In recent years, increased wildfires have caused irreversible damage to forest resources worldwide, threatening wildlives and human living conditions. The lack of accurate frontline information in real-time can pose great risks to firefighters. Though a plethora of machine learning algorithms have been developed to detect wildfires using aerial images and videos captured by drones, there is a lack of methods corresponding to drone deployment. We propose a wildfire rapid response system that optimizes the number and relative positions of drones to achieve full coverage of the whole wildfire area. Trained on the data from historical wildfire events, our model evaluates the possibility of wildfires at different scales and accordingly allocates the resources. It adopts plane geometry to deploy drones while balancing the capability and safety with inequality constrained nonlinear programming. The method can flexibly adapt to different terrains and the dynamic extension of the wildfire area. Lastly, the operation cost under extreme wildfire circumstances can be assessed upon the completion of the deployment. White pollution caused by agricultural films has recently attracted great attention. In some areas, the content of micro plastic in the soil has reached 30 kg/ha. The most effective way to solve this problem is to replace traditional polyethylene agricultural films with degradable agricultural films. The consistency between the degradation rate and the crop growth period has become the biggest obstacle for the wide application of such novel agricultural films. In this paper, crystallinity regulation is used to adjust the functional period of degradable agricultural films. In addition, an organic nucleating agent of polyethylenimine (PEI) is selected by doping it to poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate) (PBAT) polymers using a double-screw extruder. The PBAT doped with 1 wt% PEI films revealed a significant increase in mechanical properties, water holding capacity, and crystallinity compared with the pure PBAT film. There was a 31.9% increase in tensile strength, a 30.5% increase in elongation at break, a 29.6% increase in tear resistance, a 30.9% decrease in water vapor permeability, and a 3.1% increase in crystallinity. Furthermore, the induction period of PBAT doped with 1 wt% PEI under photoaging (without soil) was about 160 h longer than PBAT film, and the experienced biodegradation in soil (without light) was 1 week longer than PBAT film. Experimental results exhibited that the change of degradation degree was linearly proportional to the degree of crystallinity. This study proposes a convenient, low-cost, and effective method to adjust the crystallinity and change the degradation rate.

In this paper, we extend our earlier polycube-based all-hexahedral mesh generation method to hexahedral-dominant mesh generation, and present the HexDom software package. Given the boundary representation of a solid model, HexDom creates a hex-dominant mesh by using a semi-automated polycube-based mesh generation method. The resulting hexahedral dominant mesh includes hexahedra, tetrahedra, and triangular prisms. By adding non-hexahedral elements, we are able to generate better quality hexahedral elements than in all-hexahedral meshes. We explain the underlying algorithms in four modules including segmentation, polycube construction, hex-dominant mesh generation and quality improvement, and use a rockerarm model to explain how to run the software. We also apply our software to a number of other complex models to test their robustness. In this paper, we present two software packages, HexGen and Hex2Spline, that seamlessly integrate geometry design with isogeometric analysis (IGA) in LS-DYNA. Given a boundary representation of a solid model, HexGen creates a hexahedral mesh by utilizing a semi-automatic polycube-based mesh generation method. Hex2Spline takes the output hexahedral mesh from HexGen as the input control mesh and constructs volumetric truncated hierarchical splines. Through B\'{e}zier extraction, Hex2Spline transfers spline information to LS-DYNA and performs IGA therein. We explain the underlying algorithms in each software package and use a rod model to explain how to run the software. We also apply our software to several other complex models to test its robustness. Our goal is to provide a robust volumetric modeling tool and thus expand the boundary of IGA to volume-based industrial applications.

For the assignment problem in UAVs against multi-target, model is established of UAV attack advantage and target threat level respectively from attack and defense, and comprehensively establish the UAVs against multi-target optimization model. Transform the model into a multivariable nonlinear optimization problem, an optimization method based on cell winning suppression (CWS) is proposed, set the target simulation scenario to test the performance of CWS. It is also compared with the Hungarian method and Genetic algorithm. Comparing with other mathematical optimization methods, the simulation results show that the CWS algorithm has more advantages in the computational efficiency and the attack of the key targets.

In this paper, we propose a Generalized Multi-Bernoulli Filter for Track-before-detect (GMB-TBD) of objects from image observations when the objects' influence regions are overlapping. We analyze the overlapping objects' measurement likelihood function, estimate this likelihood function by predicted objects' states and eliminate the objects' overlapping influence on objects' states updating using this estimation. In this filter, the predicted and updated objects' states are strictly assumed as Multi-Bernoulli RFS(Random Finite Set), so it's a truly Multi-Bernoulli based TBD filter and it can be used under either the objects' influence region overlapping or non-overlapping situations. We give the filter's realization steps, prune and extract the objects' tracks by labeling the Multi-Bernoulli components. Lastly, we test the GMB-TBD filter's performance by computer Monte-Carlo simulations.

In some complex control system, the performance of data acquisition system has a direct impact of the performance index of the whole control system, so it has the important significance that research the accurate assessment method of data acquisition system. This paper put forward a performance quantitative method of data acquisition system based on model identification. Its basic idea is as follows: treating transverse impact response of finite length units (FIR) filter as system model to obtain the system characteristics of the sinusoidal signal amplitude and phase shift characteristics as indexes. In the system identification, the channel parameters of system is iterated by the least mean square (LMS) algorithm, equate the output of system in response to sinusoidal signal. and obtain the transmission characteristic of the sinusoidal signal of data acquisition system; Finally, the simulation test of the algorithm is performed by the computer software, experimental results show that LMS reflects accurately the data acquisition characteristic of system, and provides a good analysis way for performance appraisal of acquisition system.
