular to the skin either blindly or following the inferred paramedian angle corresponding to ultrasound-measured (d). After computed tomography and three-dimensional reconstruction, both (st) and (d) were measured, and the Pearson correlation index was calculated. A free 3D-PDF tool was used to illustrate the potential affectation of nerve cuffs by needles located lateral to the dural sac. Correlation between (d) and (st) was 0.84–0.93 at L4L5-L3L4 intervertebral levels, and most needle tips were located within the spinal canal, but some traversed the zone where nerve cuffs emerge. In conclusion, ultrasound may determine if a perpendicular needle insertion is viable at midline. If not, the optimal paramedian angle and maximal depth may be determined by measuring (st).

Background/Objectives: Rock climbing is becoming more popular, leading to an increased focus on diagnosing and treating related injuries. Finger pulley and flexor tendon injuries are common among climbers, with the A2 pulley being the most frequently affected. High-resolution ultrasound (US) is the preferred method for detecting pulley injuries. This study aimed to determine the reliability and validity of US in identifying anatomical landmarks for diagnosing A2 pulley ruptures. Methods: This study was cross-sectional, involving 36 fingers from 4 cadaver arms. A Canon Aplio i800 US machine was used to measure two anatomical landmarks: the midpoint of the proximal phalanx and the distal edge of the A2 pulley. For the first anatomical landmark, the length of the proximal phalanx (PP distance), and for the second landmark, the distance between the distal edges of the proximal phalanx and the A2 pulley (“A” distance), were measured. Measurements were performed by two sonographers and compared to a digital caliper measurement taken post-cadaver dissection. Observers were blinded during measurements to ensure unbiased results. Results: Overall PP distance measured by US (O1: 37.5 ± 5.3 mm, O2: 37.8 ± 5.4 mm) tended to be shorter than caliper measurements (O3: 39.5 ± 5.5 mm). The differences between sonographers were minimal, but larger when compared to caliper measurements. High reliability for PP distance measurement was observed, especially between sonographers, with an ICC average of 0.99 (0.98, 1.00). However, reliability was lower for the “A” distance, with significant differences between US and caliper measurements. Regarding validity, US measurements were valid when compared to caliper measurements for PP distance, but not as reliable for the “A” due to wider confidence intervals. While US can substitute caliper measurements for PP distance (LR, Y:O2, X:O3, −0.70 (−3.28–1.38), 0.98 (0.93 ± 1.04)), its validity for “A” distance is lower (LR, Y:O2, X:O3, −2.37 (−13.53–4.83), 1.02 (0.62–1.75)). Conclusions: US is a reliable and valid tool in identifying anatomical landmarks for diagnosing A2 pulley ruptures, particularly for detecting the midpoint of the proximal phalanx. This is important to differentiate between complete and partial A2 pulley tears. However, the measurement of the “A” distance requires further refinement. These findings support efforts to standardize US examination protocols and promote consensus in diagnostic methodology, though further research is needed to address the remaining challenges.

The paraspinal space is intriguing in nature. There are several needle tip placements described in compact anatomical spaces. This has led to an incertitude regarding the appropriate anatomic locations for needle tip positions. Through our cadaver models we try to resolve the issues surrounding needle tip positions clarifying anatomical spaces and barriers. Further we propose an anatomical classification based on our findings in cadaveric open dissections and cross and sagittal sections.

Introduction: The A2 pulley tear is the most common injury in rock climbing. Whereas complete A2 pulley ruptures have been extensively researched, studies focused on partial A2 pulley ruptures are lacking. A2 pulleys rupture distally to proximally. High-resolution ultrasound imaging is considered the gold-standard tool for diagnosis and the most relevant ultrasound measurement is the tendon-to-bone distance (TBD), which increases when the pulley ruptures. The purpose of this study was to establish tendon-to-bone distance values for different sizes of partial A2 pulley ruptures and compare these values with those of complete ruptures.Material and methods: The sample consisted of 30 in vitro fingers randomly assigned to 5 groups: G1, no simulated tear (control); G2, simulated 5 mm tear (low-grade partial rupture); G3, simulated 10 mm tear (medium-grade partial rupture); G4, simulated 15 mm tear (high-grade partial rupture); and G5, simulated 20 mm or equivalent tear (complete rupture). A highly experienced sonographer blinded to the randomization process and dissections examined all fingers.Results: The tendon-to-bone distance measurements (medians and interquartile ranges) were as follows: G1, 0.95 mm (0.77–1.33); G2, 2.11 mm (1.78–2.33); G3, 2.28 mm (1.95–2.42); G4, 3.06 mm (2.79–3.28); and G5, 3.66 mm (3.55–4.76). Significant differences were found between non-torn pulleys and simulated partial and complete pulley ruptures.Discussion: In contrast, and inconsistent with other findings, no significant differences were found among the different partial rupture groups. In conclusion, the longer the partial pulley rupture, the higher the tendon-to-bone distance value. The literature is inconsistent regarding the tendon-to-bone distance threshold to diagnose a partial A2 pulley rupture. The minimum tendon-to-bone distance value for a partial rupture was 1.6 mm, and tendon-to-bone distance values above 3 mm suggest a high-grade partial pulley rupture (15 mm incision) or a complete pulley rupture.

Category: Other; Other Introduction/ Purpose: The risk of sural nerve intersection with posterior leg approaches, and its potential risk of injury in some surgeries can range from 60% to 100%. Several authors have described methods to predict the path of the sural nerve through metric units of non-proportional distances, however these distances are altered by patient's height, leg length and body mass index (BMI); none has proposed a reproducible method, proportional to each person based on anatomical references. The aim is to describe ultrasonographically the distance and crossing zone between a new method, proportional to each person, based on a surface reference line and the position of the sural nerve. Methods: Descriptive cross-sectional study, performed between January to April 2022 in patients requiring foot surgery who met inclusion criteria. We located and marked by ultrasound the course of the sural nerve in the posterior aspect of the leg. Landmarks were drawn and marked with a straight line from the posterior aspect of the medial femoral condyle to the tip of the fibula. This line was divided into two equal segments and the distal half was subdivided into 4 zones, this way, we studied areas based on simple anatomical proportions for each patient. The distance between the references and the ultrasound position of the nerve was measured in these 4 zones, creating intersection points and safety areas. Location and distances of the sural nerve from the proposed landmarks were assessed. A size of 96 lower limbs (48 patients) was determined with 95% confidence interval and 80% power to SN concordance between the two legs greater than 15% of that reported in the literature. Results: 100 lower limbs (50 left; 50 right) assessed in 50 patients were included. Forty-four percent female (44/100) and 56% male (56/100). The median age was 45 (range: 22 - 74) years. The median height was 164 (range: 150 - 180) cm with a median BMI of 23.3 (range: 17.7 - 39.7) kg/cm2. The shortest median distance of the nerve passage was 2.9 mm from Point 2. The sural nerve intersection was 59% in Zone B, 19% in Zone C and 20% in Zone A. Safety zones were established. Average 80% of coincidence in sural nerve localization, in the distal half of the leg, in relation to the surface reference line when comparing both legs of each patient. Conclusion: This study proposes a simple, reproducible, non-invasive, and for the first time, person-proportional method that describes the distance and location of the main areas of intersection of the sural nerve with points and areas determined by a line guided by superficial anatomical landmarks.

IntroductionDelayed cerebral ischemia (DCI) is a dreadful complication present in up to 30% of patients with spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Indeed, DCI is one of the main causes of long-term disability in SAH, yet its prediction and prevention are troublesome in poor-grade SAH cases. In this prospective study, we explored the potential role of micro ribonucleic acid (microRNA, abbreviated miRNAs)—small non-coding RNAs involved in clue gene regulation at the post-transcriptional level—as biomarkers of neurological outcomes in SAH patients.MethodsWe analyzed the expression of several miRNAs present in the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of SAH patients during the early stage of the disease (third-day post-hemorrhage). NanoString Technologies were used for the characterization of the CSF samples.ResultsWe found an overexpression of miRNAs in the acute stage of 57 SAH in comparison with 10 non-SAH controls. Moreover, a differential expression of specific miRNAs was detected according to the severity of clinical onset, but also regarding the development of DCI and the midterm functional outcomes.ConclusionThese observations reinforce the potential utility of miRNAs as prognostic and diagnostic biomarkers in SAH patients. In addition, the identification of specific miRNAs related to SAH evolution might provide insights into their regulatory functions of pathophysiological pathways, such as the TGF-β inflammatory pathway and blood-brain barrier disruption.

Purpose: High doses of local anesthetic administered intra-articularly and peri-articularly during local infiltration analgesia (LIA) for total knee arthroplasty (TKA) may have potential effects on patient hemodynamics. The aim of this study was to know if hemodynamic changes are associated with LIA in patients undergoing TKA. Methods: In a prospective observational design, elective patients undergoing orthopedic surgery for TKA and treated with LIA consisting of a mixture of ropivacaine (300 mg) and epinephrine (1 mg) were investigated for changes in selected hemodynamic parameters: heart rate (HR), non-invasively registered mean arterial blood pressure (MAP), and incidence of arrhythmias during the perioperative course, consisting of the following periods: period 1. from establishment of spinal anesthesia to prior to LIA administration, period 2. from administration of LIA to before release of ischemia tourniquet, period 3. from release ischemia tourniquet to end of surgery, and period 4. from transfer to the post anesthesia care unit to the ward. Statistical analysis was done with ANOVA-RM for the difference in means in repeated measurements, and with the Tukey Test between pairs. Data are presented as mean ± standard deviation. A P value 0.50), and from period 2 to period 4 (89 ± 13 to 91 ± 11 mmHg, P > 0.50). No arrhythmias were detected during follow-up. Conclusions: A mixture of ropivacaine and epinephrine for LIA, despite the high doses administered, does not have a negative impact on hemodynamics.

Exfoliated graphitic carbon nitride (ex-g-CN) was synthesized and loaded with non-noble metals (Ni, Cu, and Co). The synthesized catalysts were tested for hydrogen production using a 300-W Xe lamp equipped with a 395 nm cutoff filter. A noncommercial double-walled quartz-glass reactor irradiated from the side was used with a 1 g/L catalyst in 20 mL of a 10 vol% triethanolamine aqueous solution. For preliminary screening, the metal-loaded ex-g-CN was synthesized using the incipient wetness impregnation method. The highest hydrogen production was observed on the Ni-loaded ex-g-CN, which was selected to assess the impact of the synthesis method on hydrogen production. Ni-loaded ex-g-CN was synthesized using different synthesis methods: incipient wetness impregnation, colloidal deposition, and precipitation deposition. The catalysts were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, nitrogen adsorption using the Brunauer–Emmett–Teller method, and transmission electron microscopy. The Ni-loaded ex-g-CN synthesized using the colloidal method performed best with a hydrogen production rate of 43.6 µmol h−1 g−1. By contrast, the catalysts synthesized using the impregnation and precipitation methods were less active, with 28.2 and 10.1 µmol h−1 g−1, respectively. The hydrogen production performance of the suspended catalyst (440 µmol m−2 g−1) showed to be superior to that of the corresponding immobilized catalyst (236 µmol m−2 g−1).

Introduction: Cervical erector spinae plane block (ESPB) provides postoperative pain relief when administered at the level of first thoracic costotransverse junction (CTJ) for surgeries on the proximal shoulder and cervical spine. We propose to describe the spread of 20 ml radiocontrast - dye solution administered at this level from caudad to cephalad direction in a fresh frozen cadaveric model through imaging and cross-sections. Methods: An observational study with four thoracic to cervical ESP blocks at the level of first thoracic CTJ level on two fresh cadavers (total 4 specimens) was conducted using 20 ml of radiocontrast- methylene blue combination (10 ml through the needle and 10 ml through the catheter). Both cadavers were subjected to computed tomography (CT) scan. An anatomist and radiologist, respectively, analyzed cross-sections of cadavers and CT contrasted images. Results: The spread was assessed in axial, sagittal, and coronal at the levels of C4, C5, C6, C7and T1. The medial limit was articular processes in both cadavers. The lateral limits were the outer border of the middle scalene muscle in cadaver 1 and posterior to the sternocleidomastoid muscle in cadaver 2. Contrast spread was visualized on the superior and anterior aspect of anterior scalene muscle in cadaver 2. An epidural spread was observed at the level of C5-6 and C6-7 in axial and coronal planes in cadaver 1. Conclusions: The cervical ESPB administered at the first thoracic CTJ with injections directed cephalad has a consistent action on the dorsal spinal nerves of thoracic and cervical area, and spreads in the paravertebral space dorsal to the ventral cervical roots.

While the extended absence of human influence has led to matchless natural conditions on the Galápagos archipelago, agricultural activities on the inhabited islands are increasingly affecting soil health and functioning. However, a systematic assessment of the agricultural soils on the Galápagos Islands is still absent. Plate tectonics and hotspot volcanism cause an eastward drift of the archipelago and result in a west-to-east soil age gradient from approx. 1 to 1,000 ka. In addition, precipitation regimes change from arid to humid with elevation on the higher-standing islands. The objective of this study was to investigate differences in soil fertility parameters and Mehlich (III)-extractable nutrient levels along these gradients in order to provide baseline information for sustainable agricultural management. Topsoil samples (0–20 cm) from 125 farms of the islands Isabela, Santa Cruz and San Cristóbal were analyzed. Gravel and sand content, pH, electrical conductivity, cation exchange capacity, base saturation, soil organic C and total N content tended to decrease with increasing island age, while clay content, soil macroaggregate stability, plant-available water and bulk density increased. Mehlich (III)-extractable base cations Ca, K, Mg and Na as well as P, Fe and Zn showed a decreasing tendency from the youngest to the oldest island, while Mn increased with island age. Mehlich (III)-extractable Cu and Na reached their highest levels on the most intensively farmed, intermediate-aged island Santa Cruz, likely related to anthropogenic inputs and irrigation with brackish water, respectively. Changes along the altitudinal climate gradient within the studied islands were most significant for soil pH, base saturation, and Mehlich (III)-extractable Ca and Mn. Our results highlight the importance of site-specific agricultural management to account for the strong heterogeneity in soil parameters among and within the Galápagos archipelago. The data provided herein shall serve as a baseline for targeted future management strategies to avoid soil degradation, restore and maintain soil functioning and, hence, sustain the soils’ provision of ecosystem services in this unique archipelago.

El presente estudio está propuesto de acuerdo a los lineamientos del Modelo Educativo Socio Comunitario Productivo (MESCP) que responde a una visión de país inscrito en el Plan de Desarrollo Económico y Social (PDES) 2016-2020, en el cual se espera se formen comunidades productivas a partir de proyectos productivos y tecnologías propias. En este sentido, se analizó de qué manera se está implementando el MESCP en el municipio de Colquencha como línea base para el desarrollo de Proyectos Socio Productivos (PSP). Entonces, se describen y caracterizan las competencias productivas desarrolladas en los estudiantes, las maneras de implementación del MESCP por parte de los maestros y la participación de Autoridades y Asociaciones Productivas en el desarrollo de la Gestión Educativa. Los resultados, muestran que existen deficiencias en las competencias productivas desarrolladas en los estudiantes, en las estrategias y recursos de implementación por parte de los maestros y en la participación social comunitaria en la gestión educativa, al no existir una lectura adecuada de las necesidades, problemáticas y potencialidades de cada Cantón.

This prospective uncontrolled study evaluated the effect of low-dose adjunctive perampanel therapy (4 mg/day for 3 months) on the sleep-wake cycle and daytime somnolence in adult patients (n = 10) with focal seizures. A >50% reduction in the number of seizures was reported in 80% of the study patients; treatment had no significant effect on any sleep parameters as evident by the Maintenance of Wakefulness Test, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and Epworth Sleepiness Scale scores. Two patients reported dizziness with treatment. In conclusion, low-dose perampanel may improve seizure control without affecting the sleep characteristics or daytime somnolence in patients with epilepsy.

Proper treatment of hypoxic myoclonic status is not clearly determined. Induced hypothermia is improving prognosis and a more aggressive treatment might be beneficial in some patients. Among the new options of antiepileptic drugs, perampanel (PER) is a drug with a novel mechanism, and it might be a promising drug for myoclonic status or as an antimyoclonic drug. We describe the use of PER in one patient with hypoxic super-refractory myoclonic status. Description: A 51-year-old patient presented after an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest due to an acute myocardial infarction. The patient was diagnosed with clinical and electrical (EEG) myoclonic status at the rewarming phase. Several treatments were used, starting with clonazepam, valproate, sedation (midazolam, propofol), and subsequently barbiturate-induced coma with persistent myoclonic status. Finally, we decided to try PER (dose: 6–8 mg) through a nasogastric tube, resulting in a marked improvement of EEG activity and myoclonus decrease. The patient had a progressive clinical improvement, with a CPC (Cerebral Performance Category) scale score of 1. Conclusion: This case shows the potential utility of PER as a therapeutic option in super-refractory hypoxic status and even its potential use before other aggressive alternatives considering their greater morbidity.

El trabajo desarrolla algunos de los aspectos contenidos en la tesis de doctorado del autor (Salas, 2015). Plantea un análisis de la evolución del territorio donde se halla ubicado el barrio del Bon Pastor (Barcelona), haciendo hincapié en el entorno construido. Para ello, el relato histórico se complementa con documentación gráfica una parte de la misma procedente de los distintos talleres de participación que el autor ha desarrollado y sigue desarrollando en este barrio con la colaboración de la Asociación de Vecinos y el Ayuntamiento de Barcelona (Distrito de Sant Andreu) con el objetivo de desarrollar intervenciones en el espacio público del barrio vinculadas con la preservación de la memoria cívica del Bon Pastor y en el contexto de avance en los procesos de gobernanza urbana basados en la participación creativa de los vecinos. Al tiempo que se organizaban los primeros procesos participativos, comenzamos a documentar la historia de Buen Pastor. También a hacer rutas por el barrio para ver sus características urbanas actuales y recopilar información sobre los planes urbanísticos vigentes. Los siguientes párrafos son una síntesis del relato literario de la historia de Bon Pastor y sus principales características urbanas. Como sucedió con Baró de Viver, es un relato que se tendrá que ir completando a medida que se desarrollen los diferentes procesos participativos con los relatos de las vivencias de la población, así como la diferente documentación que nos puedan aportar.

We present a case of citizen participation to design some public spaces in Baró de Viver, a neighbourhood of the city of Barcelona. Our aim is to reflect on the ways to understand citizen participation in political and academic agenda, the role of different actors (citizens, professionals, politicians...) and strategies and methods used in participatory urban planning. The experience showed in this paper is located in a scale of urban design very close and well known to the people. We begin with a brief historical overview of the neighborhood where the project arose. Then we give an account of the stages of the participatory process, showing the main milestones, features and methods. Finally we propose some ideas to rethink the conceptual and methodological aspects of the intervention and urban research in environmental psychology and people-environment studies.En este artículo presentamos una experiencia de participación ciudadana para diseñar varios espacios públicos del barrio de Baró de Viver, en Barcelona. El objetivo es reflexionar en torno a la manera de entender la participación ciudadana en las agendas política y académica, el papel de los diferentes actores (ciudadanos, técnicos, políticos…) y las estrategias y métodos utilizados en las decisiones sobre el espacio de la ciudad. La experiencia se sitúa en la escala de diseño urbano que, por su cotidianeidad, suele provocar más implicación entre la ciudadanía. Empezamos con una breve descripción histórica y social del barrio donde surge el proyecto, para luego dar cuenta de las etapas del proceso participativo, describiendo sus principales hitos, características y métodos desarrollados. Concluimos con algunos elementos de reflexión en torno a los objetivos planteados, con el fin de repensar los fundamentos conceptuales y metodológicos de la intervención y la investigación urbanas en la psicología ambiental y disciplinas afines.

En el ámbito de la planeación y diseño de ciudades, el concepto de interdisciplina se torna cada vez más importante, no sólo por la necesidad de dar soluciones transversales a cuestiones específicas en los proyectos urbanos, sino también porque se ha entendido que el hacer ciudad no es terreno de una sola disciplina. La interdisciplina es intrínseca a los estudios urbanos. No obstante, la experiencia nos indica que este tipo de interacción entre disciplinas, en los procesos de formación y enseñanza en torno al proyecto de diseño urbano, aún no se produce de manera generalizada, aunque cada vez es más notable que profesionales y académicos se involucren, no sólo en procesos interdisciplinares de planeación y diseño de la ciudad, sino también en procesos de enseñanza/aprendizaje interdisciplinares. En este artículo abordamos los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje en el ámbito del proyecto urbano, asumiendo éstos como punto de partida en la formación de profesionales que se plantean intervenir en la ciudad. Todo desde una lexis conceptual propia del proyecto de diseño, que se traduce en la praxis misma del proyecto de diseño urbano. Partimos de la revisión y sistematización de los resultados de la investigación “Interdisciplina- ACÇÃO” (Remesar & Brandão, 2009), a la que sumamos una nueva recopilación de datos, obtenida de entrevistas realizadas a un nuevo grupo profesionales en formación en el ámbito del diseño urbano, donde se pretende por un lado, generar conclusiones acerca del lenguaje argumental utilizado en la elaboración del proyecto urbano como ejercicio interdisciplinar, y por el otro, ampliar la discusión sobre los procesos de enseñanza/aprendizaje del proyecto de diseño urbano con orientación interdisciplinar.

To involve citizens in developing the processes of city making is an objecti ve that occupies part of the agenda of political parties in the context of the necessary renewal in representative democracy. This paper aims to provide some answers to the following questions: • Is it possible to overcome the participatory processes based exclusively on the consultation? • Is it possible to “train” residents to take an active role in decision-making? • How can we manage, proactively, the relationship between public actors, technicians and politicians, in a participatory process? We analyse the process development for creating the Wall of Remembrance in the Barcelona neighbourhood of Baró de Viver, a work of public art, created and produced by its neighbours, in the context of a long participatory process focused on changing the image of the neighbourhood and the improvement of public space. This result and this process have been possible in a given context of cooperation among neighbours, local government and the research team (CR-Polis, Art, City, Society at the University of Barcelona). The development of a creative process of citizen participation between 2004 and 2011 made possible the direct management of decision making by the residents on the field of the design of public space in the neighbourhood. However, the material results of the process does not overshadow the great achievement of the project: the inclusion of a neighbourhood in taking informed decisions because of their empowerment in public space design and management of their remembrances.

En este artículo presentamos una experiencia de participación ciudadana para diseñar varios espacios públicos del barrio de Baró de Viver, en Barcelona. El objetivo es reflexionar en torno a la manera de entender la participación ciudadana en las agendas política y académica, el papel de los diferentes actores (ciudadanos, técnicos, políticos…) y las estrategias y métodos utilizados en las decisiones sobre el espacio de la ciudad. La experiencia se sitúa en la escala de diseño urbano que, por su cotidianeidad, suele provocar más implicación entre la ciudadanía. Empezamos con una breve descripción histórica y social del barrio donde surge el proyecto, para luego dar cuenta de las etapas del proceso participativo, describiendo sus principales hitos, características y métodos desarrollados. Concluimos con algunos elementos de reflexión en torno a los objetivos planteados, con el fin de repensar los fundamentos conceptuales y metodológicos de la intervención y la investigación urbanas en la psicología ambiental y disciplinas afines.

En el último año, en la reunión del Public Art Observatory en Lisboa (septiembre 2002) y en el marco del congreso User (marzo 2003), presentamos uno de nuestros proyectos iniciado en el 2001 y centrado en la búsqueda de metodologías de participación ciudadana para el desarrollo de propuestas de arte público o diseño de espacio público: las denominadas CPBoxes (cajas de acotaciones y tendencias). Ahora, después de la realización de distintas dinámicas de participación ciudadana, tanto en el barrio de La Mina como en el de Poblenou, ambas zonas urbanas de Barcelona caracterizadas por los profundos cambios urbanos y sociales a los que se hayan sometidas, hemos percibido que la metodología propuesta ha resultado ser, no sólo herramienta perfecta para averiguar la percepción y significado que los ciudadanos otorgan a su espacio, sino excelente instrumento de dinamización cultural y educativa para realizar con grupos escolares de educación secundaria con el objetivo de descubrir y conocer conceptos relacionados con la ciudad y el espacio urbano.
