The RT-LAB real-time simulation software can expediently and rapidly apply the Simulink model to the hard-in-the-loop simulation system and greatly save the expenses for development, experiment and measurement, thus cutting down the development cycle. The use of the self-made PCI board in the RT-LAB software requires the development of its driver module by the user himself. This paper presents the idea and development processes of the PCI bus-based board driver with the RT-LAB software. Taking as an example the NI-6230 multifunctional data acquisition board driver, the paper also presents the PCI board driver's key codes and their compilation with the RT-LAB software.

The fractional volume of the reservoir sand shall be taken to the ground when the crude oil is brought up from the ground. With the deepening of the oil extraction the sand content of oil recovery is increasing. Although many measures have been used such as prevent sand, block sand and so on, the viscosity of heavy oil is big and the fractional of sand is carried into the crude oil gathering system inevitably, causing a series of problems at ground equipment, having a serious impact on the normal production and gathering of crude oil. The larger size of sand can be removed by the sedimentation and the smaller sand can be removed by hydrocyclone devices. Hydrocyclone is a separation plant used to separate non-uniform phase mixtures. It can be used to complete the liquid clarification and to wash particles, liquid degassing and grit removal, grading and classification of solid particles and the separation of two non-miscible liquids and others. Hydrocyclone separation technique is simple and convenient operation, high separation efficiency, no rotating units, small size and easy to realize automatic control. On the offshore platform，if the sand mixed with oil is discharged into sea unsatisfactory the standard, it will pollute the sea. It will cause a serious of marine pollution; this is a problem that should be solved quickly. This paper discusses the requirements for the design of the hydrocyclone desander equipment with compact structure, applicable to offshore drilling platforms，and carrying out CFD simulation, the results showing that the particle size of 75 of sand, grit removal efficiency above 90%.

The metering and controlling of down hole flow has became an important and indispensable technology in the development of oil field as well as the intelligent oilfield technology, the correlative data which measured by them can provide a reliable theoretical basis for the production and management of the oil-field. Develops a new flow measurement device which can adapt to the complex down hole environment is very important. This paper emphasis on the composition of the data acquisition system about flow test in the down hole, including the design of data acquisition system, the application of bus, the selected of core chip and the design of software, and super-induce some collecting data that get in the test, determining the most value information, as well as making a more rapid response to the oil deposit management, gets up a significant guiding sense to the heavy oil development and the intelligent well completion.

A stratospheric satellite, which is a new type of low-cost and low-energy-consumption spacecraft, can be controlled by a stratosail to orbit around the Earth's stratosphere from east to west at the height of 35 km. This paper researches on the visual simulation system of the stratospheric satellite's trajectory control. First, based on the more complete investigation of the characteristics of stratospheric environment and stratospheric winds, the trajectory control method of the stratospheric satellite is proposed, and then the components of the stratospheric satellite and their functions are given: a super-pressure helium balloon is used to balance the gravity, a stratosail to control the trajectory, and a 15km-long tether to connect the balloon and the stratosail to make them located in different wind strata. Second, the dynamic models of the balloon and stratosail are derived more compactly due to the appropriate options and definitions of various coordinate systems. After that, various simulations are carried out in scenarios of different wind conditions. Third, according to the dynamic models, the trajectory control scheme is proposed. In the end, the Creator and Vega Prime software platforms are applied to develop a visual simulation system for the trajectory control of the stratospheric satellite using the results of numerical simulations as input. The results of the visual simulation system show that the stratosail can be used to control the trajectory of stratospheric satellites precisely. Moreover, in the presence of wind disturbances the stratospheric satellite can still be controlled by the stratosail to fly from east to west along the predefined trajectory, namely, the control of the south-north direction is stable. Furthermore, through the visual simulation system, the trajectory control can be demonstrated visually, which means the control performance can be evaluated more intuitively.
