Due to the financial crisis, a series of changes have been brought to global trading environment. Compared withinternal-oriented companies, private enterprises in Wenzhou, most of which are in export-orientedinternationalization model, suffer more in the financial crisis. The traditional internationalization model of theseenterprises in Wenzhou is forced by the complicated and volatile foreign trade environment to have their modelchanged; therefore, this thesis will analyze financial crisis’ impacts on traditional operation model of suchenterprises and present a way for transformation.
