Bu çalışmada, 1991 yılında kurulan Çorum Şeker Fabrikası için türbin ve rafineri sisteminde kullanılan buhar ısısının, enerji ve ekserji verimliliği tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Fabrikada analiz yapılan yerler, işletmede buhar ve elektrik üretilen kısım ve bunlardan sonraki aşamada ise buharın kullanıldığı 5 adet Buharlaştırıcı yani Tephir (Buharlaştırıcı) bölümleridir. İşletme bütünlüğü açısından, şeker pancarının işlendiği tesisin diğer ünitelerine de kısaca değinilmiştir. İşletmede şu an kullanılan teknoloji eski olmasına rağmen, etkin bir şekilde kullanılmaktadır. Bunun en iyi göstergesi yapılan ölçümlerde ve değerlendirmede çıkan sonuçlardır. Fabrika genelinde üretilen buhar için enerji verimi % 84, ekserji verimi ise % 51 değerleri elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre en fazla tersinmezlik oranı Kazan ve Türbin kısmında % 67 oranla olmuştur. Buharlaştırıcılarda toplam tersinmezlik oranı % 24 olarak gerçekleşmiş ve fabrikanın genel tersinmezlik yüzdesi % 49 olmuştur. Doğalgaz kaynaklı buhar türbini ile elektrik enerjisinin yerinde üretilmesi ile birlikte atık buharın diğer işlemlerde değerlendirilmesi ve işletmenin karlılığına etkisi irdelenmiştir. Bunun gibi büyük işletmelerde enerji ve ekserji verimliliği veya diğer bir anlamıyla enerjinin etkin kullanımı çok büyük önem arz etmektedir. Termodinamik kurallarına göre hesaplamalar yapılarak elde edilen sonuçlar değerlendirilerek işletme karlılığı ve enerji etkin kullanımı için neler yapılabileceği konularının tespiti yapılmıştır. Gıda sektöründe olan büyük işletmelerin böyle bir çalışma yaptırması, daha doğru yatırım yapabilme ve karlılık oranını artırmada ışık tutacaktır. In this study, it is intended to determine energy efficiency for heat in the section of turbine and refinery, by using energy and exergy analysis for Çorum Sugar Factory established in 1991.Analyzed places at the factory are parts of where generating steam and electricity and on the next stage of these, unit of 5 evaporators that use the steam. In terms of the integrity of the plant, other units of the plant where sugar beet is processed are briefly mentioned. Although the technology currently used in business is old, it is being used most effectively. The best indicators of this situation are results of the measurements and evaluations. At the entire plant, 84% energy efficiency and 51% exergy efficiency of produced steam is obtained. According to the obtained results, the maximum percentage rate of irreversibility is 67% at boiler and turbine section since a large portion of the chemical exergy is not released. Still, the total irreversibility ratehappens at 24% in the evaporators and the irreversibility overall percentage of factories happens 49%. With the energy produced by the natural gas at the location, there cycling of waste steam in other operations and the effect of it on the profitability of the factory are examined. The energy and exergy efficiency, in other words efficient usage of energy, is very important in such a large company. Evaluating the results obtained by calculations according to the rules of thermodynamics, what can be done is to determine the subject matter that can be made for business profitability and the efficient use of energy. Having such a study done of large enterprises in the food sectors has shed light on increasing profitability and making more accurate investment. For over 30 years, the structure of the population of pedunculate oak stands has been studied for the purposes of forest typology. Over 200 sample plots have been olaced in the ecological management forest type II-G-10 stand, where the phytocenosis Carpino betuli-Quercetum roboris is most prevalent. The sample plots are square and are of varying dimensions depending on the age of the stand. On each plot, one, two or three trees from the average stand diameter are felled, the number depending on the age of the stand and the number of individuals in the plot. A steam analysis of each felled tree is undertaken so that in each section, the length od 5 annal rings from the centre to the bark are measured in three rows. All data are recorded in the EGTRH database and are then processed.
