Rippled-Pattern Basal Cell Carcinoma: A Rare High-Risk Histological Subtype

The present study elucidates the preliminary phytochemical analysis and High Performance Thin Layer Chromatography (HPTLC) fingerprint analysis of lawsone extract of the leaves of Lawsonia inermis (henna) and evaluates their regions and products based quantitative estimations. The lawsone content has been evaluated quantitatively in two plants samples collected from Rewa and Bhopal and one commercial henna powder procured from open market of Bhopal city. Here we aimed to optimize high performance thin layer chromatography for the determination of lawsone. The chromatography development was carried out on the TLC silica gel 60 F254 aluminum plate and good resolution was achieved with toluene: ethyl acetate: formic acid (22:16:2) as mobile phase. Lawsone detected was carried out densitometrically at 254 nm by absorption mode and a linear regression coefficient was obtained with Y=133.527+13.470 × R=0.99092 ± 6.43%. The methods were applied are validated with respect to specificity, linearity, accuracy precision and robustness, and also find out the linear calibration come with respect to the concentration and regression coefficient. The developed method was validated as percentage relative standard deviation of peak areas was found to be which indicates the suitability of system for the further validation parameters. There was the presence of the peak at Rf 0.4 in the placebo, indicates the method is specific as none of the recipients interfered with the analytes of interest. The peak purity of Lawsone was achieved from 560-1865 Au.

The delivery of service quality has become a topic of increasing interest especially in the context of health care services marketing. The research investigated the responsiveness component of quality service. Both issues, the customers' perception of time as well as their expectations for responsiveness in quality service delivery were addressed. Specifically, an attempt was made to determine if the patients' perception of bell response time differed from the actual response time. In addition, this paper tried to determine if the difference between patient's perception of bell response time and actual response time had an effect on their perception of the responsiveness of the nurse.

Ramsagar reservoir, a small inland reservoir located in Datia district, Madhya Pradesh is constructed over Nichroli nallah, in the basin of Sindh River. The physico-chemical characteristics, trophic status and pollution studies of Ramsagar reservoir have been studied from April, 2003 to March, 2005. The nutrients including silicates (0.65 - 8.42 mgl-1), sulphates (1.50 - 8.87 mgl-1), phosphates (0.013 - 0.054 mgl-1), nitrates (0.011 - 0.033 mgl-1) and potassium (1.97 - 4.86 mgl-1) are in sufficient quantities for the growth of aquatic animals in the reservoir. The above study indicated that the Ramsagar reservoir is under the category of mesotrophic water body slightly inclined towards eutrophication. Therefore, the conservation and management of this water body is very much required.
