Automated tagging of video advertisements has been a critical yet challenging problem, and it has drawn increasing interests in last years as its applications seem to be evident in many fields. Despite sustainable efforts have been made, the tagging task is still suffered from several challenges, such as, efficiently feature fusion approach is desirable, but under-explored in previous studies. In this paper, we present our approach for Multimodal Video Ads Tagging in the 2021 Tencent Advertising Algorithm Competition. Specifically, we propose a novel multi-modal feature fusion framework, with the goal to combine complementary information from multiple modalities. This framework introduces stacking-based ensembling approach to reduce the influence of varying levels of noise and conflicts between different modalities. Thus, our framework can boost the performance of the tagging task, compared to previous methods. To empirically investigate the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed framework, we conduct extensive experiments on the challenge datasets. The obtained results suggest that our framework can significantly outperform related approaches and our method ranks as the 1st place on the final leaderboard, with a Global Average Precision (GAP) of 82.63%. Zearalenone (ZEA), a kind of nonsteroidal mycotoxin with estrogenic effects, can influence animal reproductive capacity through interfering with estrogen signaling pathway. Previous studies have shown exposure to ZEA at high doses (higher than No-Observed Effect Level, NOEL) had a significant impact on mouse sperm quality and pregnant rate, but little is known about the effect of exposure to ZEA at low doses (lower than NOEL) on mouse reproductive capacity. This study evaluated the effects of exposure to low-dose ZEA on mouse spermatogenesis and semen quality. Male mice (CD-1) of 21days were exposed to ZEA at 20, or 40μg/kg body weight for 14, 28 or 42days. After exposure to ZEA for 14days, the spermatogenic cells in seminiferous tubules were declined dose-independently; however in groups treated by ZEA for 28days, the spermatogenic cells were declined dose-dependently. Moreover, after treatment for 28days or 42days, the DNA double stand break (DSB) in spermatogenic cells were increased in a dose-dependent manner in treated groups. Compared with the control group, the sperm concentration, viability, motility, and hyperactive rate in treated groups were decreased dose-dependently and time-dependently. Meanwhile, deformity and mortality rate of sperm in treated groups were increased remarkably dose-dependently too. In conclusion, low dose ZEA impaired male reproductive capacity especially in spermatogenesis and semen quality of mouse.

In bistatic spaceborne High-Resolution Wide-Swath SAR systems (HRWS-SAR), the azimuth reconstruction to obtain a uniform sampling signal or Doppler spectrum is a crucial step in image processing because azimuth signals are generally of non-uniform sampling type. In this study, the variant transmitting distance to receiving distance radio is approximated to be a constant, the equivalence between the bistatic and monostatic SAR azimuth interchannel transfer functions is deduced, and the azimuth signal model in spaceborne HRWS-SAR with general bistatic configuration is established. Furthermore, the matrix inversion algorithm to reconstruct the azimuth signal is proposed; in addition, to measure the reconstruction performance, the formulae for the signal noise ratio scaling factor and the azimuth ambiguity signal ratio are provided. The azimuth reconstruction is simulated in several spaceborne HRWS-SAR systems with typical bistatic configuration, and the results show that the azimuth Doppler spectrum can be correctly reconstructed via the matrix inversion algorithm when the azimuth sampling is conducted without coinciding samples.

The pulse waveform design is one of the key technologies of UWB communication systems. The theory and features of UWB system and pulse waveform are summarized in the paper., then the linear combination of normalized gaussian derivatives is mainly researched and the matlab simulation is performed. Finally the simulation results are analyzed and the relevant conclusions are drawn.

In this paper, we consider the problem of tracking the direction of arrivals (DOA) and the direction of departure (DOD) of multiple targets for bistatic multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) radar. A high-precision tracking algorithm for target angle is proposed. First, the linear relationship between the covariance matrix difference and the angle difference of the adjacent moment was obtained through three approximate relations. Then, the proposed algorithm obtained the relationship between the elements in the covariance matrix difference. On this basis, the performance of the algorithm was improved by averaging the covariance matrix element. Finally, the least square method was used to estimate the DOD and DOA. The algorithm realized the automatic correlation of the angle and provided better performance when compared with the adaptive asymmetric joint diagonalization (AAJD) algorithm. The simulation results demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. The algorithm provides the technical support for the practical application of MIMO radar.
