We describe here a case of canine mammary benign mixed tumor with sebaceous metaplasia in the right fifth mammary gland of an eight-year-old, intact female Poodle dog. Grossly, the mass was firm with off-white, poorly lobulated cut surfaces. Histologically, the luminal epithelial cells and myoepithelial cells proliferated with cartilage formation and focal squamous metaplasia. Moreover, a large number of nests of various sizes, which were filled with foamy cells in the center and associated with basaloid reserve-like cells in the periphery, showed sebaceous gland-like structures. Immunohistochemically, myoepithelial cells and reserve-like cells in the metaplastic sebaceous gland-like structures were CK14, α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) and p63 positive, suggesting a possibility that these two components may have a common cell of origin. Student voice behavior is an important aspect of school culture. Raising awareness of student voice can support academic achievement and deepen school reforms, and this study explored the influence of college students' perception of teacher-parent leadership on their voice behavior based on the Chinese cultural background. Based on social exchange theory, a convenience sampling method was applied to conduct a questionnaire survey on 709 college students from 5 universities in Hebei Province, China. After analyzing by SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), the study showed that: In teacher paternalistic leadership, benevolent leadership and moral leadership have a significant positive impact on voice behavior while authoritarian leadership has a meaningful negative impact. Therefore, teacher paternalistic leadership can provide psychological care and academic support for students, set a fair and moral example, and avoid making authoritarian decisions, providing a supportive voice environment for students. As an important green energy source for the future, deep-sea natural gas hydrate has attracted worldwide attention in recent years, and several trial exploitations have been carried out. Hydrates are prone to decomposition leading to terrain subsidence; hence, there is an urgent need to monitor terrain change during the exploration. In this study, a monitoring device based on six-axis Micro-Electro-Mechanical System array is developed to monitor the terrain subsidence during production of gas hydrate. The liability of the device has been tested both by lab experiments and a sea trial in the "Shenhu" area of the South China Sea with water-depth of 1,203 m. The device performed in-situ monitoring for 193 consecutive days; the deformation of the seafloor terrain has been successfully measured, and the seafloor topography has been obtained and reconstructed, showing that the overall average uplift of the seafloor terrain is 0.82 cm, with a maximum uplift of 5.98 cm and a maximum subsidence of 3.21 cm. To address issues of global energy sustainability, it is of great practical significance to develop low cost and high efficiency electrocatalysts for the oxygen evolution reaction (OER). In this work, we synthesize amorphous Co1-xVxSy nanosheets using Co1-xVx-MOF/NF as a precursor to explore the structural evolution of metal-organic framework (MOF) derivatives during the OER. When tested for OER performance in 1.0 M KOH solution, Co0.9V0.1S0.002/NF exhibits the best catalytic activity, with an overpotential of only 194 mV at a current density of 20 mA cm−2 and a Tafel slope of 28.4 mV dec−1 . We also measured the long-term electrochemical durability of Co0.9V0.1S0.002/NF and found that Co0.9V0.1S0.002/NF maintains its stability for at least 100 h at a current density of 20 mA cm−2 . Screening for early-stage disease is vital for reducing colorectal cancer (CRC)-related mortality. Methylation of circulating tumor DNA has been previously used for various types of cancer screening. A novel cell-free DNA (cfDNA) methylation-based model which can improve the early detection of CRC is warranted. For our study, we collected 313 tissue and 577 plasma samples from patients with CRC, advanced adenoma (AA), non-AA and healthy controls. After quality control, 187 tissue DNA samples (91 non-malignant tissue from CRC patients, 26 AA and 70 CRC) and 489 plasma cfDNA samples were selected for targeted DNA methylation sequencing. We further developed a cfDNA methylation model based on 11 methylation biomarkers for CRC detection in the training cohort (area under curve [AUC] = 0.90 (0.85-0.94]) and verified the model in the validation cohort (AUC = 0.92 [0.88-0.96]). The cfDNA methylation model robustly detected patients pre-diagnosed with early-stage CRC (AUC = 0.90 [0.86-0.95]) or AA (AUC = 0.85 [0.78-0.91]). Here we established and validated a non-invasive cfDNA methylation model based on 11 DNA methylation biomarkers for the detection of early-stage CRC and AA. In the process of groundwater extraction, problems such as ground subsidence and water quality changes due to changes in the seepage field and the stress field. However, the model test system cannot be used to achieve the groundwater seepage of the suspended interception curtain pit and the seepage flow of the layered aquifer under the condition of a complete well. Therefore, it is impossible to obtain the seepage flow pattern consistent with the actual project. In this paper, Hydrus-1D model is used to simulate the migration and transformation process of pollutants in the aerated zone before entering the groundwater, and a process-based groundwater seepage evaluation method is constructed. Taking a tailings pond as an example, the coupling study of pollution simulation in soil-groundwater system transport and pollution evaluation was carried out. The results show that the process-based groundwater pollution assessment method can more accurately reflect the spatio-temporal change process of groundwater seepage source strength compared with the traditional method of simulation prediction and evaluation of groundwater. This theory improves the method of groundwater seepage prediction and evaluation, and provides a theoretical basis and practical guidance for preventing ground subsidence and groundwater pollution. Developing robust and low-cost electrocatalysts for efficient hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) through facile methods is of great significance to the energy and environment sustainability. Herein, a simple one-pot solvothermal method has been developed to synthesize a hybrid material of nickel@nickel carbide (Ni@Ni3C) nanochain embedded in a network of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs). The electrochemical experiments indicate that the composite of Ni@Ni3C-SWCNTs has the HER electrocatalytic performance comparable to that of Pt/C in an acidic medium (0.5 M H2SO4). The overpotential to reach a current density of 10 mA cm−2 in 0.5 M H2SO4 is only −74 mV with a Tafel slope of 46.9 mV dec−1. Compared to Ni@Ni3C in the absence of SWCNTs, the enhanced HER performance of Ni@Ni3C-SWCNTs can be attributed to the increased intrinsic activity, improved electronic conductivity, and the electron coupling effect between Ni@Ni3C and SWCNTs. The Ni@Ni3C-SWCNTs composites also show high stability at the overpotential of −0.2 V for 24 h. Energy has played an important role in the development of economy and society, security of which has become a focusing issue. As a major energy consumer, the energy profile and development of the United States have a significant impact on the world energy pattern. In this article, a series of mathematical models were built to explore the energy profiles in California, Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona in U.S. First, we collected data from the U.S. Energy Information Administration and obtained data of energy production and consumption in four U.S. states from 1970 to 2009. Furthermore, the factor analysis model is established to describe the evolution of energy profile over time. We screened the data, removed the incomplete data from 1970-1969, and constructed the index system for factor analysis. Population, economy, technology and environment were selected as four important influencing factors. The score of each factor was calculated by Matrix Laboratory to get the annual total energy profile of each state. A comprehensive score can be drawn for the annual cleaner, renewable energy sources in each state in the same way. Finally, in this paper, we use energy total consumption to characterize energy profiles. Back propagation (BP) neural network model was established, and the total energy consumption data from 1970 to 2009 was used to train the network, so as to predict the energy use in 2050. The production and use of energy is of great importance to the sustainable development of any society, economy and environment. As a superpower, the total energy consumption of the United States is also among the highest in the world. In 2009, the United States promulgated the clean energy and security act of 2009, aiming to further improve the energy structure and reduce environmental pollution. The policy has had a significant impact on the world energy landscape. First of all, this article collects data from the U.S. Energy Information Administration and obtains data on energy production and consumption in the four states on the US-Mexico border in 2009. The data was artificially analyzed from two aspects of sector and energy. The energy profile for each state was presented in terms of the proportion of energy usage by sector and the proportion of each energy usage. Furthermore, based on the above data analysis, we have established the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) model to determine the four indicators of cleaner, renewable energy. The four evaluation indexes are: cleaner, renewable energy consumption rate; cleaner, renewable energy expenditure rate; carbon dioxide emissions ratio in the United States and biological impact index. The optimal scheme and the worst scheme were determined according to the above four indexes, and then to calculate the clean energy use scheme for relative states converting the distances into scores. The states that have the 'best' profile for use of cleaner, renewable energy in 2009 were at last identified. Finally, back propagation (BP) neural network model was established, and the total energy consumption data from 2009 was used to train the network, so as to predict the energy use in 2025. We carried out thorough cyclic voltammetric (CV) studies to evaluate the intermolecular interactions between the electrochemical label and the liquor compounds. In the cyclic voltammograms, both the anodic and cathodic peak potential of FcCH2OH were positively shifted, resulting from the formation of hydrogen bonding between FcCH2OH and C2H5OH. Only the anodic peak potential of FcCH2OH was positively shifted, resulting from the formation of ion-pair between the oxidized form (Fc+CH2OH) and the negatively charged carboxylate (RCOO-). Combining cyclic voltammetry and gas chromatography, the result shows an evident correlation between peak potential and the content of the negatively charged ions present in the liquor (e.g., 1 mM sodium acetate with the potential shift of +40 ± 5 mV; 1 mM sodium citrate with the potential shift of +38 ± 4 mV). Further, a fast approach (total scanning time: 56 s), which is complementary to the conventional chromatographic and mass spectrographic characterizations, has been developed for differentiating aging times (1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 10 years) of typical Chinese liquors. Transition-metal carbides (MXenes) are an emerging class of two-dimensional (2D) materials with promising electrochemical sensing performance due to their unique structural and electronic properties. To further improve its sensing performance, herein, the composite of Ti3C2Tx (MXene) and electrochemically reduced graphene oxide (MXene/ERGO) was proposed as electrode material for electrochemical detection of pesticide carbendazim (CBZ). The MXene/ERGO was synthesized by a facile and green electrochemical approach, where the mixture of MXene and graphene oxide (GO) was firstly dropped on the electrode surface, followed by electrochemical reduction of GO. The ERGO conductive networks tightly linked the separated layers of Ti3C2Tx and connected the separated Ti3C2Tx particles, which leading to enhanced electronic conductivity, improved the electrochemical reactivity of electrode materials and facilitated electron transfer between electrode and detection molecules. Consequently, the sensor based on MXene/ERGO exhibited a high sensitive detection of CBZ with a wide linear range of 2.0 nM~10.0 µMand a low limit of detection (LOD) of 0.67 nM. Moreover, the sensor showed good selectivity and reproducibility toward CBZ detection.
