This article presents information on decorating a Christmas tree with fabric scraps. The article suggests that with the fabric wrong side out, one can stitch hearts together, leaving an opening to turn the ornament right side out. It can be stuffed with a small amount of batting to give it shape; sew shut. Using embroidery thread, do a blanket stitch all the way around. One can flock mini pinecones using a can of artificial snow or white spray paint. A light hand goes a long way. stamp with favorite designs, or cover it with high-quality wrapping paper.
