This study aimed to determine the prognostic value and microenvironmental crosstalk of exosome-related signatures in human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 positive breast cancer (HER2+ BC). Transcriptome sequencing and clinicopathological data were downloaded from the Cancer Genome Atlas. The 10X single cell sequencing dataset was downloaded from the National Center for Biotechnology Information Gene Expression Omnibus. Exosomes-Related Genes were extracted from the ExoCarta and Gene Set Enrichment Analysis databases. FGF9, SF3B4, and EPCAM were found and deemed the most accurate predictive signatures. Patients with HER2+ BC were subtyped into three groupings by exosome prognostic gene (EPGs). The expression of SF3B4 was positively linked with the infiltration of macrophages, neutrophils, and CD4+ T cells. The expression characteristics of EPGs were associated with the biological process of “response to xenobiotic stimuli.” Interactions were relatively high between malignant epithelial cells and fibroblasts, endothelial cells, monocytes, and macrophages. Malignant epithelial cells interact more with fibroblasts and endothelial cells. The migration inhibitory factor pathway was the primary outgoing signaling pattern, while the C-C motif chemokine ligand pathway was the primary incoming signaling pattern for communication between malignant epithelial cells and macrophages. This study described the role of exosome signatures in the prognosis and microenvironment of HER2+ BC and provided a basis for future research.

In order to reveal the microstructure transformation mechanism of the process of depositing dissimilar material on the surface of mold steel containing Cr, the 316L stainless steel was deposited on two kinds of mold steel. The microstructure and hardness were characterized by SEM, EPMA, XRD etc, moreover, the mechanism of microstructure transformation in the interface and deposition zone was analyzed by the combination of melting-solidification dynamic process and Schaeffler diagram. The results show that the microstructure near the deposition interface shows obviously different characters due to the difference of matrix element composition and phase distribution. The thickness of transition zone of high Cr ledeburite steel is 200 μm, the transition zone is obviously different from other areas of the deposition layer in terms of its morphology and phase; the carbides in the transition zone undergo complex changes, such as local aggregation and growth at first, and then uniform distribution among dendrites. However, the thickness of microstructure transition zone of the deposition layer in P20 steel is less than 20 μm, the microstructure grows in the form of dendrite and is connected with the non transition zone of the deposition layer, meanwhile, dispersed granular carbides are found in the dendrites. Under the action of the dynamic changes of C, Cr, Ni and other elements in the molten pool, the composition phase of the non transition zone in the two kinds of steel deposition layers is also obviously different;the matrix phases of deposition layers in high Cr ledeburite steel and P20 steel are austenite phase and martensite phase respectively, as a result, the range of hardness variation is 295-325HV0.2 and 500-575HV0.2,respectively.

Objective To investigate the advantage and disadvantage between annular bone block embedded in maxillary sinus lift and conventional maxillary sinus lift.Methods =One hundred and twenty sinuses from 80 patients of serious insufficient of bone quantity (0-4 mm height of residual bone in the posterior maxilla) were divided into two groups randomly. Each group contained 60 sinuses. By preparing annular bone block at the alveolar ridge crest, 60 sinuses augmentation were carried out by repetitive knocking annular bone block under light force in the group of route from the crest of alveolar bone and 60 mucosa of maxillary sinuses were lifted up by routine fenestration operation on the maxillary lateral wall in the conventional sinus lifting group. Implants were implanted after six months. The perpetual prosthesis was made in 6 months. Misery index of patients, lifting height of sinus floor, the perforating rate of sinus mucosa and the success rate of implantation were compared between two methods. Lifting height of sinus floor was examined through x-ray imaging.Results No nostril hemorrhage was found in the group of route from crest sinus lifting whereas two patients occurred nostril hemorrhage in the conventional group; the mean operation time of route group from the crest of alveolar bone and the route group form the lateral wall was (42.82 ± 3.46) min, (88.38 ± 4.37) min, the difference was statistically significant (t = 35.237, P = 0.001) ; misery index of route group from the crest of alveolar bone and the route group form the lateral wall was (4.20 ± 0.68), (6.34 ± 0.45), the difference was statistically significant (t = 3.056, P = 0.003) ; lifting height of sinus floor of route group from the crest of alveolar and the route group form the lateral wall was (12.44 ± 2.48) mm, (12.28 ± 2.87) mm , and there was no statistical significance (t = 0.908, P = 0.390).Conclusion The route from the crest of alveolar bone could obviously reduce operative wound and postoperative complications, shorten operative time, lessen the trauma of operation, the difference was statistically significant between two methods. Two groups had no significant difference on lifting height of sinus floor, the perforating rate of sinus mucosa and the success rate of implantation.

Focusing on the battery-charging problem that is brought to the electric automobile users, this paper integrated the “automobile-network-path” multi-source information and presented the multi-level user experience index system which combined charging prices, driving distances, degrees of traffic congestion and other factors. The recommended algorithm and model for charging strategy was built up to improve the user experience. Meanwhile, it invoked map Application Programming Interface (API) to plan multiple paths. Consolidated by the status of charging piles, the distance between the automobile and the piles, the charging prices along with more real-time information, the multi-level user oriented experience index system was set up to recommend an optimal navigation route to the charging station for the automobile owners. Validated by the application results, the proposed algorithm that helped navigate to the charging stations or piles can effectively solve the practical problems1 such as difficulty in orienting the charging piles, waiting in lines, and high charging fees.

Travel anxiety of automobile owners has been aggravated because of the difficulty in accurately controlling the operation energy consumption and imperfection in charging infrastructure construction and other problems. Relying on the massive historical operation data of automobiles, it acquired the powerconsumption increasing coefficient of speed and temperature by means of clustering and control variable methods. Furthermore, the map Application Programming Interface (API) was invoked to obtain the path planning results thus realizing prediction on power consumption. The historical charging data of current automobile was used to build the mapping relations of the state of charge (SOC) and the state of energy (SOE). Combining with the prediction value of energy consumption it calculated the needed charge capacity and judge whether to issue the charging demand alert. Indicated by the application results, the proposed algorithm of energy-consumption forecast is more accurate than traditional average energy-consumption forecast algorithm. Accordingly, the charging demand alert function can effectively relive the travel anxiety of automobile owners.

Based on distributing uniformly virtual network topology links and associated wavelengths to the surface of rotating sphere,a new wavelength rotation graph model of wavelength switching optical network（WSON） was constructed,and a creative method to solve the routing and wavelength assignment（RWA） problems was proposed.The simulation results show that if the wavelength number of each link is set separately to 4 and 8,the average blocking probability of the RWA based on the rotation graph model reduces by 5.03% and 9.71%,and the average resource utilization increases by 3.3% and 1.54% respectively,as compared with the existing model.This method would be useful for solving the problem of optical network RWA which has wavelength conversion capabilities.

A survivability strategy based on CRDD（conditional risk disjunction degree） in multi-domain optical networks was provided in order to overcome the defect of the scalability constrained and provide differentiated service. The con- cept of CRDD was provided in this strategy, then the intra-domain virtual links reflection was achieved and the end-to-end work route and backup route to differentiate service reliability were computed with CRDD. The results show that the supported survivability strategy not only can differentiate the service reliability, reduce the blocking probability of service, but also can improve reliability for service requirement by 6.5% on average.

Abstract A structural model of carbon nanocoils (CNCs) on the basis of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) was proposed. The Young’s moduli and spring constants of CNCs were computed and compared with those of CNTs. Upon elongation and compression, CNCs exhibit superelastic properties that are manifested by the nearly invariant average bond lengths and the large maximum elastic strain limit. Analysis of bond angle distributions shows that the three-dimensional spiral structures of CNCs mainly account for their unique superelasticity.

Abstract Synovial sarcoma is a malignant mesenchymal neoplasm that is frequently misdiagnosed as a benign condition because of its small size, slow growth, and well-delineated appearance. Rapid spread and early death occur rarely. Here we report a case of synovial sarcoma of the buttocks presenting with a non-healing wound and rapid progression after local resection in a 23-year-old woman. She initially found a slightly painful subcutaneous mass in the left buttock and underwent local excision. Postoperatively, she developed a non-healing wound that did not respond to conventional antibiotic therapy and local wound care, and pitting edema of the lower extremities. A magnetic resonance imaging scan revealed a large heterogeneous, irregular mass in the buttocks with regional lymph node involvement. Histological and immunohistochemical analyses suggested the diagnosis of a poorly differentiated synovial sarcoma. Her condition deteriorated dramatically shortly thereafter; she developed systemic edema and died of respiratory failure. This case suggests that synovial sarcoma may be fatal within months of recognition if improperly managed and stresses the importance of adequate pre-surgical evaluation and postoperative pathological analysis in the management of a subcutaneous mass.
