Dachengqi decoction (DCQD) was reported to improve bowel movements, but whether DCQD was effective for intestinal damage caused by liver fibrosis remained unclear. To investigate the role of DCQD in liver fibrosis-related gut vascular barrier (GVB) damage in mice. DCQD was verified to reduce the imbalance of the intestinal vascular barrier and restore intestinal homeostasis to prove that DCQD acts through the gut-liver axis. Three graded doses of DCQD were gavaged into the CCL 4 -induced mice for 12 weeks to evaluate the resistance to liver and intestinal damage. Immunoblotting and primary flow cytometry were used to assess organ damage; PV-1 to indicate gut vascular barrier damage; serum endotoxin, fecal SCFAs, and liver microbiota translocation to examine the gut-liver axis's crosstalk. Network pharmacology and RNA sequencing were used to analyze and verify the signaling pathway of DCQD. DCQD significantly ameliorated fibrosis and inflammatory response in the CCL 4 -induced mice, alleviated gut leakage, downregulated PV-1, relieved liver enterobacterial translocation, restored intestinal homeostasis, and reduced infiltration of myeloid cells in the lamina propria. Network pharmacology and RNA sequencing results indicated that DCQD exerted anti-fibrotic and anti-inflammatory effects in the liver through inhibition of the ESR1/NF-κB/TNFα pathway and maintained GVB homeostasis through the FUT2/Wnt/β-Catenin pathway. DCQD broke the closed-loop damage of the gut-liver axis to improve GVB injury in mice with liver fibrosis. DCQD inhibited the progression of hepatic fibrosis and attenuated gut vascular barrier damage in CCL 4 mice by modulating the ESR1/NF-κB/TNFα pathway in the liver and the FUT2/Wnt/β-Catenin pathway in the ileum. The rapid growth of the gas industry has been coupled with substandard management and ecological concerns in recent years. The rapid development of the global economy contributes to the increasing demand for energy and higher oil prices, further impacting the world's energy distribution networks. For China, the security of energy supply and the ecological sustainability of its development represent important issues. China's Liaohe Oil Field, a complex, state-owned enterprise that mainly engages in the exploration of oil and gas, is considered to be the third largest oil field and the leading supplier of heavy oil, super heavy oil, and high pour-point oil in the country. Nonetheless, its ecologically sustainable development has been constrained by factors such as the scarcity of energy, worker redundancy, and high labor costs. Using the Liaohe Oil Field as an example, this paper applies an evaluation indexation system based on the harmonious development theory, sustainable development theory and general system theory. The proposal of the "One Belt and Road" initiative has provided new opportunities for the development of the countries and regions along the route. It will also inevitably affect the ecological environment while promoting the free flow of economic elements and efficient allocation of resources. Low carbon development efficiency is an important indicator of the coordinated development of economy and ecology, so clarifying the Low-carbon development efficiency and its spatial characteristics for countries along the "One Belt and Road" is of great significance for promoting the construction of the "Green Belt and Road". The paper established the evaluation system of Low-carbon development efficiency for countries along the "One Belt and Road", using panel data of 54 countries along the route from 2007 to 2016. The Super-SBM model with undesirable outputs and Malmquist TFP index were used to study its Low-carbon development efficiency in static and dynamic way, and the Moran's I index calculated by ArcGIS software was used to explore its spatial autocorrelation. The following conclusions were drawn: (1) The overall level of the Low-carbon development efficiency is relatively low and varies widely for countries along the "One Belt and Road", for most countries, PTE is the main factor affecting the Low-carbon development efficiency; (2) The improvement of the Low-carbon development efficiency for countries along the "One Belt and Road" is mainly driven by technology; (3) There is a positive spatial autocorrelation among the Low-carbon development efficiency for countries along the "one Belt and Road", and the trend of spatial correlation is more and more obvious. INTRODUCTION: Polydatin (PD) has anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptotic effects in ischemic-reperfusion injury. Moreover, inflammatory responses and apoptosis play a role in the development of burn-induced lung injuries. Based on these findings, in this study we investigated the hypothesis that PD can ameliorate lung injury induced by extensive burns via reduction of inflammation and apoptosis. METHODS: Rats were subjected to 30% total body surface area burn injury followed by resuscitation. The treatment group received 45 mg/kg PD, and the burn group received the same amount of normal saline solution. No burn injury was inflicted in the sham group. Microvascular permeability, interstitial edema, neutrophil recruitment, and histopathological changes were detected by measuring Evans blue concentration, wet-to-dry lung weight ratio (W/D), myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity, and hematoxylin and eosin staining, respectively. To investigate the mechanism of action of PD, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, cell counting, terminal deoxyribonucleotidyl transferase-mediated deoxyuridine 5-triphosphate-digoxigenin nick end labeling (TUNEL) staining, fluorometric assay, and Western blot were used for assessing levels of inflammatory cytokines (tumor necrosis factor alpha, interleukin [IL]-1β, and IL-6), total number of cells, and concentration of polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMNs) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF), the number of apoptotic cells, caspase-3 activity, and apoptosis-related proteins including Bax and Bcl-xl, respectively. RESULTS: Burn-injury rats exhibited significant lung injury characterized by the deterioration of histopathological characteristics, pulmonary microvascular hyperpermeability, and a high W/D, which were attenuated by PD (P = .007 for permeability, P = .004 for W/D). PD inhibited the burn-induced inflammatory response, as evidenced by the down-regulation of lung MPO activity (P = .008), total number of cells, PMN concentration in BALF, and the local and systemic levels of the pro-inflammatory cytokines examined. Moreover, PD treatment dramatically prevented burn-induced pulmonary cell apoptosis in lungs, as reflected by the decrease in the number of TUNEL-positive cells (P = .002) and changes in Bax, Bcl-xl, and caspase-3 activity (P = .03). CONCLUSIONS: PD ameliorates burn-induced lung injury via its anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptotic effects, and PD treatment may therefore serve as a potential therapeutic target for the treatment of critical burn injuries. Abstract: Ultrasonic C-scan image have much noise resulting the fuzzed edge, the general edge detection method is difficult to solve this kind of problem. A sequence border detect method based on ant-colony algorithm is proposed in this paper. Being redefines the concept of distance and path in the ant colony algorithm, and a C-scan image was implemented using Ant-colony method with a rectangular Air test block artifacts in the sample. The result showed that a better edge image can be acquired and the noise can be suppressed effectively. [Copyright &y& Elsevier]
