To study functionality of coffee yarn knitted clothing fabrics, use five different proportion of coffee yarn: 70% viscose/30% coffee yarn; 67.5% viscose/32.5% coffee yarn; 65% viscose/35% coffee yarn; 62.5% viscose/37.5% coffee yarn; 60% viscose/40% coffee yarn, knit five kinds of fabrics on computerized flat knitting machine.Test and analysis odor removal performance, hygroscopic, heat accumulation function of trial fabrics. The results show that: to coffee yarn and viscose blended knitted fabrics, along with coffee yarn content increases, the odor removal rate of the fabric has increased significantly, the fabric hygroscopic enhance, better performance of heat accumulation. 40% coffee yarn content of the fabric has a good heat accumulation.

A new slag system, Y2O3-SiO2-CaF2 system, was adopted in purification of Si for photovoltaic application. The partition ratio of boron (LB) between slag and silicon was studied under different mass ratio of slag to silicon and varying basicity at 1873K. Scanning electron scope and electron probe micro analysis were used to detect the distribution of impurity elements in silicon after slag refining. The experimental results show that the mass ratio of slag to silicon did not affect the trend of slag basicity with LB, and high mass ratio of slag to silicon would decrease LB. Silicon was surrounded by amorphous slag. Impurity elements are concentrated in slag. Yttrium oxide’s role in slag and kinetic analysis of boron removal are also discussed.

In order to improve the efficiency of grain refinement, a study on the modified process (called Non-equal channel angular pressing) from the conventional equal channel angular pressing has been conducted. The deformation behavior of aluminum alloy AA1050 deformed by the Non-equal channel angular pressing which has a smaller width in the exit channel than the entry channel was examined based on the finite element simulations. The results revealed that a smaller ratio of dE and dI (dE/dI) leads to a larger equivalent plastic strain. It is not only beneficial to enhance the plastic deformation but also very helpful to get rid of the development of dead zone in the outer corner of die by decreasing the exit channel width by comparing with the conventional process.

To target both present users and future potential customers, which are often ignored by most researches, very early in the collaborative conceptual design stage, a multi-agent framework is presented to integrate the distributed design activities. By introducing a cost-effective and timely modular design system and modeling its ‘users’, a typical intelligent and autonomous agent is constructed and the principle of cooperation among multiple agents is discussed for maximizing today’s and tomorrow’s customer requirements. The proposed system is successfully demonstrated on the hydraulic press products design.

This study was made to determine l)what method of counting of AgNORs was most useful in diagnosis of NPC vs active squamous epithelial cells(SE) & 2)whether any of the counting methods gave correlation with clinical stage or survival.
