The Himalayan shrew, Soriculus nigrescens Gray, 1842, belongs to the monotypic genus Soriculus, which is distributed mainly in the Himalayan region. Previous authors have studied its classification based on morphological and molecular data. However, no comprehensive study of the diversity and phylogeny of this species has been performed. In this study, we investigated the molecular phylogeny, genetic diversity, and species divergence of S. nigrescens based on one mitochondrial gene and three nuclear genes. A total of 124 samples from 27 sites in Southwest China were analyzed. Our molecular phylogenetic analyses and species divergence reveal non-monophyly of Soriculus, potentially representing two genera and three clades. Populations from Yunnan (Clade YN) represent the subspecies S. n. minors and should recover the full species status. Populations from Himalayas (Clade A) represent the species S. nigrescens, while populations from southeastern Nyenchen Tanglha Mountains and southern Himalayas (Clade B) represent a new cryptic and unnamed species. Species delimitation analyses and deep genetic distance analysis clearly support the species status of these three evolving clades. The putative new genus and cryptic species should be studied and identified in the future using a more extensive sampling combined with a comprehensive morphological and phylogenetic analysis.

In this paper, we propose a camera control system towards occasionally videoing preassigned objects. Based on the technique of real-time visual detection and tracking, using the Kalman filter and re-identification (ReID), we propose continuous composition of lens, based on the atomic rules of shots, and give the trajectory planning of the camera, to generate the PID controller to the pan-tilt. By both simulation and emulation by frame-wise cropping of video clips, we illustrate the efficiency of this method. Based on this model, we design and produce an AI automatic camera for lively photography and clip videoing.

The time and code division-orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (TC-OFDM) signal is a promising wireless positioning signal, which multiplexes the China mobile multimedia broadcasting signal and pseudorandom noise codes in the same frequency band. The drastic change of carrier-to-noise ratio can increase carrier tracking error of the TC-OFDM receiver and may lead to the loss of lock. To address this problem, a novel frequency-lock loop (FLL)-assisted phase-lock loop (PLL) with fuzzy control is proposed, and the effect of signal strength on the carrier tracking loop is analyzed. The proposed algorithm uses the outputs of the phase and frequency discriminator as measured residuals of the Kalman filter (KF), and a KF-based second-order FLL-assisted three-order PLL carrier tracking loop is designed. Moreover, fuzzy control is applied to the designed loop. It can automatically switch between pure KF-based PLL, pure KF-based FLL, and KF-based FLL-assisted PLL, and automatically adjust the noise bandwidth. Simulation and experimental results show that, compared with the existing carrier tracking algorithms, the proposed algorithm can effectively avoid the divergence of the tracking loop and improve the robustness of the TC-OFDM receiver.

In addition, the features of the control sequence are analyzed. The control sequence has used the modular principle, flexible principle, priority principle, independent principle, scalable principle and reliable principle, achieved the fault-tolerant features and redundant control functions, meeted the demands of safe and efficient operation of Pumped Storage Power Station, is a relatively advanced and reliable control sequence of Pumped Storage Power Station.

Ten reinforced concrete columns strengthened by carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) were tested under bidirectional eccentric load to study the bearing capacity. In this study, eccentricity, amount and bonding mode of CFRP were analyzed. The results show that bearing capacity of reinforced concrete column strengthened by CFRP under bidirectional eccentric load increase from 5.7% to 45.7%, bearing capacity of reinforced concrete column with larger eccentricity increases more significantly than one with smaller eccentricity in longitudinal bonding, bearing capacity of reinforced concrete column with smaller eccentricity increases more significantly than one with larger eccentricity in circumferential bonding, and bearing capacity of reinforced concrete column with larger or smaller eccentricity increases obviously in longitudinal and circumferential composite bonding. Besides, the bearing capacity of reinforced concrete column increases with the CFRP amount.
