Globally, 13% of the population has difficulty conceiving. In Russia, the proportion of infertile marriages ranges from 8 to 17.5%, with half of all forms of female infertility being the uterine form. The main etiological factors for impaired endometrial receptivity are infectious diseases leading to the development of chronic endometritis (most often found in tuboperitoneal infertility), dishormonal background associated with the development of hyperplastic processes in endocrine infertility, uterine fibroids, chronic endometritis and endometriosis. The frequency of detection of uterine cavity diseases in patients with repeated unsuccessful IVF programs ranges from 18 to 50%. The review examines the etiological factors and other causes of endometrial pathology leading to the development of chronic endometritis, possible mechanisms for the development of impaired growth and receptivity of the endometrium, and, as a consequence, the impossibility of pregnancy. Therapeutic strategies for restoring endometrial thickness and receptivity using pharmacological and non-pharmacological methods are described. Based on the analysis of literature data, it is shown that the use of physiotherapeutic factors in treatment programs that have pronounced anti-inflammatory, immuno- and hormone-modulating, reparative-regenerative, metabolic, vasocorrective and defibrosing effects allows for a relatively short period of time to improve endometrial receptivity, normalize hormonal levels and restore fertility in women of reproductive age, which ensures the possibility of successful embryo implantation, fetal development and childbirth.

Secondary focal lesions of the musculoskeletal system that occur with residual brucellosis are characterized by a variety of localizations and simultaneous damage to several groups of joints, a deterioration in the quality of life and a high percentage of disability in people of working age. At present, there are many different schemes for the treatment and rehabilitation of developed residual brucellosis, in which, in addition to the "basic" course, including systemic anti-inflammatory therapy, much attention is paid to physiotherapeutic procedures, but the choice of the most effective treatment tactics remains an unresolved problem., Purpose of the Study: To determine the effectiveness of the use of options for non-drug methods of treatment in the complex rehabilitation of patients with residual brucellosis with lesions of musculoskeletal system., Material and Methods: Study included 140 patients treated for osteoarthritis of brucellosis etiology, who were divided into three groups matched by age, gender, average duration and stage of the disease, place of residence. Patients of all groups received standard medical treatment and different sets of physiotherapeutic procedures: in the 1st group (45 patients) - electrophoresis of novocaine on the knee joints, therapeutic massage of the cervical-collar zone; in the 2nd group (45 patients) - magnetotherapy on the area of the knee joints, sinusoidal modulated currents (SMC) on the shoulder joints, decimeter wave therapy of the lumbosacral zone (DMW-therapy); in the 3rd group (50 patients) - magnetic laser therapy on the shoulder, elbow, knee joints, therapeutic massage of the lumbosacral zone. Complaints, clinical symptoms, goniometry results, and blood parameters were assessed: ESR, C-reactive protein, fibrinogen, before the start of treatment, immediately after the course of rehabilitation, and after 6 and 12 months. At the same time, testing was carried out according to the SF-36 Health Status Survey questionnaire to monitor the quality of life., Results: The applied scheme of drug treatment in combination with magnetic laser therapy and therapeutic massage in the 3rd group made it possible to achieve a significant reduction in arthralgic syndrome, a statistically significant increase in the range of motion in the joints, positive dynamics of laboratory data and an improvement in the psychological state and quality of life of patients compared to other observation groups., Conclusion: The results of the study indicate the high efficiency of magnetic laser therapy in the complex treatment of patients with residual brucellosis with lesions of the musculoskeletal system.

Allergic rhinoconjunctivitis (hay fever) is the most common chronic disease in all industrialized nations. Therapy consists essentially in the use of anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory drugs, which mostly show a good and quick effect. With allergen-specific immunotherapy, there is also a causal possibility of tolerance induction. There is currently a considerable undersupply, as those affected trivialize the symptoms and often have concerns about long-term drug therapy. There is also great interest in using non-medicinal measures to prevent and/or relieve allergic symptoms on the assumption that these are free from side effects. In this publication, we present non-drug methods for which clinical studies are available in the literature. The methods have varying degrees of effectiveness. An evidence-based comparative assessment between the methods is not possible. There are also hardly any studies in comparison to standard drug therapy. A large number of the interventions consist of allergen reduction, e.g., with air filters, or cleaning of the mucous membranes with nasal irrigation, etc., none of which should be seen as a substitute but as a supplement to drug therapy., (© Dustri-Verlag Dr. K. Medical rehabilitation of children suffering from bronchial asthma is based on the complex use of natural therapeutic factors, drug, non-drug therapy and other methods in order to achieve control over the disease and long-term remission. The use of non-drug technologies is necessary taking into account the pathogenesis of the bronchial asthma development and is aimed at relieving bronchospasm, reducing the activity of allergic inflammation in the bronchi, improving their drainage function, strengthening the respiratory muscles and increasing exercise tolerance. When carrying out rehabilitation measures it is important to observe the basic principles of medical rehabilitation. An individual medical rehabilitation program is drawn up taking into account the assessment of the child's clinical condition at each stage with the diagnosis of the initial rehabilitation status, the establishment of a rehabilitation diagnosis and an assessment of the rehabilitation potential. The article presents the data of the analysis of scientific publications and our own research allowing to draw up an algorithm for the formation of an individual program of medical rehabilitation for children with bronchial asthma.
