本稿は、 平成二八年度広島大学公文書管理研修 （基礎編） における講義の記録です。本研修は、 公文書等の管理に関する法律第三二条及び広島大学法人文書管理規則第二六条の規程に基づき、適切な法人文書の管理体制の強化を図るために開催するもので、平成二八年七月二六日に広島大学中央図書館ライブラリーホールを会場に四六名の職員の方に受講いただきました。

Sadatomi and Kawahara invented a multi-fluids mixer which is categorized as a twin-fluid type but have a merit of water suction type. The mixer is usable to generate microbubbles, etc. besides mists, fine droplets. In the mists generation, pressurized air alone is supplied because water can be sucked automatically by a negative pressure arisen downstream from the orifice in the mixer. The objective of the present study is to compare the performance between the above twin-fluid type atomizer and a common single-fluid swirl type atomizer studied in the present experiments. The comparison results showed that the twin-fluid type was superior to the singe-swirl type in the performance of CO2 adsorption by the mists. The CO2 adsorption rate by the twin-fluid type was about twice. Such results on the experiments and the comparisons are described in this paper.

The inventory positions of two risk-averse market makers are introduced into a Kyle (1985) type batch trading model and the effects analyzed. An equilibrium is defined including participation constraints and incentive compatibility and is characterized as a γ-coalitional equilibrium. At equilibrium, the two market makers share the risk of clearing orders so that the aggregate pricing schedule becomes linear. The pricing schedule coincides with the regret-free pricing of a fictitious risk-averse market maker. The inventories shift the pricing schedule vertically, and the coalition parameter changes the slope. Orders by the informed trader are then found to depend on inventories.

Generally, there are two major isoforms of metallothionein (MT) in mammals. In this study two cDNAs of metallothionein, MT-A and MT-B, in a fresh-water fish, crucian carp (Carassius cuvieri), were cloned by the rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE). The homology of their reading frame is about 92.3%. The sequence analysis of both cDNAs gave the structures of coding regions corresponding to 60 amino acid residues, and the structures of complete 3′-untranslated regions in which a significant difference in the size of their 3′-untranslated regions (130 bp for MT-A and 280 bp for MT-B) exists. The results of amino acid sequencing of both MT-1 and MT-2 purified by HPLC are identical to those deduced from MT cDNA genes, indicating that MT-1 is from MT-A gene and MT-2 is from MT-B gene respectively. No blocking in the N-terminal of MT-2 isoform was the first case found in vertebrates, most of which were blocked by acetylation. These results suggest that there were differential controls at the transcription level and after translation of these two MT isoforms. And this gives a clue to understand the diversities of their functions.

For advanced devices at 65 nm node and beyond, nickel silicide formed by depositing Ni or its alloys with subsequent annealing has been chosen as the source/drain and gate contact materials. An in-situ dry chemical cleaning technology (Siconi ) has been developed to be integrated with PVD nickel deposition, thus forming a defect-free silicide/Si interface. Queue time related surface contamination and defects caused by using wet (HF) chemical cleaning are thus eliminated. The dry and wet etch methods are compared in this paper in terms of the film Rs, microstructure and thermal stability, as well as the line width effects measured on test wafers.

n-Hexane was injected s.c. into normal mice to examine its influences on metallothionein concentration, and the following results were obtained. 1. The metallothionein concentration in the mouse pancreas decreased dose-dependently after the injection of n-hexane. 2. Metallothionein-bound zinc in the pancreas decreased to 51% after the injection of n-hexane and a decrease of metallothionein-bound zinc was more than that of metallothionein-unbound zinc. 3. The concentration of zinc-induced metallothionein in the mouse pancreas decreased by the simultaneous injection of n-hexane, and cadmium-induced metallothionein also decreased by the preinjection of n-hexane. These results indicate that the metallothionein concentration in the normal mouse pancreas decreased by the injection of n-hexane.

It has long been a clinically and experimentally well recognized fact that the hearing organs of man and animal would be impaired by the excessive sound stimuli. It has also been pointed out that the hearing organ of each man is not always impaired in the same degree by the same noise, and their impairments show the individual variation in a considerable range. It is indeed not too difficult to imagine, that, under the same acoustic condition, such individual variation of the acoustic impairment owes to the inherent disposition of each man. But at the same time, this individual variation may more or less owe to the patency of the ear tube; the normal tube having a physiological function to control the unnecessary acoustic stimuli, and on the contrary, the stenosed tube being devoid of this function, induces more impairment of the hearing organ. This latter suggestion, which occured to the author, led him to attempt the following experiment.
