Next-basket recommendation methods focus on the inference of the next basket by considering the corresponding basket sequence. Although many methods have been developed for the task, they usually suffer from data sparsity. The number of interactions between entities is relatively small compared to their huge bases, so it is crucial to mine as much hidden information as possible from the limited historical interactions for prediction. However, the existing methods mainly just treat the next-basket recommendation task as a single-view sequential prediction problem, which leads to the inadequate mining of the information hidden in multiple views, and the mining of other patterns in the historical interactions is neglected, thus making it difficult to learn high-quality representations and limiting the recommendation effect. To alleviate the above issues, we propose a novel method named HapCL for next-basket recommendation, which mines information from multiple views and patterns with the help of polar contrastive learning. A hierarchical module is designed to mine multiple patterns of historical interactions from different views at two levels. In order to mine self-supervised signals, we design a polar contrastive learning module with a novel graph-based augmentation approach. Experiments on three real-world datasets validate the effectiveness of HapCL.

The commercial application of silicon (Si) anodes with high theoretical capacity is hampered by the poor cyclic stability because the huge volume change of Si during discharge/charge processes results in the pulverization of electrode materials and the electric contact loss of electrode materials with copper (Cu) foils. Binders play an important role for adhering active materials and conductive additives together onto Cu foils. Herein, we design and develop a three-dimensional networked composite binder (PAA- co -SN) via an amidation reaction between polyacrylic acid (PAA) and thiourea (SN). The granular anchors (Cu x S) are constructed at the interface between PAA- co -SN binders and Cu foils, resulting from the reaction of S and Cu during the drying processes of Si electrodes. When used as binders for Si nanoparticles, they exhibit stable cyclic performance (1580 mAh g−1 after 500 cycles). The anchoring mechanism between composite binders and Cu foils provides a strategy for the improvement of electrochemical properties of Si-based anodes for lithium-ion batteries. This paper proposes a lossless data hiding scheme in learning with errors (LWE)-encrypted domain based on key-switching technique. Lossless data hiding and extraction could be realized by a third party without knowing the private key for decryption. Key-switching-based least-significant-bit (KSLSB) data hiding method has been designed during the lossless data hiding process. The owner of the plaintext first encrypts the plaintext by using LWE encryption and uploads ciphertext to a (trusted or untrusted) third server. Then the server performs KSLSB to obtain a marked ciphertext. To enable the third party to manage ciphertext flexibly and keep the plaintext secret, the embedded data can be extracted from the marked ciphertext without using the private key of LWE encryption in the proposed scheme. Experimental results demonstrate that data hiding would not compromise the security of LWE encryption, and the embedding rate is 1 bit per bit of plaintext without introducing any loss into the directly decrypted result.

The effects of SiCp addition on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ZTA ceramics was investigated by microwave sintering. Partially stabilized zirconia（3Y-ZrO2）nanopowder containing SiCp was prepared by microwave pyrolysing precursor which was was achieved by co-precipitation method. The powders of alumina, yttria partially stabilized zirconia containing SiCp were mixed to prepare ZTA ceramics green body by die pressing and cold isostatic pressing and subsequently sintered at the range of 1350°C-1550°C for 30min by microwave. XRD revealed that 3Y-ZrO2/SiC powder contained more tetragonal phase than 3Y-ZrO2 powder which was also confirmed by SEM and particle size distribution. The phenomenon was because of SiCp forming the microwave heating spot that promoted pyrolysis progress when 3Y-ZrO2/SiC powder was prepared by microwave heating. Microstructure showed that the grain of ZTA ceramics had directional growth by microwave sintering. SiCp firstly absorbed microwave that made more uniform sintering of ZTA ceramics and caused local oriented growth of zirconia and alumina. Thus, the bending strength of ZTA ceramics was higher than ZTA without SiCp. The ladder type heating mode of microwave sintering ZTA ceramics reduced relatively sintering time by 20min due to the addition of SiCp.Introduction

Background: Iron and zinc deficiencies affect human health globally, especially in developing countries. Agronomic biofortification, as a strategy for alleviating these issues, has been focused on small-scale field studies, and not widely applied while lacking of cost-effectiveness analysis (CEA).Objective: We conducted the CEA of agronomic biofortification, expressed as USD per disability-adjusted life years (DALYs) saved, to recommend a cost-effectiveness strategy that can be widely applied.Methods: The DALYs were applied to quantify the health burden due to Fe and/or Zn deficiency and health cost of agronomic biofortification via a single, dual, or triple foliar spray of Fe, Zn, and/or pesticide in 4 (northeast, central China, southeast, and southwest) major Chinese rice-based regions.Results: The current health burden by Fe or Zn malnutrition was 0.45 to 1.45 or 0.14 to 0.84 million DALYs for these 4 regions. Compared to traditional rice diets, the daily Fe and/or Zn intake from Fe and/or Zn-biofortified rice increased, and the health burden of Fe and/or Zn deficiency decreased by 28% and 48%, respectively. The cost of saving 1 DALYs ranged from US$376 to US$4989, US$194 to US$2730, and US$37.6 to US$530.1 for the single, dual, and triple foliar Fe, Zn, and/or pesticide application, respectively, due to a substantial decrease in labor costs by the latter 2 applications.Conclusions: Agronomic biofortification of rice with the triple foliar spray of Fe, Zn, and pesticide is a rapidly effective and cost-effectiveness pathway to alleviate Fe and Zn deficiency for rice-based dietary populations.

The commercial application of high-safety aqueous zinc (Zn) secondary batteries is hindered by the poor cycling life of Zn metal anodes. Here we propose a dendrite growth and hydrogen evolution corrosion reaction mechanism from the binding energy of the deposited crystal plane on the Zn surface and the adsorption energy of H2O molecules on different crystal planes as well as the binding energy of H2O molecules with Zn2+ions. The biomass-based alkyl polyglucoside (APG) surfactant is adopted as an electrolyte additive of 0.15% to regulate the preferential growth of a parallel Zn(002) plane and enhance the anticorrosion ability of Zn metal anodes. The robust binding and adsorption energies of APG with Zn2+ions in the aqueous electrolyte and the Zn(002) plane on Zn surface generate a synergistic effect to increase the concentration of Zn2+ions on the APG-adsorbed Zn(002) plane, endowing the continuous growth of the preferential parallel Zn(002) plane and the excellent anticorrosion capacity. Accordingly, the long-term cycle stability of 4000 h can be achieved for Zn anodes with APG additives, which is better than that with pure ZnSO4electrolyte. With the addition of APG in the anolyte electrolyte, Zn-I2full cells display excellent cycling performance (70 mAh g–1after 20000 cycles) as compared with that without APG additives.

In order to improve the positioning accuracy and reduce the localization cost, a kind of PSO-based RFID indoor localization algorithm is proposed in this paper. The main idea of this algorithm contains the following two aspects. First, due to the influence of none line of sight and multipath transmission in indoor environment, we adopt Gaussian Smoothing Filter to process Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) values, which can reduce the impact of environmental factors on the position estimation effectively. Second, Particle of Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm is introduced to obtain a better positioning result. By experimenting in different indoor environment, the results demonstrate that the proposed approach can not only improve the precision of indoor localization, but has a lower cost and better robustness when compared to VIRE approach.

A thermodynamic model is established to investigate the effects of internal stress in PbZrO3(PZ) antiferroelectric (AFE) film on the barocaloric effect (BCE), electrocaloric effect (ECE), and energy storage properties. It is found that the internal stress can change the phase transition behaviors and free energy barriers among AFE, ferroelectric (FE), and paraelectric (PE) phases. For the BCE, it occurs only in the FE phase induced by stress or temperature. Under a certain temperature, the optimized negative and positive ECE can be obtained by controlling the internal stress and electric field. In addition, the switching electric field of the AFE→FE phase transition increases and causes a larger recoverable energy density with decreasing tensile stress. These results are analyzed and explained by tricritical points (3 cp) with different stresses, temperatures, and electric fields. Therefore, this thermodynamic model provides an effective route to optimize the BCE, ECE, and energy storage properties of PZ films. A stress‐mediated thermodynamic model of PbZrO3antiferroelectric film is established by Ginzburg–Landau–Devonshire (GLD) phenomenology theory based on the Kittel model. The internal stress changes the phase transition behaviors and free energy barriers, which could be used to optimize the barocaloric effect (BCE), electrocaloric effect (ECE), and energy storage properties of PbZrO3film.

Powders of the title compound are prepared by solid state reaction of stoichiometric mixtures of NH4[NbO(C2O4)2(H2O)2] (H2O)3and sodium potassium tartrate (500—800 °C, 3 h).
