The course of ‘Mechanical Drawing and Computer Aided Drawing CAD’ is an important basic course of technology for mechanical specialty in technical colleges. This paper takes the integration of engineering and science teaching reform of ‘Mechanical Drawing and Computer Aided Drawing CAD’ course in technical colleges as the starting point, expounds the exploration and practice of task driven + action oriented teaching method in the reform, and further analyzes the process of the reform based on task driven + action oriented method. It is hoped that it can provide some reference for the integration of engineering and learning teaching reform in mechanical specialty courses in technical colleges.

Internet plus's hybrid teaching mode based on blue ink cloud class platform is a teaching mode supported by big data technology and relying on mobile terminals such as PC and smart phones, which can build a real-time interactive, instant and comprehensive feedback platform for teachers and students and improve teaching efficiency. Therefore, this paper briefly expounds the concept of internet plus's blended teaching mode based on the blue ink cloud class platform, and discusses the practical process and effect of this mode in the course innovation exploration of Mechanical Drawing and Computer Drawing CAD, hoping to provide some reference for the innovative practice of similar courses in mechanical specialty.

Action-oriented learning enables students to "learning by doing and doing by learning", which can not only enable students to master the required knowledge points and skills efficiently, but also fully mobilize students' participation in learning. In this paper, the course of Mold Design and Manufacturing is taken as the research object, and the action-oriented teaching method and concept are integrated into classroom teaching, forming an integrated teaching mode of work-study combination, which has achieved remarkable classroom teaching effect.

To illustrate the effect of Mulgedium tataricum (L.) DC.(MTDC) aqueous extracts on human lung cancer SPCA-1 cells,cultured SPCA-1 cells were treated with 0.5,1,1.25 and 1.5 mg/mL MTDC aqueous extracts.After 24 h,the cell proliferation vitality of treatment group was tested using CCK-8 kit,and was observed significantly inhibited compared with the untreated group(ppin vivo,the SPCA-1 subcutaneous tumor model was stablished in nude mice.treatment group were fed with MTDC and the antitumor effect of MTDC was observed.Compared with control group,treatment group presented significant inhibition effect on tumor growth after 5 weeks of feeding.The tumor size was significantly smaller in treatment group (pin vivo and in vivo.So MTDC can be used as a potential prevention and treatment of lung cancer to do further research.

Taking free enzyme as control,we investigated the enzymatic properties of immobilized alcohol dehydrogenase using chitosan as carrier and glutaraldehyde as crosslinking agent.The results showed that the resistance of immobilized alcohol dehydrogenase to temperature,alkaline environment and Cu2+ was significantly improved when the chitosan was crosslinked with 0.6% glutaraldehyde for 6 hours,and the operation stability was also obviously improved.
