We consider a bipartite graph in which one of the components is ordered. Question: is it possible to order the second component and to define an isotone function that takes the vertices of the first component to the vertices of the second component by the edges of the graph?

Effective temperature, bolometric correction, radius, angular diameter and luminosity have been obtained for 9 stars of the spectral type A5-G2, belonging to IV and V liminosity classes, by means of the infrared flux method as modified by Blackwell et al. (1980).The comparison of the effective temperature values with those obtained using the calibration of monochromatic flux by Koornneef for J, K and L bands (Koornneef, 1983) and by Johnson for I, J, K and L bands (Johnson, 1966) shows that Teff in Koornneefs calibration are systematically lower with the difference of the mean values for the stars investigated being about 1.6%.

Abstract: Hydrosilylation of several unsaturated compounds with triethoxysilane in the presence of the Speier catalyst with various additives influencing the reaction rate and selectivity was studied. The mechanism of hydrosilylation is discussed.

A calculation-experimental method has been developed for determining the life of welded assemblies of thin-walled connections in the holes of thick-walled pressure vessels. A model of a connection is calculated with use of the finite element method and the number of load cycles at a given level of cyclic load necessary for determination of life is established. The results of experimental investigations make it possible to determine more accurately the effective concentration factor determining the cyclic strength of such a type of structure and also the safety factors.

Abstract An indirect immunofluorescence method was used to study the pterygopalatine nerve ganglion in rats with the aim of determining the identification and locations within it of neurons expressing IL-6. A low density of IL-6-immunoreactive cells was seen in the cranial area of the ganglion; the medial surface and caudal area contained occasional cells demonstrating nuclear fluorescence; rarer groups of cells, organized into chains, were seen in the intermediate part of the ganglion on its lateral margin contacting the maxillary nerve.

Postnatal ontogeny of sympathetic ganglia includes both proliferative processes and programmed cell death. Electron microscopy helps to evaluate the intensity and the relationship between these processes.

Abstract: The distribution of immunoglobulins is studied on preparations of autonomic ganglia using an immunohistochemical technique. Perikarya of neurons are found to be highly accessible to serum macromolecules in tissue of the vagal caudal ganglion, while myenteric ganglion tissue is devoid of immunoglobulins. An individual pattern of serum immunoglobulin distribution is typical for other ganglia.

The color indices of the Sun have been calculated from their absolute energy distribution and the response functions of photometric bands V, J, H, K, L, and M. The color indices of the Sun are compared with those of the solar-like stars.
