The article raises the question of the importance of reforming education in Ukraine, taking into account the peculiarities of the modern educational environment. The requirements to the modern educational space are generalized. The meaning of the term “pedagogical conditions” is clarified and the own definition of pedagogical conditions of the learning process is offered. The unity of the educational space, which consists of the environment, pedagogical conditions and personality, is established. The requirements to the modern educational space are generalized. External and internal factors, organizational and pedagogical, psychological and pedagogical factors influencing the learning conditions are singled out. The pedagogical conditions of multilingual didactics are researched and characterized: development and implementation of educational programs in foreign language teaching for profile school, taking into account individual request of students with orientation on the profile of education, formation of active and student’s own language position, use of methods aimed at development of polylingual competence, expedient use of modern information technologies. The article substantiates the priority of creating appropriate pedagogical conditions for the development of polylingual competence of students of professional schools in the modern educational environment.

The State Professional Schools of Higher Education constitute an important sector of higher education in Poland. They are the results of the transformation process of the last decade of the 20th century. Since 1999, 36 public professional schools have been organized. After consolidation, there are 33 state professional schools which concentrate on educational activity, however some at them conduct research and other academic activity. The main aim of the paper is an evaluation of the functioning of this type of schools in the context of local labour market on the case of Pope John Paul II State School of Higher Education in Biała Podlaska, which for several years has been the leading organization in higher education sector in Poland. Sources of materials for research were found in literature, official documents of the school and own diagnostic survey with the use of questionnaires directed to 15 teachers, 105 students and 21 business representatives, which were subsequently analysed. Research results proved that there are some discrepancies between demand and supply on the local labour market in the group of higher education sector. Comparing to the educational fields offered by the State School of Higher Education in Biała Podlaska, there is a shortage of workers in such professions as: IT specialists, physiotherapists, construction engineers while the excess of supply exists for foreign language teachers, sociologists, economists, tourism servants, agricultural engineers. In conclusion, a stronger links between professional schools, enterprises and local organisations are suggested. Implementation of practical profile of students requires some changes in curricula as well as in the system of cooperation between schools and regional labour markets.

The basic social significance of business - is to provide jobs for working-age population and to unite professional workers in the enterprise. Historical forms of training, such as coaching, tutorship, patronage etc. can be successfully used to solve these problems. Russian experience allows us to generalize and systematize the best tutorship movement in the state. Analysis of the history of tutorship helped to formulate the modern forms and learning tools, such as: training, specific situations solution, business games, etc. The author of this article offers the modern interpretation of the tutorship movement for business based on the historical analysis of tutorship movement in Russia and foreign experience. Tutorship in business in Russia is just starting to gain its force. Entrepreneurs begin to realize the benefits of this form of education. The economic component of business has always been and will always be apriority, so the financial investments in tutorship are small and the return of these investments for enterprise is enormous.

The following work describes to the type of existing communication in the professional schools and the strategies that use this type of organizations, to interact with its public. This reality is compared, with the theoretical expositions, that in the matter of organizacional communication, contribute students like: The Fernandez (1997), Goldhaber (1984), Serna (1996), Bartoli (1992), Go Rail (1998), among others. The study was developed in a sample of 104 affiliated and 4 Secretary Generals of the schools of Lawyers, Engineers, Accountants Public and Journalists of the state Nueva Esparta (Venezuela) and used like technique and tool to the survey and the questionnaire. Between the conclusions they tell, that the type of communication that predominates in the schools is the unreliable person (rumors) and formal the descendent one, but of regular way in amount and occasional form, they do not have communication plans and they fail to take advantage of the use of Internet. The elaboration of a plan of communications was recommended, according to the necessities of each union., El siguiente trabajo describe el tipo de comunicación existente en los colegios profesionales y las estrategias que utilizan este tipo de organizaciones, para interactuar con sus públicos. Se compara dicha realidad, con los planteamientos teóricos, que en materia de comunicación organizacional, aportan estudiosos como: Fernández (1997), Goldhaber (1984), Serna (1996), Bartoli (1992), Van Riel (1998), entre otros. El estudio se desarrolló en una muestra de 104 afiliados y 4 secretarios generales de los colegios de Abogados, Ingenieros, Contadores Públicos y Periodistas del estado Nueva Esparta (Venezuela) y utilizó como técnica y herramienta a la encuesta y el cuestionario. Entre las conclusiones se cuentan, que el tipo de comunicación que predomina en los colegios es la informal (rumores) y la formal descendente, pero de manera regular en cantidad y en forma ocasional, no poseen planes de comunicación y desaprovechan el uso de Internet. Se recomendó la elaboración de un plan de comunicaciones, de acuerdo a las necesidades de cada gremio.

The models developed in this analysis provide a tool for Marine officers who need a quick, reliable promotion predictor to assist in career assignments or choices. These models use several easily obtained factors to forecast selection rates for promotion to Major, Lt.Colonel and Colonel. Specifically, factors which can be used to predict selection rate's to all the aforementioned paygrades are MARITAL STATUS, ATTENDANCE AT AN APPROPRIATE LEVEL PROFESSIONAL SCHOOL, and ATTAINMENT OF A POSTGRADUATE DEGREE. Duty assignment, commissioning source, and personal awards are significant factors, also, but not universally. Significant by their lack of influence on selection rates are RACE, SEX and COMBAT EXPERIENCE. Other factors also studied but not mentioned in the abstract are discussed in the body of this analysis.

[Resumo] A Universidade da Coruña foi creada en 1989, aínda que a segregación dos centros e recursos que dependían da Universidade de Santiago non se produciu ata 1990. Despois de revisar os antecedentes desta institución, analizaremos a súa evolución institucional, profesorado, alumnado, persoal de administración e servizos, docencia e investigación. Este artigo é basicamente unha escolma da exposición titulada 25 anos de UDC. A Universidade na Coruña e Ferrol (A Coruña, Fundación Barrié, abril-setembro 2015)., [Abstract] The University of A Coruña was created in 1989, although the centers and resources that were functioning under the University of Santiago did not become independent until 1990. After reviewing the recent history of this institution, this article goes on to analyze aspects such as its evolution as an institution, the faculty, the student body, administrative and services staff, teaching and research. This article is basically a selection from the exhibit entitled 25 years of the UDC: The University of A Coruña and Ferrol (A Coruña, Fundación Barrié, April-September 2015).
