The present study compares the pharmacokinetics of amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium suspension (200 mg/28.5 mg) during fasting and postprandial conditions, and the sample adds a stabilizer study. Two randomized, crossover trials were conducted in an open‐label, single‐center study (a fasting trial and a postprandial trial). In each part of the study, the subjects were randomly assigned to receive either test or reference products (200 mg/28.5 mg) in a 1:1:1 ratio, followed by the alternative products after a 7‐day washout period. Plasma amoxicillin and clavulanic acid concentrations were analyzed by liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry. WinNonlin software was used to evaluate the pharmacokinetic parameters (noncompartmental model). The formulations were considered bioequivalent if the geometric means of area under the plasma concentration–time curve (AUC) and maximum plasma concentration (Cmax) of amoxicillin and clavulanic acid were within the predetermined bioequivalence range established by average bioequivalence (ABE) or reference‐scaled ABE. Tolerability was assessed throughout the study. The postprandial trial and the fasting study each had 12 volunteers. Under fasting and postprandial conditions, the 90%CI for the ratio of geometric means of amoxicillin of Cmax, AUC from time 0 to the last measurable concentration, and AUC from time 0 to infinity were within the ABE acceptance limits (80%‐125%); the geometric means of clavulanic acid of Cmax(critbound, –0.03; point estimate, 1.07) were within the reference‐scaled ABE acceptance limits, and the AUC from time 0 to the last measurable concentration and AUC from time 0 to infinity were within the ABE acceptance limits (80%–125%). Time to maximum concentration of amoxicillin was delayed 1.0 hour with high‐fat meals compared to fasting conditions. Meantime, high‐fat meals decreased the exposure of clavulanic acid by nearly 40%. No serious adverse events were found among the subjects. The bioequivalence of test and reference amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium for suspension was validated in this study under fasting and postprandial conditions.

Data synchronization of electronic instrument transformer is introduced. Synchronization method commonly used are analyzed in aspects of their advantages and disadvantages, such as interpolation synchronization, impulsive synchronization method; Then, a new approach based on Newton interpolation is presented, and the simulation and error analysis are given. The theoretical analysis results show that this method can reach to the same precision with Lagrange interpolation which is accurate in synchronization of harmonic components and obtain the synchronized data fast. Finally this paper sets equal interval sampling and non-equal interval sampling data, and then calculates maximum error in the case of the steady state and transient state respectively by using Matlab. The simulation results proved the feasibility of this method and its engineering practical value.

ntelligent transport system that based on Internet of Vehicles is regarded as effective measure to guarantee the safety of highway transport. Anti-worm model in vehicular IOT is constructed based on divide-and-conquer with velocity and the drive velocity of vehicle node as the conversion condition between active and passive anti-worms in hybrid anti-worms. Implement this model on the design of Internet of Vehicles terminal, the simulation results show that this model can make the performance of network improved in highway environment regardless of complex road conditions domain and provides a theoretical basis for programming real-time detection strategy and preventing worm destructive epidemics in vehicular Internet of things.

China will meet an increasing demand of the energy because of the growth of the economy, coal is being mined largely as the most important energy, but the mining brought in a series of construction of ecological environment problems. This paper established a comprehensive evaluation model for environmental impact of coal mining through three aspects of ecological stability, resource and environment carrying capacity, coal mining pressure with analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Based on this model, authors have evaluated the regional difference of ecological environment carrying capacity of coal mining areas in Shanxi province. The study results may be helpful to scientifically draw up the coal resources development strategy.

A ultra low carbon high strength steel heavy plate (60∼80mm thick) was produced with TMCP at Xiangtan Steel. The steel has a good combination of high strength (σb∼600MPa) and impact toughness (∼300J). The microstructural features were analyzed by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results showed that microstructures consisted of a large amount of acicular ferrite and a small amount of polygonal ferrite. A very few amount of retained austenite was also observed in the microstructures. The formation of fine acicular ferrite resulted in the high strength of the steel plate. The good impact toughness of the steel plate is mainly attributed to the formation of acicular ferrite and a very few amount of retained austenite.

Automatic content analysis of sports videos is a valuable and challenging task. Motivated by analogies between a class of sports videos and languages, the authors propose a novel approach for sports video analysis based on compiler principles. It integrates both semantic analysis and syntactic analysis to automatically create an index and a table of contents for a sports video. Each shot of the video sequence is first annotated and indexed with semantic labels through detection of events using domain knowledge. A grammar-based parser is then constructed to identify the tree structure of the video content based on the labels. Meanwhile, the grammar can be used to detect and recover errors during the analysis. As a case study, a sports video parsing system is presented in the particular domain of diving. Experimental results indicate the proposed approach is effective.

Several assays have been frequently used to estimate antioxidant capacities including ABTS•+, DPPH, and FRAP assays. Xanthohumol (XN), the major prenylated flavonoid contained in beer, witnessed various reports on its antioxidant capacity. We systematically evaluated the antioxidant activity of XN using three systems, 2,2,-azino-bis-3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulphonic acid (ABTS•+) scavenging assays, 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical assays, and ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) assays. The results are expressed as Trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity (TEAC). The TEAC of XN was 0.32±0.09 μmol·l−1 by the ABTS assay and 0.27±0.04 μmol·l−1 by the FRAP. Meanwhile, the XN did not show obviously scavenging effect on DPPH radical reaction system. These results showed that different methods in the evaluation of compound antioxidant capicity, there may be a different conclusion.
