College students often lack entrepreneurial experience and business skills, which makes them face many difficulties in the process of starting a business, in such case, a supportive educational environment can play an important role, but current research pays little attention on the coupling correlation between the support of educational environment and the transformation of student entrepreneurs’ achievements. In fact, a thorough understanding of this coupling correlation could provide effective support for colleges and policy makers to formulate educational policies and strategies, thereby increasing the success rate of student entrepreneurs. To fill in this research blank, this paper aims to study the coupling correlation between the support of educational environment and the transformation of student entrepreneurs’ achievements. At first, a College Student Entrepreneurship (CSE) network under the support of educational environment was created, and the cooperation mode of student entrepreneurs under the support of educational environment was presented. Then, the transformation ability of student entrepreneurs’ achievements was measured based on the Stochastic Block Model (SBM), a model for measuring the coupling between the support of educational environment and the transformation of student entrepreneurs’ achievements was constructed, and the modeling steps were introduced in detail. Background: Toxoplasma gondii can infect humans and most animals and has a very high infection rate worldwide, including in China. The number of people infected with T. gondii in China increases with the number of cats. Objectives: We investigated the seropositive rate of T. gondii in cats over the last five years and analyzed the risk factors via meta-analysis. Methods: We retrieved 20 studies, with a total of 5,158 cats, published between 2016 and 2020, used the DerSimonian-Laird model and calculated seroprevalence estimates with the variance stabilizing double arcsine transformation. Results: The overall seroprevalence rate after sinusoidal conversion was 19.9% (95% confidence interval [CI], 15.9-23.9; 966/5,158), lower than the domestic report from 1995 to 2015 (24.5%, 95% CI, 20.1-29.0). There was substantial heterogeneity among studies (χ² = 262.32; p < 0.001; I² = 64.6%). Regression analysis of possible heterogeneous causes and subgroup analysis showed that age and whether cats were stray or not have a significant effect on the seropositive rate. Conclusions: Articles published in recent five years suggest that the seroprevalence estimates of Toxoplasma gondii in cats has decreased. Cats, as the final host of T. gondii, are an important cause of the spread of the parasite, and this is an important concern for public health. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background and objective Thymoma is the most common malignant tumor in anterior mediastinum, and its specific pathogenesis is still unclear. This limits the study of targeted drugs for thymoma. The aim of the study is to investigate the genes and signal pathways of thymoma, and provide help for the research of thymic tumor pathogenesis using the technology of second-generation genechip to analyze thymoma. Methods From January 2015 to December 2017, we analyzed 31 cases of thymoma by CapitaBio mRNA expression profile genechip technology, and then confirmed the genes by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results We found some genes with different expression levels between thymoma and surrounding thymus tissue. Among them, six driving genes (FANCI, CAPD3, NCAPG, OXCT1, EPHA1 and MCM2) were significantly abnormal in thymoma. Some specific genes affected by copy-number variation were detected: E2F2, EphA1, CCL25 and MCM2 were significantly up-regulated, while IL-6, CD36, FABP4, SH2D1A and MYOC genes were significantly down-regulated. KEGG database analysis showed that the expression of 10 signaling pathway genes was generally up-regulated or down-regulated, such as systemic lupus erythematosus, viral oncogenes, primary immunodeficiency, cell cycle genes and p53 signaling pathway, which may be related to occurrence of thymoma. Conclusion We found a variety of genes abnormally expressed in thymoma, which will provide reference for the study of pathogenesis and biomarkers of thymoma in the future. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Rechargeable aluminum batteries are potentially the next generation energy storage systems, while they still suffer from unexpected positive electrodes for high-capacity aluminum batteries. For alleviating the specific capacity, in this study, antimony (Sb) is selected as the positive electrode for aluminum battery for its high theoretical capacity of 660 mAh g-1. For addressing dissolution issues of active Sb species into the electrolyte during the charge-discharge process, a special electrode design coupled with modified separators, the dissolution of Sb into liquid electrolyte is greatly suppressed. At a current density of 300 mA g-1, the specific discharge capacity can still reach 100 mAh g-1 after 1000 cycles, indicating the good long-term stability performance. More importantly, a systematical characterization is conducted to acquire a deep understanding of the energy storage mechanism of the Sb positive electrode. The characterization results from in situ Raman reveals that energy storage process involves the incorporation of AlCl4-into Sb to generate SbCl3/SbCl5. Due to the high complexity of physics burnup calculation, its output is extremely difficult to predict. Therefore, the traditional testing methods are ineffective. Metamorphic testing (MT) is an effective method to solve the oracle problem. However, the manual identification of metamorphic relation (MRs) significantly hinders its application. We propose a novel MR automatic generation framework using gene expression programming (GEP), where the MR identification problem is converted into a symbolic expression regression problem. Specifically, the explicit MRs and the domain-related function operators are inferred by static analysis from the nuclear background knowledge. The MR is encoded as the gene expression by using function operators, symbolic variables, and constants. After a series of genetic operations, we obtain the implicit MRs by decoding the optimal solution of the expression. Moreover, the correctness of each MR is evaluated according to reliability verification, logical conflict, and logical redundancy. The effectiveness is automatically verified by comparing the consistency of output from a group of burnup calculation programs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Despite its tremendous success, the Chinese Economy is still characterized and controlled by a recurring process of 5 year planning. This comprehensive National planning program occurs at all levels of the Chinese government, educational system and state owned companies. This paper reports on a study that was made in preparation for the 13th 5 year Plan for the Smart City component of the upcoming city of Tianjin. The objective of this study was to identify problems in informatization, automation and centralization of command and control, so that these could be solved as part of the 5 year plan. The study followed a three-stage mixed-method approach. First, questionnaires were used to assess the sate of development of the smart city features in the different departments of the city government. Second, the study organized thematic joint development groups consisting of expert representatives from different city's departments and units. Third, results of questionnaires and thematic joint development discussions were analyzed in departmental focus groups to clarify and specify the problems and assess proposed solutions and viability of those solutions. This paper analyses the findings of this three-stage process and offers a classification of the identified problems, an integrative conceptual representation of these and a discussion of the importance of this identification in the overall planning process. The results and discussion are of particular importance in China for the next round of 5 year planning that will take place in 2020. However the meaning of the findings of this applied research process are transferable to any smart city planning process all over the world as the majority of the issues discussed are generic. Co-free La0.5Sr0.5Fe0.9Nb0.1O3-δ (LSFNb) perovskite oxide is synthesized by the sol-gel method. LSFNb oxide exhibits good chemical and structural stability in both oxidizing and reducing atmospheres. Therefore, symmetric cells with the configuration LSFNb/LSGM/LSFNb are prepared and the electrochemical performance is evaluated for both solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) and solid oxide electrolysis (SOEC) applications. The LSFNb symmetric electrode presents excellent catalytic activity in both SOFC and SOEC modes. At 850°C, the peak power density of the symmetric cell reaches 1157 mW cm-2 in SOFC mode, while the current density exceeds 1460 mA cm-2 at 1.3 V in SOEC mode. Under H2 O/CO2 co-electrolysis at 800°C, the H2 and CO production rates reach 2.19 and 2.77 mL min-1 cm-2 at -708 mA cm-2 with nearly 100% faradaic efficiency. Moreover, the symmetric cell displays good stability under CO2 and H2 O co-electrolysis, indicating that LSFNb oxide is a promising symmetric electrode material for steam and CO2 co-electrolysis as well as for regenerative fuel cells. Background: There has been a long history of debate regarding whether ambient nitrogen dioxide (NO2) directly affects human health.Methods: We conducted a nationwide time-series analysis in 272 major Chinese cities (2013-2015) to evaluate the associations between short-term exposure to NO2 and cause-specific mortality. We used the overdispersed generalized linear model together with the Bayesian hierarchical model to estimate the associations between NO2 and mortality at the national and regional levels. We examined two-pollutant models with adjustment of fine particles, sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide, and ozone to evaluate robustness for the effects of NO2.Results: At the national-average level, we observed linear and positive associations between NO2 and mortality from all causes and main cardiorespiratory diseases. A 10 μg/m increase in 2-day average concentrations of NO2 would lead to increments of 0.9% (95% posterial interval [PI], 0.7%, 1.1%) in mortality from total nonaccidental causes, 0.9% (95% PI, 0.7%, 1.2%) from total cardiovascular disease, 1.4% (95% PI, 0.8%, 2.0%) from hypertension, 0.9% (95% PI, 0.6%, 1.2%) from coronary heart disease, 0.9% (95% PI, 0.5%, 1.2%) from stroke, 1.2% (95% PI, 0.9%, 1.5%) from total respiratory diseases, and 1.6% (95% PI, 1.1%, 2.0%) from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. There were no appreciable differences in estimates from single-pollutant and two-pollutant models. The associations were stronger in the south of China, in the elderly, and in females.Conclusions: The present study provided robust epidemiologic evidence of associations between day-to-day NO2 and mortality from total natural causes and main cardiorespiratory diseases that might be independent of other criteria air pollutants. Objectives: We aimed to explore the temporal trends and geographic variations in dementia mortality in China. Materials and Methods: Annual dementia mortality counts (years 2006 to 2012) in 161 counties and districts (Disease Surveillance Points, DSP) were extracted from the nationally representative China Mortality Surveillance System and stratified by 5-year age group (aged >65), sex, and time. These counts were linked to annually adjusted denominator populations. Multilevel negative binomial regression with random intercepts and slopes were used to investigate spatiotemporal variation in dementia mortality. Results: Dementia mortality varied over 2-fold between DSPs (median rate ratio: 2.59). Significant variation in DSP slopes through time (variance 0.075, SE 0.020) indicated spatiotemporal variations. Mortality rates were significantly higher in the east (rate ratio 2.28; 95% confidence intervals, 1.45-3.60) compared with the north. There was a declining trend in 2 (east and northwest) of the 7 regions. Dementia mortality decreased by 15% in urban areas but increased by 24% in rural areas. Conclusions: Our findings indicate that regional inequalities in dementia mortality are salient, and the increase in mortality rates in rural areas is an emerging public health challenge in China. Tailored preventive health strategies should be in place to narrow down this avoidable and wholly unnecessary inequality. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

WC-17Co cermet coatings were deposited on Ni718 alloys using the high-velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) technique. These coatings were then heat treated by different processes (150 °C, 10 h; 300 °C, 10 h; 450 °C, 10 h). The effects of heat treatment on microhardness, elasticity modulus, and fracture toughness were studied by an indentation method. The residual stresses of the coated specimens were evaluated by the Almen strip method. The results show that the phase constitution and the structure of the WC-17Co coatings exhibit no obvious change in 150, 300, and 450 °C heat-treatment. The microhardness, elasticity modulus, and fracture toughness of the WC-17Co coatings decrease with the increase of heat treatment temperature. The descent tendency of the mechanical properties is attributed to the decline in compressive residual stresses after isothermal heat treatment. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
