Purpose: To evaluate the association between the platelet inhibition rate of clopidogrel (CLO-PIR) and post-extraction clotting status in DAPT patients. Methods: Ninety (90) eligible patients scheduled for a single tooth extraction were enrolled in this study. The CLO-PIR and platelet inhibition rate of aspirin (ASA-PIR) were determined by thromboelastography platelet mapping assay. Post-extraction clotting assessments were performed, and a complete intra-alveolar clot formation within 30 min post-operation was defined as normal clotting. For clot formation exceeding 30 min, it was defined as prolonged bleeding. Results: At a similar level of ASA-PIR, a higher proportion of patients with normal CLO-PIR (≤ 75 %) exhibited normal clotting, compared with those featuring high CLO-PIR (>75 %, p < 0.001). However, in patients with similar CLO-PIRs, the clotting results varied insignificantly, with increase in ASA-PIR. The effect of CLO-PIR was further validated using logistic regression analysis (odds ratio = 1.071, 95 % confidence interval: 1.024 - 1.120, p = 0.003), and receiver operating characteristic curve analysis revealed that a 78.6 % CLO-PIR was the rational cut-off point. Conclusion: This study preliminarily demonstrates the prominence of high clopidogrel responsiveness in slowing the post-extraction clotting process in DAPT patients.

Practical application of SrCo0.8Fe0.2O3-–δ(SCF) perovskite oxide for oxygen separation is hindered by poor stability. Here, we developed new KxSr1–xCo0.8Fe0.2O3–δ membrane material by optimizing K+ doping in A-site of prototypical SCF. The partial substitution of Sr2+ with K+ can lead to the enhanced mechanical strength and intermediate-temperature oxygen permeation stability. It is found that the doping content of K+ should be lower than 20% because the excessive doping of K+ in A-site of SrCo0.8Fe0.2O3–δcan destroy their cubic perovskite structure. While x ≥ 0.2, some diffraction peaks different from cubic perovskite can be evidenced by X-ray diffraction and their oxygen permeation flux also decreases rapidly. Among the fabricated membranes, K0.1Sr0.9Co0.8Fe0.2O3–δexhibits the highest oxygen permeation flux (1.5 cm3 min−1 cm−2 at 950°C) under an air/He gradient. More important is that K0.1Sr0.9Co0.8Fe0.2O3–δ displays a stable oxygen permeation performance during over 120 h permeation operation at 750°C.

Farmers are prone to be scratched when they are picking Chinese peppers by hands because of the thorns. Therefore, the safe and effective picking tools are extremely significant for the workers. But there is no one Chinese pepper picking tool that is really suitable for farmers. In this paper, four Sichuan pepper picking tool schemes are designed based on the TRIZ theory and they are evaluated by the triangular fuzzy number complementary judgment matrix. The evaluation indexes are marked by four raters. Calculating utility value and then we select the best scheme. And this paper may provide an evaluation method for the other product Designs.

In order to solve the problems in managing and organizing track and field games, this paper develops a set of information management system for college track and field games. At first, this paper applies genetic algorithm to perform pre-competition grouping and track management for players to offer decision making service preparation of pre-track and field games. Performance management in competition and curve surrounding method are used to perform grouping, track management for semi-final competitors and provide decision making service for management during competition. Then, rough set method is used to perform statistics and analysis on various data after competition to obtain corresponding and understandable rules to offer competition managers decision service, so that management in track and field games is more reasonable, scientific and efficient to provide more reliable decision basis for sports education management.

This paper offers formalized description of outcome prediction for sports competitions. It proposes a novel match prediction model and team model based study on existing technologies. The team model adopts improved Bayesian network. It adopt EM algorithm to learn player capability of each team to evaluate the ability value of player, according to integrate match situation. Then the scoring probability and team score expectation are computed, combined with the case of players in presence. At last the score estimation of round prediction by match model is acquired. During study of team model coefficients, we assume it obeys distribution of Logit and Probit and compare their effects. Experimental analysis adopts three seasons of real dataset in CBA league, and our model is compared to Bayesian network model. The results show our model is more accurate than existing model in match process prediction.

The amygdala, orbitofrontal cortex (OFC) and medial prefrontal cortex (mPFC) form a crucial part of the emotion circuit, yet their emotion induced responses and interactions have been poorly investigated with direct intracranial recordings. Such high-fidelity signals can uncover precise spectral dynamics and frequency differences in valence processing allowing novel insights on neuromodulation. Here, leveraging the unique spatio-temporal advantages of intracranial electroencephalography (iEEG) from a cohort of 35 patients with intractable epilepsy (with 71 contacts in amygdala, 31 in OFC and 43 in mPFC), we assessed the spectral dynamics and interactions between the amygdala, OFC and mPFC during an emotional picture viewing task. Task induced activity showed greater broadband gamma activity in the negative condition compared to positive condition in all the three regions. Similarly, beta activity was increased in the negative condition in the amygdala and OFC while decreased in mPFC. Furthermore, beta activity of amygdala showed significant negative association with valence ratings. Critically, model-based computational analyses revealed unidirectional connectivity from mPFC to the amygdala and bidirectional communication between OFC-amygdala and OFC-mPFC. Our findings provide direct neurophysiological evidence for a much-posited model of top-down influence of mPFC over amygdala and a bidirectional influence between OFC and the amygdala. Altogether, in a relatively large sample size with human intracranial neuronal recordings, we highlight valence-dependent spectral dynamics and dyadic coupling within the amygdala-mPFC-OFC network with implications for potential targeted neuromodulation in emotion processing.
