Package theft detection has been a challenging task mainly due to lack of training data and a wide variety of package theft cases in reality. In this paper, we propose a new Global and Local Fusion Package Theft Detection Embedding (GLF-PTDE) framework to generate package theft scores for each segment within a video to fulfill the real-world requirements on package theft detection. Moreover, we construct a novel Package Theft Detection dataset to facilitate the research on this task. Our method achieves 80% AUC performance on the newly proposed dataset, showing the effectiveness of the proposed GLF-PTDE framework and its robustness in different real scenes for package theft detection.

Background: Chronic hand eczema (CHE) is a recurrent, frequently disabling skin condition that requires daily skin care to prevent transepidermal water loss, posing a significant burden of society and economy. In recent years, topical 0.05% clobetasol cream is widely used for the treatment of CHE for its efficacy, tolerability and safety. Whereas, no systematic review and meta-analysis has been updated up to now. Therefore, this work aims to assess the effectiveness and safety of topical 0.05% clobetasol cream in patients with CHE. Methods: Study on topical 0.05% clobetasol cream for CHE will be searched from their inception to December, 2020 with the language restrictions of English and Chinese in 8 databases (PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, the web of science, VIP, CNKI, CBM, and WAN FANG). According to the heterogeneity test, a fixed or random-effect model will be used to synthesize data. The primary outcome is the proportion of patients achieving more than 75% reduction in signs and symptoms according to the Hand Eczema Severity Index (HECSI). The secondary outcomes include: scored for 4 different characteristics of the lesions (redness, scaling, lichenification, and pruritus), QoL questionnaire, adverse events, and recurrence events. STATA 13.0 and Review Manager software 5.3 will be used for analysis and synthesis. Two or more reviewers will independently conduct the selection of studies, data extraction, and data analysis. Results: The results of the study expect to provide a high-quality, evidence-based recommendation on topical 0.05% clobetasol cream in the treatment of CHE for clinicians. Conclusion: The study will provide scientific and useful evidence for better use of topical 0.05% clobetasol cream in treating CHE. Ethics and dissemination: This study is a protocol for an overview of SRs/MAs that did not involve individual data. Thus, ethical approval is not required. We describe the prenatal diagnosis and fetal phenotype of partial trisomy 12 (p12-pter) transmitted from a maternal reciprocal translocation 6;12. Genetic analysis of umbilical cord blood of a 27-year-old woman, gravida 4, para 1 at 35 weeks' gestation due to a tricuspid regurgitation and orbital hypertelorism by sonography revealed an unusual karyotype of 46, XY, der (6) t (6;12) (p24;p12) mat. The pregnancy was terminated at 37 gestational weeks. The proband postnatally displayed by dysmorphic features of a round flat face with prominent cheeks and high forehead, hypertelorism, a short nose, a broad and depressed nasal bridge, anteverted nares, a deformed philtrum, an open mouth, thin upper vermilion and broad everted lower lip, low-set ears and aural atresia, broad hands with simian creases, and a short neck. By anatomy, the fetal was found to have right artery catheter vagus, congenital cataract, no turbinate and external auditory canal. Through the karoytpye-phynotpye analysis on the present patient and a review of other reported cases, we believed that the case was the first report, which expanded the database of partial trisomy 12p, and was of benefit for future clinical genetic counseling. At the same time, this study supported the viewpoint that phenotypic variability depends on the type and extent of the associated partial monosomy.

PURPOSE: To investigate synergistic suppression of donor liver pre-perfusion with recipient serum (RS) and cobra venom factor (CVF) treatment on hyperacute rejection (HAR) following liver xenotransplantation. METHODS: Guinea-pigs (GP, n=24) and Sprague-Dawley rats (SD, n=24) were recruited. Before transplantation, serum was collected from SD rats and used for preparation of inactivated complements. GP and SD rats were randomly assigned into four groups (n=6), respectively: RS group, CVF group, RS+CVF group and control group. Orthotopic liver xenotransplantation was performed with modified two-cuff technique. The survival time and liver function of recipients, morphological and pathological changes in rat livers were investigated. The present study aimed to investigate the effect of Saikosaponin D (SSD) on the malignant phenotype of HepG2 cells and its potential mechanism in order to provide evidence for prevention and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) with SSD. HepG2 cells in the logarithmic phase were randomly divided into two groups: SSD group and control group. Cells in the SSD group were treated with 10 mg/L SSD for 48 h and those in the control group were untreated. Cell inhibition rate was measured by methlthiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) assay, cell morphology detected by Giemsa staining followed by observation under a contrast phase microscope, the contents of alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) and albumin (ALB) in the supernatant measured by chemiluminescence and radioimmunoassay, respectively. Cell migration was determined by transwel chamber assay and flow cytometry done to measure the cell cycle. The corrosion of current collector materials in MoltenCarbonate Fuel Cells (MCFC) is investigated. The essential aimsof this investigation were to study the corrosion behaviour ofdifferent materials, in varying cathode and anode MCFCenvironments, and to study the contact corrosion resistancesbetween the MCFC current collector and electrodes. For thesepurposes, pure iron, iron-chromium binary alloys and severalcommercial steels were investigated in molten carbonate meltswithin the pot-cell laboratory set-up. In addition, the contactcorrosion resistances, between an AISI 310 current collectorand two cathodes (NiO and LiCoO2), were studied in a laboratory fuel cell.Post-tests were done to study the corrosion products formed atthe surfaces. In cathode environments, corrosion potential increased overtime as a protective corrosion layer slowly formed. Eventually,the potential reached a stable value close to the cathodeoperating potential. The main cathode reaction, as corrosionpotential increased, changed from water reduction to oxygenreduction. Corrosion rate under the operating cathode conditiondepended on the chromium content; the higher the concentrationof chromium, the lower the corrosion rate. The corrosion ratesof ferritic steels, with high chromium content, and AISI 310were higher at the so-called outlet operating condition incomparison to the standard and so-called inlet conditions. Thecorrosion rate was higher at the beginning of the exposure,which resulted in a relatively fast corrosion layer growth thatslowed as the protective layer was formed. It was shown thatthe corrosion layers, formed on iron-chromium alloys, AISI 310and ferritic high chromium-containing steels, consisted of twolayers. The outer layer was porous and iron rich, while theinner layer was quite compact and rich in chromium and/oraluminiumTherefore, the corrosion behaviour was dependent onthe corrosion layer structure at the metal surface. In anode environments, the beneficial behaviour of aluminiumin ferritic alloys, with high aluminium contents, was due tothe formation of aluminium oxide and/or lithium aluminium oxideat the surface. The corrosion rates at the standard and outletconditions were of the same order of magnitude, while thecorrosion rates at the inlet conditions were considerablyhigher. The lower temperatures and higher carbon dioxideconcentrations in the inlet conditions appeared to result in asurface layer deficient in aluminium. A modified theoreticalmodel was developed to evaluate the corrosion current densitiesfrom experimental polarisation curves or linear polarisationresistance measurements in anode environments. The fittingswere found to be very good. An experimental method was developed forin-situmeasurements of the contributions to the totalohmic losses at the cathode in a laboratory scale MCFC. Thecontact resistance between the cathode and current collectorcontributed quite a large value to the total cathodepolarization. The corrosion layer, formed between the LiCoO2cathode and AISI 310 current collector, wasiron-rich and more porous, and contained a small amount ofcobalt. This was deemed to consist of a two-phase oxide, whichresulted in a lower conductivity. The corrosion layer, formedbetween the NiO cathode and AISI 310 current collector, wasrich in nickel. The corrosion layers on the AISI 310, incontact with the cathode, had a different composition comparedto samples immersed in carbonate melts. The equation of motion of two-level chromium atoms in Gauss standing laser wave is discussed and the distribution of chromium atoms is given under different transverse velocity conditions. The results show that the focusing position of atoms will be affected by the transverse velocity of atoms. Based on the four-order Runge-Kutta method, the locus of chromium atoms in Gauss standing laser wave is simulated. The three-dimensional characteristics of nanometer structures are stimulated under perfect and emanative conditions.
