In this paper, the problem of adaptive prescribed performance tracking control is considered for the n-link flexible-joint robot system with actuator failures. First of all, the provided adaptive fault-tolerant control scheme can online compensate for the influence of unknown actuator failures efficiently via designing applicable adaptive laws, and the communication burden is lightened efficaciously by implementing the event-triggered control strategy. Moreover, the typical “complexity explosion” problem in the backstepping design process is avoided with the help of the command filtered technique and the unknown nonlinear terms are handled by the presented adaptive fuzzy control method. Based on Lyapunov stability analysis, it can be proved that each tracking error separately converges to the prescribed small neighborhood of the origin in a finite time and is always within the prescribed boundary, and all signals in the closed-loop system are bounded. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed control algorithm is verified by simulation examples.

The specificity detection of Al3+is important for monitoring life health and environmental pollution. A fluorescence enhancement probe based on caffeic acid HAMwas synthesized for detecting Al3+with high sensitivity and good selectivity. When Al3+was added in the aqueous solution of HAM, the formation of HAM–Al3+complexes inhibited the PET process, which led to great enhancement of fluorescence. The addition of other metal ions cannot induce the change of fluorescence intensity. The sensing mechanism was proved by 1H NMR titration, MS, and Job's plot. Moreover, probe HAMexhibited excellent properties, such as high sensitivity (LOD = 0.168 μM), fast response time (30 s), wide pH range (3–11), and good interference ability. Based on the above results, probe HAMwas used to explore its bioimaging application in biological samples.

The development of high-content non-noble metal nanocatalysts is important for multiphase catalysis applications. However, it is a challenge to solve the agglomeration in the preparation of high-content metal catalysts. In this paper, a carbon-based catalyst (Co@CN-G-600) with 71.28 wt % cobalt metal content was prepared using a new strategy of gas-phase carbon coating assisted by glycerol. The core of this strategy is to maintain the spacing of metallic cobalt by continuous replenishment of dissociated ligands during pyrolysis over gas-phase glycerol. This approach is also applicable to other non-noble metals. When Co@CN-G-600 was further used as a catalyst for the selective hydrogenation of furfural (FF) to prepare furfuryl alcohol (FOL), the yield of FOL was >99.9% under mild conditions of 80 °C, compared to only 8.23% catalytic yield at up to 130 °C for Co@CN-600 without glycerol. The excellent catalytic performance mainly lies in the fact that the introduction of glycerol modulates the size effect, electronic effect, and acidic site intensity of the high-content Co catalyst, which promotes the activation of FF and hydrogen. Meanwhile, the optimized specific surface area and pore structure by glycerol improve the accessibility of high-density active sites and promote more efficient mass transfer. In addition, the introduction of glycerol produced a graphitic carbon layer encapsulation structure relative to Co@CN-600, which substantially improved the cycling stability of the catalyst. This study resolves the paradox of high content and high dispersion of non-noble metal catalysts in the synthesis process and provides a general pathway and example for the preparation of stable high-content metal catalysts.

Under electron beam irradiation, graphene is inclined to form defects (such as vacancies and holes) that can trap foreign atoms to form new structures. The interactions between these structures and graphene have garnered considerable research interest as they can yield exciting properties. This review focuses on the fabrication and characterization of free-standing nanostructures suspended in graphene using transmission electron microscopy, which enables the observations with atomic resolution and investigations of the dynamic behavior of atoms/structures in such materials. Additionally, the review discusses the influence of novel metal/nonmetal dopants in graphene vacancies with varying bond configurations and the catalytic activities of single atoms/clusters located at the graphene edges. Moreover, the dynamic forming process of freestanding single-atom-thick two-dimensional (2D) clusters/metal/metallenes and 2D clusters/metal/metallenes oxides is discussed. Understanding the behavior, stabilities, and macroscopic effects of these nanostructures is vital for the practical deployment of novel atom/molecule scale nanotechnology. Overall, accumulative evidence confirms the growing number of these novel nanostructures, implying a bright future for further exciting discoveries.

Silicon (Si) is a promising anode material for next-generation Li-ion batteries. The nanometer-sized Si could alleviate the pulverization caused by large volume changes during deep cycling. However, compression between agglomerated Si particles causes Si cracking and electrode failure. Considering this, we engineered a mechanical cushioning space between Si particles viaelastic hollow graphene shells (GSs) to flexibly buffer volume changes and maintain the stability of the electrode structure. The stress generated from the Si volume expansion during lithiation was mechanically buffered and gently released by compression of the hollow space of the GS. In this Si/GS composite electrode, GS also reduced the local agglomeration of Si particles and effectively improved the overall conductivity. Considering these advantages, the designed Si/GS electrode showed an enhanced cycling performance with more than 1200 mA h g−1at 0.8 A g−1and an excellent rate capability of 1025 mA h g−1at 4 A g−1after 200 cycles.

In China, the association between estrogen metabolism and breast cancer risk and the differences in metabolic pattern between breast cancer patients and controls are poorly understood.A total of 84 patients with invasive breast cancer and 47 controls with benign breast diseases were included in this study. Estrogen metabolites from their morning urine were determined by HPLC-MS/MS and evaluated in both groups, and the predictive value of each estrogen metabolite in the malignant group according to their menstrual status was analyzed.Urinary concentration of estrogen metabolites 2-hydroxyestrone (2-OHE1), 2-hydroxyestradiol (2-OHE2), 4-hydroxyestradiol (4-OHE2), 4-methoxyestrone (4-MeOE1), and 16α-hydroxyestrone were lower in postmenopausal patients with breast cancer, compared with benign controls. In logistic regression model, breast cancer risk increased with the decline in the levels of 4-OHE2 and 4-MeOE1. In premenopausal patients, a difference in the level of 2-OHE2 was observed between both groups, and 2-OHE2 was found to have predictive value for breast cancer. Additionally, urinary 2-OHE2 level in premenopausal hormone receptor positive (HR+) patients was considerably higher compared with hormone receptor negative patients.We found that lower urinary levels of 4-OHE2 and 4-MeOE1 had predictive value for breast cancer, and higher 2-OHE1 were associated with HR+ breast cancer in premenopausal women.

ABSTRACTEutrophication is the leading cause of freshwater impairment. Of China’s major cities, Wuhan has the largest coverage of the lake area, while lake eutrophication is increasing. Thus, the objective of this study was to monitor and assess lake eutrophication in Wuhan. For this purpose, the lake eutrophication was quantified using the Trophic Level Index (TLI). The TLI was modeled by building a radial basis function neural network (RBFNN) model with a set of indices derived from Sentinel-2 Multispectral Instrument (MSI) imagery and a parameter of lake environmental characteristics. Applied MSI indices are the Maximum Chlorophyll Index (MCI) and the spectral band ratio of b5/b4 and b3/b4. In addition, the applied lake environmental parameter is the chlorophyll-a dependent month. Based on 54 MSI images from April 2018 to March 2020, the lake eutrophication was successfully determined. The main findings are as follows: 1) The higher percentage of eutrophic area was registered in the autumn (from September to November) and the highest was registered on September 12th, 2019; 2) Compared to the same period in 2018, the eutrophic area in the autumn of 2019 was significantly higher. In the autumn of 2018, from 74.94% to 86.38% of the lakes were eutrophic, while from 83.54% to 93.24% of the lakes were eutrophic in the autumn of 2019; 3) The TLI values were between 30 and 70 for the majority of lakes in Wuhan, suggesting that most lakes were mesotrophic, light eutrophic, or medium eutrophic, with few oligotrophic and heavy eutrophic lakes. Most oligotrophic and mesotrophic lakes were located in northern Wuhan, while eutrophic lakes were located in central and southern Wuhan. Our result indicates that the developed algorithm from this study could be applied for rapid and effective monitoring of eutrophication in lakes.

To evaluate patterns of rrHL after contemporary first-line treatment we studied 409 patients with first rrHL (HD13: n= 87, HD14: n= 118, HD15: n= 188, HDR3i: n= 51) at a median age of 37.4 years (18.4–76.8) from the GHSG database. Time to first relapse was ≤12 months in 49% and stage III/IV rrHL present in 52% of patients. In total, 291 patients received high-dose chemotherapy and autologous stem-cell transplantation (ASCT) and intended ASCT failed in 38 patients. ASCT was primarily not intended in 80 patients largely due to low risk disease or age/comorbidities. Overall, 10-year progression-free (PFS) and overall survival (OS) rates after first relapse were 48.2% (95% CI 41.9–54.2%) and 59.4% (95% CI 53.0–65.2%), respectively, with significant differences between subgroups. Inferior survival was observed with no ASCT due to advanced age/comorbidities (five-year PFS 36.2%, 95% CI 17.7–55.0%) or failure of salvage therapy (five-year PFS 36.3%, 95% CI 19.7–53.2%). Similarly, presence of primary refractory disease or stage IV at rrHL conferred inferior survival. In patients with low-risk disease, however, survival appeared favorable even without ASCT (10 y PFS 72.6%, 95% CI 53.7–84.8%). We herein confirm the curative potential of current rrHL treatments providing a robust benchmark to evaluate novel therapeutic strategies in rrHL. Approximately 50% of rrHL patients experienced a consecutive relapse.

DNA methylation in peripheral blood is associated with breast cancer (BC) but has mainly been studied in Caucasian populations. We investigated the association between blood-based methylation of receptor-associated protein of the synapse (RAPSN) and BC in Chinese population. The methylation levels of 12 RAPSNCpG sites were quantitatively evaluated by mass spectrometry in two case–control studies with 283 sporadic BC cases and 331 controls totally. The association was analyzed by logistic regression adjusted for covariants. The RAPSNmethylation levels in patients with variant clinical characteristics were investigated by non-parametric tests. We found a significant association between BC and altered RAPSNmethylation in blood in women at premenopausal and perimenopausal (age < 50 years old), but not in the elder women. This was approved by two independent case–control studies as well as by combining the subjects of the two studies (taken all subjects together, age < 50 years old, per 5% of methylation, odds ratio (OR) range from 1.17 to 1.30 for two CpG sites; OR = 0.75 for one CpG site; all pvalues < 0.02). This age-related RAPSNmethylation was further modified by human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) status (age < 50 years old, HER2 negative, per 5% of methylation, OR range from 1.27 to 1.48 for two CpG sites; OR = 0.76 for one CpG site; all pvalues < 0.02). We elucidated an association between BC and blood-based RAPSNmethylation influenced by age and the status of HER2 in Chinese population.

AbstractAimsWith the advent of ICD-10-CM codes for PMBCL on 10/01/2015, assessment of treatment patterns and healthcare burden among US patients is possible. This study sought to describe the real-world treatment patterns and economic outcomes of patients with PMBCL.MethodsData from the Optum Clinformatics DataMart database was used (January 2013–March 2018). Patients with a first PMBCL ICD-10-CM diagnosis (with or without an antecedent ICD-10-CM diagnosis of DLBCL/other lymphoma, which may have been assigned before PMBCL confirmation) after 10/01/2015 (index date) and no ICD-9-CM diagnosis code for unspecified PMBCL/DLBCL were identified as incidentpatients. Those with PMBCL ICD-10-CM and unspecified ICD-9-CM diagnosis for PMBCL/DLBCL before 10/01/2015 (index date) were identified as prevalentpatients. Patients were observed from the index date up to the earliest among death, end of data availability, or end of continuous health plan enrollment. An adapted algorithm was used to identify lines of therapy (LOT).ResultsAmong 118 incident and 30 prevalent PMBCL patients, 14% and 20% of patients received ≥2 LOTs, respectively. In incident patients, 48% received ≥1 LOT, 14% ≥2, and 4% ≥3 LOTs. Among prevalent patients, 63% received ≥1 LOT and 20% ≥2 LOTs. The most frequently recorded 1 L therapy was R-CHOP both among incident and prevalent patients. Mean total healthcare costs for incident and prevalent patients were $149,340 and $92,799 per patient per year, respectively, with higher costs ≤12 months ($187,241 and $167,553). Outpatient costs were the main driver (accounting for 60.5% and 64.6% for incident and prevalent patients, respectively).LimitationsPotential underuse of ICD-10-CM codes shortly after discontinuation of ICD-9-CM codes in 01/2015; regimens identified for each LOT using the claims-based algorithm may not reflect the regimen administered.ConclusionThe multiple LOTs necessary for a sizeable minority of patients and the high costs of care highlight the significant unmet needs of PMBCL patients.

In this letter, we investigate covert communications with finite blocklength under the channel inversion power control (CIPC) scheme, where a transmitter is allowed to communicate with a receiver without transmitting the pilot signals, which facilitates the hidden of the transmitter from the warden. Considering both the conventional and truncated CIPC schemes, we provide the novel expressions of the optimal detection threshold and the minimum total error probability at the warden. Furthermore, the optimization of the power control parameter at the transmitter is presented to maximize the effective covert throughput, which quantifies the amount of the information bits transmitted from the transmitter to the receiver subject to the covert constraint, under two kinds of CIPC schemes.

ABSTRACTWhether the Adrenoceptor Beta 3 (ADRB3) gene rs4994 polymorphism could affect the individual risk of childhood and adolescent overweight/obesity remains controversial. This meta-analysis was performed to estimate the prevalence of this polymorphism in overweight/obesity, and test the potential association by summarizing existing evidence. Comprehensive literature search in PubMed, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, Wanfang, and CNKI databases was performed to identify eligible data sets. Finally, 16 studies involving 5,147 overweight/obese cases and 7,350 non-obese controls were included for further synthetic analyses. Odds ratio (OR) and its corresponding 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were statistically calculated. Totally, 69.9% of the included subjects came from East Asia. In the meta-analysis for overall population, statistically significant associations with increased risk of childhood and adolescent overweight/obesity were identified in allele model (OR 1.23, 95% CI 1.10–1.38), heterozygote model (OR 1.39, 95% CI 1.16–1.68), and dominant model (OR 1.31, 95% CI 1.12–1.54). Further stratified analysis according to geographical regions revealed that the statistical significance could only be detected in the East Asia subgroup in allele model, homozygote model, heterozygote model, and dominant model. In summary, our meta-analysis indicated that the ADRB3rs4994 polymorphism could significantly increase the risk of childhood and adolescent overweight/obesity, especially for the East Asia’s population.

Introduction:CLL/SLL patients who failed BTKi and are treated with BCL2i represent a growing population with few standard-of-care treatment options after discontinuing both therapies. Patients who fail both BTKi and BCL2i have poor prognosis, with a median overall survival (OS) of 3.6 months (Lew et al., Blood Advances, 2021). However, real-world evidence for these patients is limited. This study described the characteristics, treatment patterns, and outcomes of CLL/SLL patients who were relapsed or were resistant/refractory/intolerant (R/R/R/I) to BTKi and who were exposed to BCL2i. Among patients who discontinued BCL2i, responses to the treatment immediately after BCL2i were reported.

Introduction:Given the long maturation time of OS, PFS is often used in oncology and hematology as a surrogate for OS. However, the association between the two endpoints varies across cancer types. In CLL clinical trial populations, PFS and OS were shown to be strongly correlated in patients receiving at least two lines of therapy (LOT). The present study used real-world individual patient data to evaluate the strength of correlation between real-world PFS (rwPFS) and OS in CLL/SLL patients who relapsed or were resistant/refractory/intolerant to treatment with a covalent BTKi.

Background: Progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) are predominant measures of treatment efficacy in Hodgkin lymphoma (HL). Despite preference for OS from many regulatory authorities, PFS is most relevant to patients and frequently serves as primary endpoint in clinical trials. Recently we found a strong correlation between treatment effects on PFS and OS in the first-line setting (Bröckelmann PJ et al. EHA23/ICML23). However, their relationship in the relapsed setting remains unclear. We aimed to evaluate the correlation of PFS with OS after treatment of relapsed HL.

To develop an efficient and feasible catalyst for converting inedible vegetable oil to green biodiesel via a one-step decarboxylation process, a series of Ni-based MgO-Al2O3catalysts with different active Ni species were fabricated by adjusting the various Ni loading amounts (2.5–20%) and applied to the catalytic deoxygenation of OA to generate green biodiesel. Additionally, the structure-property relationship, deactivation mechanism and regeneration performance were also evaluated via various characterization technologies (XRD, BET, NH3-TPD, H2-TPR, XPS, SEM-EDX, HRTEM, TGA, Raman as well as GC/MS and UV-fluorescence spectra). The experimental results indicated that Ni introduction obviously enhanced the conversion ratio. Ni (10%)/MgO-Al2O3catalysts exhibited excellent catalytic performance with the highest HCs (95.12%), olefin content (57.37%) and green biodiesel content (75.90%) due to mild Brønsted-rich acidity sites, lower reduction temperature, higher active metallic Ni species content, suitable oxygen vacancy content and favorable texture properties via the decarbonylation reaction pathway. Furthermore, lower Ni loading was beneficial to gasoline and bioaviation fuel generation due to higher Brønsted-rich acidity sites and total acid amount, which boosted C-C scission by cracking reaction, and higher Ni content facilitated biodiesel formation. Additionally, Ni (10%)/MgO-Al2O3catalysts showed excellent reusability and regeneration due to Ni active species, but these advantages were slightly decreased (HCs: from 95.12% to 61.63%; biodiesel: from 75.90% to 57.52%) due to coke deposition and metal active species leaching and oxidation.

Terrestrial carbon resources are generally regarded as inferior‐quality food for zooplankton due to a lack of essential biomolecules (e.g., polyunsaturated fatty acids). However, recent stable isotopic studies have suggested terrestrial carbon to be substantial resource for zooplankton, though the mechanisms of assimilation are not well understood. Here, we consider the possibility that heterotrophic microbes can upgrade the nutritional value of terrestrial carbon and thereby support the somatic growth and reproduction of zooplankton. To test this hypothesis, a simplified experimental food chain was established. Aquatic microbes were raised under dark laboratory conditions on a terrestrial carbon source, decaying corn straw (Zea maysL.), and the resulting degradation products were supplied as food to Daphnia magna. Significant increases in microbial abundance and concomitant increases in polyunsaturated fatty acid were observed during the degradation of corn straw. Furthermore, experiments indicated that the somatic growth and reproduction of D. magnawas supported exclusively by the products of corn straw decay. Our results indicate a pathway for the assimilation of terrestrial carbon by zooplankton, in which heterotrophic microbes serve as trophic links.

The concurrence of spinodal decomposition and nano-phase precipitation in an AlCoCrCuFeNi high-entropy alloy produced by arc melting, spray casting and melt spinning was investigated in the present work. It is shown that the present high cooling rate cannot inhibit the concurrence of spinodal decomposition and nano-phase precipitation. In the solidification and annealing process, three typical structures including Cu-rich nano-precipitates of FCC structure, Al-Ni-rich plate of B2 structure, and Fe-Cr-rich plate of A2 structure were observed; meanwhile, the width of modulated plate decreased with the increase of the cooling rate. An interesting phenomenon was observed in the as-annealed microstructure that Al-Ni and Fe-Cr spinodal plates were weakened or vanished rather than strengthened, due to the atom diffusion and composition homogenization. Different from spinodal decomposition plates, the Cu-rich nano-precipitates grew into rod-like phase from point-like or oval phase in the whole process. The intersection angle of newborn rod-like nano-phases tended to 60°, following the K-S crystallographic relationship.

AbstractObjective:In Japan, the National Immunization Program (NIP) includes PPV23 as the primary vaccination for adults and catch-up cohorts. The Japanese Association for Infectious Diseases recommends revaccination for older adults who received primary vaccination ≥5 years earlier. The cost-effectiveness of adding revaccination and/or continuing catch-up vaccination in the NIP was evaluated from the public payer perspective in Japan.Methods:The Markov model included five health states: no pneumococcal disease, invasive pneumococcal diseases (IPD), non-bacteremic pneumococcal pneumonia (NBPP), post-meningitis sequelae, and death. Cohorts of adults aged 65–95 were followed until age 100 or death: 2014 cohort (aged 65–95, vaccinated: 2014); 2019 cohort (aged 65: 2019); and 2019 catch-up cohort (aged 70–100: 2019, unvaccinated: 2014). Strategies included: (1) vaccinate 2014 and 2019 cohorts; (2) vaccinate 2014 and 2019 cohorts and revaccinate both; (3) strategy 1 and vaccinate 2019 catch-up cohort; (4) strategy 2 and vaccinate 2019 catch-up cohort; and (5) strategy 4 and revaccinate 2019 catch-up cohort. Parameters were retrieved from global and Japanese sources, costs and QALYs discounted at 2%, and incremental cost-effectiveness ratios (ICERs) estimated.Results:Strategy 1 had the highest number of IPD and NBPP cases, and strategy 5 the lowest. Strategies 3–5 dominated strategy 1 and strategy 2 was cost-effective compared to strategy 1 (ICER: ¥1,622,153 per QALY gained). At a willingness-to-pay threshold of ¥5 million per QALY gained, strategy 2 was cost-effective and strategies 3–5 were cost-saving compared to strategy 1.Conclusions:Strategies including revaccination, catch-up, or both were cost-effective or cost-saving in comparison to no revaccination and no catch-up. Results can inform future vaccine policies and programs in Japan.

The grain growth and thermodynamic stability induced by solute co-segregation in ternary alloys are presented. Grain growth behavior of the single-phase supersaturated grains prepared in Ni–Fe–Pb alloy melt at different undercoolings was investigated by performing isothermal annealings at T= 400 °C–800 °C. Combining the multicomponent Gibbs adsorption equation and Guttmann's grain boundary segregation model, an empirical relation for isothermal grain growth was derived. By application of the model to grain growth in Ni–Fe–Pb, Fe–Cr–Zr and Fe–Ni–Zr alloys, it was predicted that driving grain boundary energy to zero is possible in alloys due to the co-segregation induced by the interactive effect between the solutes Fe/Pb, Zr/Ni and Zr/Cr. A non-linear relationship rather than a simple linear relation between 1/D* (D* the metastable equilibrium grain size) and ln(T) was predicted due to the interactive effect.

The aim of this study was to estimate the rate of gastrointestinal (GI) events, and association between GI events and compliance with osteoporosis therapy among osteoporotic women.

Limited core transcription factors and transcriptional cofactors have been shown to govern embryonic stem cell (ESC) transcriptional circuitry and pluripotency, but the molecular interactions between the core transcription factors and cofactors remains ill defined. Here, we analyzed the protein–protein interactions between Oct4, Sox2, Klf4, and Myc (abbreviated as OSKM) and a large panel of cofactors. The data reveal both specific and common interactions between OSKM and cofactors. We found that among the SET1/MLL family H3K4 methyltransferases, Set1a specifically interacts with Oct4 and this interaction is independent of Wdr5. Set1a is recruited to and required for H3K4 methylation at the Oct4 target gene promoters and transcriptional activation of Oct4 target genes in ESCs, and consistently Set1a is required for ESC maintenance and induced pluripotent stem cell generation. Gene expression profiling and chromatin immunoprecipitation‐seq analyses demonstrate the broad involvement of Set1a in Oct4 transcription circuitry and strong enrichment at TSS sites. Gene knockout study demonstrates that Set1a is not only required for mouse early embryonic development but also for the generation of Oct4‐positive inner cell mass. Together our study provides valuable information on the molecular interactions between OSKM and cofactors and molecular mechanisms for the functional importance of Set1a in ESCs and early development. SOX2 is a key regulator of multiple types of stem cells, especially embryonic stem cells (ESCs) and neural progenitor cells (NPCs). Understanding the mechanism underlying the function of SOX2 is of great importance for realizing the full potential of ESCs and NPCs. Here, through genome-wide comparative studies, we show that SOX2 executes its distinct functions in human ESCs (hESCs) and hESC-derived NPCs (hNPCs) through cell type- and stage-dependent transcription programs. Importantly, SOX2 suppresses non-neural lineages in hESCs and regulates neurogenesis from hNPCs by inhibiting canonical Wnt signaling. In hESCs, SOX2 achieves such inhibition by direct transcriptional regulation of important Wnt signaling modulators, WLS and SFRP2. Direct synthesis of high-quality graphene on dielectric substrates without a transfer process is of vital importance for a variety of applications. Current strategies for boosting high-quality graphene growth, such as remote metal catalyzation, are limited by poor performance with respect to the release of metal catalysts and hence suffer from a problem with metal residues. Herein, we report an effective approach that utilizes a metal-containing species, copper acetate, to continuously supply copper clusters in a gaseous form to aid transfer-free growth of graphene over a wafer scale. The thus-derived graphene films were found to show reduced multilayer density and improved electrical performance and exhibited a carrier mobility of 8500 cm2V−1s−1. Furthermore, droplet-based hydrovoltaic electricity generator devices based on directly grown graphene were found to exhibit robust voltage output and long cyclic stability, in stark contrast to their counterparts based on transferred graphene, demonstrating the potential for emerging energy harvesting applications.
