This article discusses selected tensile properties of a sealed joint on a real joint. A real joint is a sealed joint that, when tested in laboratory conditions, comes closest to what the real application of sealant looks like in current construction practice. The Aquapanel cement board was selected as the base material for this test. Subsequently, two sealants were selected which, according to the manufacturer's recommendations, are suitable for sealing cement-based materials and were selected also as suitable primers for them. Tests of a real joint were made for these materials, which were subjected to a tensile test on a test device designed for this purpose. This was followed by an evaluation using measurements and visual inspection of the tested joints.

Isotopic compositions and concentrations of noble gases were analyses for 1E and 2E samples. Two noble gas mass spectrometry systems were used for the analyses; MS-2 for total melting and stepwise heating experiments on samples weighing 8 to 32 mg, and MS-3 for laser heating using single or several grains weighing 3 to 40 micro g. The data suggest that the sample 1E has noble gases similar to those for type 6 ordinary chondrites, while noble gases in 2E resemble those of carbonaceous chondrite Allende (CV3). Based on the present results it can be concluded that; 1) for ordinary chondritic materials several mg of sample is enough to measure all noble gas isotopes, 2) for surface materials of asteroids which would contain large amounts of implanted solar noble gases, the analytical technique using laser heating is applicable to samples weighing several micro g or less, 3) noble gas isotopic compositions obtained by the technique of single grain analysis can separate grains of different meteoroids impacted asteroidal surface, and 4) histories of exposure to cosmic-rays as well as impact degassing for each grain can provide detailed erosion process occurring on the asteroidal surface., The Institute of Space and Astronautical Science Report SP

The test samples, 1B and 2B, delivered from ISAS were examined by microscopic laser Raman, microscopic FT-IR, and microscopic fluorescence spectrometry. The procedures for separation of Sm and Gd by resin chemistry were established, and then Sm and Gd isotopic measurements in two test samples 1F and 2F were performed to study the exposure records. Significant isotopic deviations over the analytical accuracy were not observed in (Sm-149)-(Sm-150) and (Gd-157)-(Gd-158) of the two samples. The article deals with the influence of production technology on mechanical properties of rubber testing samples. In practice, rubber testing samples are cut out from a compression molded sheet, also in case of testing of rubber compounds appointed for injection molding. However, the different way of the preparation of testing samples and the production itself may have a negative effect on the mechanical properties of the final product. Thus the article judges, to what extent the mechanical properties (tensile strength, extension, tear strength and microhardness) of testing samples from selected rubber materials are influenced by injection molding, and evaluates the possible divergence.

В статье представлены результаты исследования химического состава латуни литейной марки ЛС, поставляемой отечественными и зарубежными поставщиками, а также химического состава латуни свинцовой марки ЛЦ40С, используемой для изготовления запорной арматуры, с использованием оптико-эмиссионных спектрометров различных моделей и растрового микроскопа. Установлено, что чушка, поставляемая отечественным поставщиком, по своему химическому составу соответствует химическому составу чушки литейной марки ЛС, в то время как в чушке, поставляемой зарубежными поставщиками, отмечается нарушение химического состава по некоторым основным элементам. Результаты проведенных исследований показали, что чушка, поставляемая всеми поставщиками, а также расплав, полученный при ее использовании, содержат в своем составе такие вредные примеси, как S, Bi и P в количестве 0,001%, 0,0017 и 0,0045% соответственно, что может привести к снижению технологических свойств изделий. Установлено, что использование эмиссионных спектрометров ARL 3460 и OBLF-QSW 750, а также растрового электронного микроскопа Tescan VEGA II LMU позволяет получать практически идентичные значения содержания основных элементов и примесей в чушках литейных и латуни свинцовой марки ЛЦ40С при проведении исследований по определению химического состава исследуемых материалов.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem nových upínacích čelistí zkušebního stroje RUMUL Cracktronic 160, který je používán v únavové laboratoři Ústavu konstruování FSI VUT v Brně. Očekávaným přínosem nového řešení je zpřesnění, zjednodušení a zrychlení upínání zkušebních vzorků. K vytvoření 3D modelu čelistí je použit parametrický modelář SolidWorks. This apparatus is used in the fatigue laboratory of Institute of Machine Design FME BUT. Simplification, speed improvement and better test sample griping are expected gains of the new clamping system. Solidworks system is used to create 3D model of the jaws. Stress analysis is created by Finite element method in ANSYS Workbench software.

Normalizované vzorky, vyrobené pomocí 3D tiskárny s využitím aditivní metody Fused Deposition Modeling, byly následně použity pro mechanické zkoušky. Práce je rozšířena také o stanovení mechanických vlastností vzorků, zhotovených technologií Soft Tooling. Pro výrobu vzorků technologií Soft Tooling byly použity polyuretanové pryskyřice SG 2000 a SG 145. Jednotlivé materiály byly analyzovány pomocí mechanických zkoušek (zkouška tahem a zkouška tvrdosti). U materiálů zhotovených technologií 3D tisku byly rovněž stanoveny parametry integrity povrchu. Z jednotlivých zkoušek byly vybrány parametry (mez pevnosti v tahu, modul pružnosti v tahu, tažnost a tvrdost), které byly následně statisticky zpracovávány. Práce je ukončena zhodnocením dosažených výsledků, které byly porovnávány s hodnotami udávanými v materiálových listech., The thesis deals with the determination of mechanical properties of materials used for 3D printing (ABS, nylon and PLA). The work is concluded by evaluating the results obtained, which were compared with the values given in material sheets.

Práce se zabývá problematikou ručního obloukového svařování obalenou elektrodou. Konkrétně složením obalů a jejich vlastnostmi. Literární studie se dále zabývá procesy při svařování, technologií a zkouškami svarů. V praktické části se vybraly tři elektrody s podobným chemickým složením čistého svarového kovu. Konkrétně elektroda s bazickým obalem Böhler FOX EV 47, s rutilovým obalem Lincoln electric Ferrod 165A a s kyselým obalem ESAB E-K 103. Posléze došlo k návrhu experimentů, kterými byla příčná tahová zkouška a pozorování makrostruktury. Elektrodami se svařily sady navržených zkušebních vzorků pro zkoušku tahem. Mechanické vlastnosti vyplývající z tahové zkoušky byly zpracovány a zhodnoceny. Dále bylo provedeno a zhodnoceno pozorování makrostruktury., The thesis deals with the issue of shielded metal arc welding with covered electrodes, specifically focusing on the composition of the coatings and their properties. The literature study further addresses welding processes, technology, and weld testing. In the practical part, three electrodes with similar chemical compositions of pure weld metal were selected: the Böhler FOX EV 47 electrode with a basic coating, the Lincoln Electric Ferrod 165A electrode with a rutile coating, and the ESAB E-K 103 electrode with an acidic coating. Subsequently, experiments were proposed, including a tensile test and macrostructure observation. The electrodes were used to weld sets of designed test samples for the tensile test. The mechanical properties resulting from the tensile test were processed and evaluated. Furthermore, the macrostructure observation was conducted and assessed.
