MBKM program has been implemented by several universities, including at the Universitas Bandar Lampung. Universities need to determine policies that serve as guidelines for the study programs they cover, including support for cross-study learning and allocation of funds, as well as ensuring that the quality of graduates will not decrease by running this program. For this reason, in its implementation, it is necessary to form an institutional model for the implementation of Merdeka Learning Program - Merdeka Campus to see who has a role and how the relationship between these parties plays a role. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. In collecting the data, it applies literature studies and In-Depth Interviews with resource persons who are experts related to the Merdeka Learning Program - Merdeka Campus. The results in this study found that in the implementation of the Merdeka Learning Program - Merdeka Campus at the Universitas Bandar Lampung, there were internal and external stakeholders involved. Each stakeholder has its respective roles and relationships, both coordination and command relationships, both between internal stakeholders and between internal and external stakeholders. Everything is described in the institutional model of the Merdeka Learning Program - Merdeka Campus.

The Independent Learning Program – Independent Campus (MBKM) was launched by the Minister of Education and Culture Nadiem Anwar Makarim in 2020 in order to prepare university graduates who are tough in facing change. The Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Bandar Lampung has implemented the MBKM Program, various kinds of problems in its implementation have certainly been experienced and various efforts have also been made so that this program can run well. The study uses the CIPP jenis (context, input, process and product), research data obtained by using a survey with student respondents who have or are currently participating in the program and students who have not participated in the program totaling 441 respondents. This study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the implementation of MBKM at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Bandar Lampung, seen from the perception of students as the main beneficiaries of the program. The results show that the average context dimension is considered very effective, especially from the statement that MBKM activities are very important to face the real world of work, while from the average input dimension it is considered very effective, especially the statement that the study program has facilitated the choice of MBKM activities that can be followed. by students and credit recognition for MBKM activities that are followed is appropriate. So it can be concluded that the MBKM program is appropriate to be implemented in universities to prepare college graduates who are ready to face the world of work, and universities have also facilitated as well as possible.

Pronunciation is one of the most important parts of speaking. The wrong pronunciation can lead to the wrong meaning of the word. Therefore, there should be media to help students understand pronunciation more. There are a lot of media can be used, one of them is YouGlish. The objective of the research is to explore students’ perceptions of the implementation of YouGlish in learning English Pronunciation at English Department Universitas Bandar Lampung. YouGlish is a YouTube-based website launched to improve English pronunciation that helps users to find out how to pronounce a word or phrase correctly and appropriately. In this research, the researchers used the descriptive qualitative method. This study was conducted for first semester English students at Universitas Bandar Lampung. This study's instruments were a questionnaire and an interview. The finding shows that students have positive perceptions of the implementation of YouGlish. They perceived that there were several benefits from the use of YouGlish. The results of this research showed students' perception of the implementation of YouGlish in learning English Pronunciation. The questionnaire results also showed mostly positive and negative feedback. The combination of those two instruments is the way to know what the students’ perceptions of the implementation of YouGlish in learning pronunciation. In conclusion, YouGlish can make students interested in studying Pronunciation and stimulate students to learn as it has features which will increase the enthusiasm for learning.

The background of this research is that the implementation of the MBKM policy has not been fully implemented, obstacles such as human resources and supporting facilities are not yet ready. So, it is necessary to know what are the factors that influence the successful implementation of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka Program, especially at the Universitas Bandar Lampung. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods using In-Depth Interviews. The results obtained are the factors that influence the success of the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka Program, namely the commitment and vision of the university leadership towards the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka Program, the existence of a special unit that is responsible for the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka Program, the support and commitment of partners, the same positive mindset from the entire academic community regarding the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka, the role of active and optimal supervisors, the role of active, initiative and creative students, the role of other academics regarding the administration of activities, the existence of standard operating procedures references, curriculum conformity planning, ect.

Understanding learner interaction in web based learning to improve English speaking skills in second grade classroom of SMAN 4 senior high school Bandar Lampung: using canvas learning management system, English Study Program, Teacher Training Faculty of Bandar Lampung University.The objective of conducting this research is to find out the interaction in Canvas Learning management system (LMS) in the speaking classroom and effects of using Canvas LMS to improve speaking skills. After it is confirmed that there is indeed necessity behind the action, I will explain concepts of interaction, Canvas LMS and speaking skills. The participants of this research are students in second grade of SMAN 4 senior high school. They are selected as data resource to know about interaction and effects of using Canvas LMS. From them, I retrieve data to be analyzed. By giving questionnaire, observing and conducting independent sample t-test method gives me some findings to discuss. The results show that there is indeed necessity in doing English speaking lessons in Canvas LMS. Moreover it is about students’ interaction and effects to improve English speaking skills. First is about interaction, it is the main ingredient in any kinds of learning methods. There are three main types introduced my Moore (1989), there are learner-instructor, learner- learner and learner-content. Those types necessary appear in web based learning. These interactions lead to improve students’ speaking skills too.

The aim of this study is the implementation of giving English Subtitle in a movie to improve students’ listening ability. It is to look at the process of implementing the use of movies in learning listening through English movie and giving subtitles using the movie maker application. This research consisted of two instruments, observation and interview. This research focused on planning, identifying, implementing, and evaluating the improvement of students’ listening comprehension ability. The study uses qualitative method. It is exploring and understanding the meaning of individuals or groups. To improve the students listening comprehension ability, we focused on using English subtitle in a movie. After the students added the subtitles in a movie, they felt challenged and they could understand the listening text as well as the knowledge that they had never known before.

Pandemi Covid-19 merupakan fenomena yang sangat membuat dunia terguncang. Semua aspek terkena dampak dari adanya pandemi ini. Disinilah peran Akademisi dalam memberikan ide dan ikut berkontribusi dalam penyelesaian berbagai masalah yang timbul akibat adanya pancemi Covid-19. Monograf dengan judul “Dampak dan Penanganan COVID-19 dalam Perspektif Multidisiplin“ ini berisi berbagai ide dan kontribusi Akademisi baik Dosen maupun Mahasiswa Universitas Bandar Lampung dalam penanganan dampak dampak yang terjadi akibat adanya pandemi Covid-19. Semua akademisi dengan latar belakang yang berbeda terlibat disini, mulai dari bidang teknik, sosial, ekonomi dan teknologi. Dengan harapan kontribusi ini bisa bermanfaat bagi masyarakat, baik dari segi pengetahuan maupun praktek pelaksanaan yang bisa diterapkan.

There are 3 types of turn taking strategies, namely taking the turn, holding the turn and yielding the turn. The purpose of this study is to answer the turn taking used in the classroom with the teacher and students as the participants. This study uses a qualitative approach that analyzes the results of data captured using a video recorder. After recording the data, we do the transcription of the participant conversation based on the recorder. The transcript is based on the theory from Jefferson. Then, to analyze what type of turn taking used by the participants we used Stenstrom theory. Based on the findings in this study, it was concluded that there were several types of turn taking strategies that were not found due to circumstance and timing which were not suitable for use, including 'metacomment' and 'giving up' strategy. From this research it is found that each individual has an original character that builds a conversation with a unique pattern.

Sociolinguistics is the study about language in a society. In learning about the language in society, there is a phenomenon called code mixing. In this study we focus on the reason of doing code mixing. It is to find the reasons of code mixing occur at English Department Universitas Bandar Lampung. This study uses qualitative research design aiming to analyze the reason of using code mixing. The results were gained from observation and interview. Observation is aimed to find out the words uttered to be classified into reasons. The interview goal is to get more information from the students. The result shows that some respondents tend to mix the language because they feel comfortable in doing this. They cannot express some words in Indonesian. To sum up, the code mixing occurs unintentionally and spontaneously.

Provinsi lampung berada pada daftar provinsi yang menjadi lumbung padi nasional, bahkan pada tahun 2020 lampung menjadi provinsi dengan persentase kenaikan produksi padi tertinggi di antara provinsi lumbung pangan nasional lainnya namun permasalahan yang mendasar terjadi di Provinsi Lampung adalah pertanian tanaman pangan memiliki hamparan cenderung kecil, dimiliki oleh perseorangan dan memiliki tingkat keseragaman hasil yang rendah dikarenakan proses dan sarana produksi yang digunakan juga bervariasi, padahal sebagai lumbung padi nasional provinsi Lampung bisa menjadi lokomotif pertanian dengan menghasilkan produk yang lebih berkualitas dan kompetitif. Dalam pertanian skala kecil, petani mengalami kerugian seperti posisi tawar lemah, kebanyakan aktivitas dihabiskan di on-farm dan lambatnya peningkatan kesejahteraan petani. Pada tahun 2019 Kementerian Pertanian membuat sebuah program yang berfokus untuk mendorong pengelolaan usaha pertanian secara kolektif (korporasi) untuk pertanian lebih maju dan kompetitif. Korporasi Pertanian adalah pengembangan sektor pertanian berbasis korporasi yang dikelola dengan manejemen profesional. Penempatan kedudukan korporasi petani sebagai penggerak ekonomi kawasan merupakan kunci utama keberhasilan dalam mewujudkan pertanian Indonesia yang maju, mandiri, dan modern. Transformasi pertanian dari semula berazas ekonomi konvensional menjadi berbasis ekonomi modern berperan penting dalam mendesain korporasi petani.

To design a website, many website developers use the PHP programming language. Currently, the concept that is widely used in the development of an application is to use an object-oriented method approach or OOP. However, the design of the website is still long and requires a large amount of money if it is done from the beginning. For that, the right solution to design a website effectively and efficiently is to use a PHP framework. The purpose of this study is to analyze the comparison of a web that implements the Laravel framework with a web that implements native PHP based on lines of code, program code efficiency, speed, folder and URL structure, architecture, and web security. Each website is built using the MySQL database system, PHP7 as the native language, Laravel as the PHP framework, and Apache as the webserver. Abstrak - Untuk merancang sebuah website banyak developer website menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Saat ini konsep yang banyak digunakan dalam pengembangan sebuah aplikasi yaitu menggunakan pendekatan metode berorientasi objek atau OOP. Namun perancangan website tersebut masih termasuk lama dan memakan biaya yang cukup besar apabila dilakukan dari awal. Untuk itu solusi yang tepat untuk merancang sebuah website efektif dan efisien adalah menggunakan sebuah framework PHP. Tujuan penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis perbandingan web yang mengimplementasikan framework Laravel dengan web yang mengimplementasikan PHP native berdasarkan baris kode, efisiensi kode program, kecepatan, struktur folder dan URL, arsitektur, dan keamanan web. Masing-masing web yang dibangun menggunakan sistem basis data MySQL, PHP7 sebagai native language, Laravel sebagai framework PHP dan Apache sebagai web server.

Era big data menjadi sebuah fenomena yang menarik untuk di bahas oleh kalangan peneliti dan pengembang perangkat lunak, pengembangan aplikasi dan konsep pengelolaan data semakin banyak varian dan dukungan menjadikan kerangka big data dapat masuk kesetiap lini kehidupan, data yang tersusun baik secara singkronus maupun asingkronus, melibatkan mesin dan manusia dalam pengumpulan data menjadikan teknologi ini semakin sejalan dengan konsep Revolusi Industri 4.0 Dalam berbagai kajian di sajikan konsep dan kerangka kerja Big Data, dari kajian tersebut beberapa peneliti menyajikan lapisan dalam arsitektur Big Data, di mana masing masing lapisan memberi input bagi lapisan lain untuk dapat di olah menjadi bentuk yang siap saji di masyarakat, lapisan yang tediri dari pengumpulan data, penyimpanan data, pemrosesan data serta Analisa data, sehingga pada lapisan aplikasi penggunaan data dapat lebih maksimal di rasakan oleh pengguna. Dalam makalah ini di sajikan beberapa bahan studi literature yang di rangkum untuk mendapatkan penjelasan mengenai lapisan arsitektur Big Data yang dapat di kembagkan dan di terapkan pada bidang bidang penelitian lain

Pengelolaan terhadap kinerja dosen merupakan suatu upaya penting yang perlu dilakukan. Kompensasi merupakan satu dari sekian banyak cara dalam meningkatkan prestasi kerja, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja di lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Salah satu sistem kompensasi tersebut dapat berupa pemberian penghargaan secara langsung.Namun pada prakteknya dalam penentuan penerima penghargaan ini sering kali tidak objektif salah satunya karena adanya kedekatan fisik maupun kedekatan emosi. Selain dirasa memang cukup sulit, penentuan penerima penghargaan ini terkadang terkendala karena tidak adanya approach yang terukur dan metode untuk membantu menentukan penerima penghargaan tersebut. Sebagai solusi permasalahan tersebut maka akan diterapkan algoritma Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) Tsukamoto yang akan digunakan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam penentuan pemberian penghargaan sebagai bentuk apresiasi kinerja dosen. Metode ini terdiri dari empat tahapan: pembentukan himpunan fuzzy (fuzzification), pembentukan rules (inference), aplikasi fungsi implikasi serta hasil output (defuzzification). Dengan menerapkan algoritma FIS Tsukamoto diharapkan dapat membantu memberikan keputusan siapa yang berhak dan pantas untuk menerima penghargaan sebagai bentuk apresiasi kinerja dosen yang paling sesuai dengan pemenuhan kriteria penilaian dan dapat memberikan hasil yang lebih akurat.

Teknologi smartphone tidak bisa diremehkan keberadaan dan kemajuannya. Kemajuan yang ada banyak yang mendukung kelancaran dalam pendidikan. Tenaga dosen sebagai panutan para mahasiswa hendaknya mampu menggunakan segala aplikasi smartphone terutama aplikasi yang fiturnjang pelaksanaan pendidikan. Tujuan dari penggunaan aplikasi-aplikasi dalam pendidikan itu bertujuan agar pelaksanaan administrasi penilaian dan segala hal yang berhubungan dengan absensi mahasiswa dapat disimpan secara online atau paperless. Hal ini sangat berguna dan secara langsung mengurangi penggunaan kertas. Selain pengurangan penggunaan kertas, penggunaan teacher kit dapat membuat dosen baik guru maupun dosen lebih efisien dalam mendata keseluruhan kegiatan di dalam kelas. Semua data absensi, nilai, keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam kuliah maupun di luar kuliah disimpan langsung secara offline sehingga apabila terjadi kerusakan atau kehilangan akan gadget yang biasa digunakan, semua data tetap tersimpan dengan rapi dan utuh. Kegiatan ini membutuhkan waktu 2 (dua) semester atau 1 (satu) tahun sampai nilai yang diharapkan dapat dilihat oleh semua mahasiswa dan benar-benar tidak ada kesalahan.
