In 2017, a change (serendipity) in the philosophy of occurrence investigations took place at NS (Dutch Railways). It seems the investigations conducted and published before and after 2017 are different, both in the way the investigations are executed and in their effects on the organisation. This research has been carried out to find out if, in what way, and to what degree the two specific types of investigations are different with a special interest in the effects of the investigations on the organisation. This research comprises two parts. In part 1 a comparative analysis is conducted on investigation reports — scrutinizing five reports pre-2017 and four reports post-2017. The analytical framework is derived from Hollnagel's categorization regarding incident investigation models, which delineates three models: sequential, epidemiological, and systemic. The findings show that there are distinctions in both the nature and effects of the investigation reports. Investigations conducted pre-2017 exhibit characteristics of the sequential model due to a focus on what went wrong, (broken) components and measures that mostly aim at the sharp end operator (train drivers, conductors, train dispatcher) such as training and discussing specific findings of the investigations with those involved only. Investigations conducted post-2017 exhibit characteristics of the systemic model due to a focus on the central question ‘why did it make sense to do what one did’ (local rationality) implying a focus on work as done and understanding the functional characteristics on the level of the system as a whole, and measures that mostly aim at the system although measures that aim at individuals are still noticeable. In Part 2 insights into the context and experiences of the effects of the investigations of nine individuals engaged in the investigation process are gathered through interviews. The aim of the study is identifying the peculiarities of using databases in the crime scene analysis and the prospects for improving law enforcement activities with a view to crime trends. The research employed logical, comparative methods, forecasting. It was revealed that the mechanism of database creation and use is aimed at the fulfilment of the tasks of working with traces at the crime scene. Correspondence of databases to the needs of law enforcement activities is assessed through criteria grouped into resource, organizational and regulatory clusters. Prospective databases should take crime trends into account. The latest methods of working with traces are the final stage of the adaptation of research in the field of criminal justice. Objective: to determine the results of the implementation of the initiative Hearts in Gibara, 2023. Materials and Methods: it was carried out through a study in the municipality of Gibara of Holguín ́s province, in the period of January to May of the 2023. The results of the establishments of health were compared that have begun the implementation of the initiative HEARTS, regarding the variables of covering of attention and control of the hypertension, in the first trimester of the 2023. Results: the prevalence of the HTA in Gibara was 35.03 % and in Velasco 30.45 % and in the municipality 32.23 %. In the area of health Velasco was high the acting index in 15 basic teams of health for 29.41 % and in Gibara in progress in 45.45 %. The Index of maturity of processes of Hearts in the two areas of health is incipient, in the municipality it is to 41.67 %. Conclusions: difficulties exist as much in the acting as in the professional competition in the execution of the program of arterial hypertension in the areas of health, affecting the quality in their execution for the control of the hypertension., Objetivo: determinar los resultados de la implementación de la iniciativa Hearts en Gibara, 2023. Materiales y Métodos: se realizó un estudio transversal en el municipio de Gibara de la provincia de Holguín, en el período de enero a mayo del 2023. Se compararon los resultados de las áreas de salud que han iniciado la implementación de la iniciativa Hearts, respecto a las variables de cobertura de atención y control de la hipertensión, en el primer trimestre del 2023. Resultados: la prevalencia de la hipertensión arterial en Gibara se encontró al 35,03 % y en Velasco el 30,45 % y en el municipio 32,23 %. En el área de salud Velasco se encontró alto el Índice de desempeño en 15 equipos básicos de salud para un 29,41 % y en Gibara en progreso en 45,45 %. El índice de madurez de procesos de Hearts en las dos áreas de salud se encuentra incipiente, en el municipio está al 41,67 % Conclusiones: existen dificultades tanto en el desempeño como en la competencia profesional para la ejecución del programa de hipertensión arterial en las áreas de salud, disminuyendo la calidad en su cumplimiento para el control de la hipertensión.

Minimal research has been conducted regarding the connection between white collar crime, cybercrime and the effectiveness of digital forensic tools that can assist in combating this new type of crime. The aim of this study is to understand and examine the role that digital forensic tools play during the investigation of white-collar cybercrimes and to evaluate how effective these tools are when implemented in white-collar cybercrime investigations. By conducting in-depth interviews and using a Rational choice theory driven thematic analysis, the findings of this research have revealed how important adaptability of digital forensic tools is to the emerging cybercrime techniques, together with their integration of existing systems, and the adherence to legal and ethical standards. The findings also noted the challenges that are faced by digital investigators when implementing these digital forensic tools in white-collar crimes investigations and the importance of using updated digital forensic tools and skill developed cybersecurity experts to enhance the outcome of investigations. This study concludes by discussing that it is important for digital forensic tools to be continuously updated and skillfully utilized in the investigation of white-collar cybercrimes and that the significant challenges must be addressed for accurate and more reliable investigative outcomes. Various evaluation methodologies should also be developed as different variations of methodological approaches can improve the standards of research and thus provide frameworks that are more reliable for digital forensic studies and white-collar cybercrime investigations.

RSS Security and Investigations Agency was granted a license to operate by the Chief of the Philippine National Police's Security Agency and Guard Supervision Division (SAGSD) in 2002. The agency values vigilance and ensures its guards are trained with solid core values. However, like any other company, the agency's human resource department has room for improvement. This study aims to provide suggestions to enhance the office procedures of the Human Resource Department of RSS Agency.   The researchers observed a lack of staffing in the Human Resource Department, which causes delays in the hiring process and overcrowding at the site. Inefficient email usage was also noted. Based on the gathered information, the researchers identified record filing, hiring process, vacation/leave processing, disciplinary actions, and resignations as office procedures of the Human Resources Department.   A qualitative method was used in this study, with open-ended survey and interview questions as materials. The survey was conducted among the Human Resource Department and Security Guards of the RSS Agency. Respondents approved of proposed procedures for record-keeping, hiring, resignation, and disciplinary action. Sending leave applications through email was also agreed upon.   The researchers recommend hiring enough employees to accommodate walk-in applicants, implementing an efficient use of email, creating an online database for files, adding procedure descriptions for exit interviews, conducting background checks for applicants, inviting applicants, and sending requests through email to maximize its potential.   In conclusion, the researchers suggest enhancements to improve the office procedures of the Human Resource Department of RSS Agency to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency. &nbsp

Due to the epistemic and methodological nature of this text, it is not our objective to discuss whether law is science or not, but rather to give arguments in what sense or under what considerations it can be. From our perspective, it is not so relevant to establish the scientific status of the law, but rather to determine the requirements or methodological guarantees that must support the conclusions reached by the jurist. From this perspective, the fundamental thing to achieve this purpose is a matter of methods. As Bunge states, the substantial difference between science and vulgar knowledge is the method or methods that the former uses with greater rigor than the latter; that is, methods of investigation and, above all, of justification or verification. On the other hand, Haba expresses that scientific activity is defined as such, by the respective control methods used in the disciplines in question; In this sense, to the extent that law claims to be science, it has to worry about establishing its methods. In both senses, Bunge and Haba allow us to position law as a science that is based on its methods at all times., Por la naturaleza epistémica y metodológica del presente texto, no es nuestro objetivo discutir si el derecho es ciencia o no, sino dar argumentos en qué sentido o bajo qué consideraciones puede serlo. Desde nuestra perspectiva, no es tan relevante establecer el estatus científico del derecho, sino más bien, determinar los requisitos o garantías metodológicas que deben respaldar las conclusiones a las que arriba el jurista. Desde esta perspectiva, lo fundamental para alcanzar este propósito es cuestión de métodos. Tal como lo afirma Bunge, la diferencia substancial entre ciencia y conocimiento vulgar es el método o los métodos que la primera utiliza con mayor rigurosidad que el segundo; es decir, métodos de investigación y sobre todo de justificación o comprobación. Por otra parte, Haba expresa que la actividad científica se define como tal, por los respectivos métodos de control empleados en las disciplinas de que se trate; en este sentido, en la medida en que el derecho pretende ser ciencia tiene que preocuparse por establecer sus métodos. En ambos sentidos, Bunge y Haba nos permiten posicionar al derecho como una ciencia que se sustenta en sus métodos en todo momento.

Among the challenges facing the school is the training of individuals capable of facing complex future societies. Hence, research-based teaching is put into practice, in order to problematize the contents of the curriculum and lead students to develop capacities and skills in their quest to solve them. This article aims to understand the development of research-based teaching through transversal curricula to strengthen problem solving and critical thinking in public educational institutions in Medellín-Colombia. The methodology is based on qualitative study with multiple case study method, through: theoretical review and institutional documents, semi-structured interviews, questionnaires, focus groups, class observation and institutional samples. The results reveal that institutions are working on the design of strategies to promote a research culture and develop scientific competencies in students. Among the most relevant strategies is the creation of school research centers, which promote learning by discovery, exposition, explanation and contrast of models, based on problems and by projects. For this purpose, more teachers prepared in research processes are required to give continuity to them, Entre los desafíos que enfrenta la escuela se encuentra la formación de individuos capaces de hacer frente a complejas sociedades futuras. Este artículo pretende comprender el desarrollo de la enseñanza basada en investigación a través de currículos transversales para el fortalecimiento de la resolución de problemas y el pensamiento crítico en instituciones educativas públicas de Medellín-Colombia. La metodología se basa en el estudio cualitativo con método de estudio de casos múltiples, mediante: Revisión teórica y de documentos institucionales, entrevistas semiestructuradas, cuestionarios, grupos focales, observación de clases y muestras institucionales. Los resultados revelan que las instituciones trabajan en el diseño de estrategias para fomentar cultura investigativa y desarrollar en los estudiantes competencias científicas. Entre las estrategias más relevantes se encuentra la creación de centros de investigación escolar, que promueven el aprendizaje por descubrimiento, exposición, explicación y contraste de modelos, basado en problemas y por proyectos. En este propósito, se requiere de más docentes preparados en procesos de investigación para dar continuidad a los mismos.

The legal problem that will guide this investigation is based on the repercussion that it will have within the Ecuadorian justice system, with the application of Convention 169 of the International Labor Organization (ILO), in relation to compliance with sanctions other than imprisonment for people belonging to indigenous communities, peoples and nationalities in Ecuador in legal proceedings. The methodology will be guided with the purpose of basing it on current regulations, whether national or international. It is known that Convention 169 clearly provides that preference should be given to types of sanctions other than imprisonment, from which follows the obligation of the operators of the justice system of the ordinary jurisdiction, who hear criminal proceedings and those who are followed against people belonging to indigenous communities, peoples and nationalities in Ecuador, penalties other than imprisonment must be applied, despite what is already established in the Comprehensive Organic Penal Code. That is why, within this investigation, the feasibility of the application of this international agreement in the different judicial processes will be verified., El problema jurídico que guiará esta investigación se fundamenta en la repercusión que tendrá dentro de la justicia del Ecuador, con la aplicación del convenio 169 de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo (OIT), en relación con el cumplimiento de sanciones distintas al encarcelamiento para personas pertenecientes a las comunidades, pueblos y nacionalidades indígenas en el Ecuador en los procesos judiciales. La metodología estará guiada con la finalidad de fundamentar mediante la normativa vigente ya sea esta nacional como internacional. Se conoce que el convenio 169 dispone claramente que se deberá dar la preferencia a tipos de sanción distintos del encarcelamiento, de la cual se desprende la obligación que tienen los operadores del sistema de justicia de la jurisdicción ordinaria, que conozcan procesos penales y los que sean seguidos en contra de las personas pertenecientes a las comunidades, pueblos y nacionalidades indígenas en el Ecuador, se deberá aplicar penas distintas al encarcelamiento, a pesar de lo que ya establece el Código Orgánico Integral Penal. Es por ello, que dentro de esta investigación se verificara la factibilidad de la aplicación de este convenio internacional en los diferentes procesos judiciales.

Introduction : Following the confirmation of two (2) cases in the health district of Bougouni on 03/12/2019. We conducted an investigation whose objective was to describe the cases of yellow fever in the Manankoro health area in time, place and people and to put in place control and prevention measures against the epidemic. Methodology : We conducted a cross- sectional descriptive study in December 2019, a case of yellow fever was any person who stayed in Manankoro or surrounding village between October 20 to December 05, 2019 and who presented during this period the following signs : Fever or notion of fever in the previous days and jaundice in the 2 weeks following the onset of the signs . We conducted a search for other unreported cases based on data collected using a questionnaire. The data was analyzed in time, place and person. Results : Case confirmed by the laboratory , this is a 25-year-old adult , farmer , male gender , residence Kémingouara / Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, came on November 06, 2019 for consultation at the Lafia cabinet in Manankoro in a table of coma and referred to the CSRéf of Bougouni for better care where Hey died 11 hours after his blood sample on 08/11/2019. Conclusion : The investigation made it possible to identify 12 additional cases among which 3 cases of death , the age group of 30 to 34 years was the most represented , that is to say 33%. The male sex was predominant with 10 boxes. Fever, jaundice and vomiting were the most frequent symptoms . The Aedes species responsible for yellow fever was not found during this investigation.

El sensacionalismo es una técnica muy común utilizada en los medios de comunicación, especialmente en la televisión. Se informa de los sucesos con detalles poco transcendentes y morbosos con el objetivo de captar la atención de un gran número de personas, consiguiendo así un mayor número de espectadores y, en consecuente, un mayor beneficio económico. Este sensacionalismo se ve reflejado en casos con gran interés mediático como lo son las desapariciones de niños o jóvenes. Los medios de comunicación son una herramienta fundamental en la difusión de información sobre personas desaparecidas. Sin embargo, no todos los formatos televisivos realizan un tratamiento informativo correcto a la hora de abordar los hechos, la desigualdad informativa es evidente. A esto se suma, el desconocimiento que tienen los periodistas sobre el protocolo ético y deontológico que regula las informaciones sobre desapariciones. El principal objetivo de este trabajo es analizar y comparar el tratamiento informativo que han llevado a cabo dos formatos televisivos: “El programa de Ana Rosa” y “los Informativos de mediodía de Telecinco”. Se pretende investigar si ambos espacios actuaron de forma correcta en las prácticas periodísticas. Para ello, se han seleccionado un número total de 18 programas, partiendo de los hechos más relevantes del caso, la desaparición de Esther, la detención del primer sospechoso y el día que se encuentra el cadáver. Con esta selección se pretende comprobar la importancia que ambos formatos otorgaron al caso en los momentos más significativos de la investigación., Sensationalism is a very common technique used in the media, especially on television. Events are reported with little transcendental details in order to capture the attention of a large number of people, thus achieving a greater number of viewers and, consequently, a greater economic benefit. This sensationalism is reflected in cases with great media interest such as the disappearances of children or young people. The media are a fundamental tool in disseminating information about missing persons. However, not all television formats treat the facts correctly, the inequality of information is evident. Added to this is the lack of knowledge that journalists have about the ethical and deontological protocol that regulates information on disappearances. The main objective of this work is to analyze and compare the informative treatment carried out by two television formats: “The Ana Rosa program” and “the Telecinco midday Newscasts”. It is intended to investigate whether both sources of information acted correctly in journalistic practices. For this, a total number of 12 programs broadcast in each medium have been selected, based on the most relevant facts of the case, the disappearance of Esther, the arrest of the first suspect and the day the body was found. This selection is intended to verify the importance that both formats gave to the case in the most significant moments of the investigation. Informationsnormen stellen einen zentralen Einflussfaktor auf die Suche und Vermeidung von Informationen dar. Eine kombinierte Betrachtung von such- und vermeidungsbezogenen Informationsnormen als verschiedene Einflüsse auf Informationshandeln ist bislang jedoch nicht erfolgt. Zudem wurde kaum erforscht, inwieweit unterschiedliche Normtypen (deskriptive und injunktive Norm) und Bezugsgruppen bei der Betrachtung von Normeffekten auf Informationshandeln notwendig sind. Im Rahmen einer Längsschnittbefragung (N = 493) mit vier Wellen werden dazu mittels konfirmatorischer Faktoranalysen drei Normkonzepte verglichen. Dann wird der Einfluss verschiedener Informationsnormen auf Informationssuche und -vermeidung zu COVID-19 anhand von hybriden Within-Between Modellen betrachtet. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass keines der geprüften Normkonzepte zur Differenzierung von COVID-19 Informationsnormen geeignet ist. Bei der Betrachtung der Normeffekte auf Single Item Ebene zeigt sich, dass Suchnormen die Suche und Vermeidungsnormen die Vermeidung von Informationen stärker beeinflussen. Das persönliche Umfeld ist als Bezugsgruppe einflussreicher als die Gesellschaft. Deskriptive und injunktive Normen sind (unabhängig von der Bezugsgruppe) ähnlich bedeutsam. Auf der Within-Ebene lassen sich vielfältige Effekte feststellen, wobei die Normeffekte auf der Between-Ebene stärker sind. Die Studie biete somit Ansatzpunkte für ein detailliertes Verständnis von Normeffekten auf Informationshandeln., Information norms are one of the central predictors of information seeking and avoidance. However, a combined investigation of seeking-related and avoidance-related information norms as different effects on information behavior has not yet taken place. Furthermore, little research has been conducted on the importance of different norm types (descriptive and injunctive norm) and reference groups when considering norm effects on information behavior. Based on a longitudinal survey (N = 493) with four waves, three norm concepts are tested via confirmatory factor analyses. Subsequently, the influence of different norm types and reference groups on COVID-19 information seeking and avoidance is investigated using hybrid within-between models. None of the tested norm concepts are proven to be suitable. Examining norm effects based on single items reveals that seeking norms exert a stronger influence on information seeking, whereas avoidance norms influence information avoidance more strongly. The reference group of the personal environment is more influential than societal norms, while descriptive and injunctive norms appear to be similarly meaningful (regardless of the reference group). Multiple effects can be identified at the within-level, although norm effects are stronger at the between-level. The study thus offers a starting point for a more nuanced understanding of information norm effects on informationbehavior.

When people use the Internet, they leave traces of their activities: blog posts, comments, articles, social media posts, etc. These traces represent behavior that psychologists can analyze. A method that makes downloading those sometimes very large datasets feasible is web scraping, which involves writing a program to automatically download specific parts of a website. The obtained data can be used to exploratorily generate new hypotheses, test existing ones, or extend existing research. The present Research Spotlight explains web scraping and discusses the possibilities, limitations as well as ethical and legal challenges associated with the approach.

Skara Energi AB ska utföra beredning för att ansluta en solcellspark till elnätet på uppdrag av en privat kund i Skara kommun. Enligt kundens önskemål ska två alternativ av solcellspark utredas: en mindre med 1,5 MW installerad effekt till mottagningsstationen södra (M2) och en större med 5 MW installerad effekt till mottagningsstationen norra (M1). Under examensarbetets gång har ett ental fältbesök utförts för att få en tydligare bild av förutsättningarna kring projektets område, samt för att kunna upptäcka problem och hinder som inte syns på kartorna. Med lämpliga val av väg för kabelförläggning kan hinder och problem undvikas i hög grad, dock kräver projektet styrd borrning på fyra platser där vägar korsas. Projektet omfattar 900 meter kabelförläggning vid den mindre solcellsparken och byggande av ett kopplingsskåp för att skarva kablarna. According to the customer's wishes, two options of solar parks should be investigated, a smaller one with 1.5 MW for the reception station south (M2) and a larger one with 5 MW for the receptionstation north (M1). During the course of the degree work, a number of field visits have been carried out to get a clearer picture of the conditions surrounding the project's area and to be able to discover problems and obstacles that cannot be seen on maps. By choosing a suitable route for cable laying, obstacles and problems can be avoided to a large extent. The project requires however controlled drilling at four locations where roads are crossed. The project includes 900 meters of cable laying for the smaller solar park and a junction box being built to splice the cables. For the larger solar park, the cable is laid at two locations, one stretches approximately 2 km from the M1 to an existing connection kiosk to the west. The second cable is laid from the solar park to an existing cable approximately 1 km to the north. A preliminary P2 calculation has been carried out which shows a cost for a smaller park of approximately 2.95 million SEK, and for a larger park of approximately 5.35 million SEK, but the cost will change in the future due to inflation. The cost was calculated by using EBR 2020.

Con lo anterior, la ASC se posiciona como herramienta indispensable para el fortalecimiento del país, especialmente de Medellín como Distrito de Ciencia Tecnología e Innovación, en ese sentido, la implementación de la política invita a la democratización y uso del conocimiento científico y tecnológico, como una oportunidad para su aprovechamiento en diferentes escenarios. An analysis is presented on the implementation of the Public Policy of Social Appropriation of Knowledge at the University of Antioquia and the EAFIT University; the actions that the universities are carrying out to achieve the objectives, the main learnings, challenges and difficulties in the process.

Antalet internetrelaterade sexualbrott mot barn ökar i Sverige. Polisens arbetsbelastning blir högre och deras insatser täcker inte behoven. Dumpen är en civil aktör som arbetar för att motverka sexualbrott mot barn genom att bland annat konfrontera och filma individer som tagit kontakt med barn i sexuellt syfte. Efter konfrontationen publiceras materialet på nätet och är tillgängligt för allmänheten. Studien syftar till att undersöka på vilket sätt Dumpens arbete påverkar polisens utrednings- och brottsförebyggande arbete inom detta ämne. Resultatet visar att Dumpen försvårar polisens utredningsarbete avseende digital bevisning samt att de bidrar till stigmatisering och främjar således inte det brottsförebyggande arbetet., The number of Internet related sexual crimes against children is increasing in Sweden. The Police workload is getting higher and their efforts do not cover their needs. Dumpen is a civil actor who works to prevent sexual crimes against children by, among other things, confronting and filming individuals who have made contact with children for sexual purposes. After the confrontation, the material is published online and is available to the public. This study aims to investigate how Dumpen's work affects the Police investigation and crime prevention. The results show that Dumpen complicates the Police investigative work regarding digital evidence and that it contributes to stigmatization and thus does not promote crime prevention work.

Denna litteraturstudie belyser och diskuterar undersökande undervisning med utgångspunkt i varför det används eller inte. Studien lyfter undersökande undervisning inom matematik och No. Här framkommer vilka faktorer som påverkar den undervisande lärarens val kring användandet av undersökande undervisning. Faktorer som påverkar användandet är främst lärarens attityd men även andra aspekter som tids- och materialbrist. Litteraturstudien diskuterar även undersökande undervisningens för- och nackdelar och väger dessa emot varandra. Här är synen på undersökande undervisning avgörande. Det är inte materialet i sig som utvecklar elevernas förståelse utan lärarens förmåga att använda materialet på ett fungerande sätt. Litteraturstudien grundar sig på vetenskapliga artiklar som vi hämtat ur två databaser. Artiklarna är utvalda för att besvara våra frågeställningar.

The same problems have also been described in international research from several other countries. Since then, several measures have been taken to remedy these problems, but it remains unknown whether these measures have been successful. The aim of the present study is therefore to trace developments over time, using Sweden as a case study, and to evaluate the extent to which the problems identified earlier have been remedied. The results show that the problems identified by the Swedish National Council for Crime Prevention still remain despite a continuous process of reform. Theoretical links and parallels to international research are discussed throughout the article.

Current glaucoma treatments aim to lower intraocular pressure, often with topical ocular hypotensive medications. Unfortunately, the effectiveness of these medications depends on sustained patient adherence to regimens which may involve instilling multiple medications several times daily. Patient adherence to glaucoma medications is often low. Recent innovations in digital sensor technologies have been leveraged to confirm eyedrop medication usage in real-time and relay this information back to providers. Some sensors have also been designed to deliver medication reminders and notifications as well as assist with correct eyedrop administration technique. Here, we review recent innovations targeted at improving glaucoma medication adherence and discuss their limitations.

The study aims to understand the reasons for the occurrence of excess material after the assembly of a motor or generator and explore possible solutions to minimize its occurrence. In this study, excess material is defined as the components which was intended to be used in the final assembly of a machine but that has for some reason not been used. The components which qualifies as being defined as excess materials are components which are in the same functioning state as when they were delivered from the supplier, in other words components which has not been processed nor damaged. Further, the components defined as excess materials are only the components, after a machine has been fully assembled, which has been gathered by the production personnel working at the final assembly in pallets. For example, this can be components like screws, tube fittings and cap nuts. The research method employed in this study was a mix of different methodologies. Five methods, a literature review, registration of materials, interviews, observations and focus groups were used to collect information and data. Thereafter, the observations, interviews and focus groups results were processed through a thematic analysis. The collected quantitative data was analysed through a quantitative analysis. With the collected and summarized information, discussions were held and conclusions were drawn regarding the research questions. Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka LSS-handläggares upplevelse av hur barn somomfattas av LSS får sin självbestämmanderätt beaktad i enskilda beslut. Upplevelsernainnefattar det praktiska arbetet kring lagstiftning samt att ta hänsyn till barnets tankar ochåsikter. Uppsatsen bygger på intervjuer med sex LSS-handläggare. Utifrån en tematisk analyshar vi analyserat uppsatsens resultat med teorianknytning till makt, begreppethandlingsutrymme från Lipskys teori om gräsrotsbyråkrater samt Shiers delaktighetsmodell.Resultatet visar på såväl positiva som negativa aspekter. De positiva aspekterna är attLSS-handläggarna alltid använder sin makt för att i största möjliga mån möjliggöra barnetssjälvbestämmande praktiskt i utredningsprocessen oavsett om det är att prata direkt medbarnet, med vuxna eller genom andra arbetssätt. Trots svårigheter i kommunikation ochavsaknaden av fungerande hjälpmedel säkerställer handläggarna barnets delaktighet genomatt lyssna till och delge barnet information samt höra barnets vårdnadshavare vilka har godinsikt i hur barnet fungerar och dennes behov. De negativa aspekterna är LSS-handläggarnasavsaknad av tid och resurser till att bland annat träffa barnen. Det ligger även ett betydandeansvar på varje enskild handläggare att använda sig av det befintliga handlingsutrymmet somfinns inom verksamheten för att vid varje tillfälle beakta barnets självbestämmande ochdelaktighet i utredningsprocessen. Begränsningarna i handlingsutrymmet kan ses vara tillföljd av bristande kommunikation mellan handläggare och barn och LSS-handläggares högaarbetsbelastning som delvis är en effekt av otillräckliga resurser inom verksamheterna., The purpose of the essay is to examine LSS caseworkers' experience of how children coveredby LSS have their right to self-determination taken into account in individual investigations.The experiences include the practical work around legislation and taking the child's thoughtsand opinions into account. The essay is based on interviews with six LSS case workers.Based on a thematic analysis, we have analyzed the essay's results with theoreticalconnections to power, the concept of room for action from Lipsky's theory of Street-levelbureaucracy and Shier's Pathways to Participation model. The result shows both positive andnegative aspects. The positive aspects are that the LSS caseworkers always use their power toenable the child's self-determination practically in the investigation process to the greatestextent possible, regardless of whether it is talking directly to the child, through adults or othermethods. Despite difficulties in communication and the lack of working aids, the caseworkersensure the child's participation by listening to and sharing the child information and hearingthe child's guardians, who have great insight into the child's functions and needs. Thenegative aspects are the LSS caseworkers' lack of time and resources to, among other things,meet the children. There is also a significant responsibility on each individual caseworker tomake use of the room for action that exists within the operation in order to take the child'sself-determination and participation into account in the investigation process at everyopportunity. The limitations in the room for action can be seen as a result of a lack ofcommunication between caseworkers and children and LSS caseworkers' high workload,which is partly an effect of insufficient resources within the operations.

Introduction: The scientific literature reports that psychological autopsy from its beginnings was used with the purpose of helping to determine the circumstances of death of a person, however, it is currently embraced more as a concept than as a procedural tool. Objective: to establish if in Colombia it has been used to reconstruct the pre-mortem aspects of those who have died under strange circumstances, according to its purpose. Methodology: a systematic review of the scientific literature was carried out in 10 databases, using as keywords psychological autopsy and Colombia, under a window of observation between 2010 and 2021; using the PRISMA method. Results:they show that in Colombia during the last 10 years the number of studies published in databases amounts to 19, of which 16 did not use the psychological autopsy procedure and only three of them did. Discussion: There is a tendency to use psychological autopsy as a concept from a clinical approach to support retrospective analyses rather than as a technique or procedure, distancing us from the possibility of reconstructing the criminodynamics of the crime, as well as reconstructing aspects of the personality, mental state and lifestyle of the deceased. Conclusions:it is highlighted that in Colombia the psychological autopsy has been used exclusively in the clinical field, without the scientific and methodological rigor and without the validity of the protocol used., Introducción: la literatura científica reporta que la autopsia psicológica desde sus inicios fue utilizada con la finalidad de ayudar a determinar las circunstancias de muerte de una persona, no obstante, en la actualidad se acoge más como concepto que como una herramienta procedimental. Objetivo: establecer si en Colombia se ha utilizado para reconstruir los aspectos pre mortem de quienes han fallecido en extrañas circunstancias, de acuerdo con la finalidad de esta. Metodología: se realizó una revisión sistemática de la literatura científica en 10 bases de datos; se emplearon como palabras clave “autopsia psicológica” y “Colombia”, bajo una ventana de observación entre 2010 al 2021; por medio del método PRISMA. Resultados: se evidencia que en Colombia durante los últimos 10 años el número de estudios asciende a 19, publicados en bases de datos, de los cuales 16 no emplearon el procedimiento de autopsia psicológica y solo tres de ellos sí lo hicieron. Discusión: existe una tendencia a emplear la autopsia psicológica como concepto desde un enfoque clínico para respaldar los análisis retrospectivos, que, como técnica o procedimiento, se distancia de la posibilidad de reconstruir la criminodinámica del delito, así como la reconstrucción de aspectos de la personalidad, el estado mental y el estilo de vida de quién ha fallecido. Conclusiones: se resalta que en Colombia la autopsia psicológica se ha utilizado exclusivamente en el campo clínico, sin el rigor científico, metodológico y sin la validez del protocolo empleado.

Introduction: The concept of creativity is a term that has been studied to find an exact definition of it. The study aims is to analyze the various existing definitions of creativity to find a diversity of meanings of the same term. Methodology: The methodology used is based on a systematic review of the literature based on the principles of the PRISMA statement and which refers to the search for research in the Dialnet Plus, Scielo and Scopus databases. Results: The results found show the diversity of existing definitions of creativity and how these can be classified depending on their meaning into person, process, product or environment; focusing therefore these studies on understanding creativity as a mental process that is used for the resolution of a conflict from something original and novel. Conclusions: In short, as a conclusion, it is necessary to point out how the construct of creativity can be understood in different ways depending on the perspective in which it is studied, which leads to the fact that there is no generalized term for creativity and that it is so ambiguous., Introducción: El concepto de creatividad es un término que ha sido estudiado para poder hallar una definición exacta del mismo. El objetivo de este estudio es analizar los diversos conceptos existentes sobre creatividad con la finalidad de diversidad de significados acerca de un mismo término. Metodología: La metodología empleada se encuentra basada en una revisión sistemática de la literatura fundamentada en los principios de la declaración PRISMA y que hace referencia a la búsqueda de investigaciones en las bases de datos de Dialnet Plus, Scielo y Scopus. Resultados: Los resultados encontrados muestran la diversidad de conceptos existentes sobre creatividad y cómo estos pueden clasificarse dependiendo de su significado en: persona, proceso, producto o ambiente; enfocándose pues estos estudios en entender la creatividad como un proceso mental que se utiliza para la resolución de un conflicto a partir de algo original y novedoso. Conclusiones: En definitiva, como conclusión, es preciso señalar cómo el constructo de la creatividad puede ser entendido de diferente manera dependiendo de la perspectiva en la que se estudie, lo que conlleva que no exista un término generalizado para la creatividad y que este sea tan ambiguo.
