Purpose – This research aimed to investigate and analyze the direct and indirect impact of spiritual leadership, self-efficacy, locus of control, and the job satisfaction of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) employees on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Methodology – This quantitative research was conducted involving data from 61 employees through questionnaires. The data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model SMART PLS 3.0. Findings – The findings demonstrated that OCB is significantly positively influenced by spiritual leadership, self-efficacy, locus of control, and job satisfaction. Meanwhile, job satisfaction is significantly positively impacted by spiritual leadership, self-efficacy, locus of control, and OCB. This parameter also mediated the relationship between self-efficacy and locus of control with OCB. Originality – This research examined OCB, which has a broad and significant impact on company performance. It also provided better comprehension concerning the relationship of spiritual leadership, self-efficacy, locus of control, and job satisfaction on this indicator.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of organizational climate on employee performance, the effect of work motivation on employee performance, the effect of organizational climate on OCB, the effect of work motivation on OCB, the effect of OCB on employee performance, the influence of organizational climate on employee performance through OCB, and the effect of work motivation on employee performance through OCB. This research uses associative research with a sample of 66 respondents who are employees of BPSDM North Sumatra Province. Data collection techniques using interviews and a list of statements such as questionnaires and data analysis techniques using Partial Least Square (SmartPls) to test the seven hypotheses proposed in this study. The results of the research show that organizational climate has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, the organizational climate has a significant effect on OCB, work motivation has a significant effect on OCB, OCB has a significant effect on employee performance, the organizational climate does not affect employee performance through OCB. (In other words, OCB does not act as a mediator), work motivation does not affect employee performance through OCB (In other words, OCB does not act as a mediator).

This study aims to determine how the effect of Return On Assets, Current Ratio, and Debt To Asset Ratio on Firm Value and how the role of Firm Size as a moderating variable in the effect of Return On Assets, Current Ratio, and Debt To Asset Ratio on Firm Value in Sub-Companies. Large Trading Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2020. This research approach is an associative approach, where the total company population is 51 companies with a sampling technique, namely Purposive Sampling so that a sample of 10 large trading sub-sector companies are obtained which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020, and the financial statements taken are secondary data. , which is obtained from the www.idx.co.id website, and the data that has been collected will be analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis & Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) accompanied by partial hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. data processing using IBM SPSS Statistic 21. The results show that Return On Assets has a significant effect on Firm Value, Current Ratio has an insignificant but not significant effect on Firm Value, Debt To Asset Ratio has an insignificant effect on Firm Value, Firm Size does not moderate the effect of Return On Assets to Firm Value, Firm Size does not moderate the effect of Current Ratio on Firm Value, Firm Size does not moderate the effect of Debt To Asset Ratio on Firm Value in large trading sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2016-2020. This study aims to determine the effect of financial knowledge on financial behavior through financial attitudes as a mediating variable to students at the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. This research belongs to the type of associative research with data collection techniques through questionnaires (questionnaires) distributed to students. The population in this study amounted to 3,594 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara and the sample taken was 98 students from the Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara by taking the sample using the Slovin formula. The analytical method used is the path analysis model. The data processing method uses the Sempls application. Based on the results of the Sempls, the results obtained in the study indicate that financial knowledge has no significant effect on financial behavior in students at the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara, financial knowledge has a significant effect on financial attitudes in students of Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara, Financial attitudes have a significant effect on financial behavior in students of Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara, and financial knowledge has no significant effect on financial behavior with financial attitudes as a mediating variable on students of Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. To find out and analyze organizational citizenship behavior that mediates the effect of work motivation on employee performance and job satisfaction on employee performance. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study was the entire administrative workforce of Dr Pringadi Hospital, Medan City, amounting to 107 people. The number of samples used in this study using the Slovin formula with a total sample of 52 employees. The data used in this study is primary data by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative data analysis technique using statistical methods. The statistical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment, the influence of transformational leadership on organizational commitment, the effect of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction, the effect of transformational leadership on job satisfaction, the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, the influence of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment through job satisfaction, and the effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment through job satisfaction. In this study, using associative research with a sample of 81 respondents who are employees of the North Sumatra Provincial Health Office. Data collection techniques using interviews and a list of statements such as questionnaires and data analysis techniques using partial least squares (smartpls) to test the seven hypotheses proposed in this study. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership on employee performance at the Center for the Development of Quality Assurance for Vocational Education in the Field of Building and Electrical Fields, Medan. Analyzing the effect of communication on employee performance at the Center for the Development of Quality Assurance for Vocational Education in the Field of Building and Electricity, Medan. Analyzing the moderating role of the work environment on the influence of leadership on employee performance at the Center for the Development of Quality Assurance for Vocational Education in the Field of Building and Electricity, Medan. Analyzing the moderating role of the work environment on the influence of communication on employee performance at the Center for the Development of Quality Assurance for Vocational Education in the Field of Building and Electricity, Medan. This type of research is associative. The approach used is descriptive quantitative. So based on a population of 150 people, the sample taken is 50 people. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, questionnaires. This data will be analyzed with a quantitative approach using statistical analysis, namely the partial least square - structural inquiry model (PLS-SEM). The results showed that work leadership had a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results showed that Communication has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results showed that work environment moderates the influence of leadership on employee performance. The results showed that work environment moderates the effect of communication on employee performance.

Financial literacy is one of the key abilities and skills MSME business actors require to manage their finances and achieve successful business performance. This study's purpose was to analyze the impact of financial and technological literacy on improving MSME performance in Medan City and the mediation of this relationship by financial inclusion. The research had a quantitative descriptive methodology with an explanatory research approach. Data were collected from a sample of 100 business actors in Medan City. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results showed that financial literacy, financial technology, and financial inclusion affected the performance of MSMEs in Medan City, and financial inclusion did not mediate the effects of financial literacy and financial technology on the performance of MSMEs in Medan City. The novelty of this research is its capacity to inform stakeholders of the importance of the financial literacy of MSME business actors; therefore, stakeholders must strive to educate MSME business actors on the importance of financial literacy.

The purpose of this research is to formulate a model of passenger satisfaction and loyalty of Low Cost Carrier Airlines in Indonesia . This type of research can be classified as causal research. This research was conducted in several big cities in Indonesia. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents through Google Forms which were distributed using the WhatsApp application. In this study, the sample size was adjusted to the analytical model used, namely Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The sample size for SEM using the maximum likelihood estimation (MLE) model is 200-400 samples (Hair, et al., 2014) . The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). LISREL 8.80 software help . Service Quality, price, and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on Trust. Service Quality, price, and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on Satisfaction. The results also show that Service Quality, price, Brand Image, trust and satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Loyalty. Furthermore, there is the influence of Service Quality on Satisfaction through the Trust variable, there is the influence of Price on Satisfaction through the Trust variable, there is the influence of Brand Image on Satisfaction through the Trust variable and there is the influence of Trust towards Loyalty through the Satisfaction variable.

Personal financial management practices are generally used by people for a process of dealing with their financial needs. Usually the practice of personal financial management is assessed through an attitude, character, and financial behavior of a person which includes the level of personal debt, assistance in the stock market, the ability to be effective in handling or increasing wealth, and the ability to calculate assets at a relatively low cost. This research has a specific objective, namely to study the factors that influence the Personal Financial Management Practices of Generation Y in Medan City and produce a Personal Financial Management Practice Model Based on Financial Literacy, Future Orientation and Spiritual Intelligence in Generation Y in Medan City. This research is a basic research (basic research). The population in this study were all students in some of the best private universities in North Sumatra. To determine the sample size, the use of Maximum Likelihood estimation in the Structural Equation Model (SEM) is 100-200 samples, so the researcher will take a sample of 100-200 respondents in order to fulfill one of the requirements of the data analysis method using SEM. Thus the sample of this study was taken as many as 150 students as research samples. The data analysis technique used in this research is by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of PLS. The results of the study indicate that future orientation has a negative and insignificant effect on personal financial management practices in Generation Y in Medan City. Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on personal financial management practices in Generation Y in Medan City. Spiritual intelligence which moderates future orientation and financial literacy on personal financial management practices has a positive effect on future orientation, but has a negative effect on financial literacy and the two variables moderated by spiritual intelligence are not significant on personal financial management practices in Generation Y in Medan City .

The study aims to analyze the influence of work ethic, organizational culture and workload on employee performance, analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance and to analyze whether job satisfaction is a mediation variable between work ethic, organizational culture and workload on performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Dolok Sinumbah. The research method used in this study is Descriptive Of Cwantitative. The population of the study was 81 samples or 81 employees. The method of data collection is done using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using PLS-SEM. The results showed that directly, work ethic has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, workload has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work ethic has a positive and significant effect on performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on performance, workload has a positive and significant effect on performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance. Indirectly job satisfaction mediate the relationship between work ethic variables and performance variables. Indirectly job satisfaction also mediate the relationship between organizational culture variables and performance variables and the last is that indirectly job satisfaction mediate the relationship between workload variables and performance variables.

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of organizational support and work environment on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction at the Office of Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Peternakan Provinsi Sumatera Utara directly or indirectly. The approach used in this study is a causal approach. The population in this study were all state civil servants at the Office of Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Peternakan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. The sample in this study used a sample of the slovin formula totaling 68 state civil servants at the Office of Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Peternakan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation, observation, and questionnaire techniques. The data analysis technique in this study uses a quantitative approach using statistical analysis by using the Auter Model Analysis test, Inner Model Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this study using the PLS (Partial Least Square) software program. The results of this study prove that direct organizational support, work environment and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance and indirectly organizational support and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction at the Office of Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Peternakan Provinsi Sumatera Utara.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of the Mediation Role of Workplace Spirituality on the Effect of Spiritual Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Administrative Employees at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra, directly or indirectly. The approach used in this study is a causal approach. The population in this study were all administrative staff at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. The sample in this study using the slovin formula totaling 66 administrative employees at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques, documentation studies, observation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses a quantitative approach using statistical analysis by using the Auter Model Analysis test, Inner Model Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this study using the PLS (Partial Least Square) software program. The results of this study prove that directly Workplace Spirituality on Spiritual Leadership has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and indirectly Spiritual Leadership has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior mediated by Workplace Spirituality on Administrative Employees at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra.

This study aims to find out how to measure job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior for permanent lecturers, a case study at a private Islamic university in Medan at a private Islamic university in Medan. While the specific objectives are 1). Identifying the level of Job Satisfaction of lecturers at the Private Islamic University in Medan City, 2). Studying the factors that affect the Job Satisfaction of lecturers at a private Islamic University in Medan City. The study population was all permanent lecturers at private Islamic universities in Medan, namely Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra, Islamic University of North Sumatra, Muslim Nusantara University Al-Washliyah, Al-Washliyah University and Al-Azhar University. However, in this study it is only limited to Islamic universities owned by the Islamic Foundation (Islamic Organization), namely UMSU and UMN, totaling 425 permanent lecturers who have functional positions as Expert Assistant, Lector and Head Lector. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using a proportional random sample or proportional random sampling and obtained as many as 219 people. The data analysis method used in this research is the Structural Equation Model method. The results of this study indicate that Spiritual Leadership, Self Efficacy, Locus of Control affect Organizational citizenship behavior. Spiritual Leadership, Self Efficacy, Locus of Control affect Job Satisfaction. Spiritual Leadership has an effect on Job Satisfaction through Organizational citizenship behavior. Self Efficacy has an effect on Job Satisfaction through Organizational citizenship behavior. Locus of Control has an effect on Job Satisfaction through Organizational citizenship behavior

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of financial literacy on consumptive behavior of students with financial concentration in 2017 in the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. to find out and analyze the effect of self-control on consumptive behavior. Students with 2017 financial stambuc concentration in Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. This study uses a quantitative research approach. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that partially there is a significant effect of the Financial Literacy variable on the Consumptive Behavior of the Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. The results of this study conclude that partially there is a significant effect of the variable Self-Control on Consumptive Behavior in Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work ethics, work involvement and personality on employee performance (study at the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency). The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study were employees of the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency)., A total of 32 employees while the sample in this study used Nonprobability sampling or Saturated Sampling as many as32 Employees. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression Test, Hypothesis Testing (T Test and F Test), and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study using IBM SPSS Statistic 23 software program. The results of this study prove that partially work ethics (X1) has an effect on performance (Y) with t-test work ethics (X1) 1.954 > ttable 1.693 with sig 0.008 < 0, 05, and Work Involvement (X2) 2,348 > t table 1,693 with sig 0,089 < 0,05. and Personality (X3) 1,880 > ttable 1,693 with sig 0,006 < 0,05. The results of this study prove that simultaneously Fcount 7.142 > Ftable 4.20 with R Square 0.509 or 50.9% which means that there is an influence of work ethics.

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh fasilitas kerja, disip[lin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh fasilitas kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap motivasi kerja, pengaruh fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja dan pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja.. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan sampel sebanyak 87 responden yang merupakan karyawan pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan daftar pertanyataan seperti kuesioner dan teknik analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (SmartPls) untuk menguji tujuh hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitan menunjukan bahwa: (1) pengaruh fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan positif dan signifkan; (2) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan positif dan signifikan; (3) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan positif dan signifikan; (4) pengaruh fasilitas kerja terhadap motivasi kerja positif dan signifikan; (5) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap motivasi kerja positif dan signifikan; (6) motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediator tidak berperan sebagai mediasi pada pengaruh fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan; (7) motivasi kerja sebagai mediator tidak berperan sebagai mediasi pada pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

The purpose of this study was to identify Perceived Supervisor Support, Quality of Work Life on the performance of Account Officers with Perceived Organizational Support mediation. Data were collected from account officers of Islamic banking in North Sumatra as many as 385 respondents. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling with SmartPLS. The results showed that Perceived Supervisor Support, Perceived Organizational Support affect performance, Quality of Work Life has no effect on performance and Perceived Organizational Support, Perceived Supervisor Support has an effect on Perceived Organizational Support, Perceived Organizational Support is an intervening variable between the influence of Perceived Supervisor Support on performance, and Perceived Organizational Support is not an intervening variable between the effect of Quality of Work Life on Account Officer performance. This study contributes to a greater understanding of the mediating role of perceived Perceived Organizational Support on the relationship between Perceived Supervisor Support, Quality of Work Life. Originality This research explores the mediation of Perceived Organizational Support between Perceived Supervisor Support and , Quality of Work Life on Performance, and Perceived Supervisor Support and Perceived Organizational Support are important antecedents in improving Account Officer performance.

This study aims to examine the Determinant Factor Model of Work Stress and Nurse Performance at a Private Hospital in Medan City. The location of this research was carried out at several Type B private hospitals in Medan City such as Bina Kasih Hospital, Columbia Medan Hospital, Herna Hospital, Indonesian Workers Imelda Hospital, Martha Friska Hospital, Mitra Sejati Hospital, Murni Teguh Hospital, Permata Bunda Hospital, Royal Prima Hospital, Siloam Dirga Surya Hospital, and St. Elisabeth. The population referred to in this study is the female nurse paramedic staff at the Type B Private Hospital in Medan. Respondents who will be taken are 160 respondents. Data collection in this study was carried out by interview, questionnaire and documentation study. The data analysis method used was PLS-SEM. The results showed that there was a significant effect of social support on work stress. There is a significant effect of Multiple Role Conflict on Job Stress. There is a significant effect of Job Stress on Nurse Performance. There is a significant effect of Social Support on Nurse Performance. There is a significant effect of Multiple Role Conflict on Nurse Performance. There is a significant effect of Multiple Role Conflict on Nurse Performance through Job Stress. There is a significant effect of Social Support on Nurse Performance through Work Stress.

The purpose of this study was to produce a model for student financial literacy at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Private University in Medan. This study uses a quantitative approach with an ex post facto causal associative research design. This research was conducted at University of Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara, Islamic University of North Sumatra, Pancabudi University, Dharmawangsa University, Al Azhar University, University of Muslim Nusantara, Al Washliyah University, Prima Indonesia University, HKBP Nomensen University, University of Prima Indonesia, and Sari Mutiara University. The study population was all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Private Universities in Medan City from semester IV to semester VIII. Data collection techniques using a list of questions (questionnaire), interviews and documentation studies. To test the dimensions of the financial literacy construct using structural equational modeling (SEM). The results showed that financial knowledge had a positive and significant effect on financial behavior, financial attitude had a positive and significant effect on financial behavior, and there was a significant reciprocal relationship between financial knowledge and financial attitude.

This study aims to determine the effect of supervision and facilities on the performance of the instructor and to determine the motivation in moderating the effect of supervision and facilities on the performance of the extension worker at the North Labuhanbatu Regency Agricultural Office. “This study uses a causal associative method with a quantitative descriptive approach to explain the causal relationship and influence between variables through hypothesis testing. The results showed that the effect of supervision and facilities on the performance of the agricultural extension workers in North Labuhanbatu Regency based on the indicators were as follows: First, there was a positive and significant influence between supervision on the performance of the extension workers, which means that if the supervision improves, the performance of the instructor will automatically increase as well. Second, there is a positive and significant effect between the facilities on the performance of the instructor, which means that if the facility increases, the performance of the instructor will improve. Third, motivation does not moderate the effect of supervision on the performance of the instructor. Fourth, motivation does not moderate the influence of facilities on the performance of the instructor. Directly motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the instructor. It is hoped that the Department of Agriculture of North Labuhanbatu Regency will improve existing supervision and increase the provision of facilities for extension workers to improve their performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Brand Performance terhadap Repeat Purchase, menganalisis pengaruh Brand Performance terhadap Customer Engagement, menganalisis pengaruh Customer Engagement terhadap Repeat Purchase dan untuk menganalisis peran Customer Engagement dalam memediasi pengaruh Brand Performance terhadap Repeat Purchase Pengguna Sepeda Motor Yamaha di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini dapat digolongkan sebagai penelitian sebab akibat ( Causal Research ). Lokasi penelitian ini di kota Medan dengan subjek masyarakat kota Medan yang menggunakan sepeda motor Yamaha. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan dari Yamaha di Kota Medan. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling , dimana semua populasi tidak memiliki peluang yang sama untuk menjadi responden dan pengambilan sampel didasarkan pada pertimbangan peneliti. Sedangkan yang menjadi sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Pengujian hipotesis yang ada pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik path analysis . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Brand Performance berpengaruh langsung terhadap Customer Engagement , Customer Engagement berpengaruh langsung terhadap Repeat Purchase dan Brand Performance berpengaruh langsung terhadap Repeat Purchase. Brand Performance tidak berpengaruh terhadap Repeat Purchase melalui Customer Engagement Pengguna Sepeda Motor Yamaha di kota Medan

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah lingkungan kerja memoderasi pengaruh budaya organisasi dengan kinerja pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Sumatera Utara yang berjumlah 168 pegawai. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 118 pegawai dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dan untuk mengetahui berapa minimal sampel yang dibutuhkan jika ukuran populasi diketahui adalah dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, yaitu dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner/angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode statistik. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari variabel budaya organisasi terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai pada PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Sumatera Utara. Lingkungan kerja tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan antara variabel budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Oleh karena itu, lingkungan kerja bukan variabel moderating dalam penelitian ini. Artinya variabel lingkungan kerja tidak dapat memperkuat atau memperlemah hubungan antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai.

This study aims to analyze the effect of e-WOM on destination image, tourist satisfaction, and tourist loyalty. Analyze the influence of destination image on tourist satisfaction and loyalty, and analyze the effect of satisfaction on tourist loyalty. This research approach is an associative approach. The location of this study was conducted in the tourist destination of the Lake Toba Region in North Sumatra. The population in this study is domestic tourists. This population was chosen, because theoretically and empirically it has various characteristics that are appropriate to the topic and purpose of the study. While the sample size is 145 tourists. Data collection techniques are a list of questions and interviews. The analytical method used in this study is the Structural Equation Model with data processing using the Lisrel 8.0 computer program. The results showed that E-WOM affected Destination Image, Tourist Satisfaction, and Tourist Loyalty, Destination Image influenced Tourist Satisfaction and Tourist Loyalty and Tourist Satisfaction influenced Tourist Loyalty.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Return On Assets and firm size on firm value either partially or simultaneously on Pharmaceutical Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The population in this study are all pharmaceutical companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange while the samples that meet the criteria for withdrawal of observations made for five years and as many as six (6) pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection techniques in this study using documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study used the Multiple Regression. The results of this study prove that partially there is no influence of Debt to Equity Ratio on firm value. there is no effect of Return On Equity on firm value, there is no effect of Return On Assets on firm value, there is no influence of firm value on firm value. Simultaneously there is no influence of Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Return On Assets and firm size together on the firm value of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap kinerja pegawai dimoderasi oleh Locus Of Control pada pegawai kantor wali kota Medan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai kantor wali kota Medan sebanyak 89 orang sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini seluruh pegawai kantor wali kota Medan sebanyak 89 orang menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, studi dokumentasi, observasi, dan angket. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan partial least square – structural equestion model (PLSSEM), Uji Hipotesis (Uji t dan Uji F), dan Koefisien Determinasi. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program software PLS ( Partial Least Square ) versi 3.00. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara langsung kepemimpinan transformasional, kepemimpinan transaksional dan Locus Of Control berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan secara tidak langsung Locus Of Control tidak memoderasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor wali kota Medan

Objectives: This study aims to examine the process of forming Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in employees. This study uses job satisfaction as a mediating variable to clarify the mechanism of the influence of servant leadership and organizational culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).Methodology: This study uses a causal type of research using a quantitative approach with a sample of 67 respondents who are employees of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Branch TPK Perawang Pekanbaru. To evaluate the seven hypotheses put out in this study, data was collected via interviews and a list of assertions, such as questionnaires and data analysis methods employing Partial Least Square (SmartPls).Findings: The results of this study indicate that servant leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Job satisfaction also plays a role in mediating the influence of servant leadership and organizational culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.Conclusion: This study examines how servant leadership and organizational culture influence employee job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior to achieve company goals. As a result, this condition is undoubtedly a source of concern for the company in terms of improving leadership and aligning all employees' perceptions of the organizational culture system that will be implemented in the company.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Organizational Climate on Employee Job Satisfaction with Work Ethics as a moderating variable of the study at PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminum either directly or indirectly. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study were 2.057 employees of PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminum while the sample in this study were 30 employees of PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminum. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques, documentation studies, observation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used the partial least square – structural question model (PLSSEM), Hypothesis Testing (t test and F test), and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study prove that the organizational climate is directly significant to employee job satisfaction and directly work ethics does not moderate the effect of organizational climate on employee job satisfaction at PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminum .

The general objective of this research is formulating a model of emotional exhaustion, job satisfaction and organizational commitment of lecturers in private higher education institutions in Medan. The research was conducted at the Islamic University of Sumatera Utara, University of Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara, Panca Budi University, Dharmawangsa University, Al-Azhar University, Muslim Nusantara University, Al Washliyah University, Prima Indonesia University, HKBP Nommensen University, Potensi Utama University, and Sari Mutiara University. This research is causality research with all permanent lecturers of private higher education institutions in Medan as a population. Data collection was using interviews and questionnaires. Structural Equation Model is the data analysis used in this research. The results showed that leadership has an effect on emotional exhaustion and organizational commitment of lecturers. Then, self-efficacy and emotional exhaustion respectively affect job satisfaction and organizational commitment of lecturers while job satisfaction only affects the organizational commitment of lecturers in private higher education institutions in Medan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan pendapatan apabila di analisis dengan menggunakan penyaluran dana kredit. Dimana sudah berjalan dengan baik atau tidak, dan untuk mengetahui apakah tingkat penyaluran dana kredit yang diperoleh perusahaan pada setiap tahunnya. Dalam penelitian ini dengan analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif, dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa dari penyaluran dana kredit pada PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Duta Adiarta Medan dalam periode 6 tahun tersebut untuk setiap tahun ada mengalami penurunan namun pendapatan operasional perusahaan meningkat. Jadi dapat dikatakan bahwa penyaluran kredit menurun maka pendapatan juga menurun yang dihasilkan perusahaan. Semakin tinggi penyaluran kredit maka semakin baik hasilnya bagi perusahaan dalam menghasilkan pendapatan sehingga meningkatkan laba bersih. Maka dapat dikatakan penyaluran dana kredit pada tahun 2015 dikatakan rendah dan sebaiknya perusahaan lebih mengoptimalkan sumber daya yang dimiliki seperti asset dan modal perusahaan dalam praktiknya yaitu kegiatan operasional perusahaan dalam pemberian kredit dapat menghasilkan pendapatan yang besar bagi perusahaan.

Tujuan dari penelitian untuk Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Diklat, Promosi, dan Kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di lingkungan kantor BKPSDM Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Pendekatan penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dan aasosiatif. Pada penelitian ini populasi adalah seluruh pegawai BKPSDM Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang yang berjumlah 46 orang. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 46 orang, dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial diklat, promosi dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan diklat, promosi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

The purpose of this study was to create transparency, accountability, participation, effectiveness and consistency in private universities in the city of Medan. To obtain the data needed in this study, researchers used data collection techniques by means of surveys. Researchers do this by distributing questionnaires to lecturers and / or employees at Private Universities in Medan City. The results of the study showed that Good Governance has been running well at Private Universities in Medan City, and most respondents stated their agreement that aspects of transparency, participation, accountability, and effectiveness have gone well. This was supported by the results of research that good governance at private universities in Medan city 87% have applied the aspect of transparency, 90% have applied the aspect of Participation, 51% have implemented accountability, and 87% have applied the aspect of effectiveness.

This study aims to examine the factors that influence internet banking customer loyalty in Medan City. The location of this research was carried out at several banks in the city of Medan. The population in this study were all bank customers who use internet banking and the total sample was 175 customers. This study aims to produce a Taxpayer Compliance model (Study on Taxpayers Doing Business in Medan City. The research was conducted in Medan City. The population of this study is taxpayers who carry out business activities in Medan City, both individual taxpayers and businessmen. corporate tax. Because the number of taxpayers who carry out activities in Medan City is very large and the population is unknown, a sample selection was made and 97 taxpayers were obtained. The sample selection was taken by convenience sampling technique. The survey used a media questionnaire (questionnaire). The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis and SEM-PLS with Smart PLS software. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect of procedural justice on Taxpayer Compliance. There was a significant positive effect of norms. per sonal on Taxpayer Compliance. there is a significant positive effect of procedural justice on personal norms. Moderation of Trust in Tax Authorities is able to strengthen the effect of procedural justice on Taxpayer Compliance

The purpose of this research was to test and analyze the influence organizational culture and principals’s leadership on teacher’s performance which is moderated by teacher’s competence. The sample in this reseacrh was 98 permanent teachers from the Yayasan Perguruan Sultan Agung Pematangsiantar. Data collection was carried out by means of the questionnaire method. Methods used in this research were structural equation model partial least square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study indicate organizational culture does not significantly influence the teacher’s performance, the principal's leadership significantly influences the teacher’s performance, teacher competency significantly influences the teacher’s performance. Teacher’s competence does not moderate the relationship between organizational culture and teacher, teacher competence does not moderate the relationship between the principal's leadership and the teacher's performance of Yayasan Perguruan Sultan Agung Pematangsiantar. Penelitian memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja dosen dengan Organizational citizenship behavior sebagai variable mediasi pada Dosen Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Medan. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh Dosen pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS) yang ada di Medan dosen yang memiliki fungsional. Dalam penelitian ini hanya dibatasi pada dosen Dosen yang memiliki jabatan fungsional Asisten Ahli, Lektor dan Lektor Kepala yang berdomisili di Medan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan Model Persamaan Struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen, iklim organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, iklim organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen dan organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Dosen Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Medan. Serta motivasi kerja dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Dosen melalui variabel Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini, mendorong pihak Manajemen Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Medan harus dapat membangun iklim organisasi yang baik dengan menjalin hubungan yang harmonis antara dosen dengan pemimpin maupun dosen dengan dosen lainnya dan pihak Manajemen Perguruan Tinggi dapat meningkatkan motivasi dosen dengan memberikan fasilitas yang nyaman, agar para dosen dalam menjalankan aktivitasnya berjalan dengan baik dan nantinya akan meningkatkan kinerja dosen.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, analyze the effect of service quality on customer loyalty, and analyze customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in Grab Online Transportation. This type of research is associative research, according to this associative, data tendencies are used in quantitative methods. This study uses 3 types of variables namely customer loyalty, satisfaction and quality of electronic services. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires. The population of this study is the users of Grab online transportation services with the provisions that have used Grab transportation services more than twice. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. For data analysis used Partial Least Square (PLS) based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study found that there was a positive and significant influence of e quality of service on Grab online transportation customer satisfaction, significant and significant positive contribution of e quality of service to Grab online transportation customer loyalty, and related positively and significantly of customer satisfaction to customer loyalty Grab online transportation.

This study aims to produce a Model of Determining Career Selection of Accounting Students as Tax Consultants at Private Universities in the City of Medan. While the specific objective: Studying the factors that influence the Career Selection of Accounting Students as a Tax Consultant at a Private University in the City of Medan. The population in this study were all accounting students in several private universities in Medan. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling with proposals from accounting majors in semester II, IV, VI and VIII. This study aims to determine how the determinant factor model of competence of graduates of private Islamic tertiary institutions in the city of Medan. The population in this study are all Private Islamic College Students in Medan. The respondents will be taken 135 respondents. This study aims to investigate the effect of marketing mix and service quality on tourist satisfaction. The main objective of the study is divided into two sub-objectives: investigating the effect of the marketing mix on tourist satisfaction and investigating the effect of service quality on tourist satisfaction. The population in this study are all tourists visiting the Tourism Destinations in the City of Medan. Sampling using non probability sampling. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on performance at the Office of Highways and Construction of the Road and Bridge Technical Implementation Unit of North Sumatra Province. This research is associative research. The sample in this study were all employees of the Department of Highways and Construction of the Technical Implementation Unit of the Road and Bridge of North Sumatra Province, totaling 47 people. Data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially, there was a positive and significant effect between compensation on employee performance. Partially, there is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee performance. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Return On Asset dan Current Ratio Terhadap Dividen Payout Ratio dengan Firm Size Sebagai Variabel Moderating Pada Perusahaan Konstruksi dan Bangunann Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya atau menjelaskan pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap terikat. Untuk pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji regresi berganda dan uji regresi moderasi. Uji regresi berganda bertujuan secara dasar sama dengan korelasi sederhana atau berganda, yakni ingin mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara dua variabel dan apakah varibel moderate mampu memoderasi hubungan antara dua variabel. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian dipilih berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan, dari kriteria yang telah ditentukan diperoleh 6 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria.Dari hasil penelitian ini terbukti bahwa terdapat pengaruh Return On Asset dan Current Ratio terhadap Dividen Payout Ratio baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Dari dua varibel bebas yang digunakan terdapat pengaruh positif dan negative dimana Return On Asset berpengaruh negative terhadap Dividen Payout Ratio pada perusahaan kostruksi dan bangungan Indonesia, dan Current Ratio berpengaruh positif terhadap Dividen Payout Ratio pada perusahaan kostruksi dan bangunan Indonesia, kemudian dari hasil penelitian ini terbukti bahwa Firm Size mampu memoderasi hubungan Return On Asset terhadap Dividen Payout Ratio dan Current Ratio terhadap Dividen Payout Ratio pada perusahaan kostruksi dan bangunan Indonesia

This study aims to analyze the effect of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), simultaneously on Return on Assets (ROA) on BUMN Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange either partially and simultaneously. The research approach used in this study uses an associative approach. This research was conducted at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) specifically Bank BUMN listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this study was state-owned Bank companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which amounted to 4 companies. Based on the sample withdrawal criteria above, a research sample of 4 BUMN bank companies was obtained. The type of data used is documentary data, which are research data in the form of financial statements owned by state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis techniques are used to test the effect of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) to Return on Assets (ROA) either partially or simultaneously is multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially Non Performing Loans (NPL) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) had a negative and not significant effect on Return on Assets. Partially, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets. And simultaneously, Non Performing Loans, Capital Adequacy Ratio and Loan to Deposit Ratio have a significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA) at State-Owned Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

The rapidly growing of infrastructure development in Indonesia is one of the financial institutions financing target, especially banking institutions. Banking industry has high level of competition, and needs to perform extremely well in order to be the leader of their business.This research aims to know the effect of internal factors and external factors on bank’s performance at commercial banks category 4 (BUKU 4) that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange.This research uses asosiative method with purposive sampling in order to collect the secondary datas. Those datas are analyzed using multiple linier regression analysis by SPSS 24. The result of this research shows that Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), and inflation rate have significant impact, meanwhile Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR),Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth rate, and BI Rate have non-significant impact on Return on Asset (ROA), which can descibes better on this regression model: ROA = -5,055 + 0,308CAR + 0,022LDR - 1,516NPL + 0,187IHK – 0,052PDB + 0,061BIR.Therefore, banks need to pay more attention at CAR, LDR, NPL, inflation rate, GDP growth rate, and BI Rate in running their business in order to archieve better profitability.

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Area Medan Imam Bonjol. Untuk mengetahui apakah etika kerja memoderasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi dengan kinerja karyawan. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Area Medan Imam Bonjol yang berjumlah 32 orang. Pada peneliti ini tidak melakukan pengambilan sampel karena jumlah populasi yang sedikit sehingga penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi (sensus). Dengan demikian sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 orang karyawan PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Area Medan Imam Bonjol.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah daftar pertanyaan (questioner) dan wawancara (interview). Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, dan uji F dan koefisien determinant. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari variabel kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Area Medan Imam Bonjol. Etika kerja tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, oleh karena itu etika kerja bukan variabel moderating dalam penelitian ini. Artinya variabel etika kerja tidak dapat memperkuat atau memperlemah hubungan antara hubungan antara Kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.Keywords: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya organisasi, Etika Kerja, Kinerja

This study aims to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous organizational culture and organizational commitment to the performance of employees. The population is the sum total of the object of research. The population in this study is all employees who exist in PT Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil I - Medan, which amounts to 60 people. Due to the small number of employees in the company, this study did not use sampling. So the sample in this study is the total number of employees at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil I - Medan, which amounts to 60 people. Data collection techniques in this study is a list of questions (questioner), study documentation and interviews (interview). While the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, t-test, and F test and determinant coefficient. The result of this research shows that there are positive and significant influence of organizational culture on performance, and there are positive influence and significant organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance.

This study aims to develop student loyalty models as well as implement and refine student loyalty models in Private Islamic Religion Universities in Medan City. This study included an associative study. The questionnaires were distributed to 300 students and the survey implied multiple Likert scales. To process the data, we used Lisrel 8.80. The results of the study showed that the marketing mix, service quality, Islamic values, and institutional image had a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction and on student loyalty for the students of the Private Islamic Religion College in Medan.
