The purpose of this trial was to evaluate the pharmacokinetics (PK), bioequivalence (BE), and safety of 2 preparations of hydroxychloroquine (200‐mg tablet) under fasting and fed conditions. A total of 180 subjects (fasting condition: n = 80; fed condition: n = 100) were randomly enrolled in this randomized, open, single‐dose, single‐cycle parallel phase Ⅰ clinical study. Under the 2 conditions, the subjects were randomly administered the test (T) or reference (R) tablet, both at a dose of 200 mg (1 tablet). Liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry was used to determine the concentration of hydroxychloroquine in healthy subjects after oral administration of the T or R preparation to evaluate the PK characteristics. In this trial, the T and R preparations of hydroxychloroquine were bioequivalent under both conditions within the range of 80%–125%. No serious adverse events (SAEs) were found in the safety assessments for either condition, and all adverse events (AEs) were mild, except for 2 moderate AEs in the fed condition, indicating good safety.

Multiflorumisides A–G (1–7), seven new dimeric stilbene glucosides with two rare coupling patterns, were isolated from the roots of Polygonum multiflorum. The structures of these new dimeric stilbene glucosides were elucidated through comprehensive spectroscopic and chemical analyses. The absolute configurations of 3and 5–7were established by comparing their experimental and quantum-chemical ECD data. Putative biosynthetic pathways toward the dimers and their suppressive effects against nitric oxide production in lipopolysaccharide-stimulated RAW264.7 cells are also discussed.

In order to understand the transmission mechanism at human tissue of near-infrared square-wave pulse (NIRSP), an experimental study of the duty ratio threshold for regular transmission at the fingertip and palm of human hand by NIRSP was carried out by using a couple of simple transmitting and receiving device with tunable duty ratios, and also the light emitting diodes (LED) both at the wavelengths of 850 nm and 940 nm. The thresholds were determined by measuring the waveforms of the changed voltages of NIRSP receiving system as a measurement of the transmission at human tissue. When the receiving waveforms were taken on the certain behavior as the emitting waveforms, the duty ratio threshold for regular transmission at human tissue of NIRSP was observed. The experimental results show that the duty ratio is an important index for the transmission at human tissue of NIRSP. And the duty ratio thresholds for regular transmission both at the fingertip and palm of NIRSP at the wavelength of 850 nm and 940 nm have been given.

In order to know the processing properties of the Electrical Discharge Machining titanium alloy on gas dielectric. Firstly, this paper does comparing experiment of EDM in gas processing titanium alloy. The results indicate that electrode dissipation is low with equifrequence square wave, positive polarity and low supply voltage to machining titanium alloy when pulse width is narrow. Secondly, this paper has done the orthogonal experiment and the variance analysis of experimental results, Its result shows that pulse width and peak current have a great influence on the machining efficiency .

Fuzzy mathematics is a new mathematical method, which is based on fuzzy set instead of classic set and can deal with some fuzzy set things. Now it is widely used all aspects of the quality evaluation in real life. The author accumulates some experience through the research of the theory of fuzzy mathematics and investigation of reverse logistics. The existing automobiles are increasing and waste automobiles are also more and more in China. This paper uses the fuzzy mathematics method to evaluate reverse logistics of waste automobile through the reverse logistics analysis.

Two new oxindole alkaloid glycosides, nauclealomide A and (3S,7R)-javaniside, were isolated from the leaves of Nauclea officinalis. Their structures and absolute configurations were elucidated by means of NMR, HRESIMS, X-ray diffraction, acid hydrolysis and quantum chemical CD calculation. Nauclealomide A is a novel monoterpenoid oxindole alkaloid possessing a rare tetrahydro-2H–1,3-oxazine ring.
