Truth-seeking is a predictor of whether pre-service mathematics teachers have critical thinking dispositions. The effort to familiarize the truth-seeking of pre-service mathematics teachers is realized by giving the problems with contradictory information and the problems with no specified universal set continuously. The aim is to develop the problems that can measure the truth-seeking of pre-service mathematics teachers. The participants were 184 mathematics education students from six universities in Indonesia. The development steps used were define, design, and develop. Data were analyzed by using item response theory. The findings and conclusions were reached and the results indicated that problems were developed are valid to measure the truth-seeking of pre-service mathematics teachers.

The objective of this study was to fully characterize and validate the mechanical-based aging model parameters and compared with the chemical kinetic model. This study found that level of aging applied to both asphalt binder and asphalt concrete showed differences, as verified by all of the p-values from regression analysis test, were greater than 0.05. The aging variable value decreased with the aggregate involved. The aging history dependent (k2) could be simulated the actual aging behavior as a polynomial curve. The Pearson correlation test showed that there is a strong relationship between the carbonyl content and the aging model variable.

Dalamputusan tersebut ditentukan suatu kaidah hukum acara yang menegaskan: “Apabila dalam suatugugatan yang menyangkut pembagian harta warisan masih terkandung sengketa hak milik makaperkara yang bersangkutan tidak termasuk kewenangan Pengadilan Agama untuk memeriksanyatapi termasuk kewenangan Peradilan Umum.” Kaidah di atas telah dianggap dalam praktekperadilan sebagai salah satu yurisprudensi tetap. Hampir semua kalangan telah menjadikannyasebagai pedoman, baik lingkungan Peradilan Agama maupun lingkungan Peradilan Umum.Sebagian besar telah menjadikannya sebagai patokan dalam menentukan kewenangan perkaraperkarawarisan bagi mereka yang beragama Islam. Apalagi sejak hal itu dikukuhkan sebagaisalah satu patokan beracara dalam rapat kerja Mahkamah Agung dengan semua lingkunganperadilan di Yogyakarta 23-25 Maret 1985. Semakin banyak para Hakim yang mengindahkanputusan tersebut. Tetapi belum semua Hakim melaksanakannya

This study aims to describe the communication of prospective teachers in learning mathematics. The research was conducted in SMAN 1 Madura. The subject of this research is PLP student from Mathematics Education Study Program of Madura University. The prospective teacher's math learning is using the concept of function limits and the derivative of functions in problem solving (Calculus). This research is descriptive qualitative research. Instruments in the study were interviews, field notes, and video recordings. The knowledge of prospective mathematics teacher in field practice involves communication in factual,conceptual, procedural, and metacognitive knowledge in facts, concepts, principles, procedures, and reasoning. Teacher communication plays a role in learning mathematics, especially the ability to use formulas, rules, and methods simultaneously correctly to make accurate calculations. Prospective teachers are able to provide guidance to their students when implementing mathematics lessons and when working on the blackboard, directing discussions and frequently asked questions, using language appropriate to the level of students ' understanding so that the symbols, procedures, and strategies described can be well understood by the students.
