The paper analyzes the working conditions of workers in the dairy industry, which showed that the prevailing harmful production factor is the increased noise level. It has been proven that noise has a negative impact not only on the hearing organs, but also on the whole organism as a whole as a general biological irritant, therefore, reducing noise expansion due to engineering solutions is an urgent task of our time. The article assesses the noise impact on operators of the dairy industry as part of a special assessment of working conditions. The analysis showed that the excess noise level is observed at all workplaces. To protect workers from an increased noise level, a design of a sound-suppressing piece sound absorber is proposed, which is distinguished by high sanitary and hygienic properties. The use of sound-suppressing piece sound absorbers will improve working conditions from a harmful class to an acceptable one.

Since the early months of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, the understanding that severe forms of COVID-19 are associated with systemic inflammation has spurred the medical community to greater efforts to evaluate the effect of numerous anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory therapies. Corticosteroids have a broad and non-specific anti-inflammatory action; they can interfere with mRNA transcription of inflammatory cytokines, reducing the production of inflammatory mediators. Therefore, the use of glucocorticoids will reduce the complications caused by the cytokine storm. On the other hand, immunosuppression in the respiratory epithelium may delay viral clearance and predispose to secondary infections and clinical deterioration. Therefore, WHO does not currently recommend the routine use of corticosteroids in the treatment of patients with COVID-19. The RECOVERY study showed a reduction in mortality with dexamethasone in patients with COVID-19 hypoxemia, as well as an increase in the number of days without mechanical ventilation among critically ill patients. The REMAP-CAP Committee concluded that among patients with severe COVID-19, treatment with a 7-day course of various hydrocortisone dose versus no hydrocortisone resulted in 93 and 80% chances of eliminating the need for respiratory and cardiac support for 21 days. The results of studies conducted show that there was no statistical difference between steroid use and mortality in patients with COVID-19 in the high dose group, while there was statistical difference in the medium dose group. The less 5 days group showed a strong association between reduced mortality in patients with COVID-19 and steroid use, while there were no statistically significant associations in the 5–7 days group and the more than 7 days group. Inhaled forms of corticosteroids deserve attention given their effectiveness and logical use.

Phraseological units are an integral part of the national linguistic culture. In the collective consciousness of native speakers, set phrases generate a phraseological picture of the world common to any language community. Individuals have their phraseological picture of the world integrated into the general one. The phraseological parameters of discourse and communication represent valuable material for innovative research in the field of communication aesthetics. Phraseological grammar and aesthetics correlate with the creative aspect of stable word combinations of national culture and worldview. The article considers some aspects of French phraseological communication and a picture of the world with due regard to ethnocultural and diachronic factors. A hypothesis is put forward that a specific phraseological unit (“carpe diem”) has a high degree of linguocultural activity in the modern French discourse and, accordingly, in the linguistic picture of the world. There are prospects for further cognitive-communicative research of the phraseological discourse.

Cold atmospheric-pressure plasma (CAP) has emerged as a potential alternative or adjuvant to conventional antibiotics for the treatment of bacterial infections, including those caused by antibiotic-resistant pathogens. The potential of sub-lethal CAP exposures to synergise conventional antimicrobials for the eradication of Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilms is investigated in this study. The efficacy of antimicrobials following or in the absence of sub-lethal CAP pre-treatment in P. aeruginosa biofilms was assessed. CAP pre-treatment resulted in an increase in both planktonic and biofilm antimicrobial sensitivity for all three strains tested (PAO1, PA14, and PA10548), with both minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) and minimum biofilm eradication concentrations (MBECs) of individual antimicrobials, being significantly reduced following CAP pre-treatment of the biofilm (512-fold reduction with ciprofloxacin/gentamicin; and a 256-fold reduction with tobramycin). At all concentrations of antimicrobial used, the combination of sub-lethal CAP exposure and antimicrobials was effective at increasing time-to-peak metabolism, as measured by isothermal microcalorimetry, again indicating enhanced susceptibility. CAP is known to damage bacterial cell membranes and DNA by causing oxidative stress through the in situ generation of reactive oxygen and nitrogen species (RONS). While the exact mechanism is not clear, oxidative stress on outer membrane proteins is thought to damage/perturb cell membranes, confirmed by ATP and LDH leakage, allowing antimicrobials to penetrate the bacterial cell more effectively, thus increasing bacterial susceptibility. Transcriptomic analysis, reveals that cold-plasma mediated oxidative stress caused upregulation of P. aeruginosa superoxide dismutase, cbb3 oxidases, catalases, and peroxidases, and upregulation in denitrification genes, suggesting that P. aeruginosa uses these enzymes to degrade RONS and mitigate the effects of cold plasma mediated oxidative stress. CAP treatment also led to an increased production of the signalling molecule ppGpp in P. aeruginosa, indicative of a stringent response being established. Although we did not directly measure persister cell formation, this stringent response may potentially be associated with the formation of persister cells in biofilm cultures. The production of ppGpp and polyphosphate may be associated with protein synthesis inhibition and increase efflux pump activity, factors which can result in antimicrobial tolerance. The transcriptomic analysis also showed that by 6 h post-treatment, there was downregulation in ribosome modulation factor, which is involved in the formation of persister cells, suggesting that the cells had begun to resuscitate/recover. In addition, CAP treatment at 4 h post-exposure caused downregulation of the virulence factors pyoverdine and pyocyanin; by 6 h post-exposure, virulence factor production was increasing. Transcriptomic analysis provides valuable insights into the mechanisms by which P. aeruginosa biofilms exhibits enhanced susceptibility to antimicrobials. Overall, these findings suggest, for the first time, that short CAP sub-lethal pre-treatment can be an effective strategy for enhancing the susceptibility of P. aeruginosa biofilms to antimicrobials and provides important mechanistic insights into cold plasma-antimicrobial synergy. Transcriptomic analysis of the response to, and recovery from, sub-lethal cold plasma exposures in P. aeruginosa biofilms improves our current understanding of cold plasma biofilm interactions.

Background: The phases of support and single support on a limb are significant basic parameters of walking (phase of support means the whole limb support time, while the phase of single support is when only one limb is on the ground). Both can be used as targets for biofeedback training. Aim: to investigate the effectiveness of both target parameters for training the function of walking with biofeedback in patients in the early recovery period of cerebral stroke. Methods: The study involved 40 patients, 20 in each group, who underwent a training course to harmonize walking: the first group for the period of support, and the second group for the period of single support. The control group of healthy people also consisted of 20 people. We studied the spatiotemporal parameters of walking at an arbitrary pace at the beginning and after the end of the training course, as well as classical clinical scales. The treadmill training consisted of 10 sessions. Results: The clinical and biomechanical parameters of walking changed their values in the direction of a significant improvement in the performance. At the same time, the biomechanical parameters of the second group indicated a more severe functional state before the start of the treatment, with the same clinical parameters according to the Barthel scale, Rivermead Mobility Index, modified Rankin scale, rehabilitation routing scale, and manual muscle testing. In the first group, indirect data were obtained on the possible effect of the target indicator on the training and direct data on its effect on the function of a healthy limb, which also allows increasing the load on the paretic one. In the second group, there were no reliable data on the effect of biofeedback training on the functional outcome. Conclusion: The conducted study showed that the classical clinical assessment of the patient's condition may not correspond to the instrumental functional study of walking. When using the support period as the training target parameter, indirect evidence was obtained that such a training is effective.

Non — alcoholic steatohepatitis is a syndrome that develops in patients who do not abuse alcohol, while the nature of liver damage is histologically indistinguishable from alcoholic hepatitis. The condition occurs as a result of excessive accumulation of fats (triglycerides) in the liver, determined by the results of instrumental research methods or histology. Currently, non — alcoholic steatohepatitis (non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, NAFLD) is the most common chronic disease of the biliary system in developed countries and affects from 25 to 30 % of the adult population. The total prevalence in the world is 25.24 %. In the Russian Federation, according to recent studies, NAFLD was approximately 38.3 % in outpatient patients. NAFLD is closely associated with obesity, especially abdominal, which significantly increases cardiometabolic risk and affects morbidity, life expectancy and prognosis of patients. In obese patients, the prevalence of various forms of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is significantly higher than in non-obese individuals.

The presented paper is relevant, as it presents the results of fatigue tests of titanium alloy. The purpose of the article is to describe the use of the hypothesis of linear damage summation when processing the results of fatigue tests. In the study, the authors used empirical methods such as indirect observation of the object under study, description, and measurement of technical influences exerted on it by an artificial means. The linear regression analysis to establish the relationship between stress and durability was also used. The endurance limit of the titanium alloy was determined, which lies in the range from 460 to 480 MPa with the number of cycles from 105 to 108. It was concluded that the use of the linear damage summation hypothesis in processing the results of fatigue tests entails a satisfactory practical accuracy of the calculation of endurance limit

Until 1891 the entire territory of the Ostrogozhsk County was covered by a single veterinary district. Based on the Zemstvo Assembly Resolution, starting from that year the county was divided into two veterinary districts – Rossoshansk and Ostrogozhsk. The Rossoshansk district included 15 volosts (small rural districts): Lizinovsk, Olkhovatsk, Rossoshansk, Rovensk, Aidarsk, Podgorensk, Belogorsk, Shaposhnikovsk, Evstratovsk, Vsesvyatsk, Maryevsk, Karayashnikovsk, Semeysk, Novo- and Staro-Kalitvyansk. The Ostrogozhsk district included the town and 12 volosts: Goncharovsk, DalnePolubyansk, Evdakovsk, Karpenkovsk, Kolybelsk, Lisyansk, Lushnikovsk, Markovsk, Novo-Sotensk, Ribensdorfsk, Sagunovsk and Trostyansk. The third Rovensk veterinary district was opened in 1897 to include seven volosts: Aidarsk, Lizinovsk, Rovensk, Shaposhnikovsk, Vsesvyatsk, Maryevsk and Olkhovatsk. In December 1897 the Olkhovatsk veterinary paramedical station was eliminated due to the paramedic's resignation. In February 1901, a veterinary outpatient clinic was opened in the town of Ostrogozhsk. From March 10, 1903, the veterinary staff of the first district increased by one paramedic, who was appointed by the Province Zemstvo to an independent station in the Marky village. The fourth Sagunovsk veterinary district was opened in 1906 to include six volosts: Sagunovsk, Markovsk, Belogorsk, Karayashnikovsk, Goncharovsk and Kolybelsk. In October 1907, the Olkhovatsk volost, which was recorded as part of the Rovensk district was assigned to the Rossoshansk. On August 1, 1909, the fifth Podgorensk district was opened in the county. There were two inpatient clinics in the county – in Saguny and Rovenky. In November 1910 the sixth district was opened in Staraya Kalitva village. In 1913 the seventh Olkhovatsk veterinary district was opened and new distribution of volosts and villages took place within the county territory. As of the beginning of 1914 seven veterinary physicians and twelve paramedics worked in the county. The First World War which began in July 1914, stopped the progressive evolution of zemstvo system veterinary medicine in the county as most of the physicians and paramedics were mobilised into the army.

This study assesses and systematizes the signs of asthenovegetative syndrome (AVS) in patients who had COVID-19 a month ago. The survey was completed by 44 respondents aged 20 to 80 years. According to the results of the survey, the most common manifestation of asthenovegetative syndrome is weakness. The respondents also noted emotional disturbances, decreased attention, sleep disturbances, pain in the joints and muscles, weight loss, and headache. To assess the dynamics of the studied manifestations, a survey was conducted using the Vein's autonomic dysfunction scale. In 93.1 % of the respondents, the total score exceeded 15, which indicates the presence of autonomic dysfunction. The results demonstrate that among patients who have undergone COVID-19, the frequency of autonomic dysfunction is quite high. The manifestations which patients are most often concerned about are asthenic and psycho-emotional disorders. These consequences of COVID-19 significantly reduce the quality of life, which indicates the need for timely diagnosis and provision of qualified care to patients.

Gilbert’s syndrome is an autosomal recessive inherited disorder of bilirubin glucuronidation characterized by unconjugated hyperbilirubinaemia in the absence of hepatocellular injury or hemolysis. Gilbert’s syndrome is characterized by mutations to the UGT1A1 gene which encodes the enzyme uridine disphosphate glucuronоsyltransferase which is required for the conjugation and subsequent excretion of bilirubin. Most Gilbert’s syndrome patients experience recurrent and short-term episodes of yellowing of the skin and sclera of eyes caused by bilirubin accumulation in the blood. Approximately 30 % of patients with Gilbert's syndrome do not experience any symptoms, but are detected by blood tests that show elevated levels of unconjugated bilirubin. In addition to traditional methods, genetic analysis of the UGT1A1 gene allows us to confirm the diagnosis of Gilbert's syndrome. The article presents modern concepts of the pathogenesis, diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment of Gilbert's syndrome. It is of interest to gastroenterologists, internists and general practitioners who treat such patients.

Respiratory failure is a pathological condition in which the partial oxygen voltage in arterial blood (RaO2) is less than 60 mmHg and/or the partial carbon dioxide voltage (PaCO2) is greater than 45 mmHg. This indicates that the necessary gas composition of the blood is not provided, or it is maintained by overstressing the compensatory capabilities of the external respiratory apparatus. Respiratory insufficiency is based on a violation of gas exchange in the lungs: the body does not receive the necessary amount of oxygen, and an excessive amount of carbon dioxide accumulates, which leads to oxygen starvation, primarily of vital organs – the heart and brain.

Coronavirus infection is a group of infectious diseases caused by various coronavirus serotypes (SARS-CoV, SARSCoV-2) and is extremely dangerous for human body and health. During the COVID-19 pandemic, neurological disorders, which were manifested by such symptoms as dizziness, headache, ischemic stroke, and intracerebral hemorrhage, were noticed in patients. As statistics show, these manifestations of neurological disorders were observed mainly in patients with vascular pathology, coagulopathy, and in critical conditions. Stroke is the main cause of neurological disorders and death; therefore, it requires a more detailed analysis of the course of pathology, patient management, and preventive measures against the background of the novel coronavirus infection.

Background. Praxis disorders are one of the most common consequences of brain damage. In this regard, neuropsychological diagnosis and rehabilitation of patients with praxis disorders is of great practical importance. Since people with apraxia and their families continue to live in society, they have to deal with issues of social functioning in the context of the patient's limited abilities. As social well-being is impossible without taking into account the psychological and behavioral aspects of the patient and his environment, the modern approach to diagnosis and rehabilitation includes working with all of these aspects. This work is implemented through the organization of a partnership between the patient, his environment and a multidisciplinary team of specialists. Objective. The article aims to analyze and summarize the diagnostic and rehabilitation experience accumulated in neuropsychology, as well as to identify quality criteria for neuropsychological diagnosis and rehabilitation of patients with praxis disorders arising from brain damage. These criteria are recommended for use in the practice of a clinical psychologist. Results. Based on the analysis of applied research and practical guidelines, recommendations on the choice of diagnostic tools for detecting praxis disorders are presented. The main directions and methods of rehabilitation work, which have shown their effectiveness in overcoming kinetic, kinesthetic, spatial and regulatory apraxia, are highlighted. Conclusion. The practical work of a clinical psychologist with patients suffering from praxis disorders should be aimed at maintaining the level of preserved voluntary movements and actions as a “support” for further restoration of motor functions or for maintaining the existing level of motor functioning. Practical work should seek to restore disturbed praxis with the help of internal / external means or special techniques and focus on the organization of the patient's household environment in order to minimize restrictions in functioning.

Novel electron-deficient low-symmetry perhalogenated azaanalogues of subphthalocyanine, [Cl2F8N2subPc] and [Cl4F4N4subPc], were prepared by mixed co-cyclotrimerization of tetrafluorophthalonitrile and 5,6-dichloropyrazine-3,4-dicarbonitrile in p-xylene in the presence of BCl3. They were characterized by MALDI mass-spectrometry, UV-VIS, IR, [Formula: see text]C, and [Formula: see text]F NMR spectroscopy, and the molecular structure of [Cl2F8N2subPc] was established by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The spectral-luminescence and redox properties of [Cl2F8N2subPc] and [Cl4F4N4subPc] as well as peculiarities of their electronic structure are compared with the corresponding symmetrically substituted compounds - perfluorosubphthalocyanine, [F[Formula: see text]subPc], and hexachlorotripyrazinosubporphyrazine, [Cl6N6subPc]. Consecutive substitution of one and two tetrafluorobenzene fragments by dichloropyrazine units leads to stabilization of the frontier [Formula: see text]-molecular orbitals and widening of the HOMO–LUMO gap. As a result, electron-affinity of the macrocycle is increased and the first reduction potentials are increasingly shifted in the less negative region from -0.43 V for [F[Formula: see text]subPc] to -0.31 V for [Cl2F8N2subPc], -0.19 V for [Cl4F4N4subPc], and the maxima of the Q-band is shifted hypsochromically from 573 nm to 565 and 553 nm, respectively. Preliminary photoelectrical measurements indicate that novel compounds can be used as acceptor materials in non-fullerene photovoltaic cells.

Glaucoma is one of the leading causes of irreversible blindness in the world. Reducing intraocular pressure is the only way to slow down the progression of glaucomatous optic neuropathy. Minimally invasive glaucoma surgery aims to provide a safer way of reduction of intraocular pressure than traditional methods, and at the same time it is capable to reduce dependence on antihypertensive therapy. Cyclodestructive high-precision method of reducing the production of aquоeus humor occupies a confident position among modern minimally invasive glaucoma surgery methods. The data obtained as a result of studying the literature confirm our idea on the endoscopic laser cyclodestruction method as a minimally invasive, safe, reliable antiglaucomatous component of the combined surgical treatment of cataract and glaucoma.

Coronavirus infection is a group of infectious diseases caused by various serotypes of coronavirus (SARS-CoV, SARS-CoV-2), and in severe cases is dangerous for the body and human health. During the pandemic of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19, neurological disorders were noticed in patients, which were manifested by the following symptoms and pathological conditions: dizziness, headache, ischemic stroke, intracerebral hemorrhage. As statistics show, these manifestations were noted mainly in patients with vascular pathology, coagulopathy, and in cases of severe multimorbidity. Stroke is the main cause of persistent neurological disorders and death, therefore, it requires a more detailed analysis of the course of the pathology, patient management and preventive measures.

The medical and social significance of fractures of the epimetaphysis of the radius is due to the high frequency of their occurrence in patients of different ages, as well as the often unsatisfactory results of conservative and surgical treatment. One of the reasons for the insufficient recovery of the function of the upper limb is inadequate rehabilitation. The main tasks of rehabilitation after a fracture of the epimetaphysis of the radius include restoring the function of the affected upper limb, self-care skills, ability to work, social activity of the patient, as well as improving the quality of his life. Often the development of complications is associated with insufficient motor activity of the patient, therefore, rehabilitation measures should be started immediately after immobilization of the limb during conservative treatment or bandaging after surgery. The most optimal rehabilitation strategy is a multidisciplinary approach, taking into account the individual needs of the patient, while the members of the multidisciplinary team use the main provisions of the International Classification of Functioning, Disabilities and Health when drawing up a rehabilitation program. In order to rehabilitate the upper limb after a fracture of the epimetaphysis of the radius, a set of measures is used: various methods of physiotherapy exercises, mechanotherapy, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, drug treatment, and psychological assistance. To analyze the effectiveness of rehabilitation, a number of clinical and instrumental methods are used, as well as modern scales and questionnaires that allow you to analyze the results of the measures taken based on the assessments given by patients.

In the modern world, studying the impact of stress factors on the human body is becoming more and more relevant. Increasingly, medical practice describes conditions associated with a long-term persistent increase in body temperature. The cause of this syndrome can be both infectious and non-infectious factors, however, due to the lack of diagnostic capabilities, making a final diagnosis is not a quick matter. One of the causes of prolonged fever is thermoneurosis, which develops under the influence of various exogenous and endogenous factors on the body. The development of this condition is based on circadian rhythm disorders, which lead to an imbalance in the internal processes of the body. This article describes the pathogenesis of thermoneurosis, its causes, and the consequences of this condition.

Hemophilia is a rare disease whose approved treatment options have remained virtually unchanged for 50 years. However, over the past decade there has been an innovation boom in treatment options that are either under development or have been approved for the treatment of hemophilia, including engineered clotting factors and a vast range of new approaches and techniques. Some of these new techniques, especially gene therapy, show proof of principle in hemophilia, but may have wider applications. These advances, combined with improved diagnostics, are now enabling clinicians to improve standards of care for people with hemophilia. The various mechanisms of action and modifications used in these therapies have implications for their safe and effective use, which must be balanced with their therapeutic utility.

The goal of our research was to assess the effect of Enrofloxacin (fluoroquinolone antibacterial drug) on WBC indices of different kinds of poultry at young age. In order to study the dynamics we performed two series of experiments employing groups as follows: Group 1 – control group (one-day-old chicks, receiving pure drinking water), Group 2 – experimental group (one-day-old chicks, receiving Enrofloxacin via drinking water at concentration 200 g/L for 10 consecutive days), Groups 3 and 4 were made with one-day-old ducklings, the experiment design was the same as with chicks. Blood samples were drawn from every bird on Day 1, Day 3, Day 5, Day 7 and Day 9 after the drug withdrawal. We performed differential leukocyte count, leukogram was made and we also calculated leukocyte (hematological) indices. The data analysis showed reliable changes of blood indices both in chicks and in ducklings. The greatest changes in the results of both experimental groups as compared to the control groups were observed on Day 7, but they were not lasting. We observed more pronounced and lasting changes in the leukogram of Group 2, while duckling blood showed reliable changes of leukocyte indices. But all in all dynamics in WBC indices that we observed did not show toxic effect of the drug on bird organism.

The authors describe their experience in a successful treatment of a patient with necrotizing infection of lower limb soft tissues complicated by sepsis. Their comprehensive approach included two-stage surgical intervention and medicamentous therapy. As a result, the patient has completely recovered.

The global pandemic of the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) has become an extreme challenge for the health care of the whole world since 2020.The main target of the SARS-CoV-2 virus is the lungs, but at the same time, more and more evidence is accumulating that the new coronavirus can also aff ect other organs and systems, such as the heart, blood vessels, kidneys, intestines, and brain.Thus, adequate management of a coronavirus patient means not only the therapy of viral pneumonia, but also the timely diagnosis and treatment of damage to other organs.The analysis of predictor factors of severe course and fatal outcome in COVID-19 indicates the aggravating role of comorbid pathology, such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chronic gastrointestinal diseases. Therefore, in addition to measures to prevent infection with SARS-CoV-2, measures should also be taken to control the comorbid conditions present in the patient.ACE2 receptors, which the virus uses to penetrate human cells, can also be expressed in the esophagus, stomach, small and large intestines, liver and pancreas. This makes the frequency of gastroenterological symptoms in COVID-19 high, which is caused both by the defeat of the digestive organs by the coronavirus itself and by the exacerbation of chronic gastrointestinal diseases against the background of infection and its aggressive therapy. At the same time, the presence and severity of digestive diseases signifi cantly affect the clinical course of COVID-19.This article is devoted to the pathogenesis, clinical picture, approaches to the diagnosis and therapy of erosive ulcerative lesions of the stomach and duodenum against the background of a new coronavirus infection.

Formation of radioactive waste (RW) is specific to the NPP operation. Liquid radioactive waste (LRW) forms in the process of the reactor plant operation, and in decontamination of equipment, rooms and overalls. The radionuclides found mostly in vat residues are 134, 137 Cs in the form of ions and 60Co and 54Mn isotopes in the form of chelates including substances used for equipment decontamination. Among the well-known conditioning techniques, selective sorption provides for the greatest reduction of LRW amounts. The efficiency of using the amount of the filter material can be increased by supplying the treated medium simultaneously to several sorbent layers. The paper presents computer simulation results for three proposed options of improved container filter designs for ion-selective treatment differing in the ways used both to separate the treated water flows and to deliver these to the sorbent layers. The improved efficiency of the sorption processes in the proposed designs was estimated using computer simulation in SolidWorks Flow Simulation. Three sorbent grades from NPP Eksorb were used for the study. A series of experimental studies of the flow through the sorbent layer was undertaken to determine the hydraulic resistance of the studied samples. The obtained experimental data was added to the Solidworks Flow Simulation engineering database for simulation of the earlier presented designs. Representative parameters of the flow inside of container filters were obtained as a result of the simulation.

Autonomic dysfunction syndrome (ADS) is a pathological symptom complex that can be included in absolutely any nosological complex; it is caused by dysfunction of autonomic mechanisms and manifested by dysregulation of physiological reactions. As a rule, this syndrome is often accompanied by severe maladaptation disorders, which significantly worsen the patient's quality of life. Also, autonomic dysfunction is not attributed to the pathology of the autonomic nervous system itself. This pathology of the autonomic nervous system is of great interest for both doctors and scientists, since today there are more and more diagnostic possibilities that help to study the pathology in various nosological categories. However, along with new diagnostic possibilities, etiological factors, and methods of treatment, there is a considerable number of myths that also attract the researchers’ attention.
