Background The prenatal diagnosis of foetal imperforate anus is difficult. Most previous studies have been case reports. To provide useful information for diagnosing foetal imperforate anus, a retrospective review of diagnostic approaches was conducted. Ultrasonography was performed in 19 cases of foetal imperforate anus from 2016 to 2019 at our prenatal diagnostic centre. The prenatal sonographic features and outcomes of each case were collected and evaluated. Result The anal sphincter of a normal foetus shows the ‘target sign’ on cross-sectional observation. Of the 19 cases of imperforate anus, 16 cases were diagnosed by the ultrasound image feature called the ‘line sign’. 1 case with tail degeneration was low type imperforate anus with the irregular ‘target sign’ not a real ‘target sign’. There was two false-negative case, in which the ‘target sign’ was found, but irregular. Conclusion In this study, we find that the anus of a foetus with imperforate anus presents a ‘line sign’ on sonographic observation. The absence of the ‘target sign’ and then the presence of the ‘line sign’ can assist in the diagnosis of imperforate anus. The ‘line sign’ can be used as a secondary assessment to determine the type of the malformation following non visualization of the ‘target sign’. The higher the position of the imperforate anus is, the more obvious the ‘line sign’. It is worth noting that the finding of the short ‘line sign’ and irregularr ‘target sign’ can not ignore the low type imperforate anus.

This study aims to compare the efficacy of endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) between early gastric cardiac cancer (EGCC) and early gastric non-cardiac cancer (EGNCC), and investigate associated risk factors for non-curative resection. Early gastric cancer (EGC) patients who underwent ESD from January 2015 to September 2020 in Beijing Friendship Hospital were consecutively enrolled. The clinical, histopathological and endoscopic data were retrospectively analyzed. The study was registered in Chinese Clinical Trial Registry (ChiCTR1800017117). Among 500 patients with 534 EGC lesions, 117 patients with 118 lesions were allocated to the EGCC group, and 383 patients with 416 lesions to the EGNCC group. The rates of en bloc resection, complete resection and curative resection in the EGCC group were 97.5%, 78.8% and 71.2%, respectively, significantly lower than those in the EGNCC group (99.8%, 94.5% and 90.4%, p = .010, p < .001). Multivariate analysis showed that tumor size (OR 2.393, 95% CI 1.388–4.126) and submucosal invasion (OR 11.498, 95% CI 3.759–35.175) were risk factors for non-curative resection in the EGCC group. For EGCC larger than 3 cm, none achieved curative resection, 86.7% were classified as eCura C-2 and 46.7% exhibited deep submucosal infiltration. The curative resection rate of ESD for EGCC was lower than that for EGNCC. ESD for EGCC larger than 3 cm should be cautiously considered.

Backgroud: Previous studies have reported that the levels of L1 cell adhesion molecule (L1CAM) indicate poor prognosis of patients with various solid tumors. However, the prognostic significance of L1CAM in endometrial cancer has remained controversial. Herein, we conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis to evaluate the prognostic value of L1CAM in endometrial cancer. Methods: All studies related to the association between L1CAM expression and clinical characteristics of endometrial cancer were identified by searching the PubMed, MEDLINE, EMBASE, and Web of Science databases. Primary outcomes of the meta-analysis were the hazard ratios (HRs) for overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS). Secondary outcomes were odds ratios (ORs) for clinicopathological characteristics. Publication bias and sensitivity analysis were conducted to ensure reliability of the results. Results: Overall, 17 studies encompassing 7146 patients were eligible for the meta-analysis. Generating factual-consistent summaries is a challenging task for abstractive summarization. Previous works mainly encode factual information or perform post-correct/rank after decoding. In this paper, we provide a factual-consistent solution from the perspective of contrastive learning, which is a natural extension of previous works. We propose CO2Sum (Contrastive for Consistency), a contrastive learning scheme that can be easily applied on sequence-to-sequence models for factual-consistent abstractive summarization, proving that the model can be fact-aware without modifying the architecture. CO2Sum applies contrastive learning on the encoder, which can help the model be aware of the factual information contained in the input article, or performs contrastive learning on the decoder, which makes the model to generate factual-correct output summary. What's more, these two schemes are orthogonal and can be combined to further improve faithfulness. Comprehensive experiments on public benchmarks demonstrate that CO2Sum improves the faithfulness on large pre-trained language models and reaches competitive results compared to other strong factual-consistent summarization baselines., Comment: 9 pages

In this dissertation, the dynamics between leader and follower is the focus. This dissertation contributes to knowledge and understanding of the leader-member exchange (LMX) theory in Chinese organizational settings. The research has three aims. The first aim is to increase knowledge of the LMX theory by contextualizing the theory in the Chinese setting. Drawing upon discussion of the role of guanxi, Chinese social values is elaborated in LMX. The second aim is to analyze the connections between LMX, ethical culture of an organization and employee work engagement. Finally, the third aim is to examine the construct validity of the measurement of the ethical culture of an organization, namely Kaptein’s (2008) Corporate Ethical Virtues (CEV) model. To reach the first aim, a literature analysis was conducted. To reach the second and third aims a quantitative survey approach was adopted. The empirical data came from three different organizations in Mainland China, with total 720 employees who returned the entire survey. The results showed that the personal and emotional side of leadership relationships need to be emphasized more strongly in Chinese organizational life than the LMX theory. It is suggested that it would be appropriate to make the emotional elements part of LMX theory when it is used in research in China. Further, the empirical results showed that the ethical organizational culture can have a socializing effect on leader-member relationship and employee work engagement. On one hand, the ethical culture of an organization is helpful to strengthen leader-follower relationships; alternatively, it showed that the leader-member relationship plays a positive role in nurturing employees’ work engagement. It is suggested that LMX can be taken as a mediator in the relationship between ethical organizational culture and employee work engagement. Finally, the findings support a seven- dimension CEV scale for measuring the ethical culture of an organization, rather than the original eight-dimension scale. This means that the CEV scale can be partially used in the Chinese organizations to assess ethical culture in their organizations. In sum, this study provides a more comprehensive understanding of LMX from the socio-context point of view than previous studies, and a specific ethical and emotional viewpoint are suggested to be worth further consideration and discussion in LMX research and practice in the future.

It is investigated that nearly 86% containers were transferred by roads connection transport at Shenzhen port with the high-speed developing steps of Chinese economy. For a long time, Shenzhen container-trailer enterprises have provided essential and efficient logistics service for every dock. However, problems as operated by many bodies, small scale, decentralized business and poor competitiveness, etc. was universally existed. Because the port, big international logistics enterprises, policies, environment, competitors, customers, insurance companies and maintenance companies have great affection on the cost and income of container-trailer enterprises, this paper conducts a comprehensive analysis on operating environment of these enterprises by using the dynamic game theory of incomplete information to study some useful running modes of high efficiency and low cost operation, and also some feasible measures have been proposed.

A novel high-precision low-pass switched-capacitor filter was designed for a micro-sensor signal processing system. Different kinds of switches, correlated double sampling technique and high gain operational amplifier were used to decrease output dc gain error and dc offset of switched-capacitor filter, which come from the nonidealities of switch and operational amplifier. Simulation results show that the dc gain error of switched -capacitor filter is approximately 0.0021dB and the dc offset is decreased from 2mV to 23uV.

A high-precision ΣΔ modulator was designed for real-time signal processing of MEMS-based micro air vehicle. Reasonable switch timing, optimum switch size, simple two-stage op-amp structure and sub-threshold technologies were used in the modulator to improve the precision and decrease the power and area. The results of simulation show a SNR of 109dB and a power of 4.653 mW.
