Depression has become one of the most common mental illnesses in the world. For better prediction and diagnosis, methods of automatic depression recognition based on speech signal are constantly proposed and updated, with a transition from the early traditional methods based on hand-crafted features to the application of architectures of deep learning. This paper systematically and precisely outlines the most prominent and up-to-date research of automatic depression recognition by intelligent speech signal processing so far. Furthermore, methods for acoustic feature extraction, algorithms for classification and regression, as well as end to end deep models are investigated and analysed. Finally, general trends are summarised and key unresolved issues are identified to be considered in future studies of automatic speech depression recognition.

International audience; The reactive adsorption desulfurization is an important and efficient technology for the ultradeep desulfurization of gasoline. The performance of an adsorbent is vital for the efficiency of the reactive adsorption desulfurization process. In the case of Ni/ZnO-Al 2 O 3 adsorbent, the formation of inert ZnAl 2 O 4 spinels is commonly recognized for the deactivation of adsorbents. To solve this problem, in this work, TiO 2 was incorporated in the Ni/ZnO-Al 2 O 3 adsorbent by a wet impregnation method to inhibit the formation of spinel structures during the reaction and regeneration processes. The TiO 2 formed a stable protection layer on the surface of Al 2 O 3 preventing the interaction between Al 2 O 3 and ZnO, which inhibited the formation of ZnAl 2 O 4 spinel phase. The reactive adsorption desulfurization performance of the adsorbents was evaluated in a fixed bed reactor using thiophene in n-octane as a model fuel. Evaluation results indicated that the introduction of TiO 2 could significantly improve the stability of the adsorbents during cyclic hydrothermal treatments, while the sulfur capacity slightly dropped. Characterization results revealed that TiO 2 was homogeneously dispersed on the surface of Al 2 O 3 support and the incorporation of TiO 2 could maintain a certain amount of Lewis acid sites in the adsorbents, which are favorable for the adsorption of organo-sulfur compounds.

The UAV path planning described in this paper is to use the ant colony algorithm to plan the path of the UAV in two-dimensional space. Because of these shortcomings of the traditional ant colony algorithm, this paper first explains what the traditional ant colony algorithm is, as well as some defects of the traditional ant colony algorithm. Then an improved method is used to solve the ant colony algorithm, the basic central idea is to add a new set of ants to the original ant colony algorithm, so that the path algorithm can be calculated from both ends. When two sets of ants meet, you can add up the two sets of paths, and the optimal path is obtained. At the same time, the starting point can be set differently on the algorithm, the setting of obstacles can also be changed, the final path is compared to see what is different between the two algorithms, whether the resulting path changes.

This paper designs an infusion monitoring system based on STM32 microcontroller. The purpose is to solve some safety problems that exist in the hospital infusion hall. This design realizes the functions of information collection, liquid exhaust warning, screen display, and doctor-patient interaction. With this system, nurses at the nurse station can observe the liquid quality of each patient in the infusion hall in real time through the screen. When the liquid is about to run out, the system automatically warns nurses at the nurse station and the patient at the same time, reminding the patient and nurse to deal with it as soon as possible. The paper elaborated on the hardware design of the system in more detail, and explained the scheme design of the system.

In the present study, tumor-targeting poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(lactic acid) (PEG-PLA) nanoparticles were developed for the transportation of two molecules, namely chemotherapeutic drug 5-fluorouracil (5Fu) and radionuclide iodine-131 (131I), in a single platform.Methods: The obtained nanoparticles (Cetuximab [Cet]-PEG-PLA-5Fu-131I) were spherical (diameter approximately 110 nm) and pH-sensitive. The targeting effect of nanoparticles via Cet was confirmed in colorectal cancer cells using a fluorescent assay. The combined effects of Cet-PEG-PLA-5Fu-131I on cell viability and apoptosis were evaluated in colorectal cancer cells by Cell Counting Kit-8 and flow cytometry assays.Results: Blank nanoparticles (Cet-PEG-PLA) showed good biocompatibility, and Cet-PEG-PLA-5Fu-131I nanoparticles were the most effective in terms of inhibition of cell viability and induction of apoptosis compared with monotherapy using Cet-PEG-PLA-5Fu or Cet-PEG-PLA-131I. In the xenograft mouse model, compared with using Cet-PEG-PLA-5Fu or Cet-PEG-PLA-131I alone, Cet-PEG-PLA-5Fu-131I nanoparticles exhibited prolonged circulation in the blood and accumulation in the tumor, thus resulting in enhanced antitumor efficacy. Additionally, combined radio-chemotherapy with Cet-PEG-PLA-5Fu-131I nanoparticles was associated with smaller tumor sizes than monotherapy, revealing the superior antitumor effects of Cet-PEG-PLA-5Fu-131I nanoparticles. These effects were further evidenced by histological and immunohistochemical analyses.Conclusion: The multifunctional Cet-PEG-PLA-5Fu-131I nanoparticles are promising candidates for the co-delivery of 5Fu-mediated chemotherapy and 131I-mediated radiotherapy.Keywords: PEG-PLA, 5Fu, 131I, drug delivery, radio-chemotherapy, colorectal cancer

This study was aimed at investigating the specific molecular mechanisms involved in the regulation of immune escape of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) by SMRI, so as to provide a new clinical treatment target for the disease. Mouse original 4T1 breast cancer cells were inoculated subcutaneously in BALB/C to establish TNBC mouse model. CD8+T cells with immunological effects were selected from mouse thymus glands for primary culture. The CD8+positive T cells were infected with lentivirus interference vectors, and the proliferation of CD8+ T cells were determined by trypan blue staining and flow cytometry. CD8+T cells and 4T1 cells were cultured together so as to determine the cytotoxic effects of SMAR1-downregulated CD8+ T cells on tumor cells and the expression of cytokines (IFN-γ, TNF-α, IL-2, IL-4 and IL-6). The expressions of SMAR1, T-bet and PD-1 were assayed by Western blot. SMAR1-downregulated CD8+T cells were injected into 4T1 tumor-bearing mice through the caudal vein, and the growth of tumor in mice was monitored. Following the infection of CD8+T cells with SMAR1-downregulated lentiviral system, cell apoptosis level was decreased significantly (control vs. sh-SMAR1: 32.23 ± 12.4 % vs. 18.28 ± 8.93 %, p < 0.05). Results from trypan blue staining experiments showed that the proliferation of CD8+ T cells in the SMAR1-downregulated group was significantly increased; SMAR1-downregulated CD8+ T cells promoted the production of IFN-γ, TNF-α, IL-2, IL-4 and IL-6 in 4T1 breast cancer cells (p < 0.05). Western blot showed that SMAR1 down-regulation led to significant upregulation of T-bet, while PD-1 was downregulated, when compared to the control group (p < 0.05). The downregulation of SMAR1 was associated with significant reduction in tumor size in mice (p < 0.05). SMAR1 downregulation enhances the tumor killing effect of CD8+T cells by activating T-bet and down-regulating PD-1

We study the spin dynamics in Fe|MgO|Fe tunnel junction with the dynamical exchange coupling by coupled Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert equations. The effects of spin pumping on the spin dynamics are investigated in detail. It is observed that the spin pumping can stabilize a quasi-antiparallel state rather than a quasi-parallel one. More interestingly, our work suggests that the spin pumping torque can efficiently modulate the magnetization, similar to the thermal-bias-driven and electricbias-driven spin torques., We find that our paper have some porblems which need to be solved and further studied. Particularly, as experiment reported, the spin pumping effect is not strong in the magnetic tunnel junction, not consistent with our previous predictions

This study investigated the in vitro and in vivo antioxidant activities of the flavonoids rich extract from Rhodomyrtus tomentosa Hassk (R. tomentosa) berries. The in vitro antioxidant assay demonstrated that the flavonoids rich extract (62.09% rutin equivalent) extracted by ethanol and purified by AB-8 macroporous resin was strong in reducing power, superoxide radical, hydroxyl radical and DPPH radical scavenging activity, as well as inhibiting lipid peroxidation. In the in vivo assays, the flavonoids rich extract significantly enhanced the activities of antioxidant enzymes in serums of mice after they were administered with the extract. The results suggested that the flavonoids rich extract from R. tomentosa fruits possesses potent antioxidant properties. In addition, the chemical compositions of flavonoids rich extract were identified by UPLC-TOF-MS/MS. Six flavonoids were tentatively identified as myricetin, quercetin, dihydromyricetin, kaempferol, quercetin 7,4'-diglucoside and vitexin. Therefore, R. tomentosa berries could be used as a new source of antioxidant ingredient.

The 2,026 earthquake events registered by the Sichuan regional digital seismic network and mobile seismic array after the April 20th, 2013 Lushan earthquake and 28,188 pieces of data were selected to determine direct P waves arrival times. We applied the tomographic method to inverse the characteristics of the velocity structure for the three–dimensional (3D) P wave in the mid-upper crust of the seismic source region of the Lushan earthquake. The imaging results were combined with the apparent magnetization inversion and magnetotelluric (MT) sounding retest data to comprehensively study the causes of the deep seismogenic environment in the southern section of the Longmenshan fault zone and explore the formation of the Lushan earthquake. Research has shown that there are obvious differences in velocity structure and magnetic distribution between the southern and northern sections of the Longmenshan fault zone. The epicenter of the Lushan earthquake is located near the boundary of the high and low-velocity anomalies and favorable for a high-velocity section. Moreover, at the epicenter of the Lushan earthquake located on the magnetic dome boundary of Ya'an, the development of high velocity and magnetic solid medium favors the accumulation and release of strain energy. Low-velocity anomalies are distributed underneath the are of seismogenic origin, The inversion results of the MT retest data after the April 20th Lushan earthquake also indicate that there a high-conductor anomaly occurs under the area of seismogenic origin of the Lushan earthquake, Therefore, we speculated that the presence of a high-conductivity anomaly and low-velocity anomaly underneath the seismogenic body of the Lushan earthquake could be related to the existence of fluids. The role of fluids caused the weakening of the seismogenic layer inside the mid-upper crust and resulted in a seismogenic fault that was prone to rupture and played a triggering role in the Lushan earthquake.

To change the traditional manual production mode of hand-tufted carpet which features low efficiency and long production cycle, a CAM system for tufting process in hand-tufted carpet manufacturing has been proposed. The pattern in the format of SVG was studied as the object, and a set of graphic analytic software has been developed on the platform of Visual Studio, it can parse all the element nodes in a SVG document to calculate the feature points corresponding to every color and simulate the tufting path dynamically on the screen. Then dedicated NC code was generated for the open CNC system to use. And the software has provided a solution for accurate estimation of consumption of different color dyed yarn.

The optimal condition of spray drying purified flavonoids extract fromR. tomentosaberries was studied by response surface methodology. The optimized condition for microencapsulation was of maltodextrin to gum Arabic ratio 1 : 1.3, total solid content 27.4%, glycerol monostearate content 0.25%, and core to coating material ratio 3 : 7, resulting in EE 91.75%. Prepared at the optimized condition, the flavonoids extract microcapsules (FEMs) were irregularly spherical particles with low moisture content (3.27%), high solubility (92.35%), and high bulk density (0.346 g/cm3). DPPH radical scavenging activity of FEMs was not decreased after spray drying (P>0.05) and higher than those in citric acid and rutin at the same concentration. Moreover, FEMs effectively retarded the oxidation of fresh lard during the 10-day storage period compared with vitamin C, nonencapsulated flavonoids extract, and rutin. Therefore, FEMs produced at the optimized condition could be used as powder ingredients with antioxidant capacities.

In this study, the chemical profiles of petroleum ether and butyl alcohol extracts of longan seeds were systematically characterized using gas chromatographic mass spec-trometry (GC–MS). 33 and 9 kinds of compounds were identified respectively.

The nutrition composition of Longan seeds was analysed in this paper.The results showed that starch,reducing sugar and protein are abundant in Longan seeds,as well as mineral elements which mainly contain K,Ca,Mg,P.The content of VA(＜0.56µg/100g) and VE(0.55mg/kg) were determined.It suggests that Logan seeds are favorable nutrient resource of health food.

The criteria of polymer–polymer miscibility determined by dilute-solution viscometry are reviewed and this method was applied to study blend systems of rigid-rod (or semi-rigid) polymers and flexible polymer. The interactions of poly(benzazole) family (short as PBZs) with nylon 66 were investigated in methanesulfonic acid using dilute-solution viscometry (DSV) criteria and differential scanning calorimetry. Then the DSV data were analyzed by several different criteria reported previously to find out which criterion is more efficient and reasonable; moreover, the miscibility of the PBZs and nylon 66 was studied in detail. It was observed that PBO molecules have the strongest interaction force with nylon 66 molecules in the four blend systems presented in this paper.

In this paper, the authors analyze the development and change of philosophical thinking in combination teaching through the analysis of philosophical thinking in the teaching of engineering drawing. Philosophy thinking and the assembly are both accurate, rigorous, abstract and general. Applying philosophy thinking to the teaching practice can better develop the students' thinking model in their learning process and deepen their understanding of theoretical knowledge, and improve the teaching quality of the course of engineering drawing.
