This thesis deals with the belemnite fauna from the Outer Western Carpathians Klippen, its systematic classification, stratigraphical and palaeogeographical evaluation. The palaeontological/palaeobiological approach, together with isotope analyses, including of carbon and oxygen stable isotopes and of strontium isotopes, enabled an integrated investigation of the palaeoecological conditions during the Jurassic/Cretaceous (J/K) boundary interval and the Early Cretaceous age. The Tethyan belemnites are not intensively studied in detail in the J/K interval, as they occur rather rarely in the sections, and/or sedimentary conditions were not suitable for their preservation. Therefore, belemnites are described only from a few sites in the Mediterranean Province. On the basis of recent research, the stratigraphic range of several species previously considered to be from the Tithonian age was extended to the earliest Cretaceous. By contrast, the Lower Cretaceous belemnites (since the late Berriasian) are more abundant. Historically, construction has always been one of the key sectors for state economic production. It has undergone developments over the years closely related to the world economic situation. The Czech Statistical Office, which processes annual analyses of construction production and describes market development resulting from the analysis of the construction industry deals with the development of economic sectors in the Czech Republic. A set of financial indicators which provide information on the overall market situation is annually published as a part of the research of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic in the form of a corporate sector financial analysis. The performance of construction companies can be measured by various indicators. The most important performance indicator is the return on sales. This financial analysis ratio is quarterly published as a statistic within the construction sector in the national statistics published by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The aim of the research described in the article is to compare the performance development of construction companies operating in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. 12 samples of construction companies (4 samples representing the category of small, medium-sized, and large companies) were chosen for comparison. Their return on sales was calculated on the basis of financial statements in the 2013 – 2019 period. This value was plotted in the development trend, which was subsequently compared with the national statistics. The overall comparison of the performance development of construction companies, which was quantified using macroeconomic indicators, was carried out in the South Moravian Region. The macroeconomic indicators of the South Moravian Region were also compared with the national indicators provided by the Czech Statistical Office.

The article deals with the ecological impacts during a detached house construction and looks for the optimal way of its financing. The aim of the article is to evaluate how much the house construction costs would increase in the case of the use of materials, which production generates smaller volume of negative emissions. The issue of the environment in relation to ecological construction has been widely discussed in recent years. The construction industry burdens the environment already by the production of building materials, extraction of raw materials, energy consumption, through designing activities and construction itself, to the phase of the building use and its eventual liquidation. There are six basic requirements for building materials used in construction, which are required for the quality environmentally friendly construction: the statics and stability of buildings must be provided, noise protection, fire safety, hygienic safety and reduced environmental impact must be met, buildings must provide safe use and well-being, and last but not least energy efficiency. Already in the structure construction phase, it is necessary to consider the appropriate selection of building materials, for which it is necessary to take into account ecological criteria. Appropriate selection of building materials results in a positive effect on the environment. When optimizing the total cost of building a detached house from an ecological point of view, the procedure consists in replacing the most cost-effective items in the construction budget by alternative materials with regard to ecology. When choosing alternative materials, maintaining the standard of the brick building and the aesthetic character of the house are taken into account. When comparing the budgets of both variants, it was found out that a detached house built using alternative, more environmentally friendly materials, resulted more expensive. However, the price difference is slight. Own housing can be financed in several ways. One option is to use your resources. However, this method is currently unrealistic for most people, and therefore they often choose the option of combining their resources with external sources. The most commonly used products for housing financing are building savings loans and mortgage loans. Another possibility is to use subsidy programmes for housing to finance the house, which are often focused on supporting ecological construction and housing.

The rapid development of the gene engineering techniques, especially methods for in vitro directed evolution and combinatorial mutagenesis, has triggered the generation of new binding agents to almost any antigen of interest as an alternative to broadly used antibodies. These so-called non-Ig scaffolds are often derived from proteins with useful biophysical properties. While the therapeutic market is still dominated by monoclonal antibodies, the easy option of desired customization of non-Ig binders by conventional methods of gene engineering predestine them largely for the use in the diagnostic area. The ABD scaffold, derived from a three-helix bundle of albumin-binding domain of streptococcal protein G, represents one of the small non-Ig scaffolds. In our laboratory, we have established a highly complex combinatorial library developed on the ABD scaffold. This ABD scaffold-derived library was used to generate unique binders of human prostate cancer (PCa) biomarkers PSP94, KLK2, KLK11 for the more precise diagnosis of PCa. The study (MS, diploma thesis) is based on more than 1200 belemnite rostra set from the Lower Cretaceous sediments of locality Štramberk (N Moravia). Investigated rostra come from the collection of Dr. V. Houša, who collected them during the seventies to eighties of the last century, during intensive excavation of the Lower Cretaceous tectonic block named Š-12 "pocket". Belemnite rostra were determined at species and generic levels including 7 species and 18 genera. The majority of belemnite assemblage comes from the Lower Valanginian strata, however, also the Tithonian, Berriasian and Hauterivian taxa are present, what clearly documents the redeposition. The presence of mesohibilitids, known from the Barremian and younger deposits, still remains enigmatic. For better understanding of the redeposition proces, the alveolar infill formed by several generations of sediments, are investigated. Study of these sediments outlines the sedimentary development of the Baška elevation inside the Outer Carpathian system. Preliminary stable isotope data δ18 O and δ13 C received from belemnite rostra show different belemnite life-style during the ontogeny - i.e. juvenile bottom life style and adults inhabiting shallow/warmer waters. The bachelor work is dealing with the problems of patients, afflicted with psoriasis.In the first half of the teoretical part I am fixing on the description of the anatomy and physiology of the skin.The second half of the theoretical part makes clear, what actually psoriasis yields, what is its history, how manifests, what is the posssibility of diagnostics, what types of psoriasis we can meet in the practice, which are the possibilities of the treatment and why is important education of the diseased person,the family and the society.In several chapters I describe,which is the fall-out on the psychical and physical disposition of the patient. Last but not least I am joining on the chapter about the integrating of persons with psoriasis to the society.The empirical part is fixed on the life and stories of the people who did not choose this disease wilfully, however it guides them for the big part of their life. There was used the probe of the qualitative investigation with the technique of the half structured dialogue.The dialogues were recorded and subsequently analyzed by the help of the method of stationary theory.The principal aim is to find out,in what social spheres people with psoriasis have most often problems. The thesis deals with an complex overview of the Lower Cretaceous belemnites, and their occurrence in the Czech Republic, especially in Štramberk locality. First part provides a brief introduction to the Lower Cretaceous and to belemnite morfology with emphasis on internal skeleton especially of rostrum. Next chapter includes short review of morfometric analysis, which is the most important feature for taxonomy. The following part presents systematics and taxonomy of the Lower Cretaceous belemnite, and their paleoecological use as an indicators for paleotemperatures. There are also mentioned geographical occurrences and migrations of certain belemnite taxa and their stratigraphical evidence in the Lower Cretaceous sediments. The last part deals with the locality Štramberk, which is unique in the Czech Republic because of its stratigraphical evidence of the Lower Cretaceous belemnite fauna. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the active employment policy - mainly the instruments that the state uses to decrease an unemployment rate and to raise a level of qualification of the labour force. The first chapter defines the terms connected with the subject of this thesis, for instance the labour market or unemployment. Then the state employment policy and its dividing into active and passive policies is described. The second part is focused on the instruments of the active employment policy, their application and comparison. The third and last chapter deals with the analysis of the application and effects of the instruments in Pilsen region and includes also graphs.

The thesis deals with the Cuban system of social security. The work focuses on general operation of social systems in Latin America and compares them with the Cuban social system. Thus, the thesis aims to explore the system of social security in Cuba, to describe its advantages and disadvantages and to show why the system is sometimes considered as more effective then other systems in this region. Attention has also been paid to the ageing of the population and how Cuba deals with this problem.

My thesis are focused on importace of marketing application through marketing analysis of the spa hotel that is occured in dynamical competitive environment. In the first chapter of my thesis are represented theoretical marketing ressources in a field of health services that leads to beneficial market position of enterpreneur entity. In the next chapter, marketing mix analysis, micro and local analysis and following evaluation of enterpreneurs competition situation are accomplished. This chapter comes out of internal resources of spa hotel afforded from marketing departement representative. The final chapter includes analysis evaluation towards to theoretical marketing knowledge.

This work aims at introducing and analyzing financing development possibilities of The Region of Highland, namely the evaluation of drawing financial resources from the Programme of renewal of rural areas and the Programme of the development of economically weak and structurally disabled regions of Highland. The priority of the development, investment projects fixed on them and quantity of financial resources were to be submitted, expressed in numbers and described their development in time. The contribution of this work consists especially in the contribution of absorbed financial resources from those given to the Programmes of The Region of Highland. The resources from the Programme of rural areas and the Programme of the development of economically weak and structurally disabled regions that The Region of Highland is going to absorb in terms of single endowment titles of these Programmes, is going to significantly make for achievement aims given by the development plan. The essential characteristics of realized projects should include: creating new jobs, support of entrepreneurial activities, improving the quality of local roads, improving travelling for inhabitants of Highland villages and attaching to these communication on main regional highways, improvement of offers and services in the field of tourism.
