Abstract

The article discusses a study which examined the thermal comfort of professional sportswear during high-intensity exercises in a neutral-warm environment. Topics discussed include the measurement of sweating rates and skin temperature, the recording of psychophysical sensations which including comfort sensations and wettedness, and the suitability of compression suits for high-intensity exercises.
