Este artículo analiza las definiciones curriculares sobre la educación para la ciudadanía en el nivel secundario en las provincias argentinas; estos contenidos han estado presentes desde la conformación de los sistemas escolares. Para ello, toma en cuenta los debates pedagógicos relativos a la ciudadanía y su enseñanza en el marco de los procesos globales de reforma escolar. Recolecta los diseños curriculares vigentes y considera sólo aquellos que cada estado provincial ha aprobado, pero cubre los diferentes niveles de gobierno y de concreciones curriculares que presenta Argentina. Así, identifica y analiza los debates contemporáneos y contempla las improntas históricas a la luz de la circulación transnacional de modelos de educación para la ciudadanía y las complejidades que dicha transferencia internacional conlleva. Esta recuperación no tiene paralelo en el país austral, ya que discute los diseños curriculares vigentes en las jurisdicciones provinciales, y sus diferencias en lo que atañe a los contenidos relativos a la Constitución Nacional y de sus implicaciones para la educación ciudadana. Como principal hallazgo, resalta que la alfabetización constitucional en Argentina resulta desigual, ya que se destacan los marcos jurídicos locales e internacionales por sobre el régimen constitucional federal.

Introduction Oral cavity squamous cell carcinoma (OCSCC) is the most common malignancy in the oral cavity. Two types of mandibular resections have been described: the segmental mandibulectomy and the marginal mandibulectomy. Both may have a different impact over the quality of life, oncological prognosis, and functional or aesthetic result. Objectives The aim of this study was to systematically explore the literature to determine the survival outcomes and disease control rates in patients who underwent segmental or marginal mandibulectomy for OCSCC with histological evidence of cortical and medullary bone invasion. Data Synthesis This review involved a systematic search of the electronic databases MEDLINE/PUBMED, Google Scholar, Ovid Medline, Embase, and Scopus including articles from 1985 to 2019. Fifteen articles were included for qualitative analysis and 11 articles were considered for meta-analysis calculations. All of them correspond to retrospective cohort studies. Conclusion This systematic review reveals the low-level evidence regarding the impact over local control or survival according to the type of mandibulectomy. Our results need to be considered with precaution according to the limited evidence available. We just found difference regarding the 5-year disease-free survival, and a tendency in favor of segmental mandibulectomy was confirmed when medullary invasion was evident.

This study aimed to assess the effects of β-mannanase supplementation in metabolizable energy (ME)-reduced diets containing xylanase-phytase on performance, fecal score, blood biochemical and immunological profile, apparent total tract digestibility (ATTD), digesta passage rate, fecal microbiome, carcass traits and meat quality in finisher pigs (n = 40 entire male hybrid, 26.0 ± 0.9 kg) randomly assigned to 1 of 4 dietary treatments: a control diet containing isolated phytase and xylanase valued at 40 kcal of ME/kg (CD0), CD0 + β-mannanase (0.3 g/kg valued at 30 kcal of ME/kg) (CD70), CD0 + β-mannanase (0.3 g/kg valued at 45 kcal of ME/kg) (CD85), and CD0 + β-mannanase (0.3 g/kg valued at 60 kcal of ME/kg) (CD100), with 10 pen replicates. Pigs fed CD0 diet showed (P = 0.002) greater ADFI. However, pigs fed CD0 diet showed (P = 0.009) lower G:F than those provided CD70 or CD85 diets. A greater (P < 0.001) superoxide dismutase concentration was observed in pigs fed CD70 diet. Pigs fed CD85 diet showed (P = 0.002) greater digestible protein than pigs fed CD0 or CD100 diets. Pigs fed CD70 diet showed an increase of 11.3% in digestible protein than those fed CD0 diet. In addition, greater (P < 0.001) digestible energy was observed in pigs fed CD85 diet. Pigs fed CD0 or CD100 diets showed greater (P < 0.05) Firmicutes:Bacteroidota ratio than those fed CD85 diet. The Muribaculaceae was more abundant (P = 0.030) in pigs fed CD70 diet than in those fed CD0 diet. The Prevotella was more abundant (P = 0.045) in pigs fed CD85 diet than in those fed CD100 diet. In conclusion, β-mannanase supplementation in diets containing xylanase-phytase allows reducing 85 kcal of ME/kg because it improves gain to feed ratio, energy and protein usage, and backfat thickness without metabolic and intestinal ecosystem disorders in finisher pigs.

Acute flares of chronic hepatitis B (AFOCHB) is defined as an acute disease characterized by sudden rise of levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) five times higher than the upper limit of normal values in a patient suffering from chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. It can occur in association various disorders and represents a serious condition which requires immediate treatment in order to avoid serious complications, even lethal. This review summarizes the advances in diagnosis and treatment of Acute flares of chronic hepatitis B, AFOCHB.

Scholars have recently paid growing attention to the transfer of family legacies across generations, but existing work has been mainly focused on an inward-oriented, intra-family, perspective. In this article, we seek to understand how family firms engage in rhetorical history to transfer their social family legacy to external stakeholders, what we call “outward-oriented social legacy.” By carrying out a 12-months field study in three Italian family business foundations, our findings unveil three distinctive narrative practices— founder foreshadowing, emplacing the legacy within the broader community, and weaving family history with macro—history—that contribute to transferring outward-oriented social legacies.

El presente trabajo tiene por objeto recuperar y sistematizar distintos enfoques para abordar la categoría de ciudadanía como centro de indagaciones en el marco de la cuestión escolar en el nivel secundario. Con las especificidades de cada aproximación, los estudios relevados pueden subsumirse en dos ejes concernientes a la construcción de ciudadanía: (I) las propuestas gubernamentales expresadas en los desarrollos curriculares propiciados por el Estado con las mediaciones institucionales y docentes y (II) las percepciones y prácticas juveniles; es decir, los sentidos y prácticas políticas juveniles constitutivas de la experiencia escolar y la formación ciudadana en secundaria. Ambos ejes, ya sea desde una perspectiva histórica o contemporánea, exploran la complejidad del fenómeno de la construcción de ciudadanía y consideran las múltiples dimensiones que la atraviesan. Se procurará dar cuenta de los distintos enfoques teóricos desarrollados en la investigación educativa en Argentina a efectos de prefigurar posibles perspectivas de análisis. The present work aims to recover and systematize different approaches to address the category of citizenship as a center of inquiries within the framework of the school question at the secondary level. With the specificities of each approach, the studies surveyed can be subsumed into two axes concerning the construction of citizenship: (I) the governmental proposals expressed in the curricular developments promoted by the State with the institutional and teaching mediations and (II) the perceptions and youth practices; that is, the youth political meanings and practices constitutive of the school experience and civic education in secondary school. Both axes, whether from a historical or contemporary perspective, explore the complexity of the phenomenon of citizenship construction and consider the multiple dimensions that run through it. An attempt will be made to account for the different theoretical approaches developed in educational research in Argentina in order to prefigure possible perspectives for analysis.

The present work shows the results of a seven-year project aimed at rescuing the winter squash (Cucurbita maxima Duchesne) landrace ‘Berrettina di Lungavilla’, which is grown in the Po flood plain (Northern Italy). The local community was involved in the rescue project, according to a participative breeding technique. The steps of project development were: (i) establishment of a working group and plant material collection, (ii) genetic and morphological analysis of survived germplasm, (iii) recovery by selection of original traits and (iv) biochemical assessment in comparison to other winter squash varieties. As long as the rescue of ‘Berrettina di Lungavilla’ progressed, it was observed an increasing differentiation of morphological, genetic and biochemical traits compared to control cultivars. At the same time, the polymorphic characters of the initial pool of plants, from which the selection had started, turned to well defined morphological and genetic traits of the recovered landrace. In comparison to the other tested varieties, ‘Berrettina di Lungavilla’ landrace showed a higher dry matter content, a higher level of sucrose and a significant retention of some antioxidants after storage, such as vitamin C and total carotenoids. The combination of these biochemical traits could justify the good storability of the landrace. Anyway, the recovery of this landrace is only a preliminary step of its rescue. A careful analysis of factors which led to the decline of the crop is needed: it is the fundamental basis on which planning a strategy of long-term germplasm conservation.

Introducción: el personal de salud (PdS) es esencial en la lucha contra el COVID-19. Al inicio de la pandemia, el riesgo de adquirir la enfermedad en este grupo era desconocido. Buscamos estimar incidencia y prevalencia de anticuerpos anti-SARS-CoV-2, y prevalencia de burnout en una cohorte de PdS durante la pandemia COVID-19, así como valorar la prevalencia de burnout y depresión en la cohorte. Materiales y métodos: cohorte prospectiva conformada por médicos que atendían pacientes COVID-19 desde marzo de 2020 hasta enero de 2021, en un hospital de alta complejidad de la ciudad de Buenos Aires. Se evaluó IgM e IgG anti-SARS-CoV-2 quincenalmente durante 3 meses, así como la presencia de síntomas compatibles y factores asociados a la exposición. Se remitió a participantes con alteraciones de la esfera psíquica a contacto con el equipo de salud mental del hospital. Resultados: se incluyeron 52 participantes; de ellos, 31 eran mujeres; mediana de edad 32 años (rango 25-58). La mediana de horas semanales de trabajo autoinformadas fue 48 (IIC [intervalo intercuartil] 40-69,5). Inicialmente todos fueron PCR SARS-CoV-2 negativos en hisopado nasal; 11 (21,50% IC 95%; 9,62-32,53%) tuvieron COVID-19 sintomático con anticuerpos positivos. Los factores con mayor asociación a riesgo de COVID-19 fueron anosmia/disgeusia OR 403,33 (IC 95%; 47,60-3417,02), fiebre OR 172,53 (IC 95%; 28,82-1032,65), mialgias OR 41,97 (IC 95%; 8,08-217,84), conviviente con COVID-19 OR 28,17 (IC 95%; 5,67-179,97). Cerca del 40% presentaba alteraciones en las escalas de medición de burnout o depresión. Discusión: la incidencia hallada coincide con las cifras informadas acerca de personal de salud en la etapa inicial de la pandemia en la Argentina. Otro aspecto similar fue una mayoría de infecciones de curso leve, sin ningún paciente hospitalizado. No obstante, se halló una elevada incidencia de alteraciones de la esfera psíquica, tanto al comienzo como al final del seguimiento. Conclusiones: la incidencia de positivización de anticuerpos anti-SARS-CoV-2 fue cercana al 20%. No evidenciamos infecciones presintomáticas o asintomáticas. En cambio, la prevalencia de burnout y depresión fue elevada. La salud mental es un componente del personal de salud que debe ser priorizado en situaciones futuras de impacto similar.

The primary objective of this study was to obtain a reliable method of automatic segmentation of shoulder muscles. The secondary objective of this study was to define a new computed tomography (CT)-based quantitative 3-dimensional (3D) measure of muscle loss (3DML) based on the rationale of the 2-dimensional (2D) qualitative Goutallier score. 102 CT scans were manually segmented and an algorithm of automated segmentation of the muscles was created. The volume of muscle fibers without intramuscular fat was then calculated for each rotator cuff muscle and normalized to the patient's scapular volume to account for the effect of body size (NVfibers). 3D muscle mass (3DMM) was calculated by dividing the NVfibers value of a given muscle by the mean expected volume in healthy shoulders. 3D muscle loss (3DML) was defined as 1 - (3DMM). Automated segmentation of the muscles was possible with a mean Dice of 0.904 ± 0.01 for the deltoid, 0.887 ± 0.014 for the infraspinatus (ISP), 0.892 ± 0.008 for the subscapularis (SSC), 0.885 for the supraspinatus (SSP) and 0.796 ± 0.006 for the teres minor (TM). The mean values of 3DFI and 3DML were 0.9% and 5.3% for Goutallier 0, 2.9% and 25.6% for Goutallier 1, 11.4% and 49.5% for Goutallier 2, 20.7% and 59.7% for Goutallier 3, and 29.3% and 70.2% for Goutallier 4, respectively. 3DML measurements obtained automatically incorporate both atrophy and fatty infiltration, thus they could become a very reliable index for assessing shoulder muscle function which could help in the decision process in shoulder surgery

Acute vestibular symptoms, such as dizziness, vertigo and unsteadiness are common symptoms complained by patients referring to the emergency department. The first important challenge for physicians is to distinguish central serious causes of vertigo (for example cerebrovascular events) from peripheral. The current approach focuses on “timing” (duration of symptoms) and triggers, together with a complete neurological and ocular examination, is considered the best evidence for evaluating patients with dizziness. It also helps to prevent misdiagnoses and under-diagnoses, over consumption and wastage of resources, improper in-hospitalization, risk of mortality and co morbidity for patients. The current review focuses on dizziness and the current evaluation algorithms for diagnosis and treatment, such as various disorders that can be considered when performing differential diagnosis.

Coffee production has a great socioeconomic importance for Brazil. It generates direct and indirect jobs, and foreign exchange, with Brazilian Arabica coffee production estimated between 42 - 46 million bags (60 kg) in 2020. It is the main agribusiness activity in the State of Espírito Santo, Brazil with expected production between 13 - 15 million bags, and around 30% of this production is Arabica coffee. Technologies are recommended to coffee growers to increase yield, and production of specialty coffees on sustainable properties. Among the principles of integrated management is the monitoring of pests and diseases to determine the level of pest control. The estimate of the number of leaves to be sampled in the monitoring becomes an important tool to increase the accuracy of the obtained information. This research was carried out aiming to determine the minimum number of leaves necessary to evaluate the infestation of brown eye spot (BES) of coffee in Arabica coffee (Coffea arabica L.) without affecting the accuracy of the collection method. It was observed that the estimate of the minimum number for sampling was 46 leaves for the characteristics of incidence, and severity of BES in Arabica coffee. The modeling applied in this study allows to conclude that it is possible to recommend an optimum number of Arabica coffee leaves for these edaphoclimatic conditions, and variety, and it can serve as a basis for monitoring in an integrated pest and disease management program in Arabica coffee. This study examines the effects on combustion, engine performance and exhaust pollutant emissions of a modern Euro 6, dual-loop EGR, compression ignition engine running on regular EN590-compliant diesel and hydrotreated vegetable oil (HVO). First, the potential of HVO as a “drop-in” fuel, i.e., without changes to the original, baseline diesel-oriented calibration, was highlighted and compared to regular diesel results. This showed how the use of HVO can reduce engine-out emissions of soot (by up to 67%), HC and CO (by up to 40%), while NOx levels remain relatively unchanged. Fuel consumption was also reduced, by about 3%, and slightly lower combustion noise levels were detected, too. HVO has a lower viscosity and a higher cetane number than diesel. Since these parameters have a significant impact on mixture formation and the subsequent combustion process, an engine pre-calibrated for regular diesel fuel could not fully exploit the potential of another sustainable fuel. Therefore, the effects of the most influential calibration parameters available on the tested engine platform, i.e., high-pressure and low-pressure EGR, fuel injection pressure, main injection timing, pilot quantity and dwell-time, were analyzed along single-parameter sweeps. The substantial reduction in engine-out soot, HC and CO levels brought about by HVO could give the possibility to implement additional measures to limit NOx emissions, combustion noise and/or fuel consumption compared to diesel. For example, higher proportion of LP EGR and/or smaller pilot quantity could be exploited with HVO, at low load, to reduce NOx emissions to a greater extent than diesel, without incurring penalties in terms of incomplete combustion species. Conversely, at higher load, delayed main injection timings and reduced rail pressure could reduce combustion noise without exceeding soot levels of the baseline diesel case.

Headache is one of the most common somatic complaints in children and adolescents. The prevalence is estimated to be 10–20% in the school-age population. Until puberty, it hasn’t been seen gender differences (with a slight male predominance), at a later stage it has been noted an increase among females with a ratio of 2.5:1, except that lasts into adulthood. Prevalence of migraine in the pediatric population ranges from 3,3% to 21,4% and it increases from childhood to adolescence. In children and adolescents, headache and migraine are commonly associated with various diseases, such as psychiatric and neurological comorbidity, in particular depression and anxiety, epilepsy, sleep disorders, ADHD. We collected 11 cases of adolescents (14-17 years) all referring to our adult Centre for Headache from January 2019 to October 2020, 9 girls (81%) and 2 boys (19%), ranging from 14 to 17 years. 7/11 (63%) were diagnosed for migraine, 4/11 (33%) for tension-type headache. 4/11 (33%) complained of more than 4 episodes/months. Three patients (2 girls and a boy) were diagnosed with panic attack disorder, 1/11 with major depression disorders, 1/11 with borderline personality disorder (in all of them psychiatric treatment and psychotherapy were promptly started). A 14 years- old young girl received diagnosis of medication overuse headache. In conclusion we performed a small study whose data seem to be coherent with those previously reported in literature. We remark the importance of considering possible neuropsychiatric comorbidities associated with headache in order to assure best treatment of both

El objetivo principal del presente trabajo de tesis fue el diseño, construcción e implementación de camas biológicas a escala mediana como sistemas de tratamiento de las corrientes residuales de plaguicidas generadas en un predio del cinturón hortícola santafesino. Los plaguicidas encontrados en la solución fueron: ʎ cialotrina, azoxistrobina, carbendazim, imidacloprid, metaloclor, tebuconazole y abamectin B1a. El ensayo se extendió por 120 días y se realizaron las siguientes determinaciones: análisis 10de plaguicidas al inicio y al final, determinaciones enzimáticas (hidrólisis de la Fluoresceína Diacetato (FDA) y actividad fenoloxidasa (FOX)), ensayos de germinación con semillas de lechuga y prueba de huida o de evasión con lombrices. Además, se realizaron recuentos de bacterias totales y de hongos y levaduras antes y después de la aplicación de la solución de plaguicidas. En ambas camas biológicas se obtuvieron buenos porcentajes de degradación. Particularmente, en la CBI se obtuvo una degradación superior al 70% para los siete plaguicidas analizados, superior al 80% en el caso del abamectin B1a y al 90% para el carbendazim. En cuanto a la actividad enzimática debida a enzimas hidrolíticas (FDA) en ambas camas biológicas para el día 120 se observó una disminución significativa de la actividad respecto del inicio. Tanto los bioensayos de germinación como el de huida coinciden en evidenciar una “recuperación” de la calidad llegando al día 120 del ensayo lo que muestra una buena calidad de las biomezclas para su re utilización y/o incorporación al medio como abono o enmienda. The main purpose of this thesis has been the design, construction and implementation of medium-scale biobeds as treatment systems for residual currents of agricultural chemicals generated in an area of the horticultural belt in the province of Santa Fe, Argentina. The agrochemicals found in the solution were: ʎ cyhalothrin, azoxystrobin carbendazim, 13imidacloprid, metolachlor, tebuconazole and abamectin B1a. The test lasted for 120 days and the following determinations were made: agrochemical analysis at the beginning and at the end, enzyme determinations (hydrolysis of Fluorescein Diacetate, FDA) and phenol oxidase activity), lettuce seed germination tests, and avoidance tests with earthworms. Moreover, counts of total bacteria, fungi and yeast were performed before and after applying the agrochemical solution. Both biobeds showed good degradation percentages. Particularly, on day 120 BBI reached levels of degradation above 70% for the seven agrochemicals analysed, above 80% in the case of abamectin B1a and 90% for carbendazim. Regarding enzymatic activity due to hydrolytic enzymes (FDA), by day 120 activity decreased significantly in both biobeds relative to the beginning. Germination tests as well as avoidance tests both show a quality “recovery” by day 120 of the test, which makes it clear that the biomixtures present good quality for reuse and/or incorporation into the environment as fertilizer or soil improver, The biobeds tested turned out to be efficient for decontamination of residual currents of agrochemicals generated on site. BBI presented the greatest challenge in its construction due to the amount of time required to prepare the added compost. Even though the biomixture presented a good structure, the humidity content showed the same variations as in BBII; that is to say, humidity retention was similar.

The pharyngeal-cervical-brachial (PCB) variant of Guillain–Barré syndrome is defined by rapidly progressive oropharyngeal and cervicobrachial weakness associated with areflexia in the upper limbs. Subacute combined degeneration (SCD) is an acquired myelopathy caused by vitamin B12 deficiency, and is a rare cause of demyelination of the dorsal columns of the spinal cord. We report the case of a patient evaluated at department of emergency (DEA) in our hospital, who received both diagnosis of PCB and SCD. This constitute a unique case in literature. Diagnosis of both diseases can be focused on history and neurological findings alone and it is important to promptly recognize them in order to start treatment

The link between leverage and growth opportunities has been a topic issue in corporate finance for many years. The present paper aims to investigate the link between credit risk, leverage, and growth opportunities in a sample of Italian innovative small-and-medium enterprises (SMEs), given the lack of empirical literature on the subject. The results of the WLS model confirm the relationship between investments, leverage, and credit risk highlighted by the literature—in particular, a negative relationship emerges between credit risk and investments and between leverage and investments, while the analysis reveals a positive relationship between investments and liquidity. Furthermore, in consideration of the significant economic differences existing between the regional macro-areas into which Italy is divided, the firms were classified by geographical areas. The results show that the northeast area is the region characterised by the most reliable and significant results. The paper is organised as follows: Introduction provides a review of the theoretical and empirical literature on the link between leverage, investments, and growth opportunities and on credit risk; Materials and Methods explain the model; Results explain the WLS regression; Discussions contain the main finding of the analysis; Conclusions summarize the study.

Frente a la pandemia COVID-19 y ante la falta de una respuesta terapéutica o preventiva inmediata, la restricción o suspensión de actividades presenciales fue la herramienta epidemiológica más efectiva con la que contaron los Estados para enfrentar la circulación viral. Las decisiones gubernamentales en el contexto de emergencia ponderan, por un lado, y necesariamente, derechos en juego. Por otro lado, las políticas de emergencia procuran intervenir en una problemática cuyas dimensiones se conocen sólo parcialmente, y demandan apelar al acervo de conocimiento disponible. En este marco, los estándares que ofrecen enfoques que asocian a las políticas públicas con los derechos humanos y con la evidencia científica representaron un desafío para los Estados durante la emergencia sanitaria, en tanto ambos enfoques suponen racionalidades distintas. Objetivo: Explorar las percepciones, preocupaciones y necesidades del personal de salud en una Central de Emergencias de Adultos (CEA) de Argentina. Métodos: Investigación o acción participativa, coordinada y ejecutada por el propio personal de la CEA, que incluyó médicos/as, personal de enfermería y administrativo/as para participar activamente en la recolección de información y en el análisis. Se utilizaron metodologías mixtas: análisis documental de quejas y reclamaciones escritas por parte de los pacientes, 10 entrevistas individuales y 2 grupos focales reflexivos con 10 integrantes del personal de salud (de diferente cargo y antigüedad, y residentes en formación). Resultados: Los tópicos emergentes fueron factores laborales que inducen al error y atentan contra el encuentro clínico centrado en la persona: la sobrecarga y la falta de tiempo, la sobreutilización de recursos por medicina defensiva y la tecnología que reemplaza el contacto físico. El personal de salud manifestó episodios de agresiones de pacientes o sus familiares, cuando las largas esperas y las insuficiencias estructurales (como falta de camas, saturación de sala de espera, incomodidad) atentan contra la paciencia y la tolerancia. A partir de esta reflexión se generaron mejoras en diversas áreas de la CEA. Conclusiones: La identificación de las problemáticas realizadas por los propios actores de la CEA resultó un método pertinente para generar un proceso de cambio de gestión colectiva, promover la reflexión y concientizar, permitir identificar áreas de mejora, diseñar estrategias y propuestas concretas.

While entrepreneurial families often expand their activity over multiple businesses and patrimonial assets, this complexity is rarely addressed in mainstream family business research, where the predominant focus is on the family business or, at best, on the family controlling the operational business. We advance a more holistic understanding of entrepreneurial families that contemplates the variety of assets they create or acquire over time that jointly generate financial and socioemotional wealth for the family, and call for attention to the variety of organizations that entrepreneurial families establish to preserve, manage, and/or administer such assets. We theorize that each of these organizations can be devised as a family boundary organization (FBO), which operates at the interface of the entrepreneurial family and other systems, and such FBOs form a family-related organizational ecosystem. We propose a new framework that extends the scope of research beyond the family business and focuses more directly on entrepreneurial families and on the boundaries between the entrepreneurial family, its multiple assets, and the FBOs in the family-related organizational ecosystem. This framework paves the ground to extend the three-circle model, broadening the scope of family business research to consider a wider range of organizations besides the family firm, such as family foundations, family business foundations, family offices, family holdings, family academies, and family museums. Drawing on the organizational boundaries literature, we integrate organizational boundaries in the theory of the family firm and propose a research agenda to examine the entrepreneurial family and its assets in a broader way.

El presente trabajo realiza un abordaje exploratorio de los alcances de los planes de estudio correspondientes a la carrera de abogacía, en lo que respecta a la inserción curricular de contenidos vinculados con la investigación en la formación de profesionales jurídicos. A tal efecto, se tomaron tres casos de análisis: I) la Universidad de Buenos Aires, en adelante UBA (II) la Universidad Nacional de La Plata, en adelante UNLP y (III) la Universidad Nacional de Avellaneda, en adelante UNDAV. El análisis curricular comparativo permite identificar propuestas institucionales con improntas específicas, que dan cuenta de un escenario heterogéneo con independencia de la progresiva incorporación de contenidos vinculados a la investigación, la cual se evidencia - en términos generales- en la formación jurídica., This work carries out an exploratory approach to the scope of the study plans corresponding to the Legal Profession career, with regard to the curricular insertion of contents related to research in the training of legal professionals. Granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA), formerly known as Wegener’s granulomatosis, is a systemic inflammatory disease, primarily involving the upper and lower respiratory tract and kidneys. It is a relatively uncommon condition, characterized by necrotizing granulomatous vasculitis of small- and medium-sized vessels and the presence of anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies in the serum as defined in the Chapel Hill Consensus Conference 2012. GPA presents a wide spectrum of manifestations and remains one of the most challenging diagnostic dilemmas in clinical medicine. From common respiratory and neurological symptoms to infrequent cardiac complications, this fatal systemic illness is difficult to distinguish from infectious etiologies, and it is often mistaken for an isolated complaint. We report a case of granulomatosis with polyangiitis in a patient with persistent frontal headache, for a very long time considered as migraine versus tension-type headache.
